Abstract

Abstrak. Teknologi informasi, bisnis, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan tata kelola pemerintahan adalah beberapa aspek kehidupan yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan pesat di bidang informatika. Kurangnya informasi tentang karakteristik masyarakat Desa Pasawahan adalah masalah utama dalam penelitian ini. Kurangnya informasi ini berdampak pada kemampuan untuk membuat keputusan dan mengatur program pembangunan yang lebih sesuai dengan tujuan. Metode Elbow dan evaluasi Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) adalah contoh metode klasterisasi yang efektif yang berfokus pada aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Data penduduk Desa Pasawahan Ciamis tahun 2023 dengan 4939 data dan 19 atribut digunakan. Metode Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Dalam penelitian ini, indeks Davies-Bouldin (DBI) digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan algoritma K-means untuk menentukan jumlah klaster yang ideal. Hasil pengelompokan menunjukkan bahwa dari jumlah klaster dengan nilai K = 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, klaster dengan kinerja terbaik mendekati nilai 0, dengan nilai DBI sebesar 0,3066. Pada K=3, tiga klaster dengan distribusi sebagai berikut dihasilkan: C0 memiliki 2242 data, C1 memiliki 1778 data, dan C2 memiliki 919 data. Evaluasi kinerja Menurut algoritma K-means, nilai Davies-Bouldin yang mendekati nol menunjukkan kualitas, jumlah klaster yang ideal untuk penelitian ini adalah 3, yang memberikan hasil terbaik.

Abstract

Jagung merupakan tanaman pangan yang penting di Indonesia, karena selain digunakan sebagai bahan makanan pokok, tanaman jagung juga bisa digunakan sebagai pakan ternak, diambil minyaknya, dibuat tepung (maizena), serta bahan baku industri. Namun, jagung yang dihasilkan petani seringkali cepat dan mudah terkontaminasi jamur, sehingga harus dilakukan pengeringan di bawah sinar matahari. Akan tetapi, sekitar 75% produksi jagung di Indonesia dihasilkan pada saat musim hujan, sehingga para petani sangat kesulitan untuk melakukan pengeringan jagung dan membutuhkan alat pengeringan jagung mekanis dengan sistem kontrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Merancang prototipe pengeringan otomatis dengan pengendalian suhu berbasis arduino uno, (2) Mendapatkan hubungan pengaruh parameter suhu dan aliran udara terhadap pengeringan jagung dan (3) Memperoleh efektivitas pengeringan jagung otomatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 1 variabel kontrol dan 4 variabel terikat menunjukkan bahwa variabel P5 (variabel terikat dengan pengeringan mekanis sistem kontrol dengan Arduino on, kipas atas bawah on, kipas kanan kiri on, termokopel on, heater on) merupakan skenario terbaik dari perbandingkan dengan variabel pengeringan mekanis sistem kontrol lainnya dengan tingkat waktu dan proses pengeringan biji jagung yang efektif dengan mendapatkan rata-rata suhu pada perbandingan variabel kontrol sebesar 45.4 °C, RH 29.3 % dengan durasi pengeringan terbaik yaitu 18 menit. Skenario P4 dinilai lebih efektif dibanding skenario P1 (variabel dengan pengeringan manual atau dijemur), skenario P2 (variabel terikat pengeringan mekanis sistem kontrol dengan Arduino on, kipas kanan kiri off, kipas atas bawah off, termokopel on, heater on), skenario P3 (variabel terikat pengeringan mekanis sistem kontrol dengan arduino on, termokopel on, kipas atas bawah on, kipas kanan kiri off, heater on) dan skenario P4 (variabel terikat pengeringan mekanis sistem kontrol dengan arduino on, kipas atas bawah off, kipas kanan kiri on, termokopel on, heater on). Dengan proses pengeringan biji jagung dengan skenario P5 tersebut, akan membantu para petani dalam pengeringan biji jagung untuk menurunkan kadar air yang sesuai keinginan yaitu 12-14%.

Abstract

Currently, there is no Persib packaging box on the market. The characteristic in question is the presence of the Persib Bandung logo on the packaging. This box packaging will be useful for various purposes (multipurpose), ranging from food containers, attributes, souvenirs etc. With the Persib logo on this packaging, it will certainly add to the attractiveness, especially for Bobotoh. The purpose of this research is to design a multipurpose Persib plastic box packaging mold, to make a mold for multipurpose Persib plastic box packaging and to make multipurpose Persib plastic box packaging. The problem limitation in this research is the mold design process using computer aided design, using Siemens NX Software. The stages carried out include; the CAD process of making mold designs using NX-Siemens, the CAM simulation process and generating G-Code for the CAD program that has been made, the mold manufacturing process using a 3-axis CNC milling machine, the mold testing process on a vacuum forming machine and evaluating the results of a multipurpose Persib plastic box packaging product. The results of the product are largely in accordance with the desired, but there are some details that are not maximized

Abstract

In making this 3 Dimensional CNC Printer machine, the design and construction process is divided into several main parts. The main parts include; design for the mechanical part, design for the frame part, design for the control and calibration system. In the mechanical section, the motor type is selected and the transmission system is designed. The type of motor used is the Stepper Motor Type 17210 G Shinano Kenshi with specifications; angular movement of 1.8 degrees/pulse with a current of 1 A, voltage of 2.6 VDC, resistance of 1.5 Ohm/phase, inductance of 2.8 mH/phase and holding torque of 0.3 Nm. For transmission, it uses a pulley and belt transmission type. The frame uses Tslot 2040, Vslot 2020 and Aluminum Composite materials for the engine mount. In the control and calibration section, this 3 Dimensional CNC Printer machine uses an Arduino Mega 2560. In mechanical testing, movement trials were carried out in the x, y and z axes. The test results show that the movement is as expected. For the x-axis movement, it is 60 mm, the y-axis is 80 mm and the z-axis is 100 mm.

Abstract

The development of sugar palm plants in Indonesia is very prospective. Can increase farmers' income from sugar palm farming, as well as preserving natural resources and the environment. The application of post-harvest technology for palm fruit that is not yet optimal causes the production of palm fruit to be very low. So researchers are interested in designing a tool for processing kolang kaling. The general aim of this research is to design a fruit processing machine for kolang kaling fruit. The specific aim of this research is to analyze, design and build flatteners for kolang kaling machines. This research method uses the experimental method with a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, while the data analysis technique used uses quantitative techniques. The measurement results show that the length of time for peeling, flattening and separating palm seeds required by the designed machine is faster than manually. The time required by the machine designed to peel 10 kg of palm fruit is an average of 38.6 seconds, while the manual requires 470 seconds. After stripping, the flattening process is carried out. The results obtained in one rotation of the flattening shaft are that it can flatten 180 palm fronds in a time of 2 seconds. In conclusion, the designed palm fruit flattening machine can flatten palm fruit without taking a long time. The time required to peel palm fruit using a designed machine is more effective than the manual method.

Abstract

Many forms of technology development aim to answer needed for human work efficiency. so an effective technology development effort is needed. Multifunctional hand vise tools are tools used to disassemble nuts and bolts in several sizes, open bottle caps, become hammers to hit nails and many others. Threads are the main component in multipurpose hand vise tools. Thread problems that often arise are jammed threads due to rust or worn paths due to the workpiece load. Threaded material uses St 42 which is able to support and suppress frictional loads and loads with pressure. Experiments were carried out by hitting nails, opening bottle caps, opening nuts & bolts, and holding threads that were easy to slide. The frame and chuck materials use stainless steel 304. The design of this Multifunctional hand vise tool is expected to be an industrial solution to streamline time and energy with these tools when used in small workshops or even in large industries.

Abstract

The machine frame is an important element that cannot be separated in a machine design and manufacture. The frame has a function as a foundation and support that supports a machine. There are still many workshops that use the manual method for the steel bending process. The process of making the bending roll machine frame is carried out through several stages such as data collection, preparation of frame tools and materials, frame manufacturing process, frame testing. And by conducting testing using Autodesk Inventor software, and manual calculations, the results of making a bending roll machine frame are said to be safe to use.

Abstract

Corn is a superior commodity owned by Indonesia. Apart from being a staple food, corn kernels are also used as chicken feed by grinding them using a grinding machine. But the processing of corn as animal feed is still relatively expensive. Breeders usually process corn to the mill because they don't have a grinding machine. Meanwhile, buying a grinding machine is not cheap. So to increase productivity and effectiveness in the livestock sector, it is necessary to develop technology or tools in this field. One of the technological developments that can be applied to this sector is the use of grinding machines for corn kernels. We made this machine with the aim of increasing efficiency and saving on animal feed costs. The design of this machine is carried out through the process of designing, selecting and calculating components, the stages of making and assembling the whole, as well as testing the machine. The machine was designed using Autodesk Inventor software to help design the whole. The control and electrical systems are designed using the Simurelay application. This machine has specifications of 250 watt motor power, 712 RPM rotation and 3.29 Nm torque which is capable of grinding dry corn kernels up to 30 kg/hour.

Abstract

Maggot black solder fly (maggot black solder fly) is the larvae of the black solder fly, many are found in various tropical countries, especially in Indonesia. On average, people in Indonesia dispose of food waste about 300 Kg every year, the amount of food waste is a problem that must be addressed. resolved Utilizing organic waste as a feed medium for black solder fly maggots is one way of processing and utilizing organic waste. The main driver of this machine is an electric motor. Power is transmitted through the pulley and the V- belt to the gearbox and then shaft to generate rotation. Here the electric motor and belt-pulley transmission have an important role. Namely, the electric motor as the main driver and the belt-pulley act as the power transmission system,which is where the selection of a V-bel for transmisi power has the advantage of producing greater power at a relative low voltage. So on this occasion the author designed a V-belt transmission, the pulley-shaft that is right for the black army fly maggot dryer.

Abstract

Dodol is a traditional Indonesian food made from glutinous rice, palm sugar, coconut milk, salt, and water. All the ingredients are mixed and stirred until reaching a certain thickness, usually requiring 4-8 hours of cooking time. During the mixing process, dodol must be continuously stirred to prevent it from burning or forming a crust. This design aims to create a machine that can assist in the dodol production process, particularly in the stirring process, to make it more effective and efficient. The method involves designing a dodol stirrer machine frame. The design of this dodol stirrer machine frame uses Autodesk Inventor Professional 2023, with a material of 4x4 cm angle iron with a thickness of 3 mm, capable of supporting a load of 10 kg. The stress analysis results for this dodol stirrer frame are sufficiently safe, with a value of 29.5 MPa, compared to the maximum limit of 147.3 MPa. The results from the frame manufacturing process, using welding with an SMAW machine and E6013 electrodes, show that the frame can support each component and does not experience excessive vibration when the dodol stirrer machine is operational.
