Abstract

Effective employee performance plays a pivotal role in an organization's success, directly shaping overall productivity and efficiency. This study delves into the connection between compensation, work environment, and employee performance within CV Mora Sentosa, located in East Jakarta. Quantitative research involving a sample of 40 participants was conducted. The findings highlight a significant and positive correlation between compensation and the work environment (T-Statistic = 81.909, p < 0.05). It is worth noting that while compensation alone does not exert a significant impact on employee performance (T-Statistic = 0.108, p > 0.05), a positive work environment does indeed wield a remarkable influence on employee performance (T-Statistic = 8.685, p < 0.05). This research underscores the pivotal role of cultivating a positive work environment to bolster employee performance. Such insights can serve as a guiding light for organizations aiming to deploy strategies that optimize both compensation and work environment variables. By doing so, organizations stand to enhance overall employee performance, thus fostering a path to greater organizational triumph.

The focus is on enhancing service quality to foster patient loyalty. This study aims to assess the impact of service quality on patient loyalty, employing a quantitative, cross-sectional research design. The investigation was conducted at RS Puspa Husada between June and July 2023. The study encompassed a population of 338 patients over three months, averaging 113 patients per month. Utilizing a saturated sampling technique, the entire population was included as the research sample. The research instrument involved a closed-ended questionnaire featuring a response scale (via checklist completion). Logical regression analysis was employed as the research analysis method to evaluate the influence of research variables. Research findings indicated that the physical evidence variable showed sig-p of 0.041, reliability had sig-p of 0.006, empathy demonstrated sig-p of 0.037, responsiveness displayed sig-p of 0.046, and guarantee presented sig-p of 0.018. The research concludes that a significant impact exists between the quality of service variables—physical evidence, reliability, empathy, responsiveness, and guarantee—on patient loyalty. Among these factors, service reliability emerges as the primary influencer of patient loyalty within the Outpatient Department of RS Puspa Husada.

Abstract

The success of a company hinges on the collective performance of its employees. Thus, it becomes imperative for companies to enhance the quality of their workforce's performance. Numerous factors exert influence over employee performance, among them are teamwork, work motivation, and job satisfaction. These factors collectively kindle individuals' commitment towards accomplishing tasks to their fullest potential within the company. This study is conducted to reveal the impact of teamwork, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance, specifically examining the case of the J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa office. Employing an associative research approach with a quantitative methodology, this study encompasses the entire employee population of the Sibuhuan-Sosa J&T office, totaling 30 participants. The analysis employs multiple linear regression via SPSS 22. The findings of the partial analysis reveal that both teamwork and work motivation yield a positive and noteworthy influence on the performance of J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa employees. Conversely, job satisfaction appears to lack significant impact on these employees. Notably, when taken together, teamwork, work motivation, and job satisfaction demonstrate a significant effect on the employees of J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa.
