Abstract

Covid19 has changed how we serve patients in all areas of health, and cardiology is no exception. Telemedicine is an option that hospitals can do during this pandemic. Telecardiology is part of telemedicine. By transmitting clinical data and electrocardiograms, telecardiology allows access to cardiology consultation services (telecardiology) without the need to travel to the practice area for both patients and cardiologists. These services can be in the form of teleconsultation, teleelectrocardiography, telerehabilitation, or teleechocardiography. Telecardiology can be applied in prehospital (teleconsultation, teleelectrocardiography,) if there is a referral for a heart attack patient or consult for chronic heart disease through online media; at the hospital in the form of discussions with peripheral hospitals and referral hospitals (teleechocardiography with other small hospitals); and posthospital treatment can be performed for cardiac telerehabilitation in patients with heart failure or teleconsultation of posttreatment patients.

Abstract

The concept of primary health care in the era of National Health Insurance (JKN) is developed by strengthening primary health care as a gatekeeper with the concept of managed care. In this concept of managed care, one og the success story of the gatekeeper system is assessed by the visit and referral rates to the Higher Level of Health Facilities (ALHF/Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Lanjut). This study aimed to determine the characteristics and perception of service users towards utilization of public health centers (PHC/Puskesmas) as gatekeeper in two PHC in City of Bekasi. This study used cross-sectional design and data collection by filling up questionnaires by 208 patients of JKN members in two health centers in Bekasi with stratified purposive sampling methods. The results showed that job (p=0.018), perceptions of the health workers’ attitudes (p=0.000), and treatment duration (p=0.048) were related to the utilization of PHC as a gatekeeper. Perceptions of the health workers’ attitude was the dominant factor affecting the utilization of PHC as a gatekeeper (r=0.720). The health workers’ attitude affected the repeated utilization services in PHC and its utilization as a gatekeeper, especially for continuum care. The proper application of gatekeeper concept should be able to increase the utilization of PHC and reduce the number of referrals to the Advanced Level of Health Facilities (ALHF).

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah rumah sakit di Indonesia, persaingan antar rumah sakit tidak dapat dihindarkan, terutama antar rumah sakit swasta. Rumah sakit harus memperkenalkan pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan melalui strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan pemasaran digital. Besarnya cakupan penggunaan internet di Indonesia menjadikan pemasaran digital menjadi salah satu cara efektif dalam mempermudah komunikasi serta berinteraksi dengan pelanggan lebih cepat. Saat ini, sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia sudah memanfaatkan teknologi digital, terutama internet dan smartphone sehingga memudahkan dalam mencari informasi. Pemasaran digital dapat digunakan di rumah sakit mempromosikan pelayanan kesehatan yang disediakan dengan inovatif dan kreatif. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemasaran digital di rumah sakit. Metode: Penulisan scoping review ini dengan metode pencarian data yang sistematis menggunakan metode PRISMA. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan keyword “Hospital Digital Marketing” dari kepustakaan online, seperti Google Scholar, Garuda, dan Sage Journals tahun 2019-2024. Setelah ditelaah berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, ada 9 artikel penelitian yang digunakan. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: Pemasaran digital dapat mempermudah rumah sakit dalam melakukan promosi. Pemanfaatan media sosial, website, dan aplikasi merupakan bagian dari pemasaran digital yang dapat meningkatkan brand awareness pasien terhadap rumah sakit. Keinginan pasien untuk berobat memiliki hubungan positif dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran. Kata kunci: pemasaran, rumah sakit, pemasaran digital.

Abstract

AbstractIntroduction: Anemia is still a major health problem among adolescent girls. The prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls in Muaragembong District Bekasi Regency in 2022  reached 68.7%, so Muaragembong Health Center triggered intervention through innovation programs in iron supplements. This study aimed to analyze factors related to the incidence of anemia among adolescent girls in Muaragembong District Bekasi Regency.Methods: This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The subjects were 150 adolescent girls of grade XII from 5 schools in Muaragembong District. The sampling method used was probability sampling with clustered random sampling technique. Hemoglobin (Hb) levels was measured by Hemocue Hb meter device. Data on food consumptions were collected through Food Frequency Questionnaires (FFQ). Data analysis was conducted through Chi square tests.Results: Based on the results, 26% of adolescent girls sufferred from anemia. The factors of  anemia incidence were thin nutritional status (p=0.0001), abnormal menstrual patterns (p=0.0001), non hand-washing behavior (0.016), unbalanced food consumption patterns (p=0.002), and iron supplement consumption <4x/ month (p=0.0001). The results of multiple logistic regression tests showed that abnormal menstrual patterns (OR=22.07; 95% CI: 3.24-150.51), iron supplement consumption<4times/mo (OR=10.83, 95% CI: 1.30-89.88), thin nutritional status (OR=4.23, 95%CI: 1.44-12.40), and balanced food consumption patterns (OR=0.27, 95% CI: 0.09-0.84) were related to the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls.Conclusion: The dominant factor of anemia in adolescent girls was abnormal menstrual pattern. However, other factors: iron supplement consumption and balanced food consumptions were also important factors related to anemia.

Abstract

Salah satu strategi pengendalian penyakit menular yang dapat berpotensi menjadi kegawatdaruratan kesehatan masyarakat adalah melalui upaya penyelenggaraan kekarantinaan kesehatan di pintu masuk. Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Kementerian Kesehatan RI yang memiliki peran dalam melaksanakan pengawasan dan pengendalian kesehatan di pintu masuk negara (pelabuhan/bandara/pos lintas batas darat negara) adalah Balai Kekarantinaan Kesehatan (BKK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja dari Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Bidang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi meliputi seluruh UPT Bidang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan di Indonesia. Sampel berjumlah 45 satuan kerja yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat 4 (empat) indikator yang capaiannya sudah baik yaitu 1) indeks deteksi dini faktor risiko penyakit di pintu masuk negara (pelabuhan/bandara/pos lintas batas darat negara (PLBDN); 2) persentase faktor risiko penyakit dipintu masuk yang dikendalikan pada orang, alat angkut, barang dan lingkungan; 3) indeks pengendalian faktor risiko di pintu masuk negara (pelabuhan/bandara/PLBDN) dan 4) Persentase ASN yang ditingkatkan kompetensinya. Sementara 4 (empat) indikator lainnya perlu menjadi perhatian pengambil kebijakan yaitu indikator 1) nilai kinerja anggaran; 2) nilai indikator kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran; 3) Kinerja implementasi Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) satuan kerja dan 4) persentase realisasi anggaran. Untuk hasil yang lebih baik, maka pengambil kebijakan baik di level pusat maupun satuan kerja perlu melakukan pemantauan berkala dan evaluasi yang lebih ketat, penguatan perencanaan, eksekusi efektif serta pengelolaan anggaran yang lebih realistis untuk menghindari variasi besar dalam realisasi anggaran antar satuan kerja

Abstract

Prolonged health problems have been recurring for a long time have raised questions about health program and its supervisory. The supervisory function carried out by Commission IX of the DPR RI on its partners from the government continues to be carried out in various ways. However, analysis has never been conducted to assess whether the various supervisory activities have been effective. This study uses a qualitative method based on phenomena, symptoms, facts, or social informants. Informants are determined directly based on the principles of appropriateness and adequacy. The data is then converted into transcript form, then analyzed, and a Logical Framework is created. This study shows that Commission IX's supervision of the Primary Care Doctor (Dokter Layanan Primer/DLP) Program is ineffective because the program is regulated in the Medical Education Law which is a product of Commission X DPR RI and involves The Ministry of Research and Education (Kemenristekdikti), which is not a working partner of Commission IX DPR RI. Supervision by Commission IX of DPR RI on work partners can positively influence partners' performance improvement. However, it is difficult to conclude that the increase in performance is entirely due to oversight from Commission IX of DPR RI. The supervisory function of Commission IX DPR RI for the DLP Program did not work effectively because the program was regulated in the Medical Education Law which was a product of Commission X DPR RI and involved Kemenristekdikti which was not a working partner of Commission IX DPR RI.

Abstract

Traditional Health Services is a treatment or therapy using methods and medication that is based on the experience and skills of our ancestors that can be accounted for and is in accordance with the norms prevailing in the community. One example is acupressure, ehich is a healing method that uses pressure on certain points of the body or acupuncture points. This type of service has been regulated in various laws on traditional health. However, not all Health Centers provide this service. In South Jakarta City, there are only two Health Centers that provide acupressure services. This is a qualitative research, and aims to analyze the policies and implementation of the implementation of acupressure services in the Health Centers and its obstacles. The data was collected through in-depth interviews and document review. In this study we found that the quality and quantity of health workers trained in acupressure and their comprehension of the program was inadequate. In addition, the room for acupressure is only found in health centers that have provided this service. Communication is still a problem, because there is no regulation socialization regarding the regulation of acupressure services for policy implementers. However, 60% of patients were satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Diphtheria is a contributor to an outbreak (KLB) for some regions in Indonesia, included West Java Province. Diphtheria cases had increased through 2015 - 2016, the cases increased from 59 cases to 153 cases. Depok City became one of the contributors of diphtheria cases that have fluctuating incidents. Disease trends have decreased in 2013-2015 but then increased in 2016 to 8 cases. This study discusses policy implementation, viewed from policy sources, resource arrangements, the characteristics of implementing agencies, bureaucratic structures, communications, the influence of dispositions and socio-economic and political circumstances in control of Diphtheria Outbreak and Outbreak Response Immunization (ORI) in Depok City in 2017. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive design, through in-depth interviews and document review. The results showed that the limited resources, especially human resources, the lack of cross-sectoral concern and social environment factors, including the rejection of some community for vaccination, became a challenge in controlling the Diphtheria Outbreak and Outbreak Response Immunization (ORI) in Depok City. It is expected that policy implementers can commit to working together, and taking into the influential factors in policy implementation, as well as government support in providing halal and safe vaccines and research on bioterrorism can also be done as solving cases of diphtheria fluctuating annually.

Abstract

The Ministry of Health has issued Minister of Health Regulation Number 21 of 2021 to strengthen maternal health services, which regulates health services during pregnancy (antenatal). The Minister of Health's regulation states that antenatal care is carried out at least six times, 2 (two) of which are examinations with a doctor using an Ultra Sonography (USG) device. Community health centers as primary services are expected to be able to provide antenatal services according to standards. The North Lampung Health Service has distributed ultrasound equipment to community health centers in the North Lampung Regency to support the implementation of antenatal services. The research aims to determine the implementation of antenatal care policies at the Negara Ratu Health Center and Cempaka Health Center. This research is qualitative with a case study design; data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. The research results show that implementing the antenatal care policy at the Community Health Center has been running according to the 10 T standard, including antenatal care with doctors using ultrasound equipment. However, integrated antenatal care with mental health programs, recording in the mother's KIA book, and reporting K6 coverage by the Community Health Center have not been implemented optimally. Human resources and facilities still need to be improved. Even though most pregnant women support and participate in antenatal care, obstacles, and challenges are still found in encouraging the participation of pregnant women. Efforts are needed to optimize the implementation of antenatal care policies and increase resources and community support to support the implementation of antenatal care policies at Community Health Centers.

Abstract

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan kesehatan termasuk kompetensi penyedia, diperlakukan dengan hormat, penyediaan informasi, dukungan emosional, efisiensi dan struktur dan fasilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan diakui oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) sebagai salah satu dari lima indikator kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan sistematis dengan menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis. Sebanyak 284 artikel yang berpotensi relevan ditemukan dengan mencari dari 2 database Hanya sekitar seperempat dari pengguna yang disurvei memilih daya tarik kosmetik sebagai preferensi mereka. Hasil ini akan membantu peneliti dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berpusat pada pengguna dalam desain perangkat ini dan dapat memandu kegiatan penelitian di masa depan.
