Abstract

Learning management is a management related to planning, implementing, and evaluating learning outcomes.  The objective of this research was to identify the learning management in implementing 2013 curriculum and character building of students at Vocational School (SMK) 3 of Banda Aceh. This qualitative research was conducted by means of observation, interview, and documentation as the instruments in the process of data collection. The principal, the head of instructional division, the head of culinary art program, teachers, students, and supervisors were the subjects of this research. The data collected were then analyzed by using Miles and Huberman’s methods which cover data reduction, data display, and verification. The results indicated that teachers’ (1) planning included annual program, semester program, weekly program, effective hours, and lesson plans. (3) In addition, the implementation of teaching and learning process was not in accordance with the lesson plans and scientific approach was not maximally implemented. Learning models and teaching methods chosen were not reallly appropriate. (3) Evaluation was done in each teaching and learning process, in the middle of semester, and at the end of the semester. Abstract

Teacher learning programs and methods is one of effective and efficient learning management effort in improving student achievement. This study aimed to determine the learning preparation programs; the preparation of lesson plans, learning site lesson plan implementation, evaluation and the use of mathematical learning methods on student achievement at SMP 5 Meureubo. This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews, documentation and test. Subjects in this study were all the teachers and students at SMP 5 Meureubo. The results of this study showed that the courses organized by the school-based curriculum beginning of each semester admitted to the school principal. But there were still teachers who were not yet ready to put together a program of learning, while the learning process had occurred up to two months. Learning program was designed by teachers directed by the principal, and through the discussion forum of subject teachers (MGMPs), teachers develop syllabi according to the needs and circumstances of the school environment. The results of the data analysis simultaneously learning program teacher and the use of appropriate learning methods can affect the improvement of student achievement results. From the test results;   1) The study showed that learning preparation program, 2) Implementation of lesson plan, and 3) Evaluation of lesson plan, and mathematical learning method affected significantly and positively student achievement at SMP 5 of Meurreuboh of Aceh barat.Keywords: Learning Program and Student Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher certification program is a government program as an effort to obtain professional teachers. The government expects that the certification improve teacher performance and the national education quality especially student learning outcomes. The general objective of this study was to find out to what extent the certification and teacher performance influence student learning outcomes in SMPN 2 Banda Aceh State Junior High School. The specific objectives of this study was to describe (1) the influence of the certification on the improvement of student learning outcomes in SMPN 2 Banda Aceh State Junior High School and (2) the influence of the teacher performance on the improvement of student learning outcomes in SMPN 2 Banda Aceh State Junior High School in planning and implementing learning process. This study used descriptive design with qualitative approach that focused on correlation of the variables, that is teacher certification (X1), teacher performance (X2), and learning outcomes (Y). Population of this study was all teacher in SMPN 2 Banda Aceh State Junior High School while samples were teachers who have had the certification. Data were collected through questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Data from questionnaire that have been scored for teacher certification and performance then were processed by using statistic method. The results showed that there was significant correlation of teacher certification and performance with the student learning outcomes, that is (1) there was positive influence of the teacher certification on student learning outcomes and (2) there was positive influence of the teacher performance on student learning outcomes.Keywords: The Influence of Teacher Certification and Performance.Abstrak: : Program sertifikasi guru merupakan program dari pemerintah sebagai upaya untuk mendapatkan guru yang profesional. Dengan adanya sertifikasi guru, pemerintah berharap kinerja guru akan meningkat dan pada gilirannya mutu pendidikan nasional akan meningkat pula terutama hasil belajarsiswa. Adapun tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh sertifikasi dan kinerja guru terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Pengaruh positif sertifikasi guru terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. (2) Pengaruh kinerja Guru Sertifikasi Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berfokus pada pengungkapan hubungan antar variabel, yaitu Sertifikasi Guru (X1) Kinerja Guru (X2) dan Hasil Belajar (Y).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Sedangkan sampel guru-guru yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik. dan Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan metode pengolahan dalam penelitian ini adalah data hasil kuisioner yang telah diberi bobot untuk sertifikasi dan kinerja guru yang mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, yang selanjutnya diolah dengan metode statistik. Hasil penelitian meninjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antar asertifikasi dankinerja guru terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar yaitu (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antar asertifikasi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci : Pengaruh Sertifikasi Dan Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Abstract: The strategic role of the school principal can be done by improving the quality of Human Resources (SDM) in accordance with the needs of schools and education specifically, by making adjustments to education and schools are able to thrive and maju. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal strategy in improving teacher performance, with include: (1) Discipline;     (2) Competence; and (3) Responsibility of teachers. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, techniques of data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Subjects were principals, teachers and supervisors at SMP Negeri 2 Sigli Kabupatem Pidie. Research results found: (1) The principal strategy in addressing the problem of teachers who lack the discipline that is by calling the teacher personally to take advice, so it does not negatively impact other teachers, and invited together to improve the discipline that can be exemplified by the students ; (2) The principal strategy in addressing the problem of teachers who lack competence is by calling the teachers concerned to be fostered, guidance and training to use innovative media so that learners have a high motivation in participating in the classroom; and (3) The principal strategy in addressing the teacher's responsibility is by way of training for teachers who have not been regular in menjabar lesson plans and syllabi, even principals have recourse to the supervisor or the relevant office to socialize teachers in improving the administration of the teacher. It is expected that supervisors in order to direct and supervise principals in improving teacher performance on discipline, competence, and responsibility of teachers to effectively and efficiency so that performance can be improved.Keywords: Strategy Principal and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Peran strategis kepala sekolah dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah dan dunia pendidikan secara spesifik, dengan melakukan penyesuaian agar pendidikan dan sekolah mampu untuk berkembang dan maju.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, dengan meliputi: disiplin; kompetensi; dan tanggung jawab guru. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas pada SMP Negeri 2 Sigli Kabupaten Pidie. Hasil penelitiannya ditemukan: (1) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah guru yang kurang disiplin yaitu dengan cara memanggil guru yang bersangkutan secara personal untuk dinasehati, sehingga tidak berdampak negatif terhadap guru lain, dan diajak bersama-sama untuk meningkatkan disiplin supaya dapat dicontohi oleh siswa; (2) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah guru yang kurang kompetensi yaitu dengan memanggil guru yang bersangkutan untuk dibina, pengarahan dan pelatihan agar mempergunakan media yang inovatif sehingga peserta didik memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas; dan (3) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah tanggung jawab guru yaitu dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan bagi guru yang belum teratur dalam menjabar RPP dan silabus, bahkan kepala sekolah meminta bantuan kepada pengawas atau dinas terkait untuk mensosialisasikan guru dalam peningkatan administrasi guru. Diharapkan kepada pengawas agar dapat mengarahkan dan mengawasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru tentang disiplin, kompetensi, dan tanggung jawab guru secara efektif dan efesiensi sehingga kinerjanya dapat ditingkatkan.Kata kunci: Strategi Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Human resources become the main key in realizing quality education. This study aims to (1) Know the Work Motivation relationship with Teacher Performance SMP Negeri Babahrot Aceh Barat Daya; (2) Determine the relationship Supervising Principal Teacher Performance SMP Negeri Babahrot Aceh Barat Daya; (3) Knowing relationship Work Motivation and Supervision Principal with teacher performance SMP Negeri Babahrot Aceh Barat Daya. This research uses quantitative approach. Which became a population of 891 students and 85 teachers, the samples were 208 students and 65 teachers at SMP Negeri Babahrot Aceh Barat Daya. In changing the data used Method of Successive Interval  and analyze data used SPSS application. Results of the study are (1) There is a correlation between motivation and performance of SMP Negeri Babahrot Aceh Barat Daya value test results for 0,579 on the S ig (2-tailed) = 0,000; (2) There is a strong correlation between principal supervision and performance SMP Negeri Babahrot Aceh Barat Daya with test result value of 0.722 on sig (2-tailed) = 0,000; (3) The correlation coefficient test (R) shows the value of 0.753 which means work motivation and supervision gives 75.3% influence on teacher performance improvement. While the rest of 24.7% influenced by other things. So the performance of teachers is strongly influenced by Work Motivation and Headmaster Supervision. Abstract

Adapun permasalahan yang dibahas adalah Pengaruh Implementasi Corporate Social Responbility (CSR) Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat lingkungan PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Wilayah Ring 1). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat sekitar perusahaan wilayah ring 1 yang mengajukan proposal bantuan ke Departemen PKBL PT. Pusri Palembang. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah   61 orang/responden, tetapi hanya 46 responden yang turut berpartisipasi membantu atau mengembalikan Kuesioner penulis.Dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 24,319 + 0,725X. Nilai koefisien regresi variable Implementasi CSR (X) sebesar 0,725 artinya jika Pengaruh Implementasi CSR mengalami  kenaikan 1, maka Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Y) akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,725.Hasil analisis korelasi linier sederhana dapat dilihat pada output model summary dari analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan output diperoleh angka r sebesar 0,644, karena berada diantara 0,60 – 0,799, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi pengaruh kuat antara Implementasi CSR dengan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Dan untuk uji hipotesis nilai thitung > ttabel  (5.585 > 2,13) jadi              H0 diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara Implementasi CSR dengan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat pada Departemen PKBL PT. Abstract

Rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) adalah jenis hasil laut dengan nilai ekonomis tinggi dan populer di masyarakat. Salah satu jenis alat tangkap yang digunakan dalam menangkap rajungan adalah bubu. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan efektivitas penggunaan bubu yaitu ditentukan dengan pemilihan umpan yang sesuai agar meningkatkan hasil tangkapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak dari pemakaian beragam jenis umpan terhadap efektivitas penangkapan rajungan menggunakan bubu lipat. Kegiatan penelitian diadakan di sepuluh titik penangkapan di perairan Kendal, Jawa Tengah pada September 2023. Umpan yang diuji dalam penelitian ini termasuk kulit kambing, ikan petek asin, dan ikan buntal asin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimental fishing, di mana penangkapan dilakukan secara langsung di habitat alami rajungan. Pengumpulan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan total hasil tangkapan selama periode penelitian adalah 410 individu dengan berat total 38.696 gram, melibatkan tujuh spesies yang berbeda. Rajungan mendominasi hasil tangkapan dengan persentase sebesar 66,4%, diikuti oleh kepiting batu sebesar 11,9%, dan rajungan karang sebesar 9,2%, serta hasil tangkapan lainnya yang jumlahnya lebih kecil. Jenis umpan yang berbeda ternyata berpengaruh pada hasil tangkapan, di mana umpan kulit kambing terbukti paling efektif dalam menangkap rajungan. Abstract

BPJS Employment is a state program that aims to provide guaranteed social protection for all Indonesian workers. Death Benefit (JKM) is a social security program implemented nationally based on social insurance principles with the aim of providing death benefits paid to the heirs of participants who die. Fulfilling worldly needs is an obligation. However, fulfilling the world's needs to achieve these needs can be done by protecting yourself, but still following Islamic law. This research aims to find out how the implementation of providing death insurance for the heirs of BPJS Employment Medan Branch according to the Sharia Insurance Perspective. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Collecting research data through observation and interviews. The informants for this research are the Head of BPJS Employment Services, Medan Branch Office and the beneficiaries of the Death Insurance Program. The results of the research show that the implementation of providing death insurance to heirs has not been effectively implemented because the death compensation funds to heirs are late so that the death compensation cannot be felt during the death procession starting from the burial of the body to the prayer for the souls from the 7th day, even 40th day soul prayer. This is due to the heirs' lack of understanding in implementing the death insurance program and the application or processing of death insurance application documents requires too many requirements so that getting the death insurance benefits takes a long time. The non-payment of participants' death insurance claims for months by BPJS Employment has three strong indications of maladministration, namely protracted delays, non-compliance and unprofessionalism. Maladministration is behavior or acts against the law and ethics in the public service administration process. The forms of maladministration are procedural deviations, discriminatory actions, abuse of authority, including negligence or neglect of legal obligations, requests for rewards, and others. In the implementation of providing death insurance to heirs by BPJS Employment Medan Branch, it is not in accordance with sharia insurance principles, there is the occurrence of chance which has an impact on the element of maysir (gambling), there is an element of usury fadhl (excess between what is received and what is paid), including fines for lateness.
