Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) sosial-ekonomi pengolah buah aren di Dusun Selombo Desa Bondalem ditinjau dari penghasilan, (2) sosial-ekonomi pengolah buah aren di Dusun Selombo Desa Bondalem ditinjau dari pemilikan barang-barang berharga, (3) sosial-ekonomi pengolah buah aren di Dusun Selombo Desa Bondalem ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan, (4) sosial-ekonomi pengolah buah aren di Dusun Selombo Desa Bondalem ditinjau dari keadaan rumah tinggal, (5) sosial-ekonomi pengolah buah aren di Dusun Selombo Desa Bondalem ditinjau dari kedudukan di dalam masyarakat, dan (6) dampak penghasilan pengolah buah aren terhadap sosial-ekonomi pengolah buah aren. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pengolah buah aren di Dusun Selombo Desa Bondalem, sedangkan objeknya adalah sosial-ekonomi pengolahan buah aren dan dampak terhadap kondisi sosial-ekonomi petani aren. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode (1) wawancara, (2) dokumentasi, dan (3) observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sosial-ekonomi pengolah buah aren ditinjau dari penghasilan sudah layak. (2) Ditinjau dari pemilikan barang-barang berharga sudah layak. (3) Ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan belum baik. (4) Ditinjau dari keadaan rumah tinggal sudah baik. (5) Ditinjau dari kedudukan di dalam masyarakat belum baik. (6) Dampak penghasilan pengolah buah aren terhadap sosial-ekonomi pengolah buah aren sangat berpengaruh. This research is descriptive. The subject of this research is in the palm fruit processing in Dusun Selombo Desa Bondalem, while socio-economic object is sugar palm fruit processing and the impact on the socio-economic conditions of palm farmers. Data in this research is done by: (1) interviews method, (2) documentation method, and (3) observation method. The results of this research showed: (1) Socio-economic of processing palm fruit is feasible in terms of income. (2) In terms of ownership of valuable goods is feasible. (3) In terms of the level of education is not good. (4) In view of the state of residence has been good. (5) In view of the position in society is not good. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah dan karakteristik pekerjaan secara parsial dan simultan terhadapkepuasan kerja kerja karyawan bagian pemasangan instalasi listrik di CV.Putra Tunggal Jaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 65 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari variabel upah terhadap kepuasan kerja, dimana hasil analisis uji signifikansi dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t.hitung lebih besar dari t.tabel yaitu 3,319>1,998 dengan signifikansi 0,023,15. Hasil regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y=12,113+0,385(X1)+0,191(X2)+e Kata Kunci : karakteristik pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, upah This research aims to know the partially and simultaneous influence of the wages and the job characteristics against job satisfaction of the electrical installation employee in CV. Putra Tunggal Jaya. This research was done in with 65 respondents. The data collected by questionnaire method, analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was influence of variable wages towards job satisfaction, it is shown from the results of the significance test with t test, the result obtained is t count is higher than t table 3.319>1.998 with a level of significance of 0.02 0.05. Further results of the significance of simultaneously with F-test showed that there was a significant positive influence of wage and job characteristics variables against job satisfaction. It can be seen from the value of f count is higher than f table 10.98 > 3.15. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) bagaimana pendapatan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) kecamatan Sawan kabupaten Buleleng sebelum mendapatkan kredit dari PT. BPR Suryajaya Kubutambahan , (2) bagaimana pendapatan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) kecamatan Sawan kabupaten Buleleng sesudah mendapatkan kredit dari PT. BPR Suryajaya Kubutambahan, dan (3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan pendapatan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) kecamatan Sawan kabupaten Buleleng sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan kredit dari PT. BPR Suryajaya Kubutambahan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kausalitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha kecil menengah (UKM) sedangkan yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah pendapatan UKM sebelum mendapatkan kredit dan pendapatan UKM sesudah mendapatkan kredit. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode (1) dokumentasi dan (2) wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik menggunakan nilai rata-rata hitung dan uji beda (t-test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pendapatan (1) rata-rata sebelum mendapatkan kredit adalah sebesar Rp. 32.800.000,00 tahun 2012, (2) rata-rata sesudah mendapatkan kredit adalah sebesar Rp. 39.880.000,00 tahun 2013, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan UKM sebelum mendapatkan kredit dengan pendapatan sesudah mendapatkan kredit dengan thitung yang diperoleh sebesar 6,919 sedangkan ttabel yang diperoleh sebesar 2,04. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kredit PT BPR Suryajaya Kubutambahan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan UKM. The subject of this research is the small medium enterprise meanwhile the object of this research is the income of the small medium enterprise before getting credit and the income of the small medium enterprise after getting credit. The data was collected by using the method of (1) documentation and (2) interview. The data analyzed with statistics analysis by using average score of account and and t-test. The result of this research shows that income of the small medium enterprise (1) the average before getting credit is Rp. 32.800.000,00 in 2012 (2) the average after getting credit is 39.880.000,00 in 2013, (3) there is a significant difference between the income of the small medium enterprise before getting credit and the income after getting credit in 2013 with t-value that shows 6,919 meanwhile t-table that shows 2,04. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat loyalitas merek pada konsumen sepeda motor merek Honda diukur dari tingkat (1) switcher , (2) habitual buyer , (3) satisfied buyer , (4) liking of the brand (pembeli yang menyukai merek), dan (5) committed buyer. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Konsumen PT. Tri Mitra Bali Motor Semabaung, Gianyar. Sedangkan objek adalah tingkat loyalitas merek (brand loyalty) konsumen sepeda motor merek Honda. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang ditentukan dengan metode Probability sampling dengan cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi dan metode Kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan deskriptif . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat loyalitas merek pada konsumen (brand loyalty) sepeda motor merek Honda diukur dari tingkat (1) switcher memiliki nilai sebesar 68,84, (2) habitual buyer memiliki nilai sebesar 58,87, (3) satisfied buyer memiliki nilai sebesar 65,36 yang menandakan bahwa kosumen merasa puas sehingga loyal terhadap sepeda , (4) liking the brand memiliki nilai sebesar 80,49, (5) committed buyer memiliki nilai sebesar 67,33.Kata Kunci : Brand Loyalty, switcher, habitual buyer, satisfied buyer, liking of the brand, committed buyer. This research aims to measure the level of consumer brand loyalty on Honda motorcycles measured from the level (1) switcher (buyers who move - move), (2) habitual buyer (the purchase of which is habit), (3) satisfied buyer (buyer is satisfied the transition costs), (4) the liking of the brand (the buyers are liking the brand), and (5) committed buyer (buyer committed). This research uses descriptive research design. The subjects were Consumer PT. Tri Mitra Bali Motor Semabaung, Gianyar. While the object is the level of brand loyalty (brand loyalty) consumer Honda motorcycles Samples were taken with Probability sampling methods. Data collected by the methods of documentation and questionnaire method, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the level of consumer loyalty to the brand (brand loyalty) Honda motorcycles measured from the level (1) The switcher has a value of 68.84, (2) habitual buyer has a value of 58.87, (3) satisfied buyer has a value of 65.36 which indicates that kosumen satisfied so loyal to the bike, (4) liking the brand has a value of 80.49, (5) committed buyer has a value of 67.33.keyword : Brand Loyalty, switcher, habitual buyer, satisfied buyer, liking of the brand, committed buyer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran IPS dan besarnya pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri Kota Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kualititatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t dan R2. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dimana seluruh guru IPS SMP Negeri di kota Singaraja berjumlah 45 orang digunakan sebagai sampel. Variabel bebas penelitian adalah kompetensi pedagogik (X) dan variable terikatnya kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran (Y). Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri Kota Singaraja (t hitung 11,065 > t tabel 1,684), dan (2) pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 74,0% terhadap kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri Kota Singaraja, sisanya 26,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak ungkap dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : : kompetensi pedagogik, kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran This study aims to determine the influence of pedagogical competence of the teacher's ability to manage learning IPS and the influence of pedagogical competence of the teacher's ability to manage learning IPS in Singaraja City Junior High School. This study used a qualitative design. The data in this study were analyzed using t test and R2. This study is a population where all Junior High School social studies teacher in the city of Singaraja totaling 45 persons used as a sample. The independent variables were the pedagogic competence (X) and the dependent variable teacher's ability to manage learning (Y). Data collected by questionnaire method. The analysis technique used is the statistical analysis t test and R2. The results showed that (1) there is a significant effect on the ability of teachers' pedagogical competence to manage learning IPS in Singaraja City Junior High School (11.065 t count> t table 1.684), and (2) the influence of pedagogical competence by 74,0% against the teacher's ability to manage learning IPS Singaraja City Junior High School, the remaining 26,0% is influenced by other factors not revealed in this study.keyword : pedagogical competence, the ability of teachers to manage learning

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku pada UD Jaya Utama Seririt, (2) masalah yang dihadapi dalam perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku meubel pada UD Jaya Utama Seririt, dan (3) pemecahan masalahnya dalam perencanaan meubel pada UD Jaya Utama Seririt. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UD Jaya Utama Seririt. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi, dianalisis dengan analisis deskritif dan jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskritif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) UD. Jaya Utama merencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku dengan sesuai dan tepat, sehingga proses produksinya dapat berjalan dengan lancar. (2) Masalah yang dihadapi dalam perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku adalah perbedaaan tenggang waktu dan perubahan kebutuhan. (3) Cara mengatasi masalah yang terjadi pada UD Jaya Utama Seririt yaitu dengan menghitung secara teliti lead time dalam pengiriman bahan baku dan UD. Jaya Utama harus sering melakukan pengawasan apabila terjadi perubahan kebutuhan. Sehingga UD. Jaya utama seririt bisa meningkatkan profit perusahaan dan kelancaran proses produksi tidak terganggu.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: perencanaan bahan baku ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the raw material requirements planning at UD Jaya Utama Seririt, (2) the problems encountered in raw material requirements planning furniture at UD Jaya Utama Seririt, and (3) solving the problem in the planning of furniture at UD Jaya Utama Seririt. This research was conducted at UD Jaya Utama Seririt. Data collected by the method of documentation, were analyzed with descriptive analysis and descriptive type of research is a quantitative approach. The results showed that (1) UD. Jaya Utama merencanaan raw material needs with appropriate and precise, so that the production process can run smoothly. (2) The problems encountered in raw material requirements planning is the difference grace period and changing needs. (3) How to troubleshoot problems that occur at UD Jaya Utama Seririt is by carefully calculating the lead time in the delivery of raw materials and UD. Jaya Utama must often perform surveillance in case of changing needs. So UD. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Tekhnologi, Informasi, dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu pada siswa kelas VIII J di SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, (2) mengetahui respons siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di kelas VIII J di SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran dengan tahapan-tahapan dalam setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Data hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar pada akhir setiap siklus. Data respon siswa dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket/kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan jumlah siswa yang telah tuntas pada siklus I sebesar 65,52%, sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang telah tuntas adalah sebesar 93,10%, dan (2) respons siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 41,72 dengan kategori positif.Kata Kunci : TIK, Hasil belajar, Respons siswa This study aims to (1) determine the use of interactive learning media based on Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) in improving learning outcomes in the Integrated IPS VIII J grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja academic year 2013/2014, (2) determine students' responses the use of ICT based interactive learning media on subjects in class VIII Integrated IPS J in SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja academic year 2013/2014. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted in two cycles of learning with the stages in each cycle includes planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Student learning outcomes data collected through achievement test at the end of each cycle. Student response data collected through questionnaires/questionnaires. Collected data was then analyzed descriptively. The results showed, (1) the use of ICT based interactive learning media can improve student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the number of students who have completed the first cycle of 65.52%, while in the second cycle the number of students who have completed amounted to 93.10%, and (2) the response of students to the use of ICT based interactive learning media obtained average scores average of 41.72 with the positive category.keyword : ICT, Learning outcomes, Student response

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudra tahun 2013. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi berganda. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Indocitra Jaya samudra sedangkan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 16.0 for windows yang meliputi uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) latar belakang pendidikan karyawan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari perhitungan thitung = 0,451 < ttabel = 1,661 atau p–value = 0,653 > α = 0.05 (2) masa kerja karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari perhitungan thitung = 1,954 > ttabel = 1,661 atau p–value = 0,05 = α = 0.05 (3) latar motivasi kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari perhitungan thitung = 0,774 < ttabel = 1,661 atau p–value = 0,441 > α = 0.05 (4) latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja, dan motivasi kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dari perhitungan uji F diperoleh Fhitung = 1,790 < Ftabel = 3.09 atau p–value = 0,154 > α = 0.05.Kata Kunci : latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to find out the affect of educational background, period of work, and motivation to work toward the employee performance at PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudra in the year 2013. This study belongs to descriptive quantitative research which involved 100 respondents. The method gathered data are interview, questionnaire, and documentation method, and analyzed through descriptive quantitative analysis and double regression analysis. The subject of this research was the employees of PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudra, whereas the object of this research was educational background, duration of work, motivation to work, and employee performance. The data were analyzed through double regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for windows which involved t test and F test. The result of the research shows that (1) Educational background of the employees did not give significant effect toward the employees performance which can be seen from tcount = 0.451 < ttable = 1.661 or p-value = 0.653 > a = 0.05. (2) Work duration of the employee did not give significant effect toward the employee performance which can be seen from tcount = 1.954 > ttable = 1.661 or p-value = 0.05 = a = 0.05.(3) Works motivation of the employee did not give significant effect toward the employee performance which can be seen from tcount = 0.774 < ttable = 1.661 or p-value = 0.441 > a = 0.05. (4) Simultaneously, the educational background, period of work, and the work motivation did not give simultaneous and significant effect toward the employee performance from the calculation of F test, it can be obtained Fcount = 1.790 < Ftable = 3.09 or p-value = 0.154 > a = 0.05.keyword : educational background, period of work, work motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kecenderungan omset penjualan barang elektronik dan furniture tahun 2010-2014, dan (2) kecenderungan omset penjualan pada UD R. Cemerlang Sejahtera Singaraja tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis trend. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa omset penjualan barang elektronik dan furniture tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2014 mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan setiap tahunnya. Penjualan barang Furniture paling tinggi terjadi pada tahun 2012 sebesar Rp.1.460.662.000 dan paling rendah terjadi pada tahun 2010 sebesar Rp.677.200.000, sedangkan penjualan barang Elektronik paling tinggi terjadi pada tahun 2012 sebesar Rp.3.923.328.000 dan paling rendah terjadi pada tahun 2010 sebesar Rp.1.110.210.000. Untuk hasil ramalan omset penjualan tahun 2015 menunjukkan bahwa omset penjualan berfluktuasi mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan setiap bulannya dengan jumlah omset penjualan sebesar Rp.2.610.715.356. Omset penjualan tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Agustus sebesar Rp.252.913.598 sedangkan terendah terjadi pada bulan Oktober sebesar Rp.174.602.798.Kata Kunci : omset penjualan, peramalan The objectives of this research was to find out (1) inclination of turnover of sales from 2010 until 2014, and (2) inclination of turnover of sales in UD R. Cemerlang Sejahtera Singaraja 2015 by trend analysis. This research uses a quantitative descriptive design. The data was collected by using documentation and interview. Then, it was analyzed through descriptivequantitative analysis. The result showed that the turnover of sales level in 2010 until 2014 showed that there was the increase and decrease of turnover of sales every year. The most increase level in turnover of sales of goods furniture was in 2012 with Rp.1.460.662.000 meanwhile the most decrease level in room occupancy was in 2010 in with Rp.677.200.000. The most increase level in turnover of sales of goods electronic was in 2012 with Rp.3.923.328.000 meanwhile the most decrease level room occupancy was in 2010 with Rp.1.110.210.000. The interpretation for turnover of sales in 2015 showed that the turnover of sales would raise and decline every month to the number of 4.731 rooms. The highest turnover of sales level would be in August with Rp.252.913.598, and then, the lowest was in January with Rp.174.602.798.keyword : forecasting, turnover of sales

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) sistem akuntansi pertanggungjawaban, dan (2) kinerja karyawan UD. Sangging Serasi berdasarkan sistem akuntansi pertanggungjawaban. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah UD. Sangging Serasi, Tabanan, sedangkan objeknya adalah sistem akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan kinerja karyawan pada UD. Sangging Serasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sistem akuntansi pertanggungjawaban yang diterapkan oleh UD. Sangging Serasi telah memenuhi syarat-syarat penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban berupa penetapan anggaran, pembentukan struktur organisasi, penilaian prestasi, dan penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban, dan (2) kinerja kinerja karyawan ditinjau dari sistem akuntansi pertanggungjawaban berdasarkan (a) pusat biaya menunjukkan kinerja karyawan baik. (b) Pusat pendapatan menunjukkan kinerja karyawan baik. (c) Pusat laba menggunakan analisis gross profit margin menunjukkan kinerja karyawan kurang baik, sedangkan operating profit margin dan net profit margin menunjukkan kinerja karyawan baik.Kata Kunci : kinerja karyawan dan sistem akuntansi pertanggungjawaban This research aimed to determine (1) the responsibility accounting system, and (2) the performance of employees of UD. Sangging Serasi based on the responsibility accounting system. This research is designed descriptively. The subject of this research is UD. Sangging Serasi, Tabanan, while the object is the responsibility accounting system and the performance of employees of UD. Sangging Serasi. The data were collected by using documentation method. Later, the data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative approach. The result of this research shows that (1) responsibility accounting system applied UD. Sangging Serasi has been fulfilled the term of application of responsibility accounting such as determination of budget, design of organization stucture, assessment of achievement and arrangement of responsibility report, and (2) the employee’s performance in terms of responsibility accounting system based (a) cost center showed that the performance of employee is good, (b) income center showed that the performance of employee is good, (c) profit center by using gross profit margin analysis showed that showed that the performance of employee is not good, while operating profit margin dan net profit margin showed showed that the performance of employee is good.keyword : Performance of Employees and Responsibility Accounting System
