Abstract

This research uses normality test, classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis method which aims to see the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (with indicators of the board of commissioners, audit committee and institutional ownership) on open public banking with indicators of Non Performance Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Capital Risk (CAR) during the global economic crisis in Indonesia. Research samples from publicly listed banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and must have the research criteria. It is known that there are 45 banking companies that are active until the end of 2019 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), but according to the research criteria there are only 25 banking companies with 2-year observation, year2018-2019, so the number of observation samples used is 50 samples. Based on the results of the research, it is realized that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on banking performance with financial performance measures, namely Non Performance Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) in go public banks during the global economic crisis in Indonesia, but the results Hypothesis testing shows that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has a positive effect on the Capital Risk (CAR) variable in publicly traded commercial banks so that it is accepted because the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) will increase the supervision of the implementation of capital adequacy regulations set by the government.

Abstract

Digital marketing merupakan sistem penjualan yang memanfaatkan media online untuk mengembangkan bisnis. Digital marketing menjadi media promosi dan transaksi yang banyak digunakan saat ini, karena dapat memberi keuntungan bagi pembeli dan penjual. Digital marketing dapat berupa aplikasi bisnis dengan platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Whatsapp, Instagram dan LINE. Peluang ini dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan bisnis penjualan kain tenun songket di desa Burai. Penjualan berbasis online dapat memutuskan mata rantai penjualan, sehingga harga suatu barang dapat dibeli dengan lebih murah. Selain itu biaya membangun digital marketing yang murah, jangkauan promosi yang lebih luas menjadi kelebihan. Pelaksanaan PKM ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan tentang digital marketing bagi pengerajin kain tenun songket di desa Burai. Hasil dari penilaian pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing bagi peserta pelatihan. Tim PKM juga membimbing pengerajin kain tenun songket untuk membuat aplikasi Facebook ads dan Intagram. Pelatihan membangun digital marketing ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan masyarakat di desa Burai yang berupya melestarikan budaya dengan mempertahankan usaha kain tenun songket kain kebanggaan Uong Kito

Abstract

The study aims to measure the role and function of internal audit and risk management as a part of good university governance on private higher education in Palembang City. The current phenomenon is both of the department function is run by quality assurance. The implementation is based on the rule of the perkemendikbud No 50 in the year 2014. The research utilized a qualitative method. Data were obtained from five private universities in Palembang city by spreading the open questionnaire form. The data was analyzed and supported by Nvivo 12 application. The results of data analysis show that the role and function of internal audit and risk management are not optimal yet. Optimized the function, has resulted in the design of organization chart changes by considering the current regulation and any standards. Keywords: Internal Audit, Risk Management, Higher Education, Qualitative, Good University Governance Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai penerapan fungsi Internal Audit dan Manajemen Risiko sebagai bagian dari penerapan tata kelola perguruan tinggi swasta di kota Palembang. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini, peranan dan fungsi internal audit serta manajemen risiko dijalankan oleh Lembaga Penjamin Mutu secara bersamaan. Penerapan fungsi ini mengacu kepada permendikbud No.50 tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari lima Perguruan Tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang dengan melakukan wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner terbuka. Data hasil wawancara dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Nvivo 12. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peranan dan fungsi internal audit serta manajemen risiko pada perguruan tinggi swasta di Palembang belum optimal. Untuk mengoptimalkan peranan dan fungsi internal audit dan manajemen risiko, dihasilkan sebuah rancangan perubahan struktur organiasi kedua fungsi dengan mempertimbangkan regulasi dan standar yang berlaku. Abstract

This research explores the influence of Information Technology on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palembang City. Through qualitative methods and a literature study of 11 journal articles, it was found that Information Technology has a significant positive impact on the development of MSMEs. Information Technology facilitates various aspects of MSME operations, including sales, promotion, communication, and information dissemination. Data shows that internet usage in Palembang reached 1,430,087 people, while the number of MSMEs in South Sumatra reached 860,000 businesses. However, there is a decrease in the number of MSMEs in Palembang City from 8,881 in 2019 to 7,500 in 2020. This research highlights the importance of Information Technology adoption for the sustainability and growth of MSMEs, and underscores the need for more effective strategies to support MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the application of digital transactions on coffee sales and evaluate the factors that affect the effectiveness of digital transactions. The type of research used is field research (Field Research), which is a study that collects data in the field. This research was conducted at Abiqu Coffee Palembang City. In this study, the authors used qualitative methods. The research data was collected through direct interviews with Abiqu Coffee employees and management using an open-ended questionnaire. The results showed that digital transactions had no effect on the sales of Abiqu Coffee. Although using digital transactions has advantages such as: 1) Ease of Payment, 2) Transaction Security.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the factors that influence investment decisions in the millennial generation, especially STIE APRIN Palembang students. Using a case study method, this research used thematic analysis to extract in-depth information from 30 student respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, then analysed using a thematic approach to identify key patterns and themes. The results showed that factors such as financial literacy, financial behaviour, economic conditions, and government policies strongly influence millennials' investment decisions. All respondents had a basic understanding of investment, but only 50% had attended investment training. The findings indicate the need for increased financial literacy education and training programmes among university students.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digitalization on administrative effectiveness in the Department of Education of Palembang City, particularly in the General and Staffing divisions. Digitalization is a key solution to overcoming bureaucratic barriers, streamlining workflows, and enhancing administrative transparency. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method involving 50 respondents to identify the relationship between digitalization and administrative effectiveness. The findings reveal that digitalization significantly contributes to improving work efficiency by reducing data processing time by up to 50% and minimizing human errors. It also strengthens interdepartmental collaboration through a centralized information system that enables real-time data access. Challenges include limited technological skills, resistance to change, and insufficient infrastructure. Solutions include intensive staff training, infrastructure development, and effective change management strategies. This study supports digital transformation in the government sector to create more efficient public services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of marketing mix strategies on increasing sales volume for Ayam Geprek SMEs located in the Bukit Palembang campus area. Using a qualitative method with structured interviews with five SME owners and a literature review, the study found that elements of the marketing mix, including product, price, place, and promotion, significantly influence consumer attraction and sales volume growth. Product innovation, competitive pricing, strategic location, and social media promotion proved effective in attracting university students as the target market. The findings indicate that the implementation of an appropriate marketing mix strategy can provide a competitive advantage and boost the growth of Ayam Geprek in the area.

Abstract

Abstrak Program Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) di Bank BTPN Syariah memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk berperan sebagai fasilitator pendamping nasabah. Dalam program ini, mahasiswa menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses pasar, teknologi, modal, serta minimnya pendidikan kewirausahaan. Tujuan utama program ini adalah memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mereka melalui peran sebagai fasilitator pendamping nasabah. Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL) dan mentor perusahaan berperan memberikan arahan, membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi, serta memastikan koordinasi yang efektif dengan mahasiswa. Para mahasiswa magang menempati posisi seperti Area Daya Specialist, Community Activation, Fasilitator Pendamping, atau Graphic Designer, sambil mengembangkan delapan kompetensi utama. Pelaksanaan program menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dan bimbingan. Hasil program ini sangat positif, dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 88,35. Kompetensi Microsoft Office Operating Skill memperoleh nilai tertinggi (94,21), sementara kompetensi Drive for Result memperoleh nilai terendah (81,32). Program ini tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa magang, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Diharapkan program ini dapat terus berkembang dan menjangkau lebih banyak nasabah Bank BTPN Syariah di masa depan Kata kunci: MSIB; mahasiswa magang; DPP; mentor perusahaan Abstract The Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) at Bank BTPN Syariah provides opportunities for students to serve as facilitators assisting customers. In this program, students face various challenges, such as limited market access, technology, capital, and lack of entrepreneurial education. The goal of this program is to provide practical experience in improving students' skills through their roles as facilitators for customers. Field Supervisors (DPL) and corporate mentors provide guidance, solutions to challenges encountered, and effective coordination with the interns. The interns hold positions such as Area Daya Specialist, Community Activation, Facilitator, or Graphic Designer, while developing eight core competencies. The program is implemented using a qualitative approach through observation and mentoring. The program results are promising, with an average overall score of 88.35. The highest score was obtained in the Microsoft Office Operating Skill competency (94.21), while the lowest was in Drive for Result (81.32). This program not only benefits the interns but also contributes to the overall improvement of the community’s welfare. It is hoped that the program will continue and expand to reach more Bank BTPN Syariah customers in the future.. Keywords: MSIB; interns; DPP; company mentors
