Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith regarding sexual harassment through the application of takhrij and syarah hadith studies. This research method uses a qualitative approach through literature study related to contemporary analysis. The results of this study found that this hadith about sexual harassment is authentic in terms of sanad and matan. The discussion of this research is that the Messenger of Allah greatly appreciated women by not touching women who were not their mahrams, even during baiat. The conclusion of this study is that sexual harassment is an act that is contrary to what has been taught by the Prophet through his sunnah, so that several solutions to the crime of sexual harassment were found in this study, namely sex education, fostering courage, protection, law enforcement, complaint booths, reporting ethics, empathy, and healing therapy for traumatic effects. This research is expected to provide benefits and prevent sexual harassment. This study has shortcomings and limitations so that further research is recommended by reviewing the meaning of hadith from various perspectives of disciplines.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze imam Bukhari's hadith number 5684 on the efficacy of honey from the point of view of hadith science. This research uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes the study of literature, by applying takhrij and sharah methods in hadith analysis. Interpretation uses contemporary issue analysis. The results and discussions in this study show that imam Bukhari's hadith number 5684 about honey has a shahih quality according to the takhrij hadith review. While this hadith sharah shows that the Prophet (peace be upon him) advocated the treatment of stomach pain by drinking honey. This is supported by other sharah, namely honey has many properties either for treatment or for regular consumption because it is useful to increase immunity. The conclusion of this study is the hadith of Imam Bukhari number 5684 is considered maqbul (accepted) and can be used as an argument. This study recommends further research collaboration between hadith enthusiasts and medical experts to research the efficacy of honey.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze hadiths on peace between religious people. This research uses a qualitative approach that is emphasized on the study of literature through takhrij methods and hadith sharah. The results of this study show that the hadith of Imam Ahmad No. 621 describes this peace of shahih quality based on takhrij fists so that this hadith is accepted and practicable. The sharah of this hadith explains that a group of Muslims split apart when Ali made a peace treaty with Muawiyah. The group even considered Ali to have come out of the Qur'an and Sunnah. To restore the situation, Ali sent Abdullah bin Abbas to them so that they would return to the truth. The conclusion of this study is that in any dispute if there is a desire from the disputing parties to make peace it can be done by sending representatives to consult, then make a fair agreement. The study recommends further research on other hadiths on dispute resolution in order to achieve peace, in Muslims in particular and with other religious people in general.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss hadiths about science and adab in the view of Islam, namely the hadith of Ibn Majah No. 220 through the application of takhrij and sharah hadith studies. This research method uses a qualitative approach through literature studies relating to contemporary analysis. The results of the study found that the hadith about science and adab is worth shahih in terms of sanad and matan. From this research can be concluded that science and adab are very important and interrelated, so God placed it as a noble and primary thing. It is also mentioned that high science does not mean if a person does not have fend, so is unable to behave and use his knowledge well. This research recommends further research related to the implementation of Ibn Majah's history hadith No. 220 on science and this adab with different methods and approaches.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the hadith on the prohibition of fragrances for women contextually. This study was conducted by looking for and comparing similar hadiths, considering the historical context and the purpose or maqashid of the hadith. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with library research and analysis through takhrij and sharah hadith. From this research, it can be concluded that the hadith of Imam Tirmidhi No. 2710 on the prohibition of women wearing perfumes has a shahih quality, so it is accepted maqbul and can be practiced (ma'mul). From the sharah of hadith, it is known that hadith that is understood textually is different from hadith that is understood contextually. Regarding the hadith on the prohibition of fragrances for women if interpreted textually becomes irrelevant in this day and age because perfume is part of the cleanliness of the body although in its use it is forbidden to excessive. The study recommends further research with different methods and contemporary analysis that are more relevant to current circumstances.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze the hadith about adab visiting and accepting it. This research uses a qualitative approach that is emphasized on the study of literature through takhrij methods and hadith sharah. The results of research and discussion show that the hadith of Imam Bukhari No. 5670 about adab visiting and receiving it is of shahih quality based on tinajuan takhrij. As for this hadith sharah shows that for those who visit should be kind to the host, appreciate it and keep the mouth from him. As for the host, the Apostle ordered to entertain guests with good dishes, take care of him if he prayed and maintained his attitude and deeds to the guest. It was an attempt to glorify him as exemplified by the Prophet and the people of shaleh. From this research it can be concluded that the hadith of Imam Bukhari No. 5670 is maqbul (acceptable) and ma'mul (practicable). This study recommends follow-up research with different methods or with different analyses.

Abstract

The very rapid development of IT and also in line with the flow of globalization that continues to soar makes the need for community IT to increase. Social media has also become a means for the community to establish social relations with each other, therefore it is not uncommon for friction between communities to occur, some blaspheme, justify, slander, spread hoaxes, and others. This study uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes literature study, in other words the researcher does not go directly to the field. This research also uses the takhrij and syarah methods on the hadith about hate speech through contemporary analysis. The result of the discussion is that hate speech is a speech that violates religious rules. Because hate speech can live without peace and madharat. Hate speech according to Islam includes backbiting, lying, namimah or provocation, and slander which are haraam and prohibited by Islam. And the principle that must be possessed in order to avoid hate speech behavior is to have faith in Allah, stay silent when angry or speak good things, Islam promotes peace and is moderate.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss imam Bukhari hadith No. 7376 on the virtues of loving fellow human beings, which is something that everyone needs to have for the sake of a good life. This research applies qualitative methods through literature studies with takhrij hadith and sharah hadith. The result of this study is the known quality of the hadith which is considered shahih because it meets the requirements of a hadith can be said to be shahih. From the sharah of hadith it is known that this hadith affirms to love each other, both in the form of loving, giving, respecting, appreciating and even forgiving mistakes. This research concludes that Islam has clearly explained through the Qur'anic verses, one of which is reinforced by this hadith, and the example that has been exemplified by the Prophet is an obligation as a human being that must be carried out. This study recommends continued research review of hadith on the attitude of love and respect to others of different beliefs or races and ethnicities so that it can be implemented in the lives of readers.

Abstract

The study intends to analyze hadiths about healthy foods and beverages for consumption during Covid-19. This research uses a qualitative approach that is emphasized on the study of literature through takhrij methods and hadith sharah. The results of research and discussion show that the hadith of Imam al-Bukhori No. 5011 is shahih based on takhrij review, so it can be used as a reference in charity. As for this hadith sharah shows that the Prophet really likes sweet or sweet foods made from dates mixed with milk and honey because it is beneficial for the body. This study recommends further research on the efficacy of sweets and honey, especially in treating the disease of the Covid-19 outbreak, with the collaboration of research enthusiasts of hadith science and the field of health.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the hadith about the prohibition of studying tanjim science with regard to the trend of society in believing in the zodiac. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with an emphasis on the study of literature studies through takhrij method and hadith sharah. The result of this study is the discovery of the status of hadith quality regarding the prohibition of studying tanjim science, namely shahih. Also this hadith includes the hadith that maqbul (accepted) so it is mandatory to practice. The conclusion of this study is to study, believe and practice the zodiac is the application of the concept of tanjim science, where the law is haram because it includes shirk. This research recommends continued research with collaboration between academics of hadith science, jurispruding, and social sciences so that proper prevention efforts are generated so as not to easily trust the zodiac among the public.
