Abstract

Taman Kili Kili Beach is a nesting place for turtles. There are Olive Ridley (Lepidochelys olivacea), Hawksbill Turtle (Deretmocelys imbricate), Green Turtle (Chelonian mydas) and Leatherback (Dermocelys oliacea) that found completing their natal homing to this area during the night. The beach area was conserved and managed by a group of local community that called as Pokmaswas Taman Kili-Kili Beach with consideration of the government at the village level. However, due to limitation of Pokmaswas human resources, turtle data tabulation process still conducted by filling sheet manually and it went ineffective and prone to lost. i-LENUK, an application-based on android that developed for turtle data tabulation and database system for the Pokmaswas of Taman Kili Kili introduced and applied to solved and increase effectiveness. Pokmaswas members have been trained as tabulator and administrator in the turtle data tabulation including verification and maintain data as well.

Abstract

Kesenian hadrah merupakan salah satu seni musik tradisional islam yang ada di Indonesia. Kesenian Hadrah banyak tersirat nilai –nilai kehidupan masyarkat. Tetapi tidak semua masyarakat mengetahuinya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai dakwah apa saja yang terkandung dalam kesenian Hadrah di Desa Pedekik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dimana subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di desa Pedekik, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah kesenian hadrah. Akumulasi data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai – nilai dakwah yang terdapat dalam kesenian hadrah antara lain nilai keagamaan, nilai keindahan dan nilai solidaritas. Melalui kesenian hadrah ini, masyarakat bisa memahami nilai – nilai dakwah yang terdapat di dalamnya dan kesenian ini dapat dilestarikan dari generasi ke generasi.

Abstract

There is a perception from the community towards the Mappadekko tradition which is believed to have an influence on the harvests of the Walenreng Village farming community. The problems in the research are considered important to  be carried out in order to find answers to the beliefs held by conducting a study regarding "The Influence of the Mappadekko Tradition on Community Harvest Results in Walenreng Village, Bone Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of  the  Mappadekko  tradition  on  community harvests in Walenreng Village, Cina District, Bone Regency. This type of research uses ethnography. The instrument used was an interview guide. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that this research program has been implemented well, namely that the majority of the planned research activities have been carried out well  with  good  results  achieved.  This  research produced six pieces of information, namely what the Mappadekko tradition is, the community's response to the Mappadekko tradition, when the Mappadekko tradition was carried out, the advantages and disadvantages of the Mappadekko tradition, incidents when the Mappadekko tradition was not carried out, and the influence ofthe Mappadekko tradition on the community's harvest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh reward, punishment, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart), sebuah perusahaan ritel yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, termasuk di Alfamart yang menghadapi persaingan ketat di sektor ritel. Reward, punishment, dan insentif menjadi alat manajemen untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Reward bertujuan untuk memberikan penghargaan atas kinerja positif dan mendorong karyawan agar lebih termotivasi dalam mencapai target perusahaan. Punishment digunakan untuk mengatasi pelanggaran dan mencegah perilaku yang merugikan perusahaan, dengan sanksi yang bervariasi sesuai dengan tingkat kesalahan. Sedangkan insentif merupakan tambahan penghasilan yang diberikan kepada karyawan yang berhasil melampaui target kinerja, sehingga mendorong mereka untuk bekerja lebih baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi SDM di Alfamart dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data yang berfokus pada interaksi reward, punishment, dan insentif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, serta dampaknya pada kinerja dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Pemuda Karang Taruna merupakan salah satu aset penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat dan ekonomi di tingkat lokal. Dalam era digital ini, pemahaman dan keahlian dalam bidang teknologi menjadi semakin penting, termasuk di sektor otomotif. Pelatihan sepeda motor full injeksi menjadi strategi yang relevan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan di kalangan pemuda Karang Taruna. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mendalam tentang sistem injeksi bahan bakar pada sepeda motor serta keterampilan praktis dalam perawatan dan perbaikan. Metode pelatihan motor full injeksi terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu, training kewirausahaan, tahapan training service berkala dan simulasi servis berkala. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan kesempatan dan peluang bagi para peserta pelatihan untuk memulai berwirausaha, dengan memfasilitasi pengembangan rencana bisnis yang berorientasi pada pasar lokal.

Abstract

Pelatihan perbaikan sepeda motor merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan kemandirian ekonomi warga khususnya peningkatan kompetensi dalam melakukan perbaikan sepeda motor dan peluang wirausaha dalam bidang jasa perbaikan dan penjualan spare part sepeda motor. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bonde Utara, Kecamatan Pamboang, Kabupaten Majene. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah Pelatihan pemahaman teori dasar mesin metode praktik langsung yang melibatkan warga dalam proses pembongkaran dan perbaikan komponen sepeda motor. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga dalam melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan ringan kendaraan bermotor. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu membuka peluang usaha baru bagi peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how micro-business actors utilize digitalization as a strategy to navigate the dynamics of the modern market, as well as to identify the opportunities and challenges they encounter. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through a case study of Bucket Bunga, a creative florist business that has been operating for seven years and is managed by a young entrepreneur in City X. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the business owner. The results show that digitalization has had a positive impact on market reach, service efficiency, and increased customer interest through social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. However, several challenges persist, including limited understanding of social media algorithms, fluctuating content visibility, and the rising competition in the online business landscape. The main strategy adopted by the business owner involves improving product quality and customer service, although no external support has been received from communities or educational institutions. This study highlights the importance of digital literacy and institutional support to help micro-businesses adapt effectively to the digital economy ecosystem.

Abstract

Self Order Kiosk (SOK) is machines used for  ordering process. Each SOK machine, equipped with a state-of-the-art touchscreen, displays a variety of menu options, including food, drinks, snacks, and ice cream. When customers place orders through these machines, their orders are sent directly to the kitchen monitor. This allows kitchen staff to immediately prepare and serve the orders quickly and accurately, reducing customer waiting times. However, there have been several complaints from customers about the ordering process using the SOK machines, indicating that there is still room for improvement in the service. Given these issues, researchers are increasingly interested in using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method in this research and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). PLS-SEM is an analysis technique that enables the simultaneous testing of relationships among multiple dependent and independent variables. TAM is a method designed to examine user attitudes towards technology. Each variable can be a factor or a construct composed of several indicators. The research results led to the conclusion that the perception of the usefulness and ease of use of the Self Order Kiosk (SOK) machine significantly influences the acceptance behavior of SOK technology.

Abstract

The difference in the management of compensation given to employees of PT Jakabaring Sport City as an industry for managing sport event venues in Palembang City is not in accordance with the rules issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. The only compensation given is salary, incentives and facilities. However, in theory (Henry Simamora, 2004) explains that compensation must be given in the form of four categories including salary, benefits, incentives, and facilities that support the work of the employee. Therefore, it is interesting for researchers to examine this research more comprehensively. The purpose of this study is to find out how the differences in management of compensation in the form of four types need to be carried out in accordance with the theory that supports this phenomenon. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method on saturated sampling or census, because the samples taken in this study were less than twenty respondents. Thus, the aims and objectives of this research can be clearly measured. From the research method that has been carried out, it provides results and discussion that salaries, benefits, incentives and facilities that have been given to employees so far are not in accordance with the rules and performance loyalty that they have given to the company.

Abstract

Films made based on a character's biography are a valuable reference for analysis. Kartini's film as the object of analysis in this study, provides a more detailed picture and findings. This research aims to find out the efforts of the main character of Kartini to be separated from the fringe culture that took place in Javanese society in the past as stated in the film Kartini by Hanung Bramantyo. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method. Kartini's film is the source of data in this study. The data collection process is in the form of notes derived from quotes obtained after carefully observing and researching the film. This film is directed by Hanung Bramayanto who is played by Dian Sastrowardoyo as Kartini. The result of this study is the struggle of Kartini's character in the shackles of Javanese culture in the film Kartini in the form of  (1) Javanese culture in Kartini's film, (2) Ideas that give birth to change, (3) Starting change together, (4) The response of the 'Londo' about the Pingit culture, (5) Kartini's resistance is opposed, (6) Kartini's thinking changes the views of Javanese girls, (7) Netherlands school scholarships, (8) Submission of application requirements.   Film yang dibuat berdasarkan biografi seorang tokoh menjadi referensi yang berharga untuk dianalisis. Film Kartini sebagai objek analisis dalam penelitian ini, memberikan gambaran serta temuan yang lebih detail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya perjuangan gender tokoh utama Kartini untuk terlepas dari budaya pingitan yang berlangsung pada masyarakat jawa di masa lalu yang tertuang dalam film Kartini karya Hanung Bramantyo. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Film Kartini menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Proses pengumpulan data berupa catatan yang berasal dari kutipan-kutipan yang di peroleh setelah mengamati dan meneliti film dengan seksama. Film ini disutradarai oleh Hanung Bramayanto yang diperankan oleh Dian Sastrowardoyo sebagai Kartini. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah upaya perjuangan tokoh Kartini dalam belenggu budaya Jawa pingitan dalam film Kartini berupa (1) Budaya Jawa pingitan dalam Film Kartini, (2) Gagasan yang melahirkan perubahan, (3) Memulai perubahan bersama, (4) Tanggapan para ‘Londo’ tentang Budaya Pingit, (5) Perlawanan Kartini ditentang, (6) Pemikiran Kartini merubah pandangan gadis jawa, (7) Beasiswa sekolah Belanda, (8) Pengajuan syarat lamaran.
