Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki banyak wilayah yang sulit dijangkau, terutama di daerah perbatasan atau rural. Selain itu ketidaksetaraan distribusi penduduk dan ekonomi membuat pembangunan infrastruktur Teknologi Infomasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) secara keseluruhan di Indonesia tidak merata. Provider penyedia Telekomunikasi dan layanan internet di Indonesia belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan infrastruktur di daerah terpencil. Solusi komunikasi yang berkembang cepat dan tanpa infrastruktur adalah MANET. MANET adalah sekumpulan node nirkabel yang bekerja sama membentuk jaringan. MANET terbentuk dari sekian banyak host yang terkoneksi melewati router tanpa inftrastruktur yang tetap dan berubah–ubah. Pada pengujian dengan 5 node, kemudian dilakukan analisis QoS dengan standarisasi TIPHON, didapatkan nilai Sangat Bagus Ketika diuji dengan paket 1500 dan 2000 byte mendapatkan nilai indeks lebih dari 3 di Delay, sedangkan Jitter mendapkan nilai Sangat Bagus disemua pengujian dengan nilai indeks diatas 3. Sedangkan Packet Loss mendapatkan nilai Sangat Bagus pada pengujian paket 1000 dengan nilai dibawah 3, pada pengujian throughput mendapatkan nilai TIPHON Sangat Jelek. Performa MANET dengan routing Babel layak digunakan model komunikasi alternatif karena masih mendapatkan nilai Sangat Bagus pada beberapa pengujian.

In the production of tofu, it usually produces liquid waste which can cause environmental pollution when no processing is carried out which will have an impact on local residents. Disposal of liquid waste from the production of tofu without going through processing will result in air pollution in the form of a pungent odor and too low oxygen and pollution in the water which will become dirty. Liquid waste generated from the production of tofu contains organic substances that cause microbial growth in the water which results in decreased oxygen levels in the water and the water becomes cloudy. Based on these problems, a monitoring system for turbidity and acid-base levels of the tofu industrial wastewater in Purbalingga Regency based on the Internet of Things was designed by utilizing the NodeMCU ESP8266 which is connected to a Turbidity sensor, pH sensor, DS18B20 sensor, LCD 16x2 I2C, relay, and a water pump that will connected to the Telegram Bot for monitoring and control. Telegram bots can work when Telegram and the network are turned on and connected to the internet. From the results of testing the system produces tools that are in accordance with what the author expects. All sensors and relays can work well on the waste onjek, the water pump also works well so that it can carry out waste disposal when the turbidity level has reached less than 35 which is carried out after the decomposition process is complete. The system can also send notifications to the Telegram Bot when the pump is on and when commands are requested via the gadget, resulting in the conclusion that the system works in real time and must be connected to the internet network.

Indonesia is one of the countries that has a very large potential for disaster. If a disaster occurs then all activities will stop because the infrastructure is damaged. One of the example is digital payment activitiy. It will stop because there are failure because the existing system is loss. The proposed research is to conduct modeling using cellular ad hoc networks (MANET). An Ad-Hoc network is a standalone configuration for configuring the network infrastructure of devices that can self-configure wirelessly connected devices. In its development, Mobile ad hoc networks can be used in many ways. One of the example is in disaster management. In this study, we recommend restructuring the network by using a mobile ad hoc network to replace network infrastructure damaged by disasters. We are trying to design a replacement network infrastructure to replace the damaged network infrastructure so that payment transactions can be carried out continuously until the restoration of the new network infrastructure can be built. The protocol used in this study is the DSR (Dynamic Source Routing) protocol, this protocol has the advantage of finding routes when there is damage to the links between nodes. From the simulation results using NS-2, by increasing the number of nodes in the simulation area, it shows that there is a decrease in packet loss to 0%. There is an increase in delivery success of almost 98% when the number of nodes is increased. And there is a decrease in delay with the addition of the number of nodes

Indonesia is one of the largest countries in Asia, with a very dense population. According to data from The World Bank, the human population indicator in Indonesia in 2019 increased by 270,625.57 people. It shows that population density in Indonesia is related to world problems related to household waste. The household sector contributes as the top waste producer in Indonesia. Adipura data in 2019 stated that at least household waste contributed 36%. This figure is higher than the heap of waste generated from the traditional market, which reaches 24%. The accumulation of waste that occurs without any sorting of waste makes the waste more difficult to decompose and difficult to recycle. Apart from that, the current landfill causes air pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to increase public awareness regarding waste sorting and processing to overcome these problems. We propose to make a device that can help sort organic and inorganic waste with Artificial Intelligence technology based on Computer Vision using the Eigenface method and the Internet of Things. Eigenface is a method that has the working principle of using an XML file to perform face recognition. 1. Implementation of a Computer Vision-Based Garbage Counting System Using the Eigenface Method can run well, where when the system detects an organic object, the door of the counting machine can be opened, and vice versa if it detects inorganic, the machine door is closed. Accuracy results for organic are 70% and for inorganic 75%. It is due to the lack of variation in the dataset and changes in the object's physical condition.

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) merupakan variabel penting dalam menjamin kelancaran keberlangsungan Pemilu sebab selain menjadi jaminan inklusivitas hasil Pemilu, hal ini merupakan perwujudan dari demokrasi di Indonesia. Namun partisipasi masyarakat tidak luput dari campur tangan kinerja pihak penyelenggara Pemilu itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini, pihak tersebut adalah Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU). KPU sebagai penyelenggara Pemilu memiliki peran strategis dalam sosialisasi dan penyebaran informasi seputar Pemilu kepada khalayak umum. Sehingga penting untuk KPU memiliki strategi yang sesuai dalam sosialisasi dan penyebaran informasi. Di zaman yang serba teknologi, KPU memiliki lebih banyak opsi yang dapat mencapai lebih banyak audiens dengan metode yang lebih efektif dan efisien dan tentunya lebih murah dibandingkan metode konvensional. Lewat proses identifikasi dan penyelesaian masalah, tim PKM dan KPU Kabupaten Banyumas bekerjasama untuk memanfaatkan teknologi sinematografi dan poster dalam proses sosialisasi Pemilu ke 100 desa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Dari kerjasama ini dihasilkanlah sebuah video promosi yang dapat disaksikan di kanal YouTube resmi KPU Kabupaten Banyumas dan videotron alun-alun kota Purwokerto. Harapannya setelah melewati serangkaian kegiatan ini, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam angka partisipan Pemilu 2024 dan bertambahnya wawasan SDM KPU Kabupaten Banyumas dalam pemanfaatan media digital untuk sosialisasi dan penyampaian informasi lewat konten-konten menarik.

Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Banyumas Regency is an institution under a government position consisting of several sub-sectors, one of which is the Assets Sub-sector. The BKAD Regional Asset Sub-sector in Banyumas Regency has a type of Goods Inventory Card (KIB) that has not been managed properly, including KIB for office vehicles making it difficult to make a proposal for office vehicle maintenance. Maintenance of office vehicles is the initial stage of replacing vehicles according to employee needs so that employee performance can be maximized. Forecasts for office vehicle maintenance are presented to facilitate the implementation of duties in carrying out business trips. The methods used in data collection are survey methods, literature, and interviews. The data collection method used in this report uses a quantitative method with the C.45 algorithm. Predicting the quality of office vehicles can carry out several stages such as reviewing office vehicles, classifying the condition of office vehicles, after that a decision is made on which vehicles are suitable for use or not suitable for use. Analysis of predicting the quality of office vehicles using the C.45 algorithm with the rapidminer application can produce results in the form of a decision tree that is used by the asset sub-sector in order to make a decision. Based on the prediction results of office vehicle quality, it can be concluded that office vehicles will be suitable for use if the year of purchase or procurement is more than 2000 and office vehicles will not be suitable for use if the year of purchase or procurement is less than or equal to 2000. If you want to compare the results obtained it is advisable to use other tools or algorithms to make the next report.

During the pandemic, the learning model directly impacts both students and teachers, especially in evaluating and correcting assignments to measure student learning. Evaluation and correction of the learning process at both the high school and high school and university levels are generally carried out multiple-choice examinations during this pandemic. Many tools can be used to carry out multiple-choice assessments. The essay assessment is usually done manually and takes a long time because the lecturer has to make corrections one by one. On the other hand, information retrieval is a concept that can be used to build an automatic essay correction information system so that the correction of essay questions can be done quickly and efficiently, as in multiple-choice works. The automatic essay correction information system is a relatively new technology, especially for its plural use in this pandemic. A new technology that will be applied in a plural manner requires a measurement. One of the measurements that can be used is the Technology Readiness Index (TRI). TRI is used because it can measure the readiness and tendency of users to implement an information system. The case study in this research was conducted at the Faculty of Informatics (FIF) Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto (ITTP). The TRI measurement of the automatic essay correction information system carried out at FIF produces a TRI of 3.27. This value is between 2.90 and 3.51 (2.90 ≤ TRI ≤ 3.51). Consisted of an optimism value of 1.01, and innovativeness value of 0.52, a discomfort value of 0.55, and an insecurity value of 1.19.

Serayu Larangan Village in Purbalingga has MSMEs in the form of typical food, namely Jenang and Wajik "Jati Rasa". This MSME was founded during the Covid 19 pandemic. This MSME had problems in production and marketing. So far they have only used manual methods both in Jenang production and in sales. This service aims to help these MSMEs in increasing Jenang production and product marketing. The method used is a prototype for making tools to increase Jenang production and digital marketing to find out how important digital marketing is using a website for MSMEs to increase product marketing. The results achieved in this service are that participants can use automatic Jenang processing machines and coconut presses well and the electricity used is only 1 PS or the equivalent of 735 watts, and by using digital marketing with a website they can increase marketing globally and can be accessed anywhere and make sales effective and efficient from manual to automatic.

Kreativitas sangat diperlukan dalam pengembangan bisnis UMKM saat ini guna membantu proses pengembangan UMKM kreatif agar lebih bersemangat dalam menciptakan inovasi di masa pandemi ini sehingga akan membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi agar UMKM dapat bertahan. Inovasi bisa berupa menghasilkan produk berkualitas dengan biaya rendah dan teknik penjualan sederhana namun efektif. UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar penting perekonomian Provinsi Jawa Tengah, khususnya Kabupaten Banyumas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk memfasilitasi UMKM dengan berbagai macam cara promosi yang kreatif dan inovatif untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha. Salah satu cara promosi tersebut adalah lewat partisipasi dalam pameran UMKM. Banyaknya bangunan bersejarah menjadikan Kecamatan Banyumas lokasi yang cocok untuk pelaksanaan pameran UMKM sebagai ruang insan kreatif untuk mengeksplorasi ide, berkarya dan berjejaring. Maka dari itu, sesuai dengan IKU kelima dimana hasil kerja dosen digunakan oleh masyarakat, hasil riset yang dilakukan sebaiknya memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat sekitar. Target luaran PKMS ini adalah seminar nasional pengabdian masyarakat, jurnal nasional pengabdian masyarakat, media massa, video kegiatan, HKI, dan peningkatan pemberdayaan mitra. PKMS ini diharapkan bisa menghasilkan inovasi dan kreasi yang dapat meningkatkan omset para pelaku usaha UMKM secara kontinu dan tetap menjadi solusi bagi mitra UMKM di tahun – tahun akan datang..

The SMKN 1 Binangun website is a website-based software system that is used to convey the latest information or news from the school to students. This website began to be used in 2020, but in its use there were several problems experienced by users. These obstacles include an interface that is not good in terms of design, page layout and website content, apart from that in terms of website appearance which is less attractive and less attractive to users and lack of updates. Incomplete information can be added with information on expertise programs and infrastructure, there is no search menu, many menus are still empty and not functioning, the alumni data update flow on the alumni menu is still confusing and can be accessed by non-alumni and website visitor traffic is still low. Based on these problems, it is necessary to evaluate and improve the UI/UX design to produce a website that fits user needs. The results of this study are improvements to the user interface of the SMKN 1 Binangun website from the user side (front-end). The results of usability testing using UEQ obtained a comparisson to benchmark rating between above average to good, indicating that the website design improvement was better than the previous design, this was reinforced by hypothesis analysis which stated that the H0 hypothesis was rejected and H1 was accepted according to the UEQ average value.
