Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Shindengen Indonesia, there is a position problem that does not fit ergonomics while working so that various muscle complaints are found in workers and it affects the output produced. This investigation is to find out the stages of ergonomic risk and objective description of MSD complaints experienced by workers. This research was carried out by observing and giving questionnaires using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method for workers in the Barcode Material section, the results obtained have a Moderate risk stage with a score of 57. Meanwhile, using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method for material bar code workers. The results obtained have a high risk stage with a score (9) on the activity of transferring materials to the trolley. The subjective MSD complaint that is most often felt is in the waist and neck, because of this, companies need to make SOPs that consider ergonomic aspects and need to add work facilities in the form of tables and trolleys that have a high height with workers.

Abstract

SMEs are medium-level community businesses with limited capital. The type of business that can revive the economy, especially the economy for families, is the SMEs culinary business which is consumed by the community every day. One of the SMEs that is still surviving despite experiencing a decline is the SMEs in the culinary field. The results of observations and interviews with one of the SMEs culinary businesses, in a period of 12 months, sales decreased by an average of up to 50%. The cause of the decline in sales is not known with certainty, so it is necessary to evaluate the performance of these SMEs. QFD is one method that can be used to obtain a clear and objective picture of Customer needs. The research method involves Customers as respondents, the number of samples is 80 with 26 valid and reliable attributes. The results of the analysis using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) show that there are five attributes that are considered important for Customers to become priority improvements. These attributes are related to the Tangible aspect, namely the presentation of Durian sticky rice products that are attractive, the portion according to expectations, Assurance, namely the consistency of the ripeness of the durian fruit, the taste of the durian fruit is felt in every portion, Empathy, namely the ethics in serving Customers. Based on the QFD approach, the priority is the technical importance rating by making standard operating procedures for each technical response in the form of standard operating procedures for checking raw materials and the amount of raw materials used in each serving, re-examining, providing the composition of the main raw materials so that the taste remains consistent (Assurance). Serving techniques with serving portions, cleanliness of physical facilities (Tangible), service to Customers and socialization of Customer service standards (Emphaty), and ordering techniques (reliability). So that in order to maintain and maintain the quality of SMEs products and services in the culinary field, it is necessary to conduct a performance assessment, especially related to the four aspects of service quality Assurance, Tangible, Empathy and Reliability as a design in assessing service quality

Abstract

Using an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) during the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a long-term investment for companies looking to enhance efficiency, performance, productivity, and decision-making capabilities. Typically, ERP systems employ a centralized database to streamline various business processes, reducing manual labor and improving workflows. These systems often include a Dashboard that provides real-time data for measuring productivity and profitability. Updated instantly when entered into the system, this information allows companies to make quick, informed decisions based on accurate, up-to-date internal data. However, discrepancies between transaction processes, such as mismatches in the quantity of goods recorded in the SAP system and actual production, can hamper the effectiveness of ERP control. To address this, research has been carried out to process information in real time and with greater accuracy. The study involves a literature review, hardware prototypes, and program development, ultimately leading to increased SAP user accuracy from 63% to 86%. This improved accuracy helps identify factors hindering optimal SAP performance and provides recommendations for resolving transactional issues. Ultimately, consistency and commitment from users and relevant stakeholders are vital for maintaining an optimally functioning ERP system.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi berperan dalam mengembangkan intelektual, keterampilan praktis, dan sikap profesional. Selain memberikan pengetahuan teoritis, juga mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tuntutan pasar kerja yang dinamis. Untuk memastikan efektivitas pendidikan, perguruan tinggi harus secara rutin mengevaluasi kualitas pembelajaran. Evaluasi ini melibatkan umpan balik mahasiswa, penilaian interaksi dosen-mahasiswa, serta kemampuan pembelajaran mahasiswa. Tujuan utama adalah meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan tinggi dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan masa depan serta menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan dan pengembangan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Kuesioner mencakup empat variabel utama dan 39 indikator yang dinilai oleh responden menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa program studi Teknik Industri dari tiga jenis kelas yang berbeda, dengan sampel mencakup seluruh mahasiswa dari kelas-kelas tersebut. Data primer yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistic untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan aspek kompetensi dinilai memuaskan. Aspek pedagogik memiliki tingkat kepuasan tertinggi, dengan 45.1% responden merasa puas dan 39.7% sangat puas. Aspek kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional juga menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, dengan sebagian besar responden merasa puas atau sangat puas. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, dengan model regresi valid dan R Square sebesar 0.949, yang berarti 94.9% variabilitas dalam kinerja dosen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel tersebut. Skor kepuasan keseluruhan adalah 84.67%, menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa umumnya puas dengan sistem pembelajaran. Setiap unsur kompetensi dosen menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, dengan semua hipotesis diterima. Aspek-aspek ini secara kolektif berkontribusi positif terhadap pengalaman belajar mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan kerja suatu perusahaan tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa risiko kecelakaan kerja yang mungkin terjadi dapat terjadi. Angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia menunjukkan peningkatan setiap tahunnya hingga tahun 2023 . PT ADIKU sebagai perusahaan manufaktur, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola potensi bahaya di lingkungan produksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko K3 di area produksi PT ADIKU dengan menggunakan Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan manajemen risiko yang digunakan dalam proses identifikasi bahaya yaitu Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC). Dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara, serta data sekunder berupa laporan kecelakaan kerja periode 2023. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan tahapan identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko berdasarkan matriks risiko, dan penyusunan rekomendasi tindakan pengendalian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa potensi bahaya pada area produksi stamping terdapat 9 potensi bahaya, ada 2 Risiko tinggi, 6 Risiko sedang dan 1 Risiko rendah yang dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Pada level low yaitu 22%, medium 41%, dan high 67%. Dari hasil analisis risiko, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar bahaya berada pada tingkat risiko sedang hingga tinggi. Rekomendasi pengendalian yang diajukan meliputi penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) yang sesuai, pelatihan keselamatan kerja, perawatan rutin terhadap mesin produksi, serta pengaturan ulang posisi kerja untuk mengurangi risiko ergonomis. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja dan meningkatkan budaya keselamatan kerja di PT ADIKU.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of price, riding safety, and service quality on GoRide customer satisfaction in Tegal Regency using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Data were collected from 100 GoRide users through a 5-point Likert-scale questionnaire. SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 was used to assess the validity and reliability of the research instrument, and to evaluate both the measurement (outer) and structural (inner) models. The results show that all outer loading values exceed 0.7 and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values are above 0.5, indicating good validity and reliability. The inner model analysis confirms that price, riding safety, and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction, with riding safety having the strongest impact. These findings suggest that service providers should focus on improving safety standards, enhancing service quality, and ensuring price transparency to boost customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ergonomic risk in manual lifting activities at the food storage warehouse of PT XYZ, located in Cikarang Barat, using the NIOSH Lifting Equation method. A total of 20 workers were observed, with ergonomic variables measured such as load weight, lifting frequency, lifting distance, and body posture. The results showed that the average initial Lifting Index (LI) was 2.328, significantly exceeding the safe threshold (LI ≤ 1), indicating a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders. After an intervention using a team lifting system, the average LI decreased to 1.207. Although not yet fully within the safe zone, this method effectively reduced ergonomic risk. Recommendations include ergonomic training, use of lifting aids, and broader implementation of team lifting. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach.

Abstract

The high rate of defective products in the production process of minimalist fences at PT. XYZ negatively affects both quality and production efficiency. This study aims to identify the most frequent types of defects and apply the Six Sigma method using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and production documentation from January to December 2024. The findings reveal that uneven welding and incorrect dimensions are the most common defects. Root causes include human factors, non-standardized methods, machine conditions, and the working environment. Improvements were carried out through SOP development, technical training, measuring tool calibration scheduling, and workflow reorganization. Post-implementation evaluation showed a 52.6% decrease in defective products, an increase in sigma level from 3.41 to 4.10, and a 10% boost in production efficiency. The DMAIC approach has proven effective in enhancing product quality and achieving a more controlled and standardized production process.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di Sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) di Cikarang Selatan melalui teknik evaluasi kinerja berbasis metode SERVQUAL. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah belum dilakukannya pengukuran sistematis terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. Metode SERVQUAL digunakan dengan lima dimensi utama yaitu Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, dan Tangibles. Kegiatan diawali dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak sekolah untuk memahami kondisi awal layanan. Selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihan dan penyuluhan kepada pihak sekolah terkait pentingnya evaluasi kinerja serta penggunaan kuesioner berbasis lima dimensi kualitas layanan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya gap antara harapan dan persepsi orang tua terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Gap tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan layanan secara prioritas, terutama pada dimensi dengan selisih terbesar. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat bagi sekolah dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan serta melibatkan peran aktif orang tua dalam proses evaluasi.

Abstract

This study analyzes machine effectiveness in Cryogenic Pipe Shoe production at PT Binder Indonesia using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review between April and June 2024. Results show OEE improved from 86.8% to 92.1%, surpassing the JIPM standard (85%). The main issue reducing effectiveness was downtime from technical failures, particularly in availability and performance. Root cause analysis revealed gaps in preventive maintenance, operator self-inspection skills, and post-maintenance quality control. The study recommends systematic preventive maintenance scheduling, operator training, and stronger quality control to enhance productivity and minimize delivery delays.
