Abstract

This development research aims to determine the initial conditions of student learning behavior in the social pathology course and to develop a role playing learning model in improving student learning behavior in the social pathology course at the Penmas Study Program, FKIP UNRI. This research procedure is a research and development (R & D), with qualitative data analysis techniques. The flow of the model development process is a preliminary study (literature study, field study of the Role playing learning model that occurs, description and analysis of findings) and development study (development of role playing learning models, and worksheets), validation of development experts and hypothetical models of the results. validation). Data collection techniques using observation with observation sheets. The data validity technique was performed by triangulation, discussion with experts, and extension of observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the initial conditions of student learning behavior showed that students did not have good learning behavior in the learning process and the results of validation of the role playing learning model showed that the model was feasible to be tested in a limited and wider manner in the learning process. The final model in this research and development is the formulation of a hypothetical role playing model from the validation results.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the online learning patterns of children in theparents' workplace at the Griya Firdaus Indah housing estate, Tuahmadani sub-district,Tuah Madani sub-district, Pekanbaru City and the learning pattern itself consists ofindependent learning, group learning, discussion learning and peer tutoring. Thepurpose of this study is to describe the pattern of children's learning processes duringonline learning at the parents' workplace at Griya Firdaus Permai Housing,Tuahmadani Village, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The type of research usedin this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach, aiming to describe the behaviorunder study. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing 6 researchinformants consisting of 3 core informants and 3 control informants supported bydocumentation. Based on the results of interviews with research informants, byinterviewing 6 informants with the same opinion, the researcher found 3 existinglearning patterns used by children studying at their parents' workplace, namelycollaborative learning patterns, discussion learning patterns and peer tutor learningpatterns. The study of learning patterns is very well applied to children who study at theworkplace of their parents, this is done so that children have good learning patternsand will make children's learning activities run well even though the child is in theparent's work environment.Key Words: Children's Learning Pattern

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal relationships on the learning style of the HIMA PRODI management, Department of Education, FKIP, Riau University. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a positive and significant influence on interpersonal relations on the learning style of the Hima Study Program management, Department of Education, FKIP, Riau University. This study consists of 2 variables, namely learning style (Y) and interpersonal relations (X), where the interpersonal relation variable consists of 4 indicators and the learning style variable (Y) has 3 indicators. The population in this study were the administrators of the HIMA PRODI Department of Education FKIP Riau University as many as 267 management. Sampling technique with simple random sampling. Simple random sampling is a method of selecting sample members from a population at random without regard to the strata that exist in the population. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire which consisted of 41 statements on the learning style variable (Y) and 39 statements on the interpersonal relation variable (Y). Based on descriptive analysis based on learning style variables, the mean value of 4.08 was obtained with a very good interpretation and descriptive analysis of the interpersonal relation variable (X) obtained a mean value of 4.25 with a very good interpretation. The Pearson correlation value obtained is 0.716 which indicates that there is a significant relationship between Interpersonal Relations (X) and Learning Styles (Y). The influence between interpersonal relations variables (X) and learning style (Y) is 51.30% while the remaining 48. 70% is determined by other factors that are not part of this study.Key Words: Interpersonal Relations, Learning Style, HIMA PRODI Management

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the Tutor's Strategy in Increasing the Learning Interest of the Learning Community of the Package C Equality Education Program During the Covid-19 Pandemic At PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru. The results showed that the strategies adopted by tutors in increasing the learning interest of learning residents during the covid-19 pandemic at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru were as follows: (1) presenting the designed material (in the form of systematically compiling content and presenting material in a lesson plan), ( 2) provide stimulation (in the form of encouragement in the form of motivational words, games so that citizens learn to be enthusiastic again in participating in the learning process), (3) develop regular habits (form good habits), (4) improve the physical condition of learning residents (pay attention to and maintaining good communication), (5) providing supporting facilities in the learning process. This study aims to describe the tutor's strategy in increasing the learning interest of learning residents during the covid-19 pandemic at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, in which the data collection process is carried out by interviewing 3 subjects, namely control informants, core informants 1 and core informants 2 with documentation included. Based on the results of interviews, researchers found 3 indicators, namely: (1) Learning Objectives, (2) Characteristics of Students, (3) Learning Supporting Facilities/Learning Media. The study of these 3 indicators is very useful for understanding how the Tutor's Strategy in Increasing the Learning Interest of Residents in Learning the Package C Equality Education Program During the Covid-19 Pandemic At Pkbm Kak Seto Pekanbaru.Key Words: Tutor Strategy, Learning Interests of Learning Citizens, Equality Education Program Package C

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze how strong the influence of family social support on the entrepreneurship interest among students of Community Education FKIP Riau University. This research was conducted on 68 students of the Community Education study program, FKIP University of Riau. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The technique in analyzing the data are descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis, which the independent variable as family social support (X).Then, the dependent variable (Y) is Entrepreneurship interest. The results of the study showed that family social support had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship interest which had a large effect of 75.7%, because there were still 24.3% determined by other factors that were not as the part of this studyKey Words: Family Social Support, Interest in Entrepreneurship, Students

Abstract

Principals in performing their duties will receive supervision from supervisors,particularly in the managerial aspects, but its implementation is expected to be conflict, because noteveryone is able to work with a bunch of good, especially the organizational structure in which certainpeople are worth it or not placed there it would trigger conflict, high conflict How did that happen?How high intensity. This is the assessment in this study, namely to determine the level of conflictbetween the principal and superintendent with the level of intensity due to the conflict between thesuperintendent to the principal; relationship between the level of conflict with supervisors conflict; withthe principal, and superintendent for the differences in the level of conflict the principal factors gender,education level, and years of supervisor. This study classified descriptive study, carried out inaccordance with the stage of the research is to test instruments, data collection, and data analysis. Datacollection using the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, while data analysis is done using themethod with the help of SPSS Statistics version 17. The population of this research is all the schoolsuperintendent in the city of Pekanbaru as many as 96 people. Sampling using "proportionate stratifiedsampling", the stage of confidence of 5%, ie 74 people, most of the respondents used to testinstruments. Penyeberan questionnaires for the test conducted by the coordinator supervisor, namelythe 30 respondents. questionnaire of 52 items, 6 items declared them invalid and reabel. Data collectionwas conducted to 63 respondents, but only 85% were worthy of the sample, it can be said to be eligiblefor analysis. In accordance with the method of research used the hypothesis analyzed with descriptiveand inferential statistics. The result is the level of conflict by 54% or half of the maximum score, or inthe medium category, and the intensity of the conflict between the superintendent to the principal witha score of 90% of the maximum score. Hypothesis test results indicate that there is a positive andsignificant relationship between the level of conflict and the intensity of the conflict with 0.587correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination (r2) 34%. Mean variance occurs in thevariable intensity of the conflict by 34% can be explained by the variance that occurs in variable levelsof conflict and 66% specified other factors. There is no difference in the level of conflict by gender,level of education and years of supervisor.

Abstract

This research was intended to find out the disparity of motivation of achievement of the 7th term student selected out through PBUD selection and ones picked out through local selection at the study program of PG PAUD in FKIP UR. This paper was a comparative research that it compared the indicator and variable to agroup of respondents. The data was collected by using an instrument in form of serveyor, in where the serveyor was developed from a variable of motivation with three indicators. Indicator I: the risk taker consisted of 12 discriptors; Indicator II: ones who needed feedback consisted of 8 discriptors; and Indicator III: ones who considered succes consisted of 8 discriptors. The number of all discriptors was 28 units. After being tested for the validity, 4 of them were invalid. The population of this research was 94 student who 42 of them were the students from PBUD selection and the other 52 were from the local selection. The sample of the research was 64 students, 30 of them were from PBUD selection and the other were from the local selection. Based on the data collected, the score of motivation of achievement of the PBUD studends was 79.833 and percentage was 83.16%. The number of percentage was “very high” after being matched with criterion. While the score of local selected students was 76.4112 oe the number in percent was 79.63% which was considered in the level of high. While in the hypothesis of search testing with computer calculation, it was showed that there was a disparity of the motivation of the students selected through PBUD selection to the ones picked out through local selection at the study program of PG PAUD in FKIP UR. Based on the calculation of thitung, the result was 3.698327 higher than ttabel which was only <3.698327> 2.617 in the level of significance 0.01. Thus, Ho was rejected, which meant that there was a disparity of motivation on achievement of the 7th term students of PBUD selection and the students of local selection. Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan nonformal adalah memberikan pendidikan dalam jangka waktu yangsangat singkat yang berorientasi pada bidang keterampilan khusus yang dikemas dalam bentuk paketpaketberdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat.Tujuan utama penelitian ini ialah mengetahui seberapa tinggitingkat tanggung jawab pengelola Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) dalam melaksanakankegiatan pendidikan nonformal di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Propinsi Riau.PKBM didirikan,diselenggarakan dan dikelola oleh masyarakat dan merupakan mitra pemerintah dalam meningkatkankualitas Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini tediri dari satu variabel, tergolong dalam penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan survey.Tanggungjawab sebagai variabel yang dikaji akan diukur denganindikator: (a) tepat waktu; (b) mampu mengambil resiko; (c) dapat mengendalikan diri; dan (d) mandiri.Sampel penelitian ini adalah 41 orang pengelola PKBM. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakanangket, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa tingkat tanggungjawabpengelola PKBM dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan nonformal di Kabupaten Rokan Hulutergolong tinggi, karena memperoleh rata-rata mean 3,22 dan standard deviasi 2,29. Artinya kesanggupanseorang pengelola PKBM untuk tepat waktu, berani mengambil resiko, dapat mengendalikan diri, danmandiri di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sudah tergolong tinggi.Kata kunci: Tanggungjawab, Pengelola, Pendidikan Nonformal

Abstract

Abstract: Problem formulation in this research is. Where are the places for conformity in the Aisyiyah orphanage girls' dormitory in the Kampar area? How is the process of adolescent conformity at the boarding school of the daughter of aisyiyah orphanage Kampar? What are the teenagers doing activity or activities of adolescent conformity at the boarding school for orphanage daughter Aisyiyah Kampar area? how is the conformity of adolescents in the daughter of aisyiyah orphanage boarding school Kampar area? This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Informants in this study are people who are involved and have the information needed in the study, because the informants are people who are more knowledgeable about the issues to be studied. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, and triangulation of adolescent conformity at the boarding school for girls in the Aisyiyah orphanage Kampar. This study consists of one variable, namely indicators (1) cohesiveness with sub-indicators (a) self-adjustment (b) attention to groups, (2) trust with sub-indicators (a) trust (b) equality of opinion (c) deviation from groups (3) obedience (a) pressure due to rewards, threats or punishment (b) expectations of others ,. The subjects of this study were 5 people consisting of 4 core informants and 1 control informant. Adolescent orphanages in hafsah room carry out joint and compact pickets carry out pickets, Adolescent orphans are able to adjust to the environment around the orphanage, Adolescent orphans adhere to the rules or orders set by the caregiver, Adolescent orphans scramble to queue buckets to take a shower and they meet each other's eyes with little frowning.
