This study aims to explore the role of female madrasah principals in education management, especially in the Ibtidaiyah madrasah environment. Qualitative research methods were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis in 13 districts of South Kalimantan province. The research focused on women's leadership roles in leveraging resources, building collaboration with the community, planning the curriculum, and utilizing technology in learning management. The results show that female madrasah principals play a key role in leveraging madrasah resources, building collaboration with the community, planning a responsive curriculum, and utilizing technology to improve learning. They are also active in developing an inclusive work culture, implementing effective supervision strategies, and creating open communication and active engagement within the madrasah environment. The findings provide an overview of the importance of women's leadership roles in managing education, confirming their contribution to creating an inclusive, innovative, and sustainable learning environment.

The article aimed to analyze the teacher guidance in the digitalization era: an effort to improve student achievement by strengthening online-sourced learning materials at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Insan Cendikia Pelaihari Banjarmasin. Through semi-structured interviews with several teacher councils, the researchers have received many vital inputs regarding the dedication of teachers in guiding students to learn applications in the digital era in the distance learning situation. The researchers used a phenomenological approach to understand how teachers monitor online learning activities in the current era of technology. The result showed that the teachers was able to get the students care and using learning resources in various forms of application. The dedication of the teachers and the students in Madrasah Aliyah teachers from Pelaihari Banjarmasin has become strengthening in online sourced learning materials. The stduents has changed to get learning achievement to be better result. Hopefully, these findings help developing educational studies in the current era of technology. Vocational education produces work-ready graduates who have skills according to the needs of the world of work. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, there were massive changes in various industries and the needs and abilities of workers. The Religious Education course is one of the Personality Development Courses (MPK). Based on the 2006 Director General of Higher Education Decree, every university can develop MPK signs according to their respective characteristics. The method used in this research is a literature study. The vocational curriculum needs to apply blended learning, which integrates face-to-face and online learning, to build graduates' abilities and skills more effectively. The curriculum must also include mastery of 4.0 competencies such as data, technological, and human literacy. For the vocational education curriculum to have a broad impact, the government, educational institutions, and industry must work together to revitalize the approach and content of the vocational education curriculum. Teachers must also be able to organize good learning to produce optimal graduate performance.

The aim of this study is to explore the values and patterns of authentic leadership exhibited from kiai (Islamic religious leaders) with the context of Islamic Biarding School (Pondok Pesantren). The research how these values and leadership patterns are internalized and manifested the daily of the Islamic Boarding Scchool. This research method qualitative in case study design. Data collected interview participants, observation and document analysis. The data analyzed descriptive techniques, reduction data, display data and verification. The study conducted at Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School for Girl in Martapura, South Kalimantan. The findings that the kiai authenthic leadership is characterized core values religiosity (devotion to worship), simplicity, sincerity and sacrifice. These values are internalized both formal and informal social interaction with the pesantren. The concusion figure of the kiai serves a symbol and embodiment of deeply held values that shape the character and ethos of the institution. The implication authenthic leadership values contribute significan to institutional loyalty and the preservation of organizational across other Islamic Boarding Schools.

Intensitas pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan pembinaan perilaku siswa dilakukan guru melalui pendekatan dan langkah-langkah dengan memberikan contoh yang teladan, membiasakan, menegakkan disiplin, memberikan dorongan dan motivasi, memberikan hadiah, menghukum, penciptaan suasana yang berpengaruh bagi pertumbuhan positif Serta faktor yang mempengaruhi intensitas pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan pembinaan perilaku siswa di MTsN 2 Gambut. Hasil penelitian bahwa intensitas pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan pembinaan perilaku siswa di MTsN 2 Gambut yang dilakukan guru melalui pendekatan dan langkah-langkah dengan memberikan contoh yang teladan, membiasakan, menegakkan disiplin, memberikan dorongan dan motivasi, memberikan hadiah, menghukum, penciptaan suasana yang berpengaruh bagi pertumbuhan positif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Pembinaan, dan Perilaku Siswa

Penerapan metode pembiasaan untuk menanamkan akhlak pada anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah Banjarmasin sudah berjalan dengan baik dan teratur lewat pembiasaan rutin, pembiasaan pada saat pembelajaran, pembiasaan pada saat istirahat/ makan/bermain, dan pembiasaan di luar sekolah. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam penerapan metode pembiasaan dalam menanamkan akhlak pada anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah Banjarmasin adalah faktor lingkungan sekolah anak itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini, lingkungan sekolah sudah berusaha mewujudkan lingkungan yang islami guna menunjang usaha untuk menanamkan akhlak pada anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. This study aims to explore the method of teaching hadith with a chain of transmission applied at Pondok Pesantren Al Ihsan and its impact on preserving the Islamic scientific tradition. This article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation of the data collected during the research and literature study of relevant sources. The results showed that the teaching of sanad hadith at Al Ihsan Islamic Boarding School was carried out systematically by prioritizing a deep understanding of the sanad to verify the validity of the hadith. In addition, this learning focuses on transferring textual knowledge and developing students' character and spiritual values. Students are invited to actively discuss, understand the historical context, and apply the hadith daily. The teaching method effectively preserves the tradition of hadith science, maintains the authenticity of Islamic teachings, and strengthens students' belief in the truth. This research contributes to the development of the study of Islamic religious education, especially in teaching hadith in Islamic boarding schools.

This study explores the development of Islamic creed education in the era of Society 5.0, focusing on technology integration and the challenges faced. The method used is qualitative, with a case study analysis of several Islamic educational institutions and interviews with educators and parents. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies to understand the application of technology in creed education and its impact on the teaching and learning process. The results show that technology integration in Islamic creed education provides significant benefits in increasing the accessibility of teaching materials, enriching teaching methods, and facilitating better interaction between teachers and students. Technologies such as mobile applications, e-learning platforms, and visual aids have expanded the way teaching materials are delivered and made it easier for students to understand the concepts of the creed. However, significant challenges arise from resistance to change, concerns about negative impacts on Islamic values, and the need for educators to be trained to utilize technology effectively. This research emphasizes the importance of a careful and planned approach to integrating technology so that Akidah education remains relevant and aligned with religious principles while accommodating technological developments.

This study examines the role of Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) in resolving conflicts within an Islamic educational setting. Conflicts are an inevitable aspect of collective life; yet, their management reflects the maturity and solidarity of an organisation. The research aims to identify and describe how OCB contributes to effective conflict management in maintaining organisational harmony. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through purposive and snowball sampling, with observations, interviews, and document analysis. The data were analysed using an inductive conceptualisation approach to capture patterns emerging from participants’ experiences. The findings reveal that conflicts within the institution are generally situational and temporary, and do not escalate into latent disputes. The existence of organisational forums, a tradition of deliberation, and the strong leadership role of spiritual figures ensure that conflict management operates effectively. Furthermore, collective solidarity is reinforced through cooperative problem-solving and mutual agreements. OCB—manifested through sincerity, humility, loyalty, and faith in spiritual rewards—serves as social capital in preserving social equilibrium. The integration of spirituality-based OCB and deliberation-oriented conflict resolution fosters a resilient and adaptive organisational culture. These findings suggest that cultivating spirituality-driven OCB can transform conflict from a disruptive force into a constructive process of social learning and institutional strengthening.
