Abstract

Introduction: The process or activity of nursing practice used by nurses to provide nursing care to patients is referred to as nurse performance. Therefore, nursing services have become an important component of various health services and play an important role in determining the quality of hospital services. Inadequate leadership is a factor in the low performance of nurses. Objective: This research is to determine the relationship between leadership and nurse performance in the Orchid and Gladiola Treatment Room, Husada Hospital, Jakarta. Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Result: There is a significant relationship between leadership and work performance of nurses (p value 0.001 < ? 0.05). with good leadership will affect the work performance of nurses. Conclusion: Good leadership will affect the work performance of nurses in hospitals.

Abstract

Introduction: Nursing students, as prospective health workers, have a very important role in providing education and services to the community related to healthy sexual practices. The knowledge and attitudes of nursing students towards premarital sex in Indonesia are relevant subjects to be researched. Objectives: This study aims to fill the knowledge gap by investigating the knowledge and attitudes of nursing students towards premarital sex in Indonesia. Methods: This study used quantitative analytical methods with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted on 5 campuses organizing nursing education in Indonesia. Results: from 230 respondents, the mean value of sex was 1.07, the age of respondents was 1.94, knowledge was 1.94 and attitude was 1.85, then the Standard Error value of 0.022, 0.016, 0.010 and .0.29, the median value of 1.00, 2.00, 2.00 and 2.00, the value of Std Deviation 0.330, 0.240, 0.146 and 0.443, the variance value of 0.109, 0.057, 0.021 and 0.196 and the value of range 3,  1.1 and 2 of each variable. The majority have good knowledge (176.1) and sufficient attitudes (180.0). However, the number of respondents with less knowledge (5.0) and good attitude (41.1) is relatively less. The chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.000, showing a significant relationship between nursing students' knowledge and attitudes toward premarital sex. Conclusion: In this study, it was concluded that the knowledge and attitudes of nursing students have a close relationship. There is good knowledge so that students can control negative attitudes or actions towards premarital sex.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Breast cancer occurs when a lump is found and discomfort in the breast area usually occurs in the early stages of breast cancer. Pain is one of the symptoms associated with cancer, and is recognized as one of the most common symptoms in patients with breast cancer. Strategies or use of complementary and alternative medicine are needed that can guarantee improved pain management. To systematically identify and analyze various literature regarding the influence of complementary and alternative interventions on pain in breast cancer patients. This research uses a systematic review method. The search process using a comprehensive search strategy was carried out using databases such as Google Scholar, Pubmed, EBSCO host and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria set are research articles, review articles, in English and Indonesian, and published in the 2013-2023 period. The sample used in this research ranged in age from 16-80 years and was conducted on women. Based on the search results, articles were found but only 9 articles met the analysis criteria. The articles obtained prove that the use of complementary and alternative medicine, namely acupuncture, tai chi/qi gong, hypnosis, meditation, music, therapy, yoga, massage, reflexology and reiki reduces pain. Although there are positive effects of various interventions using complementary and alternative medicine in reducing cancer-related pain, these interventions are still needed along with other treatments to control cancer pain. Keywords: Alternative Medicine, Breast Cancer, Cancer Pain, Complementary Interventions ABSTRAK Kanker payudara terjadi pada saat ditemukan adanya benjolan dan ketidaknyamanan pada daerah payudara biasanya terjadi pada stadium awal kanker payudara. Nyeri adalah salah satu gejala yang berhubungan dengan kanker, dan  diakui sebagai salah satu gejala  paling umum pada pasien dengan kanker payudara. Diperlukan strategi atau penggunaan pengobatan komplementer dan alternatif yang dapat menjamin peningkatan manajemen nyeri. Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis dari berbagai literatur secara sistematik terkait pengaruh intervensi komplementer dan alternative terhadap nyeri pasien kanker payudara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review. Proses penelusuran menggunakan strategi pencarian yang komprehensif dilakukan dengan menggunakan database seperti Google Scholar, Pubmed, EBSCO host dan Science Direct. Adapun keriteria inklusi yang ditetapkan yaitu  artikel penelitian, artikel ulasan, berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia, dan dipublikasikan dalam rentang waktu 2013-2023. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berusia berkisar 16-80 tahun dan dilakukan pada wanita.  Berdasarkan hasil pencarian, ditemukan  artikel namun hanya 9 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria analisis. Dari artikel yang didapatkan membuktikan bahwa penggunaan pengobatan komplementer dan elternatif yakni akupuntur, tai chi/qi gong, hypnosis, meditasi, musik, terapi, yoga, pijat, refleksiologi, dan reiki mengurangi nyeri. Meskipun terdapat efek positif dari berbagai intervensi penggunaan pengobatan komplementer dan alternatif dalam mengurangi nyeri terkait kanker, intervensi ini masih diperlukan bersamaan dengan pengobatan lain untuk mengendalikan nyeri pada kanker. Kata Kunci: Pengobatan Alterantif, Kanker Payudara, Nyeri Kanker, Intervensi Komplementer

Abstract

ABSTRACT An employee's integrity can be seen from his behavior every time he completes a task assigned to him. An employee who has high integrity will always adhere to principles, ethics and morals. Other research shows that integrity has an impact on the quality of public services through a number of indicators such as honesty, consistency, commitment and responsibility which have proven to have an influence on service quality (S. Lathifah Nurjannah, 2020). Professionalism and quality public services are highly expected. As long as it does not conflict with applicable laws, quality public services are the best services that meet recipient needs and provide convenience. (Darwin, 2020). By conducting this research, it is hoped that it can provide valuable insight and information for health policy makers, hospital or health institution management, and other related parties to improve the quality of public services and patient satisfaction in the health service system. Type of quantitative research using a cross sectional approach. There is a significant relationship between integrity and public service and patient satisfaction based on the results of the Chi-Square test. The research results show that when medical services are in hospitals or healthcare facilities are at a high level of quality, patient experiences tend to be more positive, and their satisfaction levels increase. It covers various aspects such as reliability, empathy, responsiveness and technical competence in providing medical services. In other words, when the patientfeel that they received quality medical services, they are more likely to be satisfied and have a higher intention to return to use the same services in the future. These findings emphasize the importance of understanding and improving the quality of medical services as a key element in increasing patient satisfaction levels, which can ultimately have a positive impact on improving the health care system as a whole. Keywords: Integrity, Public Service, Patient Satisfaction, Outpatient Care.  ABSTRAK Integritas seorang pegawai dapat dilihat dari perilaku dalam setiap kali menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya, seorang pegawai yang memiliki integritas tinggi akan selalu berpegang teguh kepada prinsip, etika dan moral. Penelitian lain menunjukkan bahwa integritas berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan publik melalui sejumlah indikator seperti kejujuran, konsistensi, komitmen, dan tanggung jawab terbukti terdapat pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan (S. Lathifah Nurjannah, 2020). Profesionalisme dan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas sangat diharapkan. Sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan undang-undang yang berlaku, pelayanan publik yang bermutu adalah pelayanan yang terbaik yang memenuhi kebutuhan penerima dan memberikan kemudahan. (Darwin, 2020). Dengan melakukan penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan informasi yang berharga bagi pengambil kebijakan kesehatan, manajemen rumah sakit atau lembaga kesehatan, dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan kepuasan pasien dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara integritas dan pelayanan publik dengan kepuasan pasien berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika pelayanan medis di rumah sakit atau fasilitas kesehatan berada pada tingkat kualitas yang tinggi, pengalaman pasien cenderung lebih positif, dan tingkat kepuasan mereka meningkat. Hal Ini mencakup berbagai aspek seperti keandalan, empati, responsif, dan kompetensi teknis dalam memberikan pelayanan medis dengan kata lain, ketika pasien merasa bahwa mereka menerima pelayanan medis yang berkualitas, mereka lebih mungkin merasa puas dan memiliki niat yang lebih tinggi untuk kembali menggunakan layanan yang sama di masa depan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya memahami dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan medis sebagai elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pasien, yang pada akhirnya dapat memiliki dampak positif pada perbaikan sistem layanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Kata Kunci: Integritas, Pelayanan Publik, Kepuasan Pasien, Rawat Jalan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT According to 2018 SUSENAS figures, there are patients in Indonesia who reach 68% of the country's total population. An estimated 32 patients out of every 100 are hospitalized, and 45% of them experience anxiety. The time required to treat hospitalized patients is 25% to 45% longer compared to non-hospitalized patients, in addition to the fact that they require specialized care compared to patients on the other side. This is possible as a result of the patient's lack of understanding of the goals of his treatment, stress associated with changes in health conditions, environment and daily routine, as well as physiological restrictions. To find out exemplary leadership, employee discipline, responsibility, teamwork and a sense of ownership of the performance of medical records employees, administration of inpatient and outpatient rooms at Sawah Besar District Hospital. Quantitative with Cross-Sectional design. There is a relationship between medical records and exemplary leadership, staff discipline, organizational responsibility, teamwork and employee performance in the management of inpatient and outpatient wards at Sawat Besar Regional Hospital. The higher the influence of exemplary leadership, staff discipline, organizational responsibility and teamwork, the higher the performance of medical records staff and inpatient and outpatient management staff at Sawah Besar Regional Hospital. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Loyalty, Employee Performance  ABSTRAK Menurut angka SUSENAS tahun 2018, terdapat pasien di Indonesia yang mencapai 68% dari total populasi negara. Diperkirakan 32 pasien dari setiap 100 dirawat di rumah sakit, dan 45% dari mereka mengalami kecemasan. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk merawat pasien rawat inap 25% hingga 45% lebih lama dibandingkan dengan pasien yang tidak menjalani rawat inap, selain fakta bahwa mereka membutuhkan perawatan khusus dibandingkan dengan pasien di sisi lain. Hal ini dimungkinkan sebagai akibat dari kurangnya pemahaman pasien tentang tujuan pengobatannya, stres yang terkait dengan perubahan kondisi kesehatan, lingkungan, dan rutinitas sehari-hari, serta pembatasan fisiologis. Untuk mengetahui keteladanan pemimpinan, kedisiplin karyawan, tanggung jawab, kerja sama tim dan rasa memiliki terhadap kinerja pegawai rekam medis, administrasi ruang rawat inap dan rawat jalan di RSUD Sawah Besar. Kuantitatif dengan desain Cross-Sectional. Terdapat hubungan antara rekam medis dengan keteladanan kepemimpinan, disiplin staf, tanggung jawab organisasi, kerjasama tim dan kinerja pegawai pada pengelolaan bangsal rawat inap dan rawat jalan di RSUD Sawat Besar. Semakin tinggi pengaruh keteladanan kepemimpinan, disiplin staf, tanggung jawab organisasi dan kerjasama tim maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja staf rekam medis dan staf manajemen rawat inap dan rawat jalan RSUD Sawah Besar. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Loyalitas Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

ABSTRACT According to Indonesian Health Regulation Number 30 of 2022, the standard for waiting time services, especially in outpatient services, is ≤60 minutes. The standard waiting time for services is the time set by the Ministry of Health as a reference for health services in Indonesia. The purpose of the study is to find out what factors are related to the length of outpatient waiting time for BPJS patients at the Penjaringan District Health Center. The study's approach is quantitative using cross sectional studies. The non-probability sampling was purposive sampling with 150 respondents, the data were analyzed with a statistical test, namely with a univariate analysis, and a bivariate analysis with a chi square test. Variables related to the length of outpatient waiting time are Human Resources and Infrastructure factors, while in the factor of the doctor's arrival pattern, there is no relationship with the length of waiting time. Keywords: Outpatient Waiting Time, Human Resources, Infrastructure Facilities, Doctor Arrival   ABSTRAK Menurut Peraturan Kesehatan RI Nomer 30 tahun 2022, standar mengenai pelayanan waktu tunggu khususnya pada layanan rawat jalan adalah ≤ 60 menit. Standar waktu tunggu pelayanan merupakan waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh Departemen Kesehatan sebagai acuan pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan lama waktu tunggu rawat jalan pasien BPJS di Puskesmas Kecamatan Penjaringan. Pendekatan studi ini yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling berupa Purposive sampling dengan 150 responden, Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik yakni dengan analisis univariat, dan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan lama waktu tunggu rawat jalan ialah faktor Sumber Daya Manusia dan faktor sarana prasarana sedangkan pada faktor pola kedatangan dokter tidak memiliki hubungan dengan lama waktu tunggu. Kata Kunci: Waktu Tunggu Rawat Jalan, SDM, Sarana Prasarana, Kedatangan Dokter

Abstract

Latar Belakang: sistem administrasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mengelola semua aspek operasional di rumah sakit, terutama dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit sangat bergantung pada seberapa efektif sistem administrasi yang diterapkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengukur sejauh mana efektivitas sistem administrasi rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sistem administrasi rumah sakit dalam mengelola operasional pelayanan kesehatan, menilai dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sistem administrasi rumah sakit demi pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik dan efisien. Metode: Peneliti memilih metode scoping review untuk menyelami topik penelitian secara mendalam, membuka peluang untuk analisis lanjutan. Konsep PCC (Population, Concept, Context) dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada Patient, Hospital administration system dan Health Services, artikel-artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditemukan melalui database seperti Pubmed, Sagepub, Science Direct. Hasil JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist for Analytical Systematic Review memiliki 11 pertanyaan, Quasi Experiment memiliki 9 pertanyaan, Cross Sectional Studies memiliki 7 pertanyaan, dan Simple Review memiliki 11 pertanyaan. Dari 569 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 15 artikel memenuhi kriteria, sementara 6 artikel tidak memenuhi kriteria dan dikecualikan. Dari 9 artikel yang dievaluasi, skor penelitian lebih dari 50%, dengan total skor berkisar 72% - 100%, menunjukkan kualitas studi yang tinggi. Sebagian besar studi menggunakan desain Systematic Review (4 artikel), diikuti oleh Quasi Experiment (2 artikel), Cross Sectional (2 artikel), dan Simple Review (1 artikel). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem administrasi rumah sakit, dengan intervensi berbasis model teori seperti Health Belief, Theory of Planned Behavior, dan Social Cognitive Theory, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Desain penelitian yang paling umum adalah Systematic Review dan Quasi Experiment, dengan sebagian besar studi memiliki kualitas tinggi dengan demikian, penggunaan sistem administrasi rumah sakit yang efektif, didukung oleh intervensi berbasis model teori, dapat signifikan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, diperlukan lebih banyak penelitian untuk memperkuat temuan ini dan memperluas pemahaman tentang pengaruh sistem administrasi rumah sakit terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan   Kata kunci: pasien, pelayanan kesehatan, sistem administrasi rumah sakit   Background: Administrative systems have a very important role in managing all aspects of hospital operations, especially in health services. The quality of services provided by a hospital depends greatly on how effective the administrative system implemented is. Further research is needed to measure the extent to which the effectiveness of hospital administration systems can improve the quality of health services for patients. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the hospital administration system in managing health service operations, assess its impact on improving service quality, and provide recommendations for improvements to increase the effectiveness of the hospital administration system for better and more efficient health services. Methods: The 9 articles evaluated had a total score of 73% - 100%, indicating high study quality. The researcher chose the scoping review method to dive deeply into the research topic, opening up opportunities for further analysis. The PCC concept (Population, Concept, Context) in this research refers to Patients, Hospital administration systems and Health Services. The articles used in this research were found through databases such as Pubmed, Sagepub, Science Direct. Results: JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist for Quasi Experiment has 9 questions, Cross Sectional Studies has 7 questions, and Simple Review has 11 questions. Of the 569 articles identified, 15 articles met the criteria, while 6 articles did not meet the criteria and were excluded. Most of the research results used a Quasi Experiment design with 2 articles, Cross Sectinal with 6 articles and Simple Review with 1 article. Conclusion: This research shows that the hospital administration system, with interventions based on theoretical models such as Health Belief, Theory of Planned Behavior, and Social Cognitive Theory, can improve the quality of health services. The most common research design is Quasi Experiment, with the majority of studies being of high quality thus, the use of an effective hospital administration system, supported by theoretical model-based interventions, significantly improves health services. More research is needed to strengthen these findings and expand understanding of the influence of hospital administrative systems on the quality of health care.   Keywords: health services, hospital administration system, patient

Abstract

28-35% lansia di atas 65 tahun setidaknya jatuh satu kali dalam satu tahun dan meningkat pada usia di atas 75 tahun sebesar 32-42%. Jadi, sangat penting bagi lansia untuk menjaga dan memelihara kekuatan otot, Secara umum kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk terbentuknya kesadaran dan pengetahuan lansia dan memiliki kapasitas fisik yang kuat, Metode pre dan post test Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor N-Gain sebesar 58,26605 dari 23 pertanyaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini dinilai cukup efektif. Nilai N-Gain Score sebesar 58,26605 menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman atau dua hasil inkuiri yang signifikan setelah mengikuti kegiatan belajar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rata-rata pengetahuan lansia meningkat, variasi pengetahuan menurun, dan terdapat hubungan positif kuat antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami pentingnya meningkatkan pengetahuan khususnya di kalangan lansia.

Abstract

Globalization and the growth of technology have brought everyone a deep attachment to all human life and contexts. That situation also leads to a change toward using learning media and instruments that are more adaptive, especially in making the information obtained accessible. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The tool used is a descriptive analysis using the IBM SPSS 20.0 version. The result showed that the majority of respondents (58.9%) agreed with the effectiveness of Kahoot in English teaching and learning. This suggests that many students perceive Kahoot positively as a tool for enhancing their English language skills. However, other respondents (41.1%) expressed disagreement with the effectiveness of Kahoot in English teaching and learning. In conclusion, the data presented offers valuable insights into students' perceptions of English teaching and learning using Kahoot. While most students agree with its effectiveness, a significant minority hold differing views. Understanding and addressing these varied perceptions are crucial for optimizing Kahoot and similar tools in language education, ultimately enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.
