Abstract

Abstract This study found that a decision support system to evaluate the performance of personnel in public housing services and district housing zones has not been established. Rawas composed the music. Observation and direct recording at the research site (observation), interviews with resource persons (interviews), and documentation by reading existing books and literature (documentation) are some of the ways this research collects data (documentation research). Based on research conducted at the Department of Public Housing and residential areas in Musi Rawas Regency, the author makes a decision support system application that helps the community in evaluating their work. There may be a decision support system for assessing employee performance based on a discussion of the analysis that has been carried out. This system can be used to evaluate employee performance using the SMART method as a method of decision making. With this system made, it can help the assessment team determine which employees deserve to be the best employees according to the criteria applied.

Abstract

The communication system is related to the growing communication network in society. The components discussed when discussing communication systems include non-media communication systems and media communication. This type of research is qualitative research which describes data using a series of sentences. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method whose data sources are words, pictures, and data from books, journals and other scientific works. In addition, everything that is collected is likely to be the key to what has been researched. So the use of this method does not produce data in the form of numbers, but data that is descriptive in nature. This study uses written data sourced from scientific journals and previous research. In today's digital era, da'wah media is very important in spreading religious messages, especially in Islam. Salam TV is a communication system that plays an important role in spreading Islamic da'wah through da'wah media. Through Salam TV, Islamic da'wah messages can reach a wide audience, convey the right da'wah messages, play a role in religious education, and encourage positive social interaction.

Abstract

Choosing the right oil palm seedlings is one of the efforts to increase the productivity of oil palm plants. At the time of seedling selection, the problem that is often faced is that not all types of seeds can be as desired by farmers against the conditions of different types of oil palm fruit seeds. Therefore, a system is needed that helps in determining the type of superior seedlings according to the needs of farmers. In this research the author applies a machine learning prediction model in determining oil palm seedlings based on leaf type, stem type, seed origin and stem candidates. The purpose of this research is to produce a classification model for determining oil palm seedlings and can provide accurate training for farmers in choosing superior seeds and also can farmers know the characteristics of superior seeds. The method used in this research is naïve bayes. In the first test, both models managed to achieve an accuracy of 84% and an F1-score value of 66%. However, the best performing Naïve Bayes model is the one used in the second test scenario, which is applied as a prediction model in determining oil palm seedlings through the website developed in this study, in the form of a Data Mining Classification System on Agricultural Seedlings at the Agricultural Extension Center of Tuah Negeri District, Musi Rawas Regency Based on Website which can assist in the selection process of oil palm seedlings that will be planted and get superior seedling results.

Abstract

Today Microcontroller continues to grow very rapidly and is very much in demand in the field of control system applications. Even now there are many microcontrollers that have become modules. One of the widely used microcontroller modules is Arduino. Arduino is a type of board that contains a microcontroller. Multimeters that are usually sold in the market are mostly only for measuring current, voltage, and resistance of an electronic component and cannot measure the poles of each of these components so students must learn more about which poles are the components. This certainly becomes a problem for students who will assemble an electronic component. Therefore, it is needed a measuring device that does not only measure the amount of current, voltage, and resistance of a component, but also can know the poles and legs like diode and transistor components. This can be realized by designing a Smart Tester can measure the legs of electronic components. By using a microcontroller. The measurement data for each component will be displayed via LCD Display.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 brought about major changes in the era. These changes target various fields, such as economics and education. This requires people to be ready for all forms of competition. Sunggal Village is one of the Villages in Medan Sunggal District, North Sumatra Province. In this Village, there are many MSME actors. The large number of MSME actors in Sunggal Village certainly has an impact on tight competition. MSME actors are required to be able to maximize all technological advances in order to reach consumers. Departing from these findings, socialization was carried out to the Sunggal Village community about the importance of packaging, logos, and online product marketing in order to increase sales. In addition to carrying out socialization activities to MSME actors, maghrib recitation activities were also carried out in order to increase faith and piety to God Almighty, so that people can stay away from things that can harm themselves and their families in the midst of the development of the era

Abstract

Operational risk management is an essential aspect in maintaining the stability and sustainability of micro-enterprises operating in the culinary sector, particularly in the fast food industry, which relies heavily on production processes, raw material quality, and human resource skills. This study aims to analyze the types of operational risks that arise in the daily operations of the Kebab Capadocia MSME in Boyolali Regency using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and field observations. The COSO Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework was used as the primary theoretical foundation to map risks based on five components: risk identification, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. The results indicate that the business faces four main risk categories: production process risks, human resource risks, food hygiene and safety risks, and raw material distribution risks. Implemented controls are still informal and not supported by standard operating procedures (SOPs), resulting in recurring risks that impact product quality. These findings contribute to the MSME risk management literature and offer practical recommendations for strengthening operational structures based on systematic risk management.
