Abstract

The advancement of internet technology, one of its benefits is being used for entertainment, such as video games and online games. In some online games, there are various teams competing against each other to achieve specific goals. Not all online games have good in-game voice communication, and some lack this feature, like the online game Point Blank. The issue faced by Point Blank players is t he difficulty in finding suitable and practical means of interaction. This research aims to analyze the application of Discord in maintaining communication patterns within the Kaizen Team Organization in an Online First Person Shooter (FPS) game. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Based on the conducted research, Discord communication media utilized by the Kaizen Team Organization is considered effective during Point Blank gameplay. The communication process helps facilitate message delivery. The results of this research indicate that the suitable and effective communication for the Kaizen Team involves the communication patterns of All-Channel, Wheel, and Y. Furthermore, two different types of organizational communication implementation were found within the Kaizen team, namely informal communication and formal communication.

Abstract

Sepakbola Indonesia kini menjadi sebuah industri yang cukup dinikmati oleh sebagian besar pihak, baik dari atas yakni investor atau pengusaha, dari tengah seperti pemain, pelatih, manajemen, sampai dari bawah dari kalangan suporter. Namun salah satu hal yang harus disadari ialah saat sebuah oalh raga menjadi industri, maka sebagian entitas yang berada dalam industri tersebut bisa dikomodifikasikan menjadi suatu hal yang bernilai, sehingga terjadi transaksi dalam industri tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana representasi komodifikasi budaya populer dalam sepak bola nasional saat ini. Data yang peneliti gunakan ialah data sekunder yang berasal dari Kajian Literature serta Dokumentasi berupa video dari kanal Youtube dan Pemberitaan Media Online dan Media Sosial. Hasil penelitian ini ialah peneliti menemukan beberapa perspektif dalam melihat komodifikasi ini, yaitu penetuan harga tiket pertandingan, pengelolaan hak siar kompetisi, serta pemain, klub, dan kompetisi yang dikomodifikasikan. dalam tiga aspek tersebut peneliti menilai bahwa industri sepak bola saat ini secara nilai pasar sudah melambung tinggi seiring dengan tingginya antusiasme suporter dari klub-klub nasional.

Abstract

Kerusakan lingkungan pariwisata terus bertambah dengan prilaku wisatawan yang meninggalkan jejak perjalanan yang kurang baik, terlebih hutan mangrove sebagai penyanggah abrasi air laut, srrta bisa juga memberikan kontribusi besar bagi masyarakat luas. Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan perancangan media komunikasi edukasi wisatawan ekowisata mangrove Tarumajaya Bekasi ini diharapkan mampu menjadi pijakan awal untuk bangkit dan membangun kembali, serta dijadikan sarana informasi dan persuasi melalui media komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Pokdarwis Pal Jaya. Metode pelaksanaan secara diskusi terkait brainstorming menyesesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, survey awal, dan penyuluhan perancangan media komunikasi itu sendiri. Hasilnya pun menunjukkan ada capaian secara tiga aspek dilihat dari segi kognitif dan afektif mulai terarah dan memahami akan pentingnya keberlansungan ekowisata hutan mangrove sebagai keberlanjutan dan manfaat bagi khayalak luas. Adapun secara perilaku masih perlu upaya yang lebih besar lagi, karena bangkitnya pariwisata juga turut didukung oleh SDM (sumber daya manusia) yang terjun dan mau untuk membenahi pariwisata secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the RPIE concept in the role of PR to develop public awareness through Instagram of the HOPE Worldwide Indonesia organization. This research uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive research methods. The results of the study show that the role of PR in developing public awareness through the use of Instagram is carried out in several steps, namely 1) research, namely finding out the target audience with insight and research features used for making posts using SDG-type hashtags and seeing existing trends, 2) planning, namely PR having SOP, having a workflow in creating content and using digital media to develop wider public awareness, 3) implementation, namely public relations using the Instagram platform and activating all of its features, having a different core message from each content that is relatable, applying SOP in postings to packaging the content properly, 4) evaluation, namely PR HOPE Worldwide Indonesia conducted a review of the performance they had carried out to raise public awareness, look for data by looking at Instagram insights, seeing and feeling the changes and impacts that had occurred. The limitation of this research is that this research is only limited to how to implement the RPIE concept in the Instagram of HOPE Worldwide Indonesia. The Practical Implications of this research can provide benefits for researchers to explain the role played by a public relations person in developing public awareness of non-profit organizations through Instagram. The originality of this research is This research discusses HOPE Worldwide Indonesia as a non-profit organization that operates Instagram as one of its organizational media.

Abstract

The football industry in Indonesia is currently starting to develop well, both in terms of owners, management, coaches, players, and supporters. This industry is slowly making many people want to speak out about the issues that occur in football, especially on social media today. One proof of how many people are starting to speak out is the existence of citizen journalism in Indonesian football today. This research aims to find out how citizen journalism is implemented in the League 1 Competition in Indonesian Football. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods, as well as collecting data through secondary data through documentation and interviews from social media such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and so on. The results of this research show that there are several ways for the community to implement it, namely the first is Participatory Citizen Journalism using the community to write their personal opinions in the National Media. Second, Citizen Journalism by writing content or producing visual, audio, or even audio-visual content related to specific content topics. Third, News-Media Watchdog Citizen Journalists, namely the media as watchdogs monitor and evaluate the current performance in the football industry through media such as YouTube and Spotify. Lastly, Community Citizen Journalism is how communities, in this case supporters, have their media to inform about their favorite team or voice something related to their favorite team, such as Simamaung.com (Persib Bandung), Jak Online (Persija Jakarta), EmosiJiwaku.com (Persebaya Surabaya).

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini mengenai komunikasi instruksional di Karate Budokai DKI Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan komunikasi instruksional pelatih dalam melatih atlet untuk mengembangkan ketangguhan mental atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif , data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelatih dan atlet Budokai DKI Jakarta dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan lima proses utama : spesifikasi isi dan tujuan instruksional, penafsiran perilaku mula, penetapan strategi instruksional, organisasi satuan instruksional, serta pemberian umpan balik yang kontstruktif. Pelatih menyesuaikan strategi komunikasi berdasarkan usia dan tingkat kemampuan atlet. komunikasi efektif terbukti meningkatkan ketahanan mental atlet, kemampuan mengelola tekanan, serta kesiapan menghadapi kompetisi. Selain itu, komunikasi yang jelas dan terarah memungkinkan atlet memahami instruksi dengan lebih baik, sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan teknik dan strategi dalam pertandingan. Kepercayaan dan motivasi atlet juga meningkat melalui interaksi yang suportif dari pelatih. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru mengenai pentingnya komunikasi instruksional sebagai elemen kunci dalam pengembangan mental dan performa atlet karate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis fanatisme dan kreativitas La Grande Indonesia sebagai suporter kurva utara sepak bola di Indonesia. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana fanatisme dan kreativitas suporter La Grande Indonesia dalam mendukung Timnas Indonesia. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perilaku Kolektif Neil Joseph Smelser. Analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, proses analisis data antara realitas dengan teori, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa fanatisme dan kreativitas La Grande Indonesia dalam mendukung Timnas Indonesia merupakan hasil dari interaksi sosial yang kompleks dan terorganisir. Kreativitas mereka tidak hanya terbatas pada dukungan verbal dan menjadi bentuk ekspresi artistik yang kuat. Melalui tifo dan koreografi yang mengesankan, mereka tidak hanya memberikan dukungan kepada tim nasional tetapi juga membangun identitas kolektif yang memperkuat rasa kebersamaan di antara anggota La Grande Indonesia.

Abstract

Football is far more than a game; it is a cultural language that brings people together across nations and generations. In Indonesia, this passion for football extends beyond domestic leagues, where local supporters also form strong communities around international clubs. One of these is the Chelsea Indonesia Supporters Club (CISC) Bekasi Region, a collective of Chelsea FC fans who not only share admiration for the team but also nurture social bonds and a sense of belonging within their community. This paper offers a conceptual exploration of how cohesiveness among members of CISC Bekasi contributes to the creation of a positive community image. Building on ideas from scholars such as Mulyana (2016), Collins and Raven (in Arifuddin, 2016), and Muniz and O’Guinn (in Ratnawati & Lestari, 2018), the discussion focuses on the role of group communication in fostering solidarity and collective identity. Within the group, communication is not limited to exchanging information but also functions as a medium for emotional support, shared values, and moral responsibility. The argument put forward is that effective communication and social cohesion can transform a fan club into a respected social group that embodies unity and positive representation. The experience of CISC Bekasi illustrates how sports enthusiasm, when supported by strong interpersonal ties, can encourage inclusive participation and strengthen the public image of football supporter communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Unwittingly, when parents share information about their children's lives on social media (sharenting), they need their followers' attention, affection, and a warm attitude to fulfill their emotional needs. This study used a qualitative research approach. Data collection tools in this study were in-depth interviews, literature studies, and observations. The criteria for research informants were parents from the millennial generation who had been actively using social media for more than three years and had a high frequency of social media use. The data analysis used was thematic analysis, which could help researchers capture informants' experiences accessing social media, which researchers then presented through specific themes. Based on the research data processing, in the current digitalization era, the practice of sharing carried out by millennial parents is used to gain social recognition. The results of this study can enrich the discussion on sharing motivation, namely not only in the aspects of self-presentation and social participation but also in the aspect of social recognition.

Abstract

The football industry in the world today has become a very promising industry. Many parties feel the impact, including players, coaches, staff, owners, supporters, and so on. The presence of commodity fetishism in football is one of the impacts. This fetishism has many positive and negative impacts. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to know the communicative character of commodity fetishism in the capitalist system of world football. This study employs a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used secondary data in the form of documentation, such as news from the internet and literature from journals. The results of this study show that the implementation of commodity fetishism can be seen in the gap between competitions, especially level one competitions, and those below. In addition, there is a worship of certain players who are actually considered commodities, thus causing fanaticism for most parties, especially fans.  Keywords:  Commodities, Fetishism, The Football Industry
