Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the North Toraja District Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs. This research has a quantitative design and uses a survey method to collect data. The number of samples used in this research was 32 respondents. The data collection procedures for this research are: Questionnaire. Using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. Hypothesis testing is carried out so that the significance value for the influence of received has an influence on X (Work Discipline) on Y (Employee Performance). The partial results of this research (t test) show that the significance value of work discipline (X) on employee performance is 0.039 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.160 > t table value 2.042. This means that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, indicating that the work discipline variable has an influence on employee performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs, North Toraja Regency

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality and Product Completeness on Consumer Purchase Interest at the Pelangi Cosmetic Store. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and product completeness on consumer buying interest at Pelangi Kosmetik stores. The data collection procedures for this research are: observation, questionnaires and documentation. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 26. This research was conducted at the Pelangi cosmetics shop in Rantepao, with a sample size of 111 respondents. The technique that researchers used in sampling was accidental sampling. The results of calculations using the t test on the service quality variable t count > t table with a value of (20,020) > (2,361) and on the product completeness variable t count > t table with a value of (-10,737) < (2,361). The conclusion of this research is that service quality has a positive influence and has a significant influence on consumer buying interest. Product completeness has a negative influence and has an insignificant influence on consumer buying interest at the Pelangi cosmetics shop in Dirantepao

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing on brand awareness of Jiniso fashion products among UKI Toraja management study program students. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 43 students of the UKI Toraja management study program. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. This is proven by the results of a simple linear regression test Y= 11,687+ 0.829X with a calculated t value > t table, namely 6.126 > 2.018 and a significant value < 0.05, namely 0.000. If we look at the coefficient of determination, it shows that the R square value is 0.478 or 47.8% with the remaining 52.2% being influenced by other variables not found in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), on work productivity (Y). This research used a sampling technique using a saturated sampling method with a sample of 32 respondents. This research method uses quantitative research methods with the help of the SPSS 26.0 application as a tool for calculating the data that has been obtained. This research uses 3 variables. The independent variables are work motivation, work discipline, while the dependent variable is work productivity. The results of this research show that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a calculated F value (7.821) which is greater than F table (3.29). Partially, work motivation has no significant effect on work productivity, while work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity.
