Abstract

Abstract: the formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the work ethic of the tutor at the Community Learning Activity Center (CLAC) Bina Kreasi District of Tenayan Raya of Pekanbaru city". This study uses descriptive naturalistic research with a qualitative approach that aims to provide a systematic description of the work ethic of tutors at the Community Learning Activity Center (CLAC) Bina Kreasi District of Tenayan Raya City, Pekanbaru. This study consists of one variable, namely work ethic with 3 indicators, that is (1) Work attitude (2) Work spirit (3) Work discipline. The subjects of this study is 3 people who were class tutors at CLAC Bina Kreasi. Data collection techniques used are by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews with informants, the researchers found data that through these 3 indicators it can be seen that the work ethic of tutors at the Community Learning Activity Center (CLAC) Bina Kreasi District of Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru is that tutors always want to give the best for their work by assessing and improving deficiency. Abstract

Abstract: in this research Issue is how leadership lifeskills in the barn Thrift Pengepul Melissa. This research aims to discover how leadership processes carried out in the barn Thrift Pengepul Melissa benefits from this study are expected to provide input or an idea to the students, the professors and all the readers and semuakalangan in order to be wise in addressing issues specifically related to the thrift collector (pengepul) around us. In addition to providing related information second-hand pengepul in this study, can be set as material to be learned later on apply positive values by other individuals in particular communities which have the same profession. This study used a qualitative approach to the types of descriptive. The technique of selection of informants in this study i.e., purposive sampling techniques. Informants in this study is that people who have the information required in the research because the informant is a person who is master of the matter will be researched. Data collection techniques used documentation, observation, interview and triangulation of Thrift Pengepul Leadership Lifeskills Ujang Milky Eagle Road In the village of the subdistrict of Pekanbaru Handsome Pomegranate. From the results of research conducted can be concluded that: 1) those involved in the barn Thrift Pengepul Melissa namely (1) Jeremy as Chairman (2) Thump Anisa Treasurer while the wife of Jeremy (3) Andre as an employee of Handyman sort items (4) Anto as a freight sorter employees (5) Aris as a freight sorter employees (6) Madan as builders cut employees (7) AR as an employee of the welder (9) Iron Man as an employee of the welder and iron (10) Ben as an employee the driver of the car. In the process of work in the warehouse uijang own, almost all decisions are left up to the employees, and because the leadership of the sendri else have other jobs. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of pencak silat life skills on the motivation of citizens learning to walet puti college in the city of Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence on the life skills of pencak silat residents learning the Swallow Silat college in the city of Pekanbaru on achievement motivation? This study consists of 2 variables, namely Life Skill (X) and Achievement Motivation (Y) variables, where each variable has 4 variables each. The population in this study were 115 people. The sample of this study used a proportional stratified random sampling technique, which is sampling used when members of the population are not homogeneous consisting of homogeneous groups or proportional strata (Sugiyono, 2011: 93). Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaire techniques, which amounted to 35 statements for the Life Skill variable (X) and 37 statements for the Achievement Motivation variable (Y). Data obtained from respondents totaling 20 people for the trial sample and 75 people for the study sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were each 4 invalid statements on each variable, and the researcher discarded invalid statements. Based on the average results of the mean value for the variable of achievement motivation of citizens learning silat puti college in the city of Pekanbaru is classified as high, with a mean of 4.34 and SD 0.85 and the life skill variable is also relatively high with a mean value of 4.29 and SD 0, 89. The interpretations obtained for each indicator of achievement motivation and life skills of citizens learning the Swiftlet Silat college in the city of Pekanbaru are all classified as high. Even though the results are moderate, one can still see the high average results. So, seen the most dominant of these 8 indicators is the alignment of learning activities to develop themselves, learning, independent business and joint effort.Key Words: Life Skill, Motivation Achievement Learning Citizens, Pencak

Abstract

This research was intended to find out the disparity ofmotivation of achievement of the 7th term student selected outthrough PBUD selection and ones picked out through local selectionat the study program of PG PAUD in FKIP UR. This paper was acomparative research that it compared the indicator and variable toagroup of respondents. The data was collected by using aninstrument in form of serveyor, in where the serveyor was developedfrom a variable of motivation with three indicators. Indicator I: therisk taker consisted of 12 discriptors; Indicator II: ones who neededfeedback consisted of 8 discriptors; and Indicator III: ones whoconsidered succes consisted of 8 discriptors. The number of alldiscriptors was 28 units. After being tested for the validity, 4 of themwere invalid. The population of this research was 94 student who 42of them were the students from PBUD selection and the other 52were from the local selection. The sample of the research was 64students, 30 of them were from PBUD selection and the other werefrom the local selection.Based on the data collected, the score of motivation of achievementof the PBUD studends was 79.833 and percentage was 83.16%. Thenumber of percentage was “very high” after being matched withcriterion. While the score of local selected students was 76.4112 oethe number in percent was 79.63% which was considered in the levelof high. While in the hypothesis of search testing with computercalculation, it was showed that there was a disparity of themotivation of the students selected through PBUD selection to theones picked out through local selection at the study program of PGPAUD in FKIP UR. Based on the calculation of thitung, the result was3.698327 higher than ttabel which was only <3.698327> 2.617 in thelevel of significance 0.01. Thus, Ho was rejected, which meant thatthere was a disparity of motivation on achievement of the 7th termstudents of PBUD selection and the students of local selection.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is how is the development of learning programs conducted by the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute ?. This study aims to find out how the development of learning programs undertaken by the Pekanbaru Kita Center Training Course Institute. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The informant selection technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study are people who have the information needed in the study, because the informants are people who are more knowledgeable about the problems to be studied. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, and triangulation about the development of learning programs conducted by the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that: 1) Aspects of the activities carried out, namely: (a) making the transition of the design of learning programs (b) to improve organizational capacity. (c) introducing learning programs through the institution's social media accounts (d) evaluating learning programs on an ongoing basis. 2) the people involved in developing learning programs conducted by the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute are the four Founders of the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute. 3) the places used are: Founder room, study room, and room used in programs that take place outside the Pekanbaru Center Kita Training Course Institute. 4) Next, the time used is Monday to Saturday with the range of working hours starting at 08.00 until 21.00 WIB. 5) the process of developing the learning program of the Pekanbaru City Center Training Course Institute, which is carried out by making the transition village design learning program from the beginning to become a more interesting and more program, to improve organizational capability through training activities held for trainers of the Training Course Institute Kita Center Pekanbaru City, introducing learning programs through social media accounts institutions that are marketing the learning program and the institution itself to be better known by the public and will further support the development of learning programs, evaluating learning programs on an ongoing basis through input obtained both from within and from outside the institution. 6) the aim of developing a learning program is to continue to be able to provide the best service for learning citizens who are adjusted to their interests and needs by following the changing times so that the institution can also continue to run.Key Words: Program Development, Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the tutor's personal competence in learning mathematics Package C at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Kecamatan Tambang , Kabupaten Kampar. This study uses a descriptive qualitative paradigm approach. Research subjects will be determined based on purposive sampling, informants in this study are 3 (three) people. Data collection is done by observation (observation), documentation, in-depth interviews (indept interview), data analysis is done by; data reduction; data exposure (data display); and conclusion drawing and verification (conclusion drawing / verifying). The results showed: 1) Tutor mathematics subjects in Package C implement aspects of personality competencies, from indicators tutors have stable and stable personalities, tutors have mature personalities, tutors have wise personalities, tutors have authoritative personalities, tutors have moral personality.Keywords: Personality Competence, Tutor

Abstract

Abstract: Benefits of this research To find out and analyze life skills education for housewives in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru, To find out and analyze the entrepreneurial character of housewives in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru. To find out and analyze the relationship between life skill education and entrepreneurial characteristics of housewives in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru, to find out and analyze the contribution of life skill education to entrepreneurial character in housewives in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 100 people. Sampling in this study uses simple random sampling in which the number of samples is 73 housewives. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Life Skill Education consists of 39 statements while Entrepreneurial Character consists of 37 statements. Life Skill Education Contribution to the Character of Entrepreneurship in Housewives in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City is measured by indicators of Life Skill Education for Self and Business Development, Various Life Skills, Interaction with Experts, Assessments, Establishing Business. Whereas the Character of Entrepreneurship with indicators of Confidence, Task-oriented and results, Risk taking, leadership, originality, oriented to, the future, honest and diligent. Life Skill Education for Housewives in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City is 4.29 with a high interpretation. Obtained the level of Entrepreneurship Character for Housewives in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, 4.45 with a high interpretation. Then obtained Lifeskill Education contribution to the character of entrepreneurship in housewives is low that is equal to 29.90% meaning that there are still 71.10% determined by other factors that are not part of this study.Key Words: Life Skill Education, entrepreneurial character, housewife

Abstract

Abstract: Problem formulation in this research is how is the process of care services for children in Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage in Kampar area ?. This study aims to explore the process of caring for children in the Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage in the Kampar area. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The informant selection technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study are people who are involved and have the information needed in the study, because the informants are people who are more knowledgeable about the issues to be studied. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, and triangulation of child care services at the Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage in the Kampar area. This study consists of one variable, namely the indicators (1) self-esteem, (2) meeting expectations, (3) improvement, (4) foresight, (5) improvement, (6) attention, (7) empowerment. The subjects of this study were 3 people consisting of 1 core informant and 2 control informants. From the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that: the care service process that appears there are only 5 aspects, while 2 aspects do not appear because it is not found in the service process provided by caregivers for children in the Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage in the Kampar area. Implementation of care services that often arise are caregivers instructing children to directly work on duty picket, giving advice to foster children who do not want to work when mutual cooperation, caregivers provide improvement by listening to complaints foster children, caregivers use technology as much as possible, and caregivers give rewards to children foster achievers. In this care process the most important thing in care is the chairman of Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage, secretary, treasurer, nurturing section, education section, and skills section.Key Words: Service, Caregivers, Children

Abstract

Abstract: Tutor social competence is an ability that tutors must have to communicate and interact effectively with learning citizens, fellow educators, education personnel, parents / guardians of learning residents, and the surrounding community. The purpose of this study was to determine how high the perceptions of learning citizens towards tutors' social competencies and to find out how much the contribution of citizens' perceptions of learning to tutors' social competencies was based on indicators of the variables of perceptions of learning citizens at the Insan Scholar Community Learning Center (PKBM) Pekanbaru City. This research is a quantitative descriptive variable of one variable. The population in this study were 48 people learning package C in Insan Cendekia PKBM. Sampling in this study was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling technique, because the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to strata in the population. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire containing 47 statements about tutor's social competence consisting of three indicators. The mean of the indicators communicating and socializing effectively with learning citizens 4.47, then the indicator mean communicating and socializing effectively with fellow educators and education personnel 4.41, and the mean indicators communicating and communicating effectively with parents / guardians of learning citizens and communities around 4.37. With an average Mean indicator of 4.42 and a standard deviation of 0.20, which is relatively high. Based on inferential statistical analysis, it was found that the contribution of perceptions of learning citizens to tutors' social competencies was classified as high with an average value of 65.03% and the remaining 34.97% was influenced by other indicators besides the indicators in this study.Key Words: Perception, Learning Citizens, Social Competence

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah di Kecamatan Siak. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dilakukan dengan survey. Seluruh populasi ditetapkan sebagai sampel, yaitu 66 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Temuan penelitian adalah kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah Sangat Tinggi dengan nilai Mean 4,38, dan ini menunjukkan mereka telah mempunyai tindakan inovatif, bekerja keras, mempunyai motivasi yang baik dan pantang menyerah serta memiliki naluri kewirausahaan dalam memimpin sekolah. Kontribusi keseluruhan indikator terhadap variabel kompetensi kewirausahaan adalah 36,66 % dan ditafsirkan pada kategori sedang. Kontribusi yang paling tinggi adalah memiliki naluri kewirausahaan yaitu 58,90%, sementara itu, yang rendah adalah pantang menyerah yaitu 35,40%, dan indikator tindakan inovatif yaitu 18,40%. Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah sangatlah diperlukan bagi diri kepala sekolah itu sendiri.
