Abstract

ABSTRAK   Angka kematian akibat insiden tenggelam yang masih tinggi disebabkan karena kontribusi dari faktor sistem pertolongan dan penanganan awal. Banyak kejadian korban pertolongan pertama yang justru meninggal dunia atau menderita kecacatan karena kurang pemahaman petugas dalam memberikan pertolongan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi Pengetahuan Petugas Pariwisata Tentang Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kegawatdaruratan Tenggelam Di Wisata Pemandian Pacet Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif, melibatkan  60 Petugas pariwisata. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Sebagian besar (55%) petugas pariwisata memiliki pengetahuan pertolongan pertama cukup, hamper setengahnya memiliki pengetahuan baik (18%) dan Kurang (16%). Diharapkan petugas pariwisata lebih banyak mencari informasi tentang pertolongan pertama pada tenggelam dari berbagai sumber dan mengikuti berbagai pelatihan gawat darurat terutama penanganan pertama pada kejadian tenggelam. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Petugas Pariwisata, Kegawatdaruratan, Tenggelam     ABSTRACT   The high mortality rate due to drowning incidents is inseparable from the contribution of the rescue and initial care system. Many incidents of first aid victims who actually died or suffered disabilities due to the lack of understanding of officers in providing assistance. The purpose of this study was to identify the Knowledge of Tourist Officers About First Aid in Drowning Emergencies at Pacet Mojokerto Bathing Tour. This type of research is descriptive, involving 60 tour workers. The results showed that most (55%) tour workers had sufficient first aid knowledge, almost half had good knowledge (18%) and less (16%). It is expected that tourism officers seek more information about first aid in drowning from various sources and attend various emergency training, especially the first handling of drowning incidents.             Keywords: Knowledge, Tourism Officer, Emergency, Drowning

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a health problem in the world because it is the main cause of cardiovascular disease and the number one cause of death in the world every year. Research shows hypertension can occur in the adolescent age group and its prevalence continues to increase which is the cause of hypertension in adults and the elderly. The high prevalence of hypertension in adolescents is not only caused by genetic but also behavioral factors, including lack of consumption of fruits, vegetables and physical activity. This condition shows that there is still low consumption of vegetables and fruits as well as physical activity in adolescents so that they are at risk of suffering from hypertension in adulthood. Objectives: To explore the consumption patterns of fruits, vegetables, and physical activity to prevent hypertension in students majoring in nursing at the Sutomo Surabaya campus. Methods: Qualitative research method with phenomenological approach Data collection was carried out directly using in-depth interview method. Data analysis using content analysis and thematic analysis techniques. Results: The results showed that students only consume certain types of fruits and processed vegetable forms, not all students consume vegetables and fruits every day and think that vegetables and fruits are useful for digestion, prevent various diseases including hypertension, maintain stamina and are fun foods. Most students like easy and light physical activity, although they rarely do it because of the busy work of college. Students think that physical activity is beneficial for preventing hypertension and obesity, forming a good physique and heart health, for fitness, skin health and the immune system. Conclusion: Students majoring in nursing at the Sutomo campus have not maximally applied the pattern of consumption of vegetables and fruits, physical activity even though they already know the benefits in preventing hypertension.

Abstract

Panti Asuhan merupakan tempat pemeliharaan bagi anak dan bayi yang sengaja diserahkan dikarenakan orang tua mengalami kesulitan ekonomi atau bahkan tanpa orang tua. Yayasan Pemeliharaan Anak dan Bayi (YPAB) Permata Hati adalah salah satu Panti Asuhan yang memelihara anak dan bayi yang membutuhkan perlindungan dan pendidikan di Kota Surakarta. Pada masa pandemic covid-19, layanan kesehatan bagi anak dan bayi di YPAB Permata Hati jarang mendapatkan kunjungan dan pemeriksaan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membantu pelayanan kesehatan bagi anak dan bayi di YPAB Permata Hati Kota Surakarta dalam memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan serta status gizi. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan berupa pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak dan status gizi, penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, serta penyuluhan cara menyikat gigi yang benar. Hasil pemeriksaan status gizi dan tumbuh kembang anak dan bayi di YPAB Permata Hati Kota Surakarta terdapat 30 persen termasuk kurus dan 1 orang anak termasuk suspek perkembangan Denver II (lingkar kepala termasuk mikro). Penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat dan cara sikat gigi yang benar diikuti secara antusias oleh anak-anak YPAB Permata Hati Kota Surakarta Orphanages are places of care for children and babies who are handed over due to parents who are experiencing economic difficulties or even without parents. The Permata Hati Child and Infant Care Foundation (YPAB) is one of the orphanages that care for children and babies who need protection and education in the city of Surakarta. During the Covid-19 pandemic, health services for children and infants at YPAB Permata Hati rarely received visits and checks. The purpose of this community service is to help provide health services for children and infants at YPAB Permata Hati Surakarta City in monitoring growth and development as well as nutritional status. The implementation method used is in the form of examining children's growth and development and nutritional status, counseling on Clean and Healthy Behavior, as well as counseling on how to brush their teeth properly. The results of examinations on the nutritional status and development of children and infants at YPAB Permata Hati, Surakarta, found that 30 percent were underweight and 1 person was suspected of developing Denver II (head circumference including micro).
