Abstract

Pelaku ekonomi UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) di Indonesia harus mengikuti perkembangan Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, termasuk pula UKM Makanan di Kota Malang. Tidak ada jalan pilihan lain bagi UKM Makanan di Kota Malang untuk aktif dalam ekonomi digital. Hanya dengan itu UKM Makanan di Kota Malang akan bisa bertahan dan melakukan akselerisasi ekonomi yang luas. Karenanya yang dibutuhkan UKM Makanan di Kota Malang, adalah bagaimana mereka memiliki pengetahuan terkait dengan ekonomi digital. Untuk itu penguasaan terhadap internet, kemampuan penggunaan media sosial, hingga kemampuan membangun jaringan harus diberikan. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, pada dimensi Social Media Markerting sebagaimana dijelaskan Kim & Ko, UKM Makanan di Kota Malang menggunakan media sosial pada variabel entertainment, interaction, trendiness, dan customization dengan baik. Pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai bagian dari media promosi dan pemasaran, menjadi pendukung peningkatan penjualan produk UKM di Kota Malang. Pada kenyataannya, UKM Makanan di Kota Malang yang telah memiliki nama besar dan terkenal, tidak serta- merta mengutamakan media sosial sebagai alat promosi. Hal itu disebabkan oleh keberadaan mereka telah dikenal dnegan baik oleh pelanggan maupun calon pelanggan baru. Penggunaan media sosial, diutamakan pada variabel trendiness,dan interaction saja. Sementara variabel konvensional word of mouth, masih menjadi andalan.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi dan merupakan  satu satunya sumber daya yang memiliki akal, perasaan, keinginan, keterampilan, pengetahuan, dorongan, daya dan karya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas yang disebabkan oleh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai hubungan antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 62 PNS Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kota Malang.Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh.Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi religiusitas PNS yang disebabkan oleh semakin tingginya kompetensi dan kompensasi yang diterima PNS maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja pegawainya. Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kota Malang untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebaiknya memberikan ijin tugas belajar atau mengikutsertakan pegawai  dalam pelatihan baik bidang spesialisasi maupun keagamaan serta memberikan tugas/tantangan yang sesuai tugas dan fungsinya secara bertanggungjawab dan amanah, penempatan dalam jabatan fungsional umum maupun jabatan struktural sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki, memberikan kompensasi berdasarkan pencapaian kinerja, memberikan reward dan punishment secara bertanggungjawab dan amanah, dan  menerapkan aturan aturan agama dalam pelaksanaan tugas di kantor.Abstract : Human Resources (HR) has a very important role in an organization and is the only resource that has reason, feelings, desires, skills, knowledge, encouragement, power and work. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of religiosity caused by competence and compensation on the employee performance. This research is an explanatory study which aims to obtain an explanation of the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The population of this study were 62 civil servants of Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian of Malang City. The sample used in this study using saturated sampling. The statistical analysis used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the higher the religiosity of civil servants due to the higher competence and compensation received by civil servants, the higher the employee's performance. Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanianof Malang city to improve employee performance should give permission for study assignments or involve employees in training both in the fields of specialization and religion as well as assign tasks/challenges that are in accordance with their duties and functions responsibly and with trust, placement in general functional positions or structural positions according to competence owned, provide compensation based on performance achievement, provide rewards and punishments in a responsible and trustworthy manner, and apply religious rules in carrying out duties in the office. Keywords: Competence, compensation, religiosity and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange and organizational climate on organizational commitment mediated by work performance. This study is explanatory research, and the sample analysis of this research is the military personnel of the 30th maintenance department, Abdul Rachman Saleh Malang Airbase. In this study, the researchers set a sample size of 100 respondents and tested the research’s model by the Partial Least Square approach. This study shows that organizational climate can directly encourage organizational commitment while leader-member exchange has a positive effect when mediated by work performance.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the Islamic economy recently is a principal part of the global economy. The brands and services with halal/sharia concept in many products have become increasingly trending in the global economy, including in the tourism industry. Opportunities for the development of halal tourism are widely open as the rapidly growing Muslim population in the world. This study aims to analyse the potential of halal tourism from the educational aspect and the number of tourist visits to Bromo Tengger National Park. Primary data were collected through distributing questionnaires to Muslim tourists, in which the judgment sampling method was used for the selection of respondents. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 250 people. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the exploratory multivariate method. Tourist education and the number of tourist visits to Bromo Tengger act as aspects that can influence tourist perceptions in providing an assessment of the potential of halal tourist destinations. The results showed that the tourists gave a pretty good perception for every aspect of measuring halal tourist destination. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Bromo Tengger destination has the potential as a halal tourist destination.Keywords: halal tourism, potential, tourists.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : i). untuk menganalisis pengaruh semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh; ii). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh; iii). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh; iv). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh semangat kerja, stress kerja dan komunikasi melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mustika Sembuluh, Sampit - Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan tipe penjelasan (explanatory research). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 67 responden yang mewakili populasi dari 200 karyawan rumus Slovin dalam Umar (2004:78). Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara tertutup dengan menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Analisis statistic yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Analisis Path. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (i). Semangat Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh. (ii). Stress Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh. (iii). Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh. (iv). Semangat Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh. (v). Stress Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh. (vi). Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh. (vii). Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Mustika Sembuluh. (viii). Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Factors that affect performance are leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and work environment. Based on this, this research study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using quantitative methods and approaches that describe the influence of leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The total population in this study were all employees of the Krejengan sub-district, Probolinggo Regency, as many as 43 people. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling, the entire population was used as a sample of 43 people. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, 3) Organizational Culture had no significant effect on employee performance, 4) Work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, 5 ) Leadership style is the most dominant factor that has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate provides environmental forces that can affect the organization.

Abstract

Organizational climate provides environmental forces that can affect the organization. A good organizational climate can be seen from the behavior of each person, good relations or cooperation from each of its members, neat arrangement of the organizational structure and work procedures within the organization. Work ethic provides an overview of a person's views and attitudes towards work. This work ethic can be positive or negative so that it can affect the organization. Based on this, this research study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) of Probolinggo Regency. This study uses quantitative methods to describe and explain the type of research used is descriptive research using quantitative methods and approaches that describe the influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) Probolinggo Regency. The total population in this study were all employees. The influence of organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance in the People's Welfare Section (Kesra) Probolinggo Regency. Probolinggo Regency as many as 124 people. The sampling in this study used purposive sampling with the slovin formula of 55 samples. The results show that 1) Organizational climate has no significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) Simultaneously organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

To reach sustainable development goal 6, “clean water and sanitation,” the government has made it mandatory to implement the Scheduled Desludging Service program (in the Indonesian language as layanan lumpur tinja terjadwal / L2T2). The L2T2 program is a septic tank desludging service in a given desludging period following a set desludging schedule. Malang City has successfully implemented the program within a short period despite starting the program only recently, in 2019. The researchers employed a qualitative research design with the case study method to derive a meaning behind a phenomenon, given that the program is actual, specific, and detailed. The research results indicated that the L2T2 program implementation in Malang City had met 7 of 8 criteria under the L2T2 program guideline set by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The one criterion that needed to be fulfilled concerning service pricing. Instead, the sanitation marketing implementation in the L2T2 program has met 7 of 10 standards in the sanitation marketing aspect—the three criteria needed to be fulfilled service pricing, CSR strategy, and loyalty program.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan dan harga merupakan suatu hal penting untuk diperhatikan oleh sebuah perusahaan untuk melihat sejauh mana perusahaan tersebut mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Savana Hotel and Convention Malang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa perhotelan yang berlokasi strategis di tengah Kota Malang, namun pada tahun 2020 jumlah pengunjung hotel mengalami penurunan. Penurunan jumlah pelanggan tersebut diduga selain dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pandemi Covid-19 tetapi juga adanya penurunan kepuasan pelanggan, yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Hotel Savana Malang dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan pengunjung Hotel Savana Malang yang menginap di hotel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian keusioner. Data hasil pengisian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan menggunakan bantuan program SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (3) Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; (4) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; (5) Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; (6) Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan; dan (7) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan.
