Abstract

The type of leader becomes an important entity in the management of islamic education. Surely, then, ongoing leadership should have a particular type of leadership that is expected to be able to bring wealth to the institutions or organizations it leads. As the educational organizers have already known that good leadership will deliver institutions to good qualities as well. As for this research, it focuses on the existence of authoritarian leadership in islamic education management. The study aims to identify forms of authoritarian leadership and the effect of its application in islamic institutions, and in this study researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach by reviewing the related literature. The results of the study indicate that authoritarian leadership is not appropriate to be adopted within islamic institutions for long periods of time, given that the good effects they have are very small and are more dominated by adverse effects. Researchers have thus revealed that it is necessary to recondition to eliminate and exclude the presence of this type of authoritarian leadership within the islamic institutions of education.

Abstract

Penerapan metode pembiasaan untuk menanamkan akhlak pada anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah Banjarmasin sudah berjalan dengan baik dan teratur lewat pembiasaan rutin, pembiasaan pada saat pembelajaran, pembiasaan pada saat istirahat/ makan/bermain, dan pembiasaan di luar sekolah. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam penerapan metode pembiasaan dalam menanamkan akhlak pada anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah Banjarmasin adalah faktor lingkungan sekolah anak itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini, lingkungan sekolah sudah berusaha mewujudkan lingkungan yang islami guna menunjang usaha untuk menanamkan akhlak pada anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. Kata kunci:  Menanamkan, Akhlak dan Pembiasaan

Abstract

Intensitas pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan pembinaan perilaku siswa dilakukan guru melalui pendekatan dan langkah-langkah dengan memberikan contoh yang teladan, membiasakan, menegakkan disiplin, memberikan dorongan dan motivasi, memberikan hadiah, menghukum, penciptaan suasana yang berpengaruh bagi pertumbuhan positif Serta faktor yang mempengaruhi intensitas pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan pembinaan perilaku siswa di MTsN 2 Gambut. Hasil penelitian bahwa  intensitas pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam meningkatkan pembinaan perilaku siswa di MTsN 2 Gambut yang dilakukan guru melalui pendekatan dan langkah-langkah dengan memberikan contoh yang teladan, membiasakan, menegakkan disiplin, memberikan dorongan dan motivasi, memberikan hadiah, menghukum, penciptaan suasana yang berpengaruh bagi pertumbuhan positif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Pembinaan, dan Perilaku Siswa

Abstract

Leadership in an institution is very important to achieve success in an institution, including leadership in education. This study aims to determine educational leadership that is considered ideal so that it not only improves the quality of education but can also achieve the level of success of the school literacy movement. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a literature review. The literature used is national, and international journals, books, documents, and other literature related to this research study. The findings of this study indicate that; First, to improve the quality of education, ideal leadership is needed, so that good relations between superiors and subordinates can improve the quality of education in the educational institutions that are led. Second, ideal leadership is also so that there is harmonization between superiors and subordinates so that the teaching and learning process is not pursuing achievement but teach according to the profession so that it can improve the literacy of students in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengembangan iklim sekolah melalui penerapan pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 1 Piani Kecamatan Tapin Kabupaten Tapin Jenis penelitian ini fenomenologi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SMPN 1 Piani Kecamatan Tapin Kabupaten Tapin . Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen dengan partisipan utama kepala sekolah sedang partisipan lain yaitu guru dan peserta didik. Analisa data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa deskripsi pengembangan iklim untuk pembentukan karakter peserta didik sekolahd dasar. Pengembangan iklin sekolah dilakukan melalui penyelenggarakan berbagai kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Kegiatan upacara bendera setiap hari senin, upacara peringatan- peringatan hari besar nasional, lomba-lomba peringatan hari kemerdekaan, dan menyanyikan lagu wajib nasional dipagi hari diselenggarakan untuk pembentukan karakter nasionalis; kegiatan sholat dhuha dan sholat dhuhur secara berjamaah, Tadarus Al-Qur’an, Pembacaan Syair Maulid Habsy, dan pendalaman al-kitab, perayaan hari besar Islam, untuk umat atau agama lain tidak dirayakan karena terlalu sedikit, serta kegiatan dompet kemanusiaan untuk pembentukan karakter religiusitas; kegiatan perkemahan, pengadaan perpustakaan, sudut baca, mading baca, kantin sehat untuk pembentukan karakter mandiri; kegiatan pembiasaan 5S (Salam, Sapa, Senyum, Sopan, Santun), kantin kejujuran, pentas seni, dan mengikutkan lomba-lomba akademik serta non akademik untuk pembentukan karakter integritas; dan kegiatan kerja bakti rutin dan perawatan taman-taman sekolah untuk pembentukan karakter gotong royong.

Abstract

Abstrak: Suku Dayak penghuni sisi timur Pegunungan Meratus yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini berada dalam wilayah Kecamatan Paramasan Bawah di wilayah Kabupaten Banjar. Mereka tinggal di antara lembah dan tepian sungai dalam jarak yang berjauhan. Dayak Meratus cukup unik karena sebagai suku Dayak, mereka berbahasa Banjar. Sebagian dari mereka masih menganut kepercayaan leluhur, sebagian telah menganut agama baru. Penelitian ini diawali dari permasalahan bagaimana konsep religi dan peralatan tradisional suku Dayak Meratus serta kesinambungannya dengan masa prasejarah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat model penelitian etnoarkeologi untuk diterapkan pada lingkungan dan sistem budaya yang sama atau hampir sama sesuai dengan syarat analogi, dengan tujuan lebih jauh adalah sebagai data bantu dalam menganalisis dan interpretasikan aspek religi dari temuan situs prasejarah di wilayah Pegunungan Meratus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan etnoarkeologi, sedangkan teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di sepanjang Pegunungan Meratus sisi timur berdiam beberapa jenis subsuku, yaitu Dayak Banjar, Dayak Meratus atau Dayak Bukit, serta Dayak Dusun. Ketiganya mempunyai konsep religi dan peralatan upacara yang hampir sama, sehingga digeneralisasi sebagai Dayak Meratus. Ada kesinambungan konsep kepercayaan Dayak Meratus dengan konsep kepercayaan prasejarah, yaitu pemujaan roh leluhur dan penggunaan bekal kubur dalam upacara kematian. Sebagian besar peralatan upacara terbuat dari dedaunan, kayu, dan bambu yang cepat hancur, sebagian kecil terbuat dari logam dan keramik. Abstract: This article is examined Dayaknese who have been dwelling at the eastern side of Meratus in the District of Paramasan Bawah in the district of. They live in the valleys and river banks, in the far distance. Dayak Meratus quite unique because they speak Banjar. Most of them still follow ancestral beliefs, while some have embraced the new religion. This research was initiated on the question of how the concept of religious and traditional equipments of Dayak Meratus and its continuity with the prehistoric period. The purpose of this research is to create an ethnoarchaological research model which can be applied to the similar environmental and cultural system in accordance with the terms of analogy, as supporting data in analyzing and interpreting religious aspect from the findings of prehistoric sites in the Meratus region. The method used is descriptive comparative with ethnoarchaeological approach, while the collecting data technique is conducted by survey and interview. The results show that along the east side Meratus are dwelled some sub-tribes, such as Dayak Banjar, Dayak Meratus or Dayak Bukit, and Dayak Dusun. Those three sub-tribes have similar concept of religious and ceremonial equipments, so it can be generalized as Dayak Meratus. There is a continuity of the religious concept of Dayak Meratus with prehistoric belief, i. e. the concept of worship ancestral spirits and the use of burial gifts in funerals The most ceremonial equipments are made of leaves, wood and bamboo which are quickly destroyed, a few tools are made of metal and ceramic.

Abstract

Kegiatan keagamaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar di Desa Emil Baru sehingga menunjukkan bahwa penerapan moderasi beragama sudah terlaksana. Moderasi beragama harus terus dipupuk, dibina dan ditingkatkan untuk mewujudkan kehidupan masyarakat yang harmonis. Oleh sebab itu, perlu ada penguatan moderasi beragama pada masyarakat Emil Baru. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan dan menguatkan karakter moderasi bergama masyarakat Emil Baru sehingga terwujud nilai toleransi dan kehidupan yang damai. Metode Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penguatan moderasi beragama adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research). Subjek kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Emil Baru, Kab. Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan difokuskan melalui langkah sosialisasi, pembinaan mualaf, penguatan moderasi beragama dan pemanfataan tempat ibadah dengan tepat. Kegiatan penguatan moderasi beragama dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Masyarakat antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan hingga akhir. Moderasi beragama masyarakat Emil Baru semakin tertanam dan kuat sehingga dapat hidup berdampingan dengan berbagai latar belakang yang berbeda

Abstract

The Indonesian education system has undergone a profound transformation during the reform era that began in the late 1990s. This period of democratic change, economic shifts, and societal developments has reshaped the educational landscape in Indonesia. In this research, we explore the intricate evolution of the Indonesian education system during the reform era and emphasize the paramount importance of quality education. We argue that empowering teachers is instrumental in achieving this goal, positioning them at the core of meaningful educational reform. The shift from a centralized, rigid education system to a decentralized, adaptable one marked a seismic change in the Indonesian education system. The introduction of a competency-based curriculum aimed to equip students with essential skills, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to prepare them for a dynamic global economy. Our research underscores the central role of teachers in shaping the quality of education and their pivotal position within the Indonesian education system. Empowering teachers becomes a fundamental prerequisite for the successful implementation of educational reforms. By investing in teachers, Indonesia can unlock its potential to create a more vibrant and dynamic education system, fostering enhanced student learning, ongoing professional development, and inclusivity.
