Abstract

This research was conducted in polybags with Andisol soil type in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Winaya Mukti, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency from June to July 2021. The purpose of this study was to see how the best of hotel food waste BSF frass affected the growth and yield of pakcoy (B. rapa L.). The research utilized a Randomized Block Design with six treatments: A = 0 ton.ha-1 (without BSF frass/control), B= 3 ton.ha-1 cow dung compost, C =1,5 ton.ha-1 BSF frass, D = 3 ton.ha-1 BSF frass, E = 4.5 ton.ha-1 BSF frass, and F = 6 ton.ha-1 BSF frass, all of which are repeated four times.The use of hotel waste BSF frass had a substantial impact on plant height, leaf number, root volume, canopy fresh weight, root fresh weight, canopy dry weight, and root dry weight, according to the findings. Treatment F (6 ton.ha-1) had the best results in terms of plant height, number of leaves, root volume, crown fresh weight, root fresh weight, and canopy dry weight, according to the study's findings. Treatment E (4.5 tons.ha-1) produced the best results in terms of root dry weight.

Abstract

Pemupukan anorganik dalam budidaya pertanian sangat intensif sehingga kesehatan tanah menurun. Penggunaan pupuk hayati menjadi salah satu usaha untuk memulihkan tanah kembali. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh beberapa dosis pupuk hayati terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman Cabai merah besar (Capsicum Annum L.) Varietas Ciko. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2023 sampai bulan September 2023 di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Winaya Mukti, Tanjung Sari, Sumedang. Dengan ketinggian tempat sekitar 850 meter di atas permukaan laut (mdpl).   Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola sederhana, kombinasi konsentrasi Pupuk Hayati, dengan 6 taraf percobaan (A = Konsentrasi 0 ml/liter air B = Konsentrasi 5 ml/ liter air, C = dosis 10 ml/liter air, D = dosis 15 ml/liter air, E = dosis 20 ml/liter air, F = dosis 25 ml/liter air) dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis Pupuk Hayati berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman 2, 4, 6, MST;   jumlah daun 2, 4 , 6, 8 MST; dan bobot per buah pada  E dan F.  Hasil terbaik ditunjukan pada  dosis Pupuk Hayati 20 ml/liter air   terhadap  tinggi tanaman umur 2, 4, 6 MST, jumlah daun umur 2, 4 ,6 , 8 MST dan bobot per buah

Abstract

Chicory (Brassica pekinensis L.), a leaf vegetable that can grow in subtropical and tropical climates, has high economic value, but its production is still relatively small. The provision of BSF and PGPR frass is expected to increase soil organic matter content and nutrient availability for chicory plants. This experiment was carried out at the Experimental Garden, Cikidang Village, Lembang District, West BandunggRegency, at an altitudeeof 1,250 meterssabove sea level, in the Andisol soil order. This study aims to study the interaction between different doses of cassava and the best concentrations of bamboo root PGPR on the growth and yield of mustard plants. The study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors, namely BSF frass doses, namely 0 g, 25 g, 50 g, and 75 g, and PGPR concentrations of bamboo roots, concentrations of 0 ml/L water, 10 ml/L water, 20 ml/L water, and 30 ml/L water; each treatment was repeated four times. The results showed no interaction between BSF frass doses and bamboo root PGPR concentrations on the growth and yield of chicory plants. The presence of bamboo roots' PGPR and BSF frass causes the chicory plants' high response at 30 HST. The best dose of chicken manure is 75 grams per plant, and the PGPR concentration of bamboo roots is 10 ml per liter of water. Keywords: Chicken Manure Kasgot, Bamboo Root PGPR, Chinensis cabbage
