Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik, yaitu: tangibles (bukti fisik), reliability (reliabilitas), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), dan empathy (empati) secara parsial dan simultan dan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kelurahan Kassa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah masyarakat yang dilayani pada Kelurahan Kassa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang sebanyak 1.245 (Data Desember 2018). Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel acak (random sampling) dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan mengambil sampel selama pelaksanaan penelitian sebanyak 94 orang masyarakat yang dilayani di Kelurahan Kassa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat adalah positif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik dimensi kualitas pelayanan maka akan semakin tinggi kepuasan masyarakat, khususnya pada Kantor Kelurahan Kassa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang, dan 2) Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi variabel-variabel dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat nampak bahwa pengaruh variabel empathy adalah yang paling signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat khususnya pada Kantor Kelurahan Kassa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Pinrang.Penelitian berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Pinrang, dengan waktu penelitian bulan oktober sampai November 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Pinrang sebanyak 42 orang. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil semua populasi sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Pinrang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of leadership and organizational culture partially on employee performance, (2) the influence of leadership and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance, 3) the influence of leadership directly and indirectly through the reward system on employee performance, (4) direct and indirect influence of organizational culture through the reward system on employee performance at the Jeneponto Regency One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service. This study uses a quantitative approach, using path analysis. Using a saturated sample, ie all populations are sampled, the results show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership and organizational culture partially on employee performance, (2) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance, (3) Leadership through Reward System either directly and significantly related to employee performance, (4) cultural organizations through Reward System has influence directly and significantly on Employee performance at the Department of Investment and Integrated Services One Stop Jeneponto.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of regional apparatus coordination and human resource capacity on the organizational commitment required to prepare the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). This study was conducted at the Office of the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency of the Province of South Sulawesi. This study employs a quantitative strategy and survey methodology. In this study, 97 employees were selected through a non-probability sampling technique. Validation of data includes testing research instruments for validity and reliability and testing for classical assumptions and hypotheses. The analysis of data involved descriptive and inferential analysis—testing hypotheses with path analysis by examining direct and indirect effects. The t-test with a 5% tolerance determines the immediate impact, whereas the Sobel test determines the indirect impact. The study results indicate that direct coordination of regional apparatus, human resource capacity, and organizational commitment positively and significantly affect preparing the APBD. In contrast, indirect coordination of regional apparatus, human resource capacity, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the practice of the APBD. Regional apparatus coordination has the highest contribution between human resource capacity and organizational commitment, so prioritizing regional apparatus coordination will improve the optimization of APBD preparation. We recommend that the employees of the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency of the Province of South Sulawesi enhance consistency in the preparation of activities to encourage the participation of all relevant parties in the ongoing monitoring of work stages. Leaders should focus on the level of work mastery of their employees by enhancing their technical knowledge through seminars, training, etc. so that their work objectives are more quantifiable. Consistently increasing employee awareness of personal and organizational goals enables employees to contribute optimally to achieving personal and organizational objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of financial performance on corporate social responsibility disclosure, with company size serving as a moderator. The population of this survey consisted of all 25 retail trade subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2014 and 2016. The total number of entities included in this study was 43. As research samples, 32 quarterly financial reports from two corporations constituted the complete data processed. The secondary data used in the study were the company's financial statements obtained through documentation techniques. Several phases of testing will be performed on the data in this study, including descriptive statistical tests, selecting the best model (chow test, Hausman test, and lm test), and testing all hypotheses via partial tests (t-tests), moderation tests, and coefficient of determination tests. This study's findings indicate that financial performance as measured by ROA has a positive and statistically significant effect on CSR disclosure of retail trade on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While company size can moderate the impact of financial performance proxy ROA on CSR disclosure of retail business on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, ROA has a positive and significant effect.
