Abstract

Berakhirnya pandemi memberikan beberapa dampak pada proses pembelajaran untuk mampu mencapai target pendidikan dengan sistem pemnbelajaran secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bisnis proses yang berjalan dan melakukan analisis proses bisnis manajemen pada platform moodle dalam menyajikan pembelajaran online. Tahapan yang dilakukan mulai dari studi literatur, analisis data, analisis proses bisnis dan pengembangan aplikasi LMS dengan moodle, pengujian aplikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil analisis mendapatkan 8 role user namun hanya di gunakan 3 role user dalam proses bisnis yang berjalan. Pada proses pembelajaran online ditemukan setidaknya 5 proses bisnis mulai dari pembuatan user, pembuatan course, mapping course teacher dan student, proses pembelajaran student, dan evaluasi report teacher. Sedangkan dari sisi aplikasi LMS dengan menggunakan platform moodle, di dapatkan aplikasi yang cukup simple dengan tampilan berbasis text, degan fitur yang lengkap dan sangat kompleks. Hanya saja dirasa cukup berat ketika proses penggunaan aplikasi untuk proses kegiatan pembelajaran online.

Abstract

Menurut data Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) kebanyakan kasus korupsi terjadi di secktor pengadaan barang/jasa. oleh karena itu sector pengadaan barang/jasa butuh perhatian khusus oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat. Pemerintah telah membuat sistem informasi untuk melakukan transparansi pengadaan barang/jasa seperti Bojonegoro Open System (BOS) yang dikembangkan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang bertujuan untuk melakukan transparansi pengadaan barang/jasa mulai dari tahap perencanaan sampai dengan implementasi. Data dari BOS berasal dari data yang diinput Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) terkait, pada BOS user admin atau OPD harus input manual satu persatu data pengadaan barang/jasa mereka. padahal data tersebut sudah pernah diinputkan di sistem informasi yang lain, oleh karena itu penulis bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi BOS agar tidak perlu input manual satu persatu melainkan tinggal import data pengadaan sekali saja. Selain itu aplikasi yang dikembangkan juga memiliki fitur untuk mengevaluasi pengadaan yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro menggunakan metode Analisis Potensi Resiko Korupsi yang berdasarkan rumus yang telah dibuat ICW dan dikembangkan lagi oleh penulis. Hasil akhir pengembangan tersebut menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Keterbukaan Data Kontrak menggunakan Metode Analisa Potensi Resiko Korupsi yang ada di Sektor Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai tools untuk menganalisis/mengevaluasi pengadaan barang/jasa yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro, selain itu aplikasi ini tidak memerlukan user Admin yang banyak untuk menginput data pengadaan pada aplikasi ini, cukup satu admin yang melakukan import data pengadaan melalui excel.

Abstract

Sebagian permasalahan kehidupan manusia sejak dahulu kala adalah kemiskinan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik, kenaikan persentase penduduk miskin pada September 2013 disebabkan oleh kenaikan harga barang kebutuhan pokok sebagai akibat dari kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak pada bulan Juni 2013. Menyikapi kondisi tersebut, diperlukan suatu cara untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penurunan atau kenaikan jumlah penduduk miskin. Diperlukan proses peramalan (forecasting) berdasar pada data jumlah penduduk miskin tahun sebelumnya. Metode peramalan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah moving average atau rata-rata bergerak, dikarenakan metode ini banyak digunakan untuk menentukan trend dari suatu deret waktu.Tujuan utama dari penggunaan metode ini adalah untuk menghilangkan atau mengurangi acakan (randomness) dalam deret waktu. Peramalan kemiskinan dilakukan berdasarkan data kemiskinan se-Indonesia yang diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Dari data tahun 2012-2019, perhitungan dilakukan dengan periode (3) dan tahun akhir peramalan 2024. Hasil dari perhitungan tersebut menjelaskan bahwa pada 2 tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2023 bulan maret terjadi penurunan angka kemiskinan sebanyak 0,0029%, tahun 2023 bulan september naik 0,082%, tahun 2024 bulan maret turun 0,138%, tahun 2024 bulan september naik 0,093%.

Abstract

Motorcycle key damage is often a problem for users, while the identification process still relies on technicians, which can be time-consuming and subjective. This study develops a classification system for motorcycle key damage levels using the Random Forest method with hyperparameter optimization. The dataset consists of 1,000 samples collected through observation and technician interviews, with data preprocessing using the SMOTE technique to address class imbalance. The model is trained and optimized with Random Forest using GridSearchCV and evaluated based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that the optimized Random Forest model achieves an accuracy of 85.5%, an improvement from 82% before tuning, enabling faster and more accurate identification of motorcycle key damage levels. The implementation of this system is expected to improve repair service efficiency and help users take action before the damage worsens.

Abstract

Rivers are open-water ecosystems that are vulnerable to pollution or damage. Pollution that occurs in rivers is usually caused by environmental conditions and human activity that settles around the river. Water ecosystems consist of interrelated biotic and abiotic components; when both components are interrupted, changes in the ecosystem become unbalanced. Water pollution can be caused either intentionally or accidentally, but the main factor in the occurrence of water contamination that is often found is the result of human activity. Technology in this era is evolving very fast. Therefore, there are many prototypes that can support the development of such technologies, such as node-MCU and the Internet of Things (IOT). NodeMCU is a microcontroller equipped with the WiFi module ESP8266. NodeMCU also has a relatively cheaper price.The test results on this system were obtained by conducting a black box test and a validity test on an IOT-based river water pollution identification system using a pH sensor and a turbidity sensor. The results of testing the application of fuzzy sugeno produce a value of 100% from the compatibility of the 3 tests, namely testing on the system, matlab and manual calculations.He suggested that this system could make it easier to know the quality of contaminated or uncontaminated river water.

Abstract

The problems faced by the village garbage bank are related to unstructured waste management, which includes several aspects such as lack of public participation, lack of awareness of the importance of garbages management, and lack of efficiency in data management. UCD is a design design method that places the user at the heart of the design development process. Usability Testing is an evaluation method applied in user experience design to test a product or service with a real user. This process involves the user directly in testing the product or services to assess the level of ease of use, intuitiveness of interaction, and end user satisfaction.Based on the questionnaire that has been tested, it indicates that the system usability scale test has been carried out on the UI/UX designs that have been created and obtained a score of 86 which means that the score falls in the category Very Good with grade scale A, or in terms of usability based on the data that the application has been made obtains a rating that is acceptable or worthy of use by the community.

Abstract

Employees are very important for an agency. It can be said that employees are the driving force of the institution. For this reason, the good and bad performance of employees can affect the progress of the business. Likewise with the Naila store, employee performance is an important thing considering employees will always be in direct contact with customers. However, the process of evaluating employee performance which is carried out manually is deemed ineffective, causing decisions that require employee performance appraisal as a reference to be less precise. Therefore, this study aims to create a decision support system for evaluating employee performance that can be taken into consideration for decision making related to employees. This web-based system will use the multi attribute utility theory method in calculating employee performance. This system will calculate employee performance based on several criteria, namely attendance, quality, quantity, discipline and attitude. These criteria will have a weight according to the importance of the criteria. The value of the employee data on each of the criteria entered will be searched for the utility value by calculating the normalization of the matrix, which is then multiplied by the weights per criterion and ends by adding up all the results. Abstract

Milkfish (Chanos chanos) is a widely consumed fish commodity in Indonesia, often subject to preservation using formalin, a chemical with serious health risks when misused. This study proposes a non-destructive formalin detection method using HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) color features extracted from eye images of milkfish, classified via the k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) algorithm. The research investigates the impact of varying illumination levels low, medium, and high on the consistency of HSV features and the accuracy of kNN classification. Results show that medium lighting conditions yield the highest classification accuracy, suggesting an optimal illumination range for field deployment. The system's simplicity and potential for real-time implementation on mobile or embedded platforms make it suitable for use by non-technical personnel in traditional markets. Challenges such as environmental temperature, image angle, and surface reflectivity are addressed through calibration strategies and operational guidelines. This study contributes practical insights into lighting control and feature stability, enhancing the reliability of image-based formalin detection systems.
