Abstract

Penelitian ini berbicara drama sebagai genre sastra, salah satu kegiatannya yaitu menganalisis unsur intrinsik naskah drama, dalam prosesnya memerlukan pendekatan proses kerja yang sistematis dan objektif dengan landasan berpikir logis. Tidak heran apabila siswa sering terjebak pada kerangka berpikir bahwa menganalisis dianggap pembelajaran yang rumit dan sulit. Sebagai usaha perbaikan permasalahan tersebut, pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menganalisis unsur intrinsik naskah drama salah satunya melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan menganalisis unsur intrinsik siswa kelas XI SMAN 17 Pandeglang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam pembelajaran menganalisis unsur intrinsik drama masuk dalam kategori baik. Kesimpulan tersebut diambil hasil tes pada akhir pembelajaran. Hasil pengolahan data kemampuan menganalisis unsur intrinsik naskah drama siswa, diperoleh nilai tertinggi adalah 88 dan nilai terendah 53, sedangkan mean/rata-rata 68,1, modus 62,5, median 67,07 serta memiliki nilai simpangan baku 9,04.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada kajian nilai-nilai moral dalam Novel Si Camar Jonathan Livingston Karya Richard Bach.Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganaisis nilai-nilai moral dalam novel Si Camar Jonathan Livingston karya Richard Bach merupakan penelitian deskriptif.Kemudian, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi. Teknik penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karya seseorang, dengan cara mendeskripsikan dan menyimpulkan. Sintak dari teknik ini adalah (a) Membaca dan memahami karya sastra; (b) Melakukan identifikasi karya sastra; (c) Pengelompokkan atau klasifikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis nilai-nilai moral yang terdapat pada novel Si Camar Jonathan Livingston karya Richard Bachyang juga dijadikan sebagai sumber data pada penelitian ini.Permasalahan penelitian ini mengungkap nilai-nilai moral yang ada dalam novel.Hasilnya mengungkapkan, dalam novel ini pada akhirnya dapat diketahui bahwa nilai-nilai moral yang terkandung adalah nilai moral sabar, kerja keras, kasih sayang dan peduli.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low writing skill of students' argumentative essay causing low student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is the experimental method conducted at SMAN 17 Pandeglang by taking class X students in the 2015/2016 academic year as a population. The sample technique used is cluster random sampling. The draw results conducted on the five existing classes were obtained, namely the X-IPS 1 class as the experimental class and X-IPS 3 class as the control class. Each class is 25 and 24 students. Thus the number of samples in this study were 49 students. The experimental class is given treatment, namely the learning process using the SAVI model (Somantik, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual). Whereas the control class uses the expository model. Based on the results of data analysis in statistical calculations, it can be concluded that there is a positive effect of SAVI learning model at student writing skill of argumentative essay at class X, SMAN 17 Pandeglang 2015/2016 academic year. This is indicated by data from the analysis using the t-test formula, obtained t-count 2.984. Whereas t-table for the significance level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom (df) 47 obtained t-table 2.014. Because t-count is greater than t-table (t-count> t-table), which is 2.984> 2.014, then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. By rejecting of the null hypothesis (Ho), then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Thus, it means that there is significant effect of using SAVI learning model at student writing skill of argumentative essay.

Abstract

Kegiatan mengapresiasi sastra salah satunya adalah menganalisis naskah drama, siswa dituntut kemampuannya dalam menganalisis unsur-unsur yang terdapat dalam naskah drama dan karakteristik hubungan antar unsur tersebut sehingga ditemukan suatu penilaian utuh terhadap drama, melalui pemahaman terhadap naskah drama dapat memperkaya dan memperhalus budi bahasa, mengasah pola pikir kritis, mengembangkan cipta dan rasa pembentukan watak. Untuk lebih meningkatkan keterampilan menganalisis dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa diperlukan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam kegiatan menganalisis. Model yang digunakan adalah model group investigation, dan dipadukan dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk meningkatkan daya analisis terhadap naskah yang dianalisis tersebut. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cigeulis tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain perlakuan faktorial 2 X 2. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan point beserial. Uji persyaratan analisis data meliputi uji normalitas data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan homogenitas menggunakan uji F (Fisher). Hasil uji penelitian adalah thitung > ttabel pada derajat kepercayaan 0.05. Untuk hipotesis pertama thitung = 3,582 dan ttabel = 2,101, hipotesis kedua diperoleh thitung = 2,496 dan ttabel = 2,101, hipotesis ketiga diperoleh thitung = 3,084 dan ttabel = 2,101, hipotesis keempat diperoleh thitung = 2,372 dan ttabel = 2,101,

Abstract

STRENGTHENING THE EXAMPLE OF R.A. KARTINI TOWARDS STUDENTS BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE DISSEMINATION OF GREAT WOMEN INSPIRATIONAL TALKS MATHLA'UL ANWAR. This community service activity aims to provide empowerment to Mathla'ul Anwar University students based on the results of the dissemination of the Mathla'ul Anwar Inspirational Talk activity for Great Women. This activity was held to coincide on April 21, 2021 with the target of students residing in the Mathla'ul Anwar University environment from various majors or study programs. The holding of the Mathla'ul Anwar Inspirational Talk event was a form of appreciation for the role and struggle of Raden Ajeng Kartini in advancing the nation, especially for women whose roles were still limited at that time. By raising the theme of strengthening R.A Kartini's exemplary attitude, it is hoped that R.A Kartini's exemplary attitudes and traits can be transmitted to Indonesian women, especially women in Mathla'ul Anwar University. Through his fighting spirit and attitude, the figure of R.A Kartini can be an inspiration and able to awaken the younger generation to join the spirit and become a creative person.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi dan perlokusi pada tayangan youtube Kick Andy edisi Januari 2022 sebagai bahan pembelajaran di SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tayangan youtube Kick Andy. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Adapun teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, pada video 1-4 ditemukan bentuk-bentuk tindak tutur diantaranya yaitu tindak tutur lokusi ditemukan sebanyak 144 data, meliputi lokusi kalimat berita 4 data, kalimat perintah 14 data, dan kalimat tanya 126 data. Ditemukan 144 bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi, meliputi ilokusi asertif 126 data, direktif 9 data, komisif 3 data, ekspresif 5 data, dan deklaratif 1 data. Ditemukan 15 bentuk tindak tutur perlokusi meliputi perlokusi efek senang 11 data, dan efek bersedih 4 data. Dari analisis tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pada penelitian ini lokusi kalimat tanya dan ilokusi asertif lebih banyak ditemukan yaitu lokusi tanya berjumlah 126 data dan ilokusi asertif sebanyak 126 data karena konteks yang terdapat pada tayangan Kick Andy adalah konteks gelar wicara berupa perbincangan atau diskusi. Selanjutnya, hasil dari analisis ini diimplementasikan sebagai bahan ajar teks eksposisi yng ada di kelas X SMA sesuai dengan KI dan KD pada silabus pembelajaran kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

This study describes most of the speech forms that contain symptoms of code switching and code mixing as well as a description of the intentions or factors causing the symptoms of code switching and code mixing. The data source for this research is a video showing the speech title "Mata Najwa October 2021 Edition" which has been accessed on the Narasi youtube channel. The research method that the author uses is a descriptive analysis research method with data collection techniques through literature study with listening and note-taking techniques. The results of the analysis found consisted of four shows entitled soldiers of the new era, #percuma lapor polisi, servis manis bulu tangkis dan muda bersuara. The form of speech that occurs is in the form of code switching and internal code mixing from the official Indonesian language to the casual variety and Indonesian to the Medan language, while code switching and external code mixing occur from Indonesian to English. There are 248 utterances containing code switching and code mixing events. Forms of words are 159, phrases 65, clause 4 and sentence 20. The results of this study can be implied by KD 3.13 Analyzing the content of the debate (problems/issues, points of view and arguments of several parties, and conclusions).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dilatarbelakangi rasa kepedulian terhadap limbah lingkungan disekitar tempat tinggal warga masyarakat yang tidak jauh dari pesisir pantai. Limbah lingkungan tersebut yaitu tempurung kelapa yang dibiarkan tanpa kebermanfaatan. Melimpahnya pohon kelapa disekitar pesisir pantai membawa dampak terhadap pengelolaan limbah tempurung kelapa. Pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan limbah tempurung kelapa masih sangat kurang sehingga pentingnya memberikan pemahaman dan solusi terhadap permasalahan lingkungan tersebut. Adapun metode yang ditetapkan pada PKM kali ini dalam bentuk kegiatan sosialisasi dan cara pengolahan limbah tempurung kelapa menjadi bahan bakar alternatif briket yang ramah lingkungan. Briket memiliki keunggulan diantaranya mampu menghasilkan panas yang tinggi, tidak beracun, tidak berasap, waktu pembakaran atau nyala bara api yang lebih lama, dan berpotensi sebagai pengganti batu bara. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman dan solusi tentang pengelolaan tempurung kelapa menjadi bahan bakar briket sehingga diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan dan sebagai upaya dalam menumbuhkan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat di desa Cigondang kecamatan Labuan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan atau pemahaman masyarakat setelah dilakukan sosialisasi dan pembuatan bahan bakar briket serta melakukan tindak lanjut dalam pemasaran atau penjualan briket. Abstract: This community service activity was motivated by a sense of concern for environmental waste around where residents live which is not far from the coast. The environmental waste is coconut shells which are left without any use. The abundance of coconut trees around the coast has an impact on the management of coconut shell waste. Public understanding and awareness of the use of coconut shell waste is still very lacking, so it is important to provide understanding and solutions to these environmental problems. The methods set out in this PKM are in the form of outreach activities and methods for processing coconut shell waste into environmentally friendly alternative fuel briquettes. Briquettes have advantages including being able to produce high heat, non-toxic, smokeless, longer burning time or ember flame, and have the potential to be a substitute for coal. The aim of this activity is to provide understanding and solutions regarding the management of coconut shells into briquette fuel so that it is hoped that it can foster community awareness of the environment and as an effort to grow the creative economy of the community in Cigondang village, Labuan subdistrict. The results of this activity show that there has been an increase in public knowledge or understanding after conducting socialization and making fuel briquettes as well as carrying out follow-up in marketing or selling briquettes.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the level of students’ ability to retell the contents of short stories by using Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) methods and the level of students’ ability in knowing the ability to retell the contents of short stories with the expository method and knowing the effect of SFE methods on the ability to retell the contents of short stories in class VIII students of SMPN 1 Cigeulis, Pandeglang District, Academic Year 2018/2019. This study used an experimental method and was conducted at SMPN 1 Cigeulis Pandeglang District Academic Year 2018/2019 by taking the eighth-grade students in academic year 2018/2019. The sample technique uses purposive sampling, namely class VIII A as an experimental class and class VIII B as a control class. Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained an illustration that the ability to retell the contents of short stories using the Student facilitator end explaining method in class VIII of SMPN 1 Cigeulis Pandeglang District in academic year 2018/2019 was very good. These results show that the average ability is 63.6 while students who get above the average score is 72.2% and those who score below the average of 34.4% of the highest score of 80, and the lowest score of 45. While the ability to retell the contents of short stories using the expository method is still lacking, it is shown that the average learning outcomes are 53.1 while students get above the average is 73.3% and those who get a score below average 30% from the highest score of 70 and the lowest value of 35. From the calculation of statistics obtained the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) with a significant level of 5% that is t count greater t table 7.332. It shows that there are differences in the ability to retell the contents of short stories that use the SFE methods to obtain higher learning outcomes when compared to using the expository method.

Abstract

This research aims to answer the formulation of question raised about whether there is an effect of Hypnoteaching learning model on short story writing ability of Class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Cihara, 2018/2019 academic year. The method used in this research is experimental method conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Cihara, by taking students of class XI as population. The random results for the two existing classes obtained Class XI A as experimental class and class XIB as control class. Each class has 30 students, thus the number of samples in this research are 60 students. Class XIA gets treatment using Hypnoteaching learning model. Meanwhile, class XIB as control class using direct learning model (expository). Based on data analysis obtained that student’s short story writing ability of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Cihara, 2018/2019 academic year which uses Hypnoteaching learning model has good category with average value of 79,1. While, short story writing ability of students which uses direct learning model (expository) at class XIB has enough category with average value of 70,26. It means, there is a positive effect of Hypnoteaching learning model on short story writing ability of students at Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Cihara, 2018/2019 academic year. It can be seen from the result of hypothesis test using t-test with a significant level 0,05’ gained tcount 4,758 and ttable 1,6723; obtained tcount 4,758 ttable 1,6723, so is rejected and is accepted. In short, states that there is no effect of Hypnoteaching learning model on short story writing ability and states that there is an effect of Hypnoteaching learning model on short story writing ability, then is rejected and is accepted.
