Information technology is developing very rapidly which affects the business world and the industrial world, including government agencies. Public services in making population documents are an important type of service that must exist in every village. The Center for the Study of Regional Autonomy conducts a study on the quality of village government services, related to this, it is necessary to continuously improve government services, both physical and administrative. One of them is the problems faced by village government agencies, such as the procedures applied are not clear and the service is still manual so that the processing time becomes longer. This study aims to improve the quality of service which it has an impact on services that are less than optimal for the population, it is hoped that with the design of this program it can be better than the manual system, so that it can run more effectively and efficiently. The data collection method used in collecting data in this study is by conducting interviews with various parties, observing, and reviewing the center in order to find reference materials. The design of this information system uses the Agile Development Methods system development method with the extreme programming model.

Digitalisasi sekarang ini secara luas digunakan oleh semua pihak pemangku kebijakan di bidang pendidikan, termasuk level perguruan tinggi. Dosen yang memegang posisi yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran harus beradaptasi dengan baik pada teknologi informasi terbaru. Lambat laun, perkembangan teknologi akan memaksa semua pekerja untuk menggunakannya jika masih ingin bertahan di era ini. Di sisi lain, penyebaran Pandemi Covid-19 di seluruh dunia menuntut dosen dan mahasiswa untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi terkini. Bagaimana dosen menggunakan menggunakan perangkat digital dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran merupakan fokus inti dari studi ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kemampuan dosen dalam menggunakan perangkat digital dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Selebihnya target dari studi ini adalah untuk memberikan sekilas penjabaran tentang kemampuan kompetensi digital kepada Lembaga Penjamin Mutu di kampus dan lebih jauh dapat memberikan pertimbangan yang komprehensif tentang bagaimana mengembangkan dan memandu kompetensi digital dosen di masa depan. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan partisipan 8 dari 11 dosen yang mengampu di Fakultas Sastra Universitas Putra Indonesia Tahun Akademik 2020/ 2021. Partisipan dalam studi ini 72% adalah dosen yang mengampu mata kuliah Linguistik atau Sastra. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil studi mengungkapkan bahwa partisipan telah cakap dalam menggunakan digital sesuai standar perguruan tinggi dan lolos melewati semua kriteria kompetensi digital.

Pandemik corona virus disease 19 (codiv-19) menjadi masalah global yang belum bisa teratasi. Covid-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus korona SARS-CoV-2. Peran teknologi informasi terus berusaha mencari solusi dalam pencegahan covid-19. Pemerintah Indonesia telah membuat sistem informasi (SI) berupa website dan aplikasi mobile untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang covid-19, salah satu fitur yang terdapat pada SI tersebut adalah menampilkan data penyebaran wilayah dan jumlah yang terinfeksi covid-19 secara reatime. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan data JSON menggunakan Model View Presenter (MVP) yang memiliki esensi antara kode antarmuka dengan class view dan membawanya ke class presenter berbeda sehingga presenter bisa berjalan dan melakukan proses pengujian tanpa mempengaruhi pengolahan kode view. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Hierarchy plus Input-Process-Output (HIPO) dengan tiga fungsi tingkatan (diagram), yaitu: Visual Table of Content (VTC), Overview Diagram (OD) dan Detail Diagram. Penggunaan JSON untuk pertukaran data API rest yang menggunakan metode Model View Presenter sangat mudah diimplementasikan meskipun menggunakan tiga metode pemanggilan data JSON berbeda.

Bisnis merupakan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pembelian atau penjualan terhadap barang atau jasa. Dalam berbisnis, setiap pelaku usaha harus menganalisis bagaimana kelayakan bisnis dari usahanya agar mengetahui resiko yang akan dihadapi di masa Â yang akan datang. Aspek finansial adalah aspek paling penting untuk dianalisis kelayakannya, karena jika aspek finansial menunjukkan hasil yang tidak layak, maka usulan usaha/bisnis akan ditolak. PD. Mutia Rasa merupakan produsen terbesar Sale Pisang di Kabupaten Cianjur. Selama 25 tahun berbisnis, PD. Mutia Rasa pernah mengalami beberapa kali perubahan baik dari segi input maupun output. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kelayakan finansial Usaha Sale Pisang Jari Mutia Rasa. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan perhitungan Break Event Point (BEP), Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C R), Payback Period (PBP) dan analisis Â sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Nilai BEP untuk Tahun 2017-2019 BEP harga sebesar Rp7.003,00 dan BEP volume produksi sebesar 99.009 pcs, nilai BEP untuk Tahun 2020-2021 yaitu BEP harga sebesar Rp7.655,00 dan BEP volume produksi sebesar 36.074 pcs. (2) Nilai NPV sebesar Rp1.953.578.534,00. (3) Nilai B/C R untuk Tahun 2017-2019 sebesar 1,57 dan untuk Tahun 2020-2020 sebesar 1,44. (4) Nilai Payback Period sebesar 9,17 (9 bulan 17 hari). (5) Hasil perhitungan analisis sensitivitas dengan parameter biaya variabel naik 10% dan volume produksi turun 20%, dapat dikatakan bahwa usaha ini layak.

This study explores the application of the STAR Method in teaching English at PAUD Nurnaima Kota Bandung using a qualitative approach and a case study design. Over two months, the research involved two lecturers and five students, collecting data from two PAUD Tutors and the Head of School. The results indicate that integrating English language material through various forms of play—such as role play, motor play, and construction play—not only enhances children's engagement but also accelerates their understanding of new vocabulary. Children demonstrated a good ability to recognize basic vocabulary, influenced by their habit of watching English-language videos. The findings also suggest that learning activities involving physical movement are more effective in improving vocabulary retention. Overall, the implementation of the STAR Method successfully created a fun and engaging learning environment, providing valuable insights for educators and practitioners about the importance of collaboration between educators and parents, while also encouraging the development of more innovative teaching methodologies at the PAUD level.

This study explores the significant role of English language usage in the production practices of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) in Indonesia, particularly focusing on how this linguistic choice reflects social identity within a globalized context. By examining prevalent English terms in product naming—such as "Ready Stock," "Fresh Milk," and "Mango Iced Tea"—the research reveals a deliberate strategy among MSMES producers to position their offerings as modern and appealing to contemporary consumers, especially younger demographics. Interviews with MSMES stakeholders indicate a strong belief that incorporating English enhances product appeal and improves production quantity, underscoring the language's perceived association with quality and sophistication. This dynamic aligns with sociolinguistic theories regarding language as a marker of social identity, where familiarity with English signifies higher social status and aspirational lifestyles. The findings illustrate how MSMES navigates cultural negotiation, blending local heritage with global trends to construct a distinct identity that resonates with both local and international markets. Ultimately, this study highlights the interplay between language, culture, and identity, demonstrating how English usage serves not only as a marketing tool but also as a mechanism for fostering innovation and cultural exchange within Indonesia's culinary landscape. By situating their products within a global narrative, MSMES producers affirm their roles as adaptive and forward-thinking members of an increasingly interconnected world.

This paper presents an analysis of grammatical competence among English teachers, focusing on their proficiency across various grammatical categories essential for effective instruction. The study reveals significant disparities in understanding, with scores ranging from a low of 34% in negative words to perfect scores of 100% in verb usage, adverb usage, and expletive constructions. While many teachers demonstrate a solid grasp of key structures such as appositives, comparisons, and subject completeness, notable weaknesses in areas like word order and passive voice highlight the need for targeted professional development. The findings suggest that while the average proficiency level is commendable, there are critical gaps that require immediate attention to enhance the overall quality of grammar instruction. To address these weaknesses, the paper recommends the implementation of specialized training programs and collaborative learning opportunities aimed at reinforcing teachers' understanding of challenging grammatical constructs. By fostering a commitment to continuous professional growth, educational institutions can improve teaching practices and ultimately enrich the learning experiences of students, laying a stronger foundation for their language skills.

This research investigates the euphemism strategies employed by content creators in their movie reviews. Given the growing influence of online content creators on consumer behavior, it is crucial to examine how they utilize language techniques to shape their reviews. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study aims to identify the specific types and purposes of euphemisms used by content creators when evaluating films. The findings reveal that content creators primarily rely on the substitution and periphrasis types of euphemisms, where substitution involves replacing potentially offensive or sensitive terms with more palatable alternatives, and periphrasis uses roundabout expressions to convey meaning. Notably, the research also indicates that the primary purpose behind the use of these euphemistic techniques is to captivate the audience's attention. By mapping the euphemism strategies of content creators in the context of movie reviews, this study contributes to the broader understanding of euphemism usage across different domains, informing discussions on the ethical considerations and impact of language choices in influential digital content, and laying the groundwork for further exploration of euphemism practices in various content creation and communication settings

Language is an important aspect for humans to communicate. The study that discusses the relationship between society and language is called sociolinguistics. In sociolinguistics, there is a phenomenon called bilingualism. Bilingualism is the ability of a speaker to use two languages and it is a common phenomenon in multilingual societies and this phenomenon is associated with code-switching. Code-switching refers to the practice of altering one’s language or language variety in different social or cultural contexts. This phenomenon happened in Najwa Shihab’s YouTube video entitled Ngobrol bareng NIKI: Yang dirindukan dari Indonesia. Therefore, this research aims to analyse the code switching used by Niki in her interview with Najwa Shihab. The purpose of this research is to describe the main types of code-switching used by Niki in her interview and to describe the reason why Niki switched one language to another in her interview. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. In collecting the data, the writer transcribed the utterance from the video to get the data. In analysing the data, Poplack’s theory was used to analyse the types of code-switching and Hoffmann’s theory were used to analyse the reasons for code-switching. After analysing the data, there was 53 data found for types of code-switching and 38 data found for code-switching reasons. For the types, tag-switching was found to be the main type that Niki used in her interview and for the reasons, talking about particular topics and intention of clarifying the speech content for the interlocutor was found to be the main reasons why Niki used code-switching.
