This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on the decision of students to choose the Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers of the Darussalam Islamic Institute of Academic Year 2019/2020. As one of the factors influencing students' decision to choose a study program, promotion is one of the most important variables in the marketing mix undertaken by a company or educational institution. This research is a quantitative research. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. To find out whether there is a significant influence between promotion of student decisions in choosing the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Institute of Islamic Religion in the Academic Year 2019/2020 using Pearson's product moment formula. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the results of the questionnaire were about promotion with 53 respondents classified as very good with the percentage of 88.60% (2) the results of the questionnaire about the student's decision were classified as very good with a percentage of 88.86%. (3) Effect of Promotion on Students' Decisions to Choose Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty of Islamic Republic of Darussalam Academic Year 2019/2020 shows an effect of 90.63%, with the results of t count then 0.935 is between 0.80 - 1,000 Very strong.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah proes membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan dangan konsumen yang menguntungkan dengan memberikan produk yang sangat bernilai bagi konsumen dan membuat konsumen puas. Dengan adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat diantara lembaga pendidikan, maka setiap lembaga pendidikan berlomba-lomba menggunakan bermacam-macam metode agar produk atau layanan jasanya dapat diterima oleh pelanggan dengan baik. SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi karena domisili siswanya tidak hanya disekitar sekolah saja, melainkan dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia dengan diterapkannya teori Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan, maka sangat berdampak terhadap loyalitas pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan datanya melalui Analisis data menggunakan teori Miles & Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Setelah melaksanakan wawancara dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi menggunakan konsep fungsi manajemen yang dimulai dari tahap : perencanaan, yakni dengan menyiapkan beberapa pihak yang terkait dalam program kegiatan, menyusun perangkat pemasaran pendidikan dan menyiapkan pemasaran pendidikan yang sesuai dengan visi, misi serta tujuan sekolah. Pelaksanaan dalam imlpementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan adalah memanfaatkan alat teknologi canggih yaitu internet sebagai penunjang untuk mempromosikan sekolah, penyebaran brosur, mendatangi sekolah-sekolah tingkat SLTP terutama sekolah intern (dalam satu yayasan) dan melakukan kunjungan terhadap masyarakat-masyarakat kurang mampu. Evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu langsung dari kepala sekolah dan siapapun yang memberikan kritik dan saran tentang bagaimana realisasinya dan bila terjadi kendala maka dicari solusi agar kualitas pendidikan selalu terjaga.

Charismatic leadership places more emphasis on the privileges of the leader which has an impact on the number of followers who obey and obey the leader. Charismatic leaders are expected to maintain their privileges. This study aims to: 1) find out Kiai's charismatic leadership style in developing the Al-Islami Sumbermulyo Islamic Boarding School, Pesanggaran Banyuwangi. 2). To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of Kiai's charismatic leadership style in developing the Al-Islami Sumbermulyo Islamic Boarding School, Pesanggaran Banyuwangi. This type of research uses qualitative. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive three models. While the validity of the data is done through triangulation. The results of this study indicate that 1. The Kyai's charismatic leadership style in developing the Al-Islami Sumbermulyo Islamic Boarding School, Pesanggaran Banyuwangi, is in accordance with the characteristics of charismatic leadership, namely: the Kiai has a strong vision, has good communication and speaking skills, istiqomah and focuses on managing pesantren, and have high self-confidence. 2. Factors supporting the development of Islamic boarding schools are the existence of volunteer teachers who are alumni of Islamic boarding schools, and the support of the general public. The inhibiting factors are regional factors and the lack of funds.

Dampak Penutupan Lokalisasi di Kabupaten Banyuwangi adalah : Menurunnya tamu mempengaruhi penghasilan warga eks lokalisasi dan berdampak menurunnya penghasilan dari warga yang menggantungkan hidup pada lokalisasi. Warga yang menggantungkan hidup pada lokalisasi selain PSK (Pekerja Seks Komersial) juga ada mucikari. Dan setelah penutupan lokalisasi mantan mucikari yang berada di eks lokalisasi padang pasir Rogojampi tidak mampu lagi berpenghasilan seperti sebelum penutupan lokalisasi. Pada akhirnya sebagian dari mantan mucikari mulai beralih profesi, ada yang mencoba untuk berdagang, mengumpulkan sampah dan menjadi buruh pemilah sampah. Dikarenakan disekitar lokalisasi banyak warga yang menjadi pengumpul sampah maka untuk menambah nilai sampah perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan mantan mucikari melalui pemanfaatan sampah organik dan non organik pada eks lokalisasi Padang Pasir Rogojampi Banyuwangi sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan penghasilan mantan mucikari yang telah mengalami penurunan penghasilan setelah penutupan lokalisasi. Dari hasil temuan adalah : Strategi yang dilakukan untuk pemberdayaan mantan mucikari tersebut adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan pembuatan kompos dari sampah organik dan membuat tas, bros, dan gantungan kunci dari sampah non organik. Stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pemberdayaan mantan mucikari tersebut adalah Perangkat desa Karangbendo, perangkat kecamatan Rogojampi dan BPM PD kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Pricing is a method used by grocery store traders to seek profits. The research in this scientific work aims to find out how basic food prices are determined in Blokagung Hamlet, and whether the price setting process is in accordance with the price concept in Islamic economics. This research is qualitative field research, namely obtaining data from direct field research regarding the determination of basic food prices in Blokagung Hamlet. The results of this research found that price determination in buying and selling basic necessities is based on the prices prevailing on the market and the prices prevailing at that time, then what differentiates prices between traders is where the supply comes from. The review of Islamic law regarding price differences in buying and selling basic necessities in Blokagung Hamlet as a whole is in accordance with the concept of price in Islam, for harmony and the conditions for buying and selling have also been fulfilled. Traders are also able to practice as taught by the Prophet Muhammad in trading.

The purpose of this study was to 1) Determine whether the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) simultaneously influence Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) of Wardah cosmetic products in IAI Darussalam students; 2) Knowing whether the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) has a partial effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) of Wardah cosmetic products in IAI Darussalam students. This research uses a quantitative research approach with the type of data collection through the method of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The sampling method in this study is a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations. Research Results 1) Significantly the Quality of Halal Products (X1) has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y); 2) Significantly Religiosity (X2) has no effect on Buying Interest (Y); 3) Simultaneously, the strategy for the Quality of Halal Products (X1) and Religiosity (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) for Wardah cosmetics products.

This study describe to determine whether the practice of buying and selling oil palm fruit in Tanjung Paring Village, Danau Seluluk District, Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, is in accordance with the law of buying and selling according to Imam Syafi'I. Research with a qualitative approach and data analysis techniques using interviews. The results show the suitability of the practice of buying and selling oil palm fruit according to the perspective of Imam Syafi'i, which from the harvesting process to the selling process is in accordance with what has become its main goal. Ripe palm fruit is then harvested and taken out into the street to be weighed, then the buyer or weigher will come to the place for the weighing process, when the weighing process the seller and the buyer witness firsthand how the weighing process and the results or wages are received directly by the seller after the weighing process is complete.

This study aims to interpret transformational leadership in changing the educational paradigm, namely in improving the quality of learning of alpha generation madrasah aliyah students. The research design used is qualitative research with a case study method. The sources of informants in this study consisted of principals, teachers, students, and student guardians. Data collection in this study was conducted through three main methods, namely in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results of this study show that transformational leadership at MAN 2 Banyuwangi has succeeded in changing the educational paradigm, namely in improving the quality of learning through soft skills development, digital learning hub development, and multimodal literacy development. The novelty in this research is the concept of transformational leadership that contributes to the quality of learning. The contribution of this study shows that the application of transformational leadership in Madrasah Aliyah can significantly change the educational paradigm.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Islamic work ethics (X1), Islamic work motivation (X2), and Islamic work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) at BSI Banyuwangi City Region. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire research type. The sample collection technique uses Nonprobability sampling in the form of saturated sampling . The number of respondents obtained was 60 employees. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software.Testing using (t-test) shows that Islamic Work Ethics do not have a significant effect on employee performance at BSI Banyuwangi City Area. It has a t count of 0.579 which is smaller than the t table of 1.672 with a significance probability level of 0.565 which is greater than 0.05. Islamic Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance at BSI Banyuwangi City Area. It has a t count of 0.625 which is smaller than the t table of 1.672 with a significance probability level of 0.535 which is greater than 0.05. Islamic Work Environment has a significant effect on employee performance at BSI Banyuwangi City Area . It has a t count of of 3.802 which is greater than t table 1 , 672 with a significance probability level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. So from the results of the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that together, Islamic Work Ethics, Islamic Work Motivation, and Islamic Work Environment have an effect on Employee Performance at BSI Banyuwangi City Area.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumberdaya manusia (SDM) di SMA Faforit NU Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi. Kedua, Bagaimana mutu guru di SMA Faforit NU Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi. Ketiga, Bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumberdaya manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan mutu guru di SMA Faforit NU Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumberdaya manusia (SDM) di SMA Faforit NU Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi; (2) Bagaimana mutu guru di SMA Faforit NU Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi; (3) Bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumberdaya manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan mutu guru di SMA Faforit NU Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi.
