Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memanfaatkan buah naga yang rusak karena proses pemetikan sehingga ditolak oleh tengkulak/pasar untuk dijadikan olahan Bagiak Buah Naga yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi dan kualitas tahan lama untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Karangmulyo Kecamatan Tegalsari Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Pelatihan ini melibatkan ibu-ibu PKK dan ibu-ibu yang kegiatan setiap harinya sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki waktu dan kemauan untuk mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan kue bagiak dari buah naga. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil pelatihan mengolah buah naga menjadi bagiak naga berdampak pada nilai jual buah naga dan peningkatan ekonomi bagi ibu-ibu, lebih-lebih dapat mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga sehari-hari. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan analisis keuntungan pembuatan bagiak naga Rp. 32.000,-/resep. Sehingga dengan tambahan pendapatan tersebut diharapkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Karangmulyo menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Buah Naga, Bagiak Naga

Reasons for Choosing Side-by-Side, namely: (1) Madrasas need curriculum innovations in order to contribute to the success of madrasa goals that are in line with the objectives of national education; (2) Madrasas have never received civic education assistance from the Banyuwangi district government; (3) Madrasah students need an understanding of civic education, especially insight into the archipelago as a counterweight to understanding religion and nation in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia for the provision of living in a pluralistic society. The approach used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The conclusion obtained from the results of this service is that the madrasah curriculum innovation at the pesantren is important, given that Islamic religious education at the pesantren contributes greatly to the Republic of Indonesia as a moral fortress as well as a stronghold of radicalism. Positive responses and stakeholder support are also a great motivation for the smoothness and success of the madrasah-based community service program carried out at the largest madrasah diniyah in Banyuwangi district, hoping that it could become a reference and barometer for the madrasah diniyah in Banyuwangi district

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka terhadap prestasi pendidikan agama Islam Siswa kelas IV,V, dan VI SD Negeri 2 Karangmulyo Tegalsari Banyuwangi Tahun Pelajaran 20142015. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ekstrakurikuler Pramuka terhadap prestasi pendidikan agama Islam siswa kelas IV,V, dan VI SD Negeri 2 Karangmulyo Tegalsari Banyuwangi Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Analisi data menggunakan rumus product moment. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui kuat lemahnya hubungan, maka hasil â€œrâ€ hitung dikonsultasikan dengan table interpretasi nilai â€œrâ€ product momen. berdasarkan pembahasan teori, hasil analisis, diskusi, dan hasil interprestasi serta beberapa data dari lapangan, maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan 1. Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka Siswa Kelas IV,V,dan VI SD Negeri 2 Karangmulyo Tegalsari Banyuwangi Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 sangat baik.2. Prestasi Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa Kelas IV,V,dan VI SD Negeri 2 Karangmulyo Tegalsari Banyuwangi Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 Sangatbaik. 3.Ada hubungan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka Terhadap Prestasi Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa Kelas IV,V,dan VI SD Negeri 2 Karangmulyo Tegalsari Banyuwangi Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. 4. Ada hubungan sedang antara Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka Terhadap Prestasi Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa Kelas IV,V,dan VI SD Negeri 2 Karangmulyo Tegalsari Banyuwangi Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.

Penelitian betujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang timbul di Sekolah MA Al Amiriyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi sebagai masukan bagi Kepala Sekolah untuk membuat Strategi dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di MA Al Amiriyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua strategi-strategi guru Pendidikan agama Islam yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah itu menunjukan strategi yang baik karena tidak hanya sebuah teori, akan tetapi sebuah pelaksanaan yang benar-benar mengetahui permasalahan-permaslahannya guna untuk mengidentipikiasi permasalahan di lapangan. guna untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan khususnya pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah tersebut

Motivation parents are very supportive of the success of a child, the parents give motivation to the child, then the child will be more enthusiasm in learning. Thus the factors that motivate parents so choose boarding school as a means of educating morals. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, using methods of observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation is component of data collection methods. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1). Motivation parents want to instill religious values as a child in the child obtain a score of 97 people who were in the interval 14-18. (2). Motivation parents by educational level obtained a score of 100 persons who did interval 10-12. (3). Motivation parents according to the busyness factor parents to obtain a score of 70 persons who did interval 7-9. (4) .Motivasi parents by a factor of economic conditions and income parents to obtain a score of 49 people who did interval 10-12. (5). Motivation parents according to the quality of education obtained a score of 97 people who did interval 10-12. (6). Motivation parents by charismatic obtain a score of 68 people who did interval 5-6. (7). Motivation parents according to environmental factors gain score 81 people who did interval 17-21. (8). Motivation parents according to the proximity of the schools with residence obtained a score of 50 people who did interval 5-6. (9). Motivation parents according to the characteristics of the boarding school obtained a score of 90 charcoal are did interval 5-6.

This study discusses how the form of harmony conducted by the people of Sumber Manggis Hamlet so that there is harmony between religious communities in commemoration of religious holidays. Researchers use qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used interview method, participant observation, and documentation, then collected data were processed and analyzed using data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing and verification of conclusion. Objects of this study include village government, religious leaders, and community Sumber Manggis Village Barurejo District Siliragung Banyuwangi District. The results of this study note that the forms of harmony among religious people in the anniversary of religious celebrations in Sumber Manggis Hamlet include mutual visits (silaturahim), mutual respect and mutual respect for other religious followers.

This research is directed at 4 main points, namely a. To find out the application of the management of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi in the academic year2018 / 2019.b. To find out the learning achievement of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi in the academic year of2018 / 2019. c. To find out the effect of student management on the learning achievement of students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi 2018/2019 academic year. d. To find out how much influence the management of students on the learning achievement of students of Banyuwangi State Islamic Senior High School 1 in 2018/2019. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with the technique of produc moment in the validity test and to find the reliability of the data using the alpha formula, while in the hypothesis test using the f test and t test then for the technique of data analysis using the normality test using the regression model. The population of this study is the 33 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi teacher's council. To measure the researchers' variable, the questionnaire was used to vary teaching methods of learning motivation. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the management of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi students was classified as good (2) the learning achievement of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuwangi students was very good (3) there was an influence on the management of Madrasah students in Madrasah students Banyuwangi Aliyah Negeri 1 2018/2019 academic year is 95.4%. Key words: Student Management, Learning Achievement.

This type of research is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Qualitative research method is a type of purpose sampling research that is a non-random sampling technique where researchers determine the sampling by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the objectives of the researcher so that it is expected to answer the researcher's problems. So the researchers only need to take important points regarding sampling techniques and user indications. The purpose of this study was to find out how education marketing strategies in MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi, efforts in improving education marketing strategies in MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi, knowing the driving and inhibiting factors that influence the marketing strategy of MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Data analysis tools used in this study are interaction models, which consist of data display, data reduction, data collection, conclusion drawing and data verification. The research results obtained are the educational marketing marketing strategy matrix is a strategy of concentration through horizontal integration or stability (there is no change in earnings). With IE matrix (internal external) has an average of 2.50-3.00. With a total IFAS value of 3.00 and an EFAS value of 2.95. The conclusion in this study is the strategy used in education marketing which is divided into two short-term and long-term strategies, efforts to improve education marketing by marketing mix, the driving and inhibiting factors that influence education marketing strategies namely the existence of other educational institutions that are competitors and are the same area, and the feeling of not having a madrasah

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of educational services at SDN 2 Argomulyo Village, Sumberejo District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach. Regarding the data collection procedure, by means of observation, interviews and documentation, then the validity of the data is tested, through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The data analysis tool used is IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis. The results show that the marketing strategy of educational services used by SDN 2 Argomulyo in exploiting the strengths of the opportunities that have been identified: the school optimizes teacher performance, maintains the good name of the school, strengthens the good name of the school in the community. In minimizing weaknesses to take marketing model and create a more attractive extracurricular style. In minimizing weaknesses in order to avoid threats: conducting teacher training programs, disseminating the name of the school when entering the field and optimizing marketing in all media. The conclusion of the study shows that the marketing strategy carried out by the school is not optimal, causing many obstacles. The main factor of the constraints on the marketing of educational services is due to the zoning system and parents prefer to send their children to schools that are closer to home.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the promotion carried out by the manager of the Mudalam Education Unit (SPM ULYA) Madrasah Diniyyah Al Amiriyyah Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study are: (1) the results of the questionnaire about promotion with 53 respondents are said to be very good with a perc[1]entage of 88,60% (2) the results of the questionnaire on student decisions of Mudalam Ulya are also very good with a percentage of 88,86%. (3) the effect of promotion on the decision of Mudalam Ulya Darussalam students to choose a school in the Al Amiriyyah Ulya Darussalam Mudalam Education Unit (SPM) for the 2020/2021 academic year is 90,63% with a t-count result of 0.952 then it is between 0.80-1.00 means very strong.
