Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil obsevasi dilapangan, pertama mengenai konsumen Lentera Outdoor membatalkan sewa peralatan camping secara mendadak. Fenomena kedua, penyewa menanggung resiko kerusakan sewa peralatan camping. Fenomena ketiga, keterlambatan waktu pengembalian sewa peralatan camping yang dilakukan oleh penyewa. Fenomena keempat, hilanganya peralatan camping yang masih dalam waktu sewa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan praktik sewa menyewa peralatan camping pada Lentera Outdoor Tegalmunjul Purwakarta dan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan praktik sewa menyewa peralatan camping pada Lentera Outdoor Tegalmunjul Purwakarta dalam perspektif akad ijarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data primer didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dan observasi sebanyak 11 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik sewa menyewa peralatan camping di Lentera Outdoor Tegalmunjul Purwakarta : 1) Menghubungi via WhatsApp/Instagram; 2) Konsumen mengirimkan list booking dan waktu sewa peralatan camping; 3) Saat waktu sewa tiba, konsumen mendapat penjelasan kondisi dan tata cara penggunaan serta diwajibkan mengecek kondisi peralatan camping; 4) Konsumen akan diminta membayar DP 50% sesuai list booking sewa peralatan camping dan menyerahkan KTP/SIM sebagai syarat dan jaminan: 5) Biaya denda keterlambatan pengembalian sewa sesuai list booking sewa peralatan camping: 6) Pelunasan sisa pembayaran ketika waktu sewa berakhir. Selanjutnya, praktik sewa menyewa peralatan camping di Lentera Outdoor Tegalmunjul Purwakarta sudah sesuai dengan akad ijarah, karena sudah memenuhi rukun dan syarat akad. Shighat sudah dinyatakan secara tegas dan jelas sehingga dapat dipahami kedua belah pihak. Para pihak sudah cakap hukum serta pemilik memiliki kemampuan untuk menyerahkan manfaat barang dan konsumen memiliki kemampuan membayar ujrah. Objek sewa merupakan peralatan camping sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan outdoor. Ujrah dibayarkan sesuai kesepakatan di awal serta penyewa mentaati peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pihak Lentera Outdoor.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi jumlah donatur masih jauh dari potensi yang ada, dana penghimpunan ZISWAF mengalami fluktuatif, jumlah sumber daya manusia masih terbatas, transparansi laporan keuangan LAZ BaitulMaalKu Karawang masih kurang informatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen ZISWAF serta dampak manajemen ZISWAF di LAZ BaitulMaalKu Karawang. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen ZISWAF di LAZ BaitulMaalKu Karawang terdiri dari 4 aspek yaitu Perencanaan (planning), Pengorganisasian (organizing), Pelaksanaan (actuating), dan Pengawasan (controlling), Selanjutnya, dampak manajemen zakat, infaq, shadaqah dan wakaf di LAZ BaitulMaalKu Karawang adalah sebagai berikut dampak positif bagi donatur yaitu membersihkan harta dan jiwa, membentuk spritualitas, memperluas jaringan sosial. Dampak positif bagi penerima manfaat yaitu memperbaiki ekonomi keluarga, mengurangi pengangguran, membantu meningkatkan pendidikan. Sementara dampak negatif bagi donatur adalah beban finansial, adanya kecemasan apabila amil tidak amanah, adanya tekanan sosial. Dampak negatif bagi penerima manfaat ketergantungan program, manambah beban tanggung jawab, keterbatasan manfaat jangka panjang.

Abstract

This shift in the orientation of the world economy that prioritizes human resource assets has led to extraordinary competition in the creative world (global competition of talents). Rural development through agricultural industrialization or increasing food production based on regional development and based on economic growth. Wanakerta Village, Bungursari Sub-district, Purwakarta Regency is a village based on agriculture and plantations, and several potentials exist for Micro and Small Enterprises including character lamp craftsmen, Bead Bags, and Banana Chips. And at this time in the village it is very necessary for appropriate business developments. The implementation of community assistance and development is one of the goals of PKM activities which are expected to be able to solve problems that exist in the Wanakerta Village community, both in the economic, religious, social and cultural fields, village government, as well as in the fields of education and health. Through assistance to the community, this PKM activity collects data on problems or conditions of the surrounding community which is then formulated in the form of a work program and its realization which is expected to answer problems that exist together with the community. Then the formulated work program has been realized approximately 90% according to the ability of PKM participants, although there are still obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to find out the management system of productive waqf of paddy land at the Islamic Foundation of Miftahul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Jatibaru, Jatisari Karawang District, and the distribution of results from the management of productive waqf of paddy land at the Islamic Foundation of Miftahul Jannah Islamic Boarding School. The approach taken is lectures and discussions, namely by providing explanations of the material in tutorials and discussions as well as providing examples of the management and implementation of land waqf that can increase the socio-economic and cultural impact of the community. Nadzir as waqf manager in order to protect waqf assets, Nadzir made a Waqf Pledge Deed (AIW) to PPAIW in order to have legal force in accordance with statutory regulations. Nadzir in managing waqf of rice fields by way of rent and in determining the rental using an annual rental system (long-term rental model and hukr), in principle the payment is direct or cash for a period of one year. Waqf managers have never reported waqf management to the government or related parties because they do not understand the path or procedure for reporting. The management pattern is still included in the traditional consumptive waqf management pattern. The results from the management of waqf of paddy fields are designated for the operation of Islamic boarding schools and for minor repairs or renovations at Islamic boarding schools, with a distribution of 50% for repairs or minor renovations of Islamic boarding schools and 50% for operational costs of Islamic boarding schools. The operational costs are divided, 75% for the honorarium for the teacher council and 25% for the needs of Office Stationery

Abstract

Wanakerta Village, Bungursari District, Purwakarta Regency is a remote village located far from the city. Problems that occur in partner areas, the economic condition of the community is low. The assistance of Banana Chips SMEs in Wanakerta Village, Bungursari District, Purwakarta Regency, generally aims to: Strengthen the synergism of STIES Indonesia Purwakarta with partners in this case AIKMA Purwakarta and community SMEs through fostered villages, Increase the independence and welfare of the Wanakerta Village community by improving the quality of banana chips through packaging , financial management, and broader marketing, so that sales increase. In addition, the success of this MSME is expected to be able to initiate the surrounding community, and as lecturers, we hope that with the competencies possessed, we can contribute energy and thoughts through the Community Service program. Some of the partner problems identified were the lack of some vital production facilities, limited knowledge and technology, no management system and still weak and no product diversification and active marketing. The purpose of community service improvement is based on the agribusiness system so that it does not cause a paradox after there is an increase in production due to facility improvements. These improvements are: Sub-system of procurement of production facilities with the help of production facilities, production system through training, production management and finance, and sub-system of marketing. The method of implementing this activity is carried out with several approaches and is divided into 3 activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation monitoring. At the end of the activity there was an increase in production from the MSME group of the Wanakerta Village community, Bungursari Purwakarta

Abstract

Hasil observasi tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menemukan beberapa fenomena unik. Pertama, minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi, terutama dunia digital dan internet, dalam berwirausaha. Kedua, minimnya pemahaman dan penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam berwirausaha. Ketiga, fasilitas teknologi di Desa Cibatu belum mendukung pengembangan kecerdasan buatan sebagai sarana berwirausaha. Fenomena keempat persepsi masyarakat yang melihat berwirausaha melalui kecerdasan buatan sebagai suatu hal yang mustahil dan mahal. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berwirausaha melalui integrasi kecerdasan buatan kepada masyarakat Desa Cibatu. Metode PKM ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil PKM ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemnafaatan kecerdasan buatan pada UMKM harus segera direalisasikan oleh Aparatur Desa Cibatu guna memajukan UMKM yang ada. Alhamdulillah hasil PKM memberikan dampak positif terlihat dari hasil monitoring pemahaman masyarakat Desa Cibatu tentang tentang kecerdasaan buatan sebesar 87.5%, sedangkan hasil monitoring terhadap kecerdasaan buatan yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk berwirausaha sebesar 90%.

Abstract

In the application of process standards at SD Negeri 19, there are still problems including the Implementation of Process Standards, planning of Process Standards, and evaluation of process standards. This studies makes use of a qualitative technique with descriptive methods . The research location was at SDN 19 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency. Primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection procedures are carried out by observation, interviews, and document review. Data analysis in this study was carried out to explain and analyze the phenomena, dynamics, and performance of teachers in carrying out their main duties as teachers and educators in schools. data analysis using the validity of the data. Planning Standards The learning process is designed in the form of a syllabus and learning implementation plan which includes preparing learning implementation plans and preparing learning media and resources, learning assessment tools, and learning scenarios. Application of process standards In improving school quality, all teachers must apply process standards which are also balanced with good policies and analysis. In learning evaluation, a teacher as a professional is required to have competence in understanding the curriculum and being able to translate it into implementation in the field through the development of syllabi and lesson plans. To overcome obstacles in understanding the learning curriculum and applying process standards, teachers are expected to improve competence so that what is expected can be realized. So that by implementing process standards through planning, implementation, and evaluation, the quality of schools can increase.

Abstract

Perkembangan sektor UMKM ini bergantung pada calon konsumen, inovasi serta kreativitas dari para pelaku UMKM. Faktanya, pelaku UMKM di Desa Ciparungsari menghadapi kendala kurangnya dukungan dan pemasaran produk mereka. Kurangnya pemahaman pasar bagi UMKM, sehingga UMKM belum mampu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan konsumen. Selain itu, kurangnya promosi terhadap produk yang dijual. Kurangnya promosi disebabkan karena pelaku UMKM kurang memahami cara promosi yang tepat. Serta, kurangnya inovasi terhadap produk yang dijual sehingga mengakibatkan tampilan atau rasanya masih monoton atau biasa. Tujuan PKM ini tentang melakukan pendampingan pemasaran produk pada pelaku UMKM di Desa Ciparungsari, melalui kegiatan bazar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pendampingan, praktik, dan evaluasi. Hasil PKM dapat disimpulkan bahwa,pelaku UMKM di Desa Ciparungsari sudah memahami pentingnya pemahaman pasar untuk mengetahui kebutuhan yang diperlukan konsumen. Selain itu, sudah memahami terkait pentingnya promosi dengan memanfaatkan media digital untuk melakukan promosi, serta pelaku UMKM telah memahami pentingnya inovasi terhadap suatu produk untuk menarik perhatian pembeli atau konsumen.

Abstract

Hukum Islam pasca wafatnya Rasulullah saw merupakan produk pemikiran dan ijtihad para fuqaha yang digali dari sumber hukum Islam yang bersifat universal dan permanen. Hukum Islam jenis ini dapat dikatakan sebagai doktrin hukum Islam yang bersifat lokal dan tidak kekal karena ia merupakan jawaban-jawaban yuridis terhadap problematika kehidupan sosial, di dalam Ilmu Fiqh kemampuan seorang mukallaf dalam melaksanakan Ubudiyah selalu dihadapkan pada kondisi dan situasi yang dihadapinya, dimana kondisi dan situasi tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kemampuannya dalam melaksa­na­kan Ubudiyah tersebut. Mengenai situasi dan kondisi para mukallaf yang mendapatkan hambatan dalam melaksanakan kewa­jiban ubudiyah­nya, baik hambatan itu berasal dari dirinya maupun dari luar dirinya, ushul fiqh mengatur kaidah-kaidah ketetapan dan keringanan yang dikenal dengan istilah rukhsoh dan Azimah. Makalah ini berusaha memaparkan secara singkat tentang kaidah-kaidah yang berkaitan dengan Rukhsoh dan ‘Azimah tersebut.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial aspect in supporting productivity and work sustainability, especially in the agriculture and livestock sectors, which carry a high risk of work-related accidents and occupational diseases. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and awareness of workers in the agriculture and livestock sectors regarding the importance of applying OSH principles in their daily activities. The activity was carried out on June 13 and 14, 2025, in the 3rd-grade classroom of Palayangan State elementary school, Warnasari Village, Pangalengan Sub-district, Bandung Regency, with a total of 25 participants consisting of vegetable farmers and livestock breeders. The methods used in this training included interactive lectures, group discussions, simulations on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of basic OSH concepts and their motivation to apply them in their respective businesses. This activity is expected to be an initial step in creating a safer and healthier work culture within the village community.
