Abstract

There are many e-commerce sites that have been present in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee. Shopee is here to provide many attractive offers such as lots of discounts, promos, cashback etc. This can lead to consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of advertising on consumptive behavior (2) The effect of conformity on consumptive behavior (3) The influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumptive behavior in consumptive behavior. The population of this study were users of the e-commerce application Shopee in Mojokerto. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the criteria of women, domicile in Mojokerto, at least 17 years old, have used or purchased goods or services through the Shopee e-commerce application. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, conformity has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, the hedonic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, advertising, conformity and hedonic lifestyle together have a positive and significant effect on behavior. consumptiveperilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

The use of the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently accompanied by technological developments that are experiencing very rapid changes so that the information obtained is quite easy and very fast to get the desired information. The marketing and sales system is no exception, which is growing and consumer demands are increasingly complex. Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. From the results of this study it results that by choosing social media as the right promotional media.

Abstract

In the current digital era, learning in the development of digital skills is very necessary for students to prepare for future careers. This learning can be done through the Merdeka Campus program, one of which is the Independent Study program. Therefore, this writing aims to provide an overview of the implementation of learning in the development of digital skills at PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi so that participants have a view of career opportunities that can be pursued in the digital era. The learning implementation method in this program is carried out online with asynchronous and synchronous activity types. This program is divided into 4 learning modules, namely Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Product Management, and Software Engineering where participants are required to work on a capstone project in groups as the final project of each learning module and a means to build a portfolio. Therefore, the implementation of project-based learning at PT Revolusi Cita Edukasi can be the basis and reference if you want to go deeper into the field of interest so that you can have a career in that field.

Abstract

The Merdeka Campus Program is a program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, one of the programs is the Independent Study in partnership with PT Revolusi Citra Edukasi which is called RevoU Technology, this program has the aim that the participants gain experience and knowledge about technology academy which is useful for the world of work, by participating in an independent study program the participants will meet various students throughout Indonesia as well as mentors who are experienced in their fields, participants will also know the impact of implementing technology academy on companies such as the impact of product management, digital marketing , data analyst and software engineering

Abstract

Konsumen semakin sadar akan kualitas, dan perusahaan juga harus memperhatikan kualitas produk yang dihasilkannya dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus mendapatkan persetujuan internasional untuk membuktikan bahwa produk dan sistem yang mereka gunakan memenuhi standar. Standar kendali mutu yang digunakan secara internasional adalah ISO 9001:2015. Penerapan yang konsisten berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Di sini peran proses bisnis sangat penting dalam memahami situasi dan permintaan pasar serta mengembangkan strategi yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 pada PT INKA Multi Solusi, dampak penerapan sistem tersebut terhadap penunjang aktivitas proses bisnis perusahaan, serta faktor pendukung, dampak, dan hambatannya. Dalam melaksanakan analisis Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara.

Abstract

The research entitled "Kontribusi Fasilitator Pendamping dalam Meningkatkan Akses Pasar bagi Pelaku UMKM Nasabah BTPN Syariah Kecamatan Tandes Surabaya " discusses the role of facilitators in expanding market access for MSMEs customers of Bank BTPN Syariah in Surabaya. This study aims to help MSMEs players understand the importance of preparing marketing strategies to maximize the scope of their business. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used was interviews conducted naturally and conducting a SWOT analysis on each MSMEs customer of BTPN Syariah. The research results show that the role of companion helps BTPN Syariah MSMEs customers to maximize sales. Having an accompanying facilitator for MSMEs players can help in developing effective business strategies, market understanding, marketing and better financial management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Ambassadors on Repurchase Intention through Brand Image as an intervening variable. The population used consists of all consumers who purchase Oreo X Blackpink products. The sample size is 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google Form using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis testing (t-test and coefficient of determination), and path analysis using SPSS version 26 as the testing tool. The results of this study indicate that the Brand Ambassador variable significantly influences Brand Image. The Brand Ambassador variable also significantly influences Repurchase Intention. The Brand Image variable significantly affects Repurchase Intention. Furthermore, the Brand Ambassador variable significantly influences Repurchase Intention through Brand Image as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine digital marketing strategies through Instagram social media in increasing sales at the Arunazma Online Shop. This type of research is descriptive research. Data sources will be taken from documents, observation results, and interview results. The digital marketing strategy carried out by Arunazma includes the planning, implementation and monitoring stages to increase sales at Arunazma. The obstacles faced by Arunazma in implementing digital marketing, namely delays in delivery and lack of human resources. Arunazma can overcome these obstacles by accelerating the packing process and adding employees to make it more efficient. The positive impact of implementing digital marketing by Arunazma is that digital marketing can increase sales of products in the Arunazma Online Shop.

Abstract

There are many strategies that can be used to increase sales volume and attract customers. Marketing generally focuses on products, pricing, distribution policies, and also how to promote. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy that can increase sales volume at PT Panjimas Textile in Gresik city. This type of research is descriptive research. The research method used is through interviews, documents, and observation results. The subject of this research is the export marketing division employee staff at PT Panjimas Textile. The object of this research is PT Panjimas Textile. The results showed that the strategy used by PT Panjimas Textile is to implement the marketing mix or marketing 4p which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion to increase export sales volume. The conclusion of this study is that the strategy used is the application of the 4p marketing mix successful in increasing the volume of export sales at PT Panjimas Textile.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji optimalisasi manajemen piutang melalui penerapan sistem digital di PT Sinergitas Indonesia Muda. Dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis modern, perusahaan perlu bertransformasi dengan mengadopsi teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan piutang. Kegiatan internship program ini menemukan bahwa sistem manajemen piutang tradisional memiliki kelemahan yang dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pembayaran dan risiko piutang macet. Penerapan sistem digital seperti ERP menawarkan solusi melalui otomatisasi proses penagihan dan peningkatan transparansi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah patisipasi aktif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari kegiatan internship program menunjukan bahwa digitalisasi tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas tetapi juga kesehatan finansial perusahaan. Rekomendasi termasuk pengembangan berkelanjutan dari sistem digital dan pelatihan karyawan untuk adaptasi terhadap teknologi baru, guna memperkuat efektivitas manajemen piutang serta daya saing di pasar.
