Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) from 2004 to 2024. By measuring productivity, impact, collaboration and research topics, this research tracks the development of the domain. These findings may provide a foundation for future research on the growth of AI-focused HRM research, lead authors, institutions, and emerging themes. Using the Scopus database, 381 relevant documents were identified and analyzed, showing an increase in publications year on year, with significant growth between 2020 and 2023. This shows the transformative impact of AI on HRM. This analysis reveals rapid growth and international collaboration in AI-enabled HRM research, demonstrating significant potential. Future research could explore specific applications of AI, ethical considerations, and long-term impacts on HRM practices.

Abstract

Ide awal penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan interaksi manusia dengan komputer secara alami dalam bermain puzzle virtual. Puzzle virtual merupakan kategori permainan puzzle yang menggunakan bantuan komputer dalam menyusun dan menampilkan hasilnya sehingga pengguna akan mendapatkan pengalaman konten yang lebih kaya. Namun dalam bermain puzzle virtual, pengguna cenderung tidak berinteraksi secara alami dengan potongan puzzle. Pengguna harus menggunakan peripheral input seperti mouse atau keyboard untuk menyusun puzzle. Dalam penelitian ini akan memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality untuk membangun Natural User Interface dalam bermain puzzle virtual. Pada dasarnya Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi yang dapat menambahkan objek virtual dalam lingkungan fisik. Namun dalam pemanfaatannya, Augmented Reality juga dapat digunakan untuk memanipulasi objek virtual yang ada dalam komputer menggunakan benda asli yang ada dalam lingkungan pengguna sebagai perangkat interaksi. Sehingga dalam kasus bermain puzzle virtual, pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan potongan fisik puzzle secara langsung dan sekaligus juga mendapatkan pengalaman konten yang lebih kaya.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis hubungan antara rutinitas peregangan harian di meja kerja dan produktivitas staf administrasi di perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis dengan menyintesis 15 studi relevan untuk mengisi kekosongan informasi spesifik ini. Meskipun studi sebelumnya telah mengaitkan aktivitas fisik dengan peningkatan kinerja, dampak peregangan harian di lingkungan kerja administratif masih belum terinci dengan baik. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa peregangan di meja kerja memberikan manfaat fisik seperti peningkatan fleksibilitas dan mengurangi ketidaknyamanan otot. Secara tidak langsung, hal ini bisa meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Beberapa studi juga melaporkan peningkatan produktivitas melalui perbaikan kondisi fisik, penurunan stres, dan peningkatan motivasi. Namun, terdapat kendala dalam mengukur hubungan ini. Definisi dan pengukuran produktivitas yang tidak konsisten di antara studi yang ada membuat interpretasi hasilnya sulit. Banyak publikasi tidak menggunakan metrik yang terstandar atau tidak menjelaskan secara detail jenis peregangan yang dilakukan. Secara keseluruhan, meskipun ada bukti awal yang menunjukkan korelasi positif antara peregangan di tempat kerja dan potensi peningkatan produktivitas, hubungan langsung yang terukur pada staf administrasi di Indonesia belum dapat disimpulkan secara meyakinkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian empiris lebih lanjut dengan alat ukur yang konsisten untuk memperjelas hubungan ini.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is a learning model that can enhance the quality of higher education, particularly in developing critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills. However, implementing PjBL often faces challenges such as limited resources and the need for intensive guidance from lecturers. To overcome these challenges, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology offers great potential, although traditional AI systems often provide responses that are less relevant to the context of the learning material. The Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technique in AI can serve as a solution, enabling the system to generate more accurate and contextually relevant responses. By utilizing data sources such as course materials, RAG can enhance the relevance of AI responses in supporting project-based learning. It is expected that developing an AI-based virtual mentor using the RAG approach can optimize students’ PjBL experiences. Specifically, this virtual mentor is designed to provide contextual guidance, help students overcome project-related challenges, and foster independent learning, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of PjBL in higher education.

Abstract

Copyright is an essential element of innovation in academic and educational environments. However, the current manual verification and management process of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is highly inefficient, particularly in institutions such as Universitas Negeri Malang, which face delays and data duplication due to paper-based workflows. To address this issue, this study aims to develop an Automated Copyright Verification System based on Multi-Agent Artificial Intelligence to enhance efficiency and optimize IPR management. The proposed system, developed using a Prototype Model, leverages an agent-based architecture to model IPR verifiers with distinct functions and objectives. These agents are supported by Vision Language Models (VLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Its key features include ID card data compliance checks and automated text recognition using VLM. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce staff workload, accelerate responses, and ensure data accuracy in IPR management, supporting a sustainable innovation ecosystem.

Abstract

Institutional financial management often faces optimization challenges due to limited understanding of influencing factors, difficulties in data integration, and the lack of human expertise. These constraints hinder the identification of opportunities, risk management, and sustainability. An adaptive and automated financial planning system is required. This study proposes the design of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system for automated financial planning aligned with institutional standards. The system addresses these challenges by integrating financial needs analysis, standardized cost references, and automated budget summary preparation. Using a prototyping approach, the system employs AI agents to conduct in-depth analysis and produce comprehensive budgets. The proposed system leverages RAGflow, an open-source Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engine that uses deep document understanding to provide truthful question-answering from complex data.
