Abstract

Abstract: Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers to develop their ability in managing learning process in order to achieve the learning goals. This study aimed to find out the description of academic supervision implemented by principal in State Junior High School 1 Lhoknga. This study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The subjects of this study were principal, vice principals, and teacher. The results of this study showed that: (1) the principal involved all school personnel in designing academic supervision program. The designing process was conducted at the beginning of school year and the program was applied for two semesters. (2) The principal’s strategies in implementing academic supervision were preparing academic supervision instrument, providing socialization about the program plans to all teachers, carrying out a direct academic supervision to all teachers, and delegating the supervisor’s responsibility to all vice principals and some senior teachers that have been supervised. (3) The principal conducted follow-up academic supervision by giving guidance and trainings or Teacher Education Consensus Points to unprofessional teachers. The follow-up included the follow-up program of academic supervision, learning situation and factors that influence the students’ achievement, and some improvement that should be done. (4) The obstacle factors were the teachers who were unable to attend the supervision because of the reason they were sick and asked permission to follow training, the teachers who were not ready when the supervision was conducted. Keywords: Academic Supervision and PrincipalAbstrak: Supervisi akademik merupakan serangkaian kegiatan membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuannya mengelola proses pembelajaran demi pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimanakah  kepala sekolah SMP 1 Lhoknga dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan dewan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepala sekolah dalam menyusun program kerja supervisi akademik dengan melibatkan peran serta seluruh personel sekolah, penyusunan program supervisi dilakukan pada awal tahun ajaran untuk dua semester. (2) strategi kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan implementasi supervisi akademik yaitu: mempersiapkan instrumen supervisi akademik, dengan dilakukan teknik yang secara individual dan kelompok baik secara langsung, tidak langsung maupun kolaboratif. (3) melaksanakan tindak lanjut supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan memberikan pembinaan, mengikuti kursus-kursus maupun MGMP kepada guru yang belum profesional. (4) faktor hambatan, guru yang berhalangan hadir waktu pelaksanaan supervisi yang disebabkan karena sakit, izin dan mengikuti pelatihan.Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademik dan kepala sekolah

Abstract

Abstract: The early childhood education has an important role in human development resources. The performance of early childhood education requires a right approach in order to optimize all children’s potential to unleash children’s potential intelligence. This study aimed to find out a description of learning management in planning, implementation, and learning evaluation of Beyond Center and Circle Time (BCCT) in Subulussalam Early Childhood Education of Banda Aceh. This research employed a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The source of research data were principal and teachers. Data was tested with credibility test. Techniques of data analysis used were data reduction, display, and data verification. The results showed that: 1) planning for Beyond Centers and Circle Time learning was organized in new academic year meeting in the form of annual, semester, monthly and weekly program, and then presented in detail in daily activities plan made by teachers. 2) The implementation of Beyond Center and Circle Time learning centered on the centers of the game and when the children sit in a circle by using the scaffoldings. There are four types of scaffolding to support a child's development, namely (a) scaffolding playing environmental, (b) scaffolding before the play, (c) scaffolding during play, (d) scaffolding after the play. 3) The evaluation of Beyond Center and Circle Time learning was implemented since children came to school until they returned to home including evaluation aspect of children development in the form of religious value, moral, motor, cognitive, language and socio-emotional.Keyword: Learning ManagementAbstrak: Pendidikan anak usia dini memiliki peran sangat penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan anak usia dini memerlukan pendekatan yang tepat agar dapat mengoptimalkan seluruh potensi yang dimiliki anak, terutama dalam melejitkan potensi kecerdasan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh suatu gambaran tentang bidang manajemen pembelajaran berupa penyusunan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran Sentra dan Lingkaran pada PAUD Subulussalam Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Untuk keabsahan data penelitian ini dilakukan uji kredibilitas. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: reduksi data, display dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran sentra dan lingkaran disusun dalam rapat kerja (raker) pada awal tahun ajaran baru berupa program tahunan, semester, bulanan dan mingguan yang kemudian dijabarkan secara rinci dalam Rencana Kegiatan Harian (RKH) yang dibuat setiap hari oleh guru. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berpusat di sentra-sentra main dan saat anak duduk dalam lingkaran dengan menggunakan pijakan. Ada empat jenis pijakan untuk mendukung perkembangan anak yaitu (a) pijakan lingkungan main, (b)  pijakan sebelum main, (c) pijakan selama main, dan (d) pijakan setelah main. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran sentra dan lingkaran dilakukan sejak anak datang ke sekolah sampai pulang, yang meliputi evaluasi aspek perkembangan anak yaitu nilai-nilai agama dan moral, motorik, kognitif, bahasa dan sosial emosional.Kata kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran

Abstract

Coordination between supervisor and principal is a necessity in performing a supervision. This study aimed at finding out: academic supervision programs and the obstacles faced in performing supervision to all teachers to develop teachers’ professionalism competence. This study employed descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study were supervisors, principals, and teachers. The results showed that: (1) The supervision program to develop teacher’s professionalism for elementary level had been arranged and documented in the form of annual and semester programs. Supervisors had performed supervision works, counseling,  guidance,  and  direct  teachers  to  help   them develop their teaching competence; (2) This supervision was done through class guidance, class observation, unplanned test, case conference, documentation, interview, questionnaire, and printed report; (3) In responding supervision results, the supervisors applied educative and persuasive manner to help teachers who face difficulties in developing their teaching competence by providing discussion, case conference, and question session between supervisors; and (4) distance and wide area were obstacles faced by supervisors to visit each of school. Abstract

Abstract: Academic supervision carried out due to low student achievement in the study of chemistry, as a result of poor performance and lack of chemistry teacher motivation and guidance of the principal. Important academic supervision to be carried out by the principal of SMAN 1 Teunom to be able to improve the performance of a chemistry teacher who will have an impact on increasing student learning outcomes in the study of chemistry. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. Subjects were headmaster and chemistry teacher. Based on the results of the study showed that: (1). Academic supervision program designed by the principal based on the needs of a chemistry teacher, improve the situation of learning, curriculum development and evaluation (2). Supervision techniques used are individualized supervision techniques, namely classroom visits, classroom observations and personal conversations, as well as engineering group, namely the meeting during the board meeting of teachers, (3). Follow-up of academic supervision, namely the implementation of learning workshops, clinical supervision and subject teachers conduct discussions. Conclusion: The program provides academic supervision of activities designed to help chemistry teachers to improve their performance, academic supervision techniques are used to directly observe the appearance and abilities of teachers, as well as activities and student learning directly, follow-up carried out in three ways, namely guidance to teachers either directly and indirectly, strengthening supervision and reporting of the results of the instruments academic supervision. Keywords: Academic Supervision and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Supervisi akademik dilaksanakan karena rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa pada bidang studi kimia, yang diakibatkan dari rendahnya kinerja guru kimia serta kurangnya pemberian motivasi dan bimbingan dari kepala sekolah. Supervisi akademik penting untuk dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah SMAN 1 Teunom untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari guru kimia yang akan berdampak pada meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa pada bidang studi kimia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru kimia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1).Program supervisi akademik dirancang oleh kepala sekolah berdasarkan kebutuhan guru kimia. memperbaiki situasi pembelajaran, pengembangan kurikulum serta evaluasi, (2).Teknik supervisi yang digunakan adalah teknik supervisi individual, yaitu kunjungan kelas, observasi kelas dan percakapan pribadi, serta teknik kelompok, yaitu pertemuan pada saat rapat dewan guru, (3). Tindak lanjut supervisi akademik, yaitu workshop pelaksanaan pembelajaran, supervisi klinis dan kegiatan MGMP. Kesimpulan: Program supervisi akademik berisi rancangan kegiatan untuk membantu guru kimia meningkatkan kinerjanya, teknik supervisi akademik digunakan untuk melihat langsung penampilan dan kemampuan guru, serta aktivitas dan cara belajar siswa secara langsung, tindak lanjut dilaksanakan dengan tiga cara, yaitu pembinaan terhadap guru baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung, pemantapan instrumen supervisi dan pelaporan hasil supervisi akademik. Kata kunci: Supervisi Akademik dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: Academic supervision is strongly important to be conducted by the principal in order to improve the ability and professionalism of teachers. The purpose of this research is to find out the program of academic supervision, the implementation of academic supervision and the approach used in implementing academic supervision at State Junior High School (SMPN) 3 Peusangan of Bireuen Regency. The method employed within this research was qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation study. The subjects of this research were the principal and teachers ofSMPN 3 Peusangan, Bireuen. The results revealed that (1) the principal compiles the program of academic supervision through discussion with the vice principals and teachers; (2) the implementation of academic supervision conducted by the principal is regularly scheduled based on teachers’ invitation and also unscheduled without advance notification. The principal and vice principal of academic affairs share their duty in implementing academic supervision; (3) the technique of supervision performed by the principal is through visiting, observing and grouping classes. Yet, the supervision method used has not varied yet. It can be seen from the implementation of supervision including its process that the implementation of supervision by the principals of SMPN 3 Peusangan, Bireuen has not fully maximized yet. In order to follow up the results of academic supervision, the principal is expected to supervise, guide and assist the teachers such as encouraging them to take part in seminar and training through inviting skilled and competent speakers. Finally, the principal is also expected to provide the opportunity for the teachers to continue their study to the university.Keywords: Supervision and Teachers’ ProfessionalismAbstrak: Supervisi akademik sangat penting dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan profesionalitas guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program supervisi akademik, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan teknik yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan Bireuen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepala SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan Bireuen menyusun program supervisi akademik secara musyawarah dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah dan para guru , (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dilakukan secara terjadwal atau berdasarkan undangan guru dan tidak terjadwal atau tanpa pemberitahuan kepada para guru terlebih dahulu. Dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah juga membagi tugas supervisi dengan wakil kepala bidang akademik (3) Teknik supervisi yang digunakan kepala sekolah adalah kunjungan kelas, observasi kelas, dan teknik kelompok. Namun, teknik supervisi yang digunakan belum bervariasi. Dilihat dari pelaksanaan supervisi serta prosesnya, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan Bireuen dikategorikan belum begitu maksimal. Untuk menindak lanjuti hasil supervisi akademik ditempuh dengan membimbing, mengarahkan, membantu para guru, mengikuti seminar, penataran dan mengundang narasumber yang kompeten. Disamping itu kepala sekolah juga memberikan kesempatan kepada para guru melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci: Supervisi dan Profesionalitas Guru.

Abstract

Abstract: Library management in higher education institutions well, will have a positive impact on the advancement of education and the increasing interest in reading among students. This study aims to determine: the procurement of books, collection books, and library books in the library service in Banda Aceh Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Subjects consisted of: Director, Head of Libraries, Library Staff, Chief of Public Affairs, and a student at the Academy of Midwifery Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. The results showed that: 1) Procurement of library books is done by the Head of the Library and the settings adjusted to the scale of priorities. Procurement of library books not only from institutions AKBID Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh, also obtained from students, Muhammadiyah assistance centers, and support the aspirations of the fund. 2) The collection of books in the library consists of books midwifery 382 pieces, 200 pieces of nursing books, science books 300 diseases, and other supporting books. The addition of books from year to year shows an increase in line with the development of the library and in line with the growing interest of students reading at the library AKBID Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. 3) Library Services done openly, with the aim that students can freely seek books desired. The implementation of these services carried over to foster interest in reading for students may find library books are attractive and can also save librarians/ library staff. Keywords: Library Books and Reading Interest   Abstrak: Pengelolaan perpustakaan pada lembaga perguruan tinggi dengan baik, akan berdampak positif terhadap kemajuan dunia pendidikan dan meningkatnya minat baca di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengadaan buku, koleksi buku, dan layanan buku pustaka pada perpustakaan di Akademi Kebidanan Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari: Direktur, Kepala Urusan Perpustakaan, Staf Perpustakaan, Kepala Urusan Umum, dan mahasiswa pada Akademi Kebidanan Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengadaan buku perpustakaan dilakukan oleh Kepala Bagian Perpustakaan dan pengaturannya disesuaikan dengan skala prioritas. Pengadaan buku pustaka tidak hanya berasal dari lembaga AKBID Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh, juga didapatkan dari mahasiswa, bantuan Muhammadiyah Pusat, dan bantuan dari dana aspirasi. 2) Koleksi buku pada perpustakaan terdiri dari buku kebidanan 382 buah, buku keperawatan 200 buah, buku ilmu penyakit 300 buah, dan buku penunjang lainnya. Penambuku  buku dari tahun ke tahun menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sesuai dengan pengembangan perpustakaan dan seiring dengan meningkatnya minat baca mahasiswa pada perpustakaan AKBID Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. 3) Layanan Perpustakaan dilakukan secara terbuka, dengan tujuan agar mahasiswa bisa bebas mencari buku yang diinginkan. Penerapan sistem pelayanan yang dilakukan selama ini dapat menumbuhkan minat baca karena mahasiswa dapat menemukan buku pustaka yang menarik dan juga dapat menghemat tenaga petugas perpustakaan/ pustakawan. Kata kunci: Buku Perpustakaan dan Minat Baca

Abstract

Abstract: Principal is a pearson who is responsible in improving teachers’ performance. This study aimed to find out the principal’s leadership behavior in improving teachers’ performance in State Elementary School (SD Negeri) 2 Lambheu of Aceh Besar Regency. This study used qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection were documentation, observation, and interview. The Subjects of this study were principal and teachers. This study showed that:  (1) the policy formulated by the principal by improving the teachers in improving the teacher’ performance in SD Negeri 2 Lambheu of Aceh Besar Regency led to written or unwritten rules that based on the vision and mission of school and school’s objectives. The principal also formulated performance improvement plant. The results of implementing this policy were the better teaching that made the students could easier to understand the subjects and felt convenience in school, and the better education quality. (2) The principal’s programs in improving the discipline of the teacher by performing good commutication (not rude, arrogant, or authoritarian), conducting seminars and workshop have showed happy results. The program made the teachers became more disipline that they were able to finish their tasks well. (3) The principal’s strategies in improving the responsibility of the teachers were by involving all teacher and acting as a model. (4) The factor that influenced the principal’s leadership in improving the teacher’s performance was the commitment of the principal in improving school achievement both in local and national level. The leadership was also influenced by the principal’s personality, school organization, and external environment.Keywords: Leadership, Principal, and Teacher’s performance.Abstrak: Kepala sekolah adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru disekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri 2 Lambheu Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perumusan kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru pada SD Negeri 2 Lambheu Kabupaten Aceh Besar telah membuat aturan-aturan tertulis maupun lisan sesuai visi misi sekolah dengan melibatkan guru, sasaran sekolah dan kepala sekolah merumuskan kegiatan-kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru. Hasil ini membuat guru-guru dapat mengajar dengan lebih baik sehingga murid-murid lebih mudah memahami pelajaran dan dapat merasakan adanya kenyamanan selama disekolah dan tercapaianya mutu pendidikan yang lebih baik; (2) Program kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru-guru pada SD Negeri 2 Lambheu Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan memakai komunikasi yang baik (tidak kasar, melakukan pengawasan langsung, tidak arogan dan otoriter), menyusun program KKG, seminar-seminar dan workshop dengan program ini menunjukkan hasil yang menggembirakan, guru lebih disiplin sehingga dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik; (3) Strategi Kepala Sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru-guru pada SD Negeri 2 LambheuKabupaten Aceh Besar dengan melibatkan semua guru dan memberikan contoh langsung dan (4) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah keinginannya meningkatkan prestasi sekolah supaya punya prestasi yang lebih baik di tingkat Aceh dan nasional. Hal tersebut adalah faktor utama yang mempengaruhinya disertai factor umum lainnya, seperti: kondisi pribadi kepala sekolah, organisasi sekolah, lingkungan eksternal.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan,KepalaSekolah dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

School based management as a practical approach whose aim is to design and to manage the school system by giving power to the school principal  and increase teachers participation, parents and society. MBS is expected to improve the quality of sustainable and having independence. This study aims to know the application of MBS in MTsN Model Banda Aceh. Approach research used is a qualitative approach. Method of this research is descriptive with data collection by using  observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects are principals, deputy of curricula, students’ affairs, public relations and teacher.  The result of the research shows that: (1) curriculum field management discuss preparation of learning, comprehension, mastery of teaching material competence / subject matter and purpose; Use of forms in classroom management, using methods and learning with media. (2) Student field management develops the potential of learners optimally integrated, including; Talent, interest and creativity. (3) Personnel management on MTsN Model of teacher development, providing self-development opportunities and recruitment of companion teachers. (4) Community relationship management functions, among others, fostering school relationships with parents. Maintain good relationships with school committees. School relations with the community were built with the aim of popularity of MTsN Model in the community.Keywords:  school based management, principal, work program.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the study was to find out the formulation for implementation and evaluation of strategy which were done by the headmaster in order to increase teachers’ performances at SDN 2 Pagar Air Aceh Besar. The study was a descriptive qualitative study.  The data were collected through observation, interview, and documents. The subjects of the study were the headmaster and the teachers.The results of the study showed that (1) the headmaster has formulated several ways to increase teachers’ performances : conducting academic supervision activities,assigning teachers to seminars and workshops,  assigning teachers to join to KKG and MGMP activities  at gugus (group of schools in a district). (2) The academic supervision was conducted through direct supervision in the classroom and provided help when needed. Next, the headmaster motivated and obligated teachers to  join to KKG and MGMP activities. (3)The evaluation of strategies was done by conducting a meeting with teachers and stakeholders  at the end of semester.Keywords:  Strategy, principal, competences, teachers Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya perumusan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri 2 Pagar Air Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perumusan  strategi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru melalui: perencanaan program supervisi akademik, perencanaan program pengiriman guru pada pelatihan dan worshop  dan perencanaan strategi agar guru-guru dapat aktif pada kegiatan KKG  dan MGMP di tingkat gugus.      (2) Pelaksanaan strategi supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dengan cara masuk ke dalam kelas dan memberi bantuan kepada guru yang menhadapi kendala. Mengirimkan guru dalam berbagai pelatihan dan workshop  dengan cara guru digilir. Mengaktifkan guru pada kegiatan KKG dan MGMP  di tingkat gugus dengan cara memotivasi dan mewajibkan guru untuk mengikutinya. (3) Evaluasi strategi oleh kepala sekolah yakni dengan mengadakan rapat evaluasi setiap akhir semester bersama guru dan stakeholder lainnya.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja, Guru

Abstract

Abstract[Z1]                The implementation of the classroom action research greatly helps teachers in solving learning obstacles. The purposes of this study are to investigate: The purpose of this research is to get information about how to develop professional competence of teachers by the principal in the implementation of classroom action research at SMP Negeri 1 Mutiara. This study used thedescriptive qualitative method; data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation study; and research subjects were the school principal and the teachers. The data analysis was done by reducing the data and displaying the data. The results of this study showed that the principal had implemented: 1) programs that had been planned, that is, the preparation of an annual program and the semester program by involving all subject teachers; 2) the training of the classroom action research for teachers and reprimand the teachers who did not participate actively ; and 3) a follow-up activity by requiring teachers to partake Teacher Professional Development Networks(MGMPs) regularly with the expectation that the obstacles encountered in training activities can overcome and guide the teacher wisely, that is, by reprimanding well, directing, and developing teachers who have problems with professional competence in conducting action research so that the ability to make reports  of the classroom action research is successful.Keywords : Teacher Professioanl Development and Research Action Class [Z1]Abstrak terlalu panjang krn ketentuannya abstrak hanya terdiri dari 100-200 kata saja.
