Abstract

 ABSTRAKPenyakit kardiovaskular merupakan salah satu komplikasi utama diabetes melitus (DM) dan berisiko memperburuk prognosis, kualitas hidup serta meningkatkan risiko kematian. Self-management merupakan kunci utama dalam pengelolaan penyakit maupun pencegahan komplikasi dan dampak negatif yang diakibatkanya. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi self-management pada pasien DM dengan komplikasi kardiovaskular beserta dampaknya terhadap indikator klinik. Seluruh pasien (123 orang) diabetes mellitus yang didiagnosa menderita penyakit kardiovaskular (hipertensi, dislipidemia, dan/atau coronary artery diseases) dilibatkan dari unit rawat jalan salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat secara total sampling. Data self-management dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti yang mencakup 6 domain (pemantauan, aktivitas fisik, pencegahan komplikasi, diet, pengobatan, dan merokok) dan mencakup 28 item pernyataan dengan skor Alpha Chronbach 0,738 dan validitas (r 0,377-0,760). Adapun data tentang indikator klinik dikumpulkan berdasarkan data sekunder dari rekam medik yang mencakup tekanan darah, kadar gula darah sewaktu, dan kadar kolesterol. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji beda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari setengah responden (54,5%) berada pada kategori self-management rendah dimana domain pemantauan merupakan domain dengan persentase kategori rendah paling besar (62,6%). Rerata skor self-management yang lebih tinggi ditemukan pada pasien yang mencapai target indikator klinik; tekanan darah sistolik 140mmHg, kolesterol darah 200mg%, dan gula darah sewaktu 200mg%. Namun, perbedaan skor self-management yang signifikan hanya ditemukan pada indikator gula darah (p = 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien DM dengan komplikasi kardiovaskular di tempat penelitian ini perlu meningkatkan perilaku self-management terutama dalam aspek pemantauan. Penting juga bagi pihak rumah sakit untuk mengintensifkan upaya yang sudah dijalankan guna memfasilitasi kebutuhan tersebut. ABSTRACTCardiovascular problem is one of the main diabetes mellitus complications that potentially worsen patients’ prognosis, quality of life as well as increase the patient mortality rate. Self-management in the other hand is a key success of diseases management and complication prevention. This descriptive study aimed to identify self-management of diabetic patients who diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases and its impact on clinical indicators. All 123 diabetic patients with cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, dyslipidaemia, dan coronary artery diseases) were involved in this study (total sampling) and recruited from an outpatient clinic of a private hospital in Bandung Municipality, West-Java. Data self-management were collected using questionnaire developed by the researcher covering 6 domains (monitoring, Physical exercise, complication management and prevention, diet, medication and smoking) consisted of 28 items with Alpha Chronbach 0,738 and inter-item correlation r 0.377 - 0.760. Data regarding clinical indicators were secondarily collected from patients’ medical record including current blood pressure, blood sugar level and cholesterol level. Collected data were analysed descriptively and comparatively with significance at p 0.05. The results suggested that more than half patients (54.5%) report low level of self-management where monitoring domain found as the domain with the biggest percentage of low self-management category (62.6%). In addition, respondents with higher mean score of self-management was found in patient who achieved the clinical outcomes; blood pressure 140mmHg, cholesterol 200mg%, and blood glucose 200mg%. However, statistically significant finding only identified in blood glucose indicator (p = 0.05). These results indicated that diabetic patients with cardiovascular problem in this setting need program or strategy to improve their capability in performing self-management particularly in the monitoring aspect. It also is significance for hospital to address those issues.

Abstract

This research was conducted in polybags with Andisol soil type in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Winaya Mukti, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency from June to July 2021. The purpose of this study was to see how the best of hotel food waste BSF frass affected the growth and yield of pakcoy (B. rapa L.). The research utilized a Randomized Block Design with six treatments: A = 0 ton.ha-1 (without BSF frass/control), B= 3 ton.ha-1 cow dung compost, C =1,5 ton.ha-1 BSF frass, D = 3 ton.ha-1 BSF frass, E = 4.5 ton.ha-1 BSF frass, and F = 6 ton.ha-1 BSF frass, all of which are repeated four times.The use of hotel waste BSF frass had a substantial impact on plant height, leaf number, root volume, canopy fresh weight, root fresh weight, canopy dry weight, and root dry weight, according to the findings. Treatment F (6 ton.ha-1) had the best results in terms of plant height, number of leaves, root volume, crown fresh weight, root fresh weight, and canopy dry weight, according to the study's findings. Treatment E (4.5 tons.ha-1) produced the best results in terms of root dry weight.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to study the effect of young coconut water concentration on the growth of pepper plant cuttings. The research was carried out in the Legok ringgit village of Padaulun Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency at an altitude of 796 meters above sea level, from September to November 2020. The experiment used a Randomized Block Design (RAK), consisted of five treatments with young coconut water concentration, namely A = without young coconut water (control); B = 25% young coconut water concentration; C = 50% young coconut water concentration; D = 75% young coconut water concentration; E = 100% young coconut water concentration, and replicated five times.The experimental results showed that the concentration of young coconut water had an influence on the percentage of live cuttings, number of leaves, root length, number of roots and root volume. A concentration of 75% young coconut water had the best effect on the percentage of live cuttings, number of leaves, root length, number of roots and root volume of pepper cuttings.

Abstract

Pada bulan Februari hingga Juli 2023, penelitian dilakukan di persawahan Desa Karangjaya, Kecamatan Pedes, Kabupaten Karawang. Sawah tersebut terletak pada ketinggian rata-rata sekitar 100 meter di atas permukaan laut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh strategi penanaman Jajar Legowo terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman padi varietas Inpari 48. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) sederhana yang terdiri dari perlakuan 1: sistem tanam tegel, perlakuan 2: sistem tanam jajar legowo 2:1, perlakuan 3: sistem tanam jajar legowo 3:1, dan perlakuan 4: sistem tanam jajar legowo 4:1. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman,jumlah anakan,jumlah anakan poduktif,panjang malai,jumlah gabah per malai dan bobot 1000 butir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perlakuan Sistem Tanam Jajar Legowo menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanam padi yang lebih baik. Perlakuan jajar legowo 2:1 berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah anakan dan jumlah gabah per malai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran Pair chek dengan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan Nonequivalent multipel group design. Populasi dalam peneitian ini sebanyak 100 pserta didik, teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik sampling purposive, terdapat 66 peserta didik yang terbagi pada kelas eksperimen model pembelajaran Pair Chek yaitu yang berjumlah 33 dan kelas eksperimen model Think Pair Share yang berjumlah 33. Adapun hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 <0,05 jadi, Ha diterima dan Ho di tolak artinya, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Pair chek sebelum pengukuran awal dan pengukuran akhir. Untuk hipotesis kedua diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 <0,05 jadi, Ha diterima dan Ho di tolak artinya. , terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) sebelum pengukuran awal dan pengukuran akhir. Untuk hipotesis ketiga diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,056 <0,05 jadi, Ha diterima dan Ho di tolak artinya, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Pair Chek dengan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share sesudah perlakuan.Model pembelajaran Think Pair Share lebih tinggi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di bandingkan denga model pembelajaran Pair Chek.

Abstract

The study was carried out in response to the issues at MAN 3 Tasikmalaya, namely the poor learning results. This was shown by several students who failed to meet the minimal completion standard (KKM) for economics courses. Education quality may suffer as a consequence of poor student learning results. This study's goal was to ascertain how the school setting affected learning saturation and what it meant for students' performance in economics courses. This study used an explanatory survey together with questionnaires and methods for data gathering from observation. 136 class XII IPS students make up the population, which was selected using a saturated sample. approaches for data analysis that use route analysis. The findings of the study indicate that: 1). The school setting has a negatif and substantial impact on students' learning saturation in economics courses, 2). The learning results of students in economics topics are positively and significantly impacted by the school environment, 3). Student learning results in economics disciplines are negatifly and significantly impacted by school learning saturation, 4). Through learning saturation, the school setting has a substantial impact on students' economics learning results.

Abstract

This research problem originates from learning difficulties focused on students' mathematical abilities, especially in microeconomic theory courses. With various backgrounds, the differences in the abilities of each student, including those originating from learning motivation, learning activities, and peers. This research method uses a survey. The population in this study were students of Economics Education at the Teaching and Education Faculty of Siliwangi University Class of 2019, 2020, and 2021, totaling 323 students with a sample of 179 students. The data collection techniques in this study also used questionnaires and documentation. As data analysis techniques used were prerequisite analysis tests with normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, then using statistical analysis multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing with the F test (Simultaneous), t-test (partial) and the coefficient of determination. The research results show that the coefficient of determination (R square) in this study is 0.643 or 64.3%. The study results show that: 1) Learning motivation positively and significantly affects students' mathematical abilities in the microeconomic theory course with a sig. 0.031 and t-count 2.172 and a large influence of 23.9%. 2) Learning activities positively and significantly affect students' mathematical abilities in microeconomics theory courses with sig. 0.027, and t-value count of 2.235, and a large influence of 21.2%. 3) Peers positively and significantly affect students' mathematical abilities in microeconomics theory courses with sig. 0.033 and t-value count 2.146 and a large influence of 19.2%. 4) a positive and significant influence exists between learning motivation, learning activities, and peers on students' mathematical abilities in the microeconomic theory course with a sig. 0.033 <0.05 and Fcount value 6.848 > Ftable 2.656.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate using chatbot media in the direct instruction learning model to improve student learning outcomes in economics subjects and using a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used pretest and posttest in the form of multiple choice questions. The research population was all class X IPS SMAN 7 Tasikmalaya students, totaling 208 students. The sample was taken based on a purposive sampling technique, so class X IPS 5 was obtained as the experimental class and class X IPS 2 as the control class. Data analysis techniques used paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. The results of the hypothesis testing show: (1) There is an increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class with an average pretest score of 41.82 and a posttest score of 81.56. (2) There is an increase in student learning outcomes in the control class, with an average pretest score of 35.29 and a posttest average of 76.74. (3) There is a difference in the increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class, with a comparison of the n-gain average value of the experimental class being greater than that of the control class, equal to 0.69 and 0.63. So, using chatbot media in the direct instruction learning model can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan suatu instrumen penting dalam pendidikan dan menjadi satu dari delapan standar nasional pendidikan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan yang baik untuk dapat memberikan kenyamanan pada setiap warga sekolah dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata kelola manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN Mulyajaya 3 Kecamatan Telukjambe Barat. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan penulis pada penelitian ini adalah metodologi kualitatif yang menekankan pada pengamatan suatu fenomena dan lebih meneliti ke substansi makna dari fenomena tersebut. Analisis dan ketajaman penelitian kualitatif sangat dipengaruhi oleh kekuatan kata dan susunan kalimat yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendayagunaan dan pengelolaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana ini meliputi: perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, inventarisasi dan penghapusan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Sarana dan prasarana semuanya dalam kondisi yang bervariasi ada yang sudah harus diganti atau dibangun kembali dan ada juga yang harus perlu diperbaiki.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low education index of Central Java province among the six provinces on the island of Java. The low education index is influenced by several factors, and it is essential to identify which factors are dominant in influencing the education index. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of School Participation Rate (APS), Average Years of Schooling (RLS), and the education budget on the education index in Central Java. The population and sample of this study are the Education Index, School Participation Rate, Average Years of Schooling, and the APBD for Education in Central Java from 2015 to 2021. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data in the form of time series were collected through literature study techniques and visiting the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The independent variables in this study are the School Participation Rate, Average Years of Schooling, and APBD in the education sector, while the dependent variable is the education index. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the School Participation Rate has a significant effect on the education index with a significance value of 0.016. The Average Years of Schooling also has a significant effect on the education index with a significance value of 0.000. Additionally, the education budget shows an effect on the education index with a significance value of 0.024.
