Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work enthusiasm and work innovation have on the quality of work of employees at the Gorontalo province education and culture service. The population in this study were employees at the Gorontalo province education and culture service, namely 156 employees. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 112 respondents and used the Slovin formula. Data collection uses questionnaires, observation, documentation and interviews. Analysis test tools using multiple linear regression analysis and statistical analysis methods using the SPSS 26 application. The results of this research show that, (1) work morale has a positive and significant effect on employee work quality; (2) work innovation has a positive and significant effect on employee work quality; (3) Simultaneously (together) work enthusiasm and work innovation have a positive and significant effect on work quality. To improve the quality of employee work, agencies need to pay attention to increasing employee morale and work innovation, so that work discipline and responsibility can be implemented that target improvements in solving problems in every job. So that if the work spirit and work innovation of employees at the Gorontalo provincial education and culture service is better, it will have an impact on improving the quality of work in every job they do.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of work-life balance and leadership style on employee work motivation at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Gorontalo Region. The data in this study was collected through a questionnaire. The population in this study was 213 employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Witel Gorontalo. The sample in this study consisted of 68 respondents who were taken through probability sampling using the Slovin formula. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests assisted by the SPSS 22 application. Based on simultaneous tests on the variables, work-life balance and leadership style affected work motivation. Work motivation influenced 38,8% of the result, while other unexamined variables influenced 61,2%.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze the use of local wisdom as a means of constructing the character of responsibility of elementary school students and the factors that hinder these efforts. Methodology: Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies from various sources such as teachers, principals, parents, Karawo craftsmen, as well as traditional leaders, with purposive sampling techniques and data validity was maintained through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. Main Findings: The research findings show that Karawo local wisdom is able to construct students' responsibility character through a learning process that emphasizes perseverance, thoroughness, and commitment in completing tasks. These values are integrated in various subjects, so students learn responsibility contextually and thoroughly. Embroidery activities encourage students to be disciplined, thorough, and consistent, while fostering a sense of responsibility for the preservation of local culture that they inherit and are proud of. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this study lies in the utilization of Karawo as a medium of character education. So far, Karawo has been seen more as an economic source, it has not been maximally utilized in the realm of education, especially for student character building

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 82 responden pegawai Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel non probability sampling dan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji parsial, dan uji simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan nilai t-hitung 5,148 1.664, sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-hitung 4,903 1,664. Secara simultan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Gorontalo ditunjukkan dengan nilai F-hitung 28,647 3,11 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi dalam menjelaskan variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yaitu sebesar 68,6%, dan sisanya 31,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Bihe Village is one of the villages in Asparaga District, Gorontalo Regency, which is a center for coconut production. The abundant potential of coconut plants has yet to be utilized optimally by the people of Bihe village. Coconuts are only produced as copra, or coconuts are sold whole, without processing. Coconut plants have many derivative products, such as virgin coconut oil (VCO) and coconut peat. This problem prompted the implementation of socialization, training, and assistance in making VCO and Cocopeat for the Bihe village community. The aim is to increase the community's insight and skills regarding the diversification of coconut products so that they can provide additional income, which can improve the economy in Bihe Village. The training method is the Participatory Action Research (PRA) method, which involves the active role of the Bihe village community. The stages carried out are analysis of the actual conditions of society, planning, action, observation, and reflection. This method is carried out to provide an understanding of a) the weaknesses they have, b) the community's desire to overcome their shortcomings and weaknesses, c) together with the community to develop strategies and methods to solve the problem, and d) help the community overcome, solve, and find a way out. Forty participants attended this training and mentoring. After implementing the empowerment program, the post-test results showed that 62.5% of the community gave an excellent assessment, and 37.5% gave a good assessment of the usefulness of this activity program. Furthermore, 72.5% of participants were motivated to open a new coconut commodity business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of acceptance of change and emotional intelligence to improve the performance of civil servants regions (A study in the district was the Regional Secretariat). The study's findings that: (1) Acceptance of the changes have a positive impact on performance and thus increasing the local civil servants, (2) Effect of Emotional Intelligence in improving the performance of local civil servants. The results showed that the acceptance of change positive direct effect on the performance of local government employees the district was Gorontalo Province. The better acceptance of change, the higher the performance of employees, the implication of this research is to increase the performance of employees can be done by improving the relationship between the employer, the environment and employees in the improvement in the acceptance of change. Harmonization within the government formed a situation that can receive favorable changes in governmental organizations district was openly. While civil servants Emotional intelligence is usually measured area of self-awareness of civil servants accountable in its duties and functions in each of its businesses as part of a self-awareness of employees in optimizing their duties in order to reach target. Awareness in building teamwork work and self-management each individual employee will lift the employee performance improvement. But it also still need consistency in enforcing regulatory leadership in maintaining mental stability of employees in working continuously.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1. To analyze the implementation of coaching-based academic supervision for elementary school teachers in Telaga District, including strategies, methods, and challenges faced in its implementation, 2. To identify the impact of coaching-based academic supervision on strengthening elementary school teachers' citizenship attitudes, such as attitudes of understanding rights and obligations, responsibility, and empathy, 3. To explore the experiences and perceptions of teachers and principals regarding the effectiveness of coaching-based academic supervision in improving professionalism and internalization of citizenship values. 4. To prepare strategic recommendations for optimizing coaching-based academic supervision as a sustainable coaching model in order to strengthen teachers' citizenship attitudes in elementary school environments. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of coaching-based academic supervision in Telaga District has been running effectively with a collaborative and participatory approach. The principal acts as a mentor who encourages teachers to develop through constructive reflection and feedback. This supervision is integrated with the learning community (CUSTOM) which strengthens the culture of professionalism and mutual learning. Between teachers. In addition, coaching-based supervision has a positive impact on teachers' citizenship attitudes. Teachers become more reflective in their role as character educators, and more aware of integrating citizenship values ​​such as tolerance, mutual cooperation, and responsibility in learning. This strengthens the role of teachers as agents of instilling Pancasila values ​​in elementary schools

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan wawasan luas kepada pemerintahan desa Bumela. Fokus utama dari program ini adalah mengelola dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi serta pemberdayaan masyarakat, guna meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan pengembangan potensi ekonomi desa secara efektif. Salah satu inisiatif yang dihasilkan dari program ini adalah Peningkatan Pelayanan Publik Melalui Website Desa di Desa Bumela, Kecamatan Bilato, Kabupaten Gorontalo. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat desa dapat lebih aktif dan produktif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan program ini dilakukan melalui survei dan pengembangan produk digital pemerintahan desa dengan nama Web Desa. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan membangun desa dengan program MBKM Terintegrasi KKN meliputi beberapa poin penting. Pertama, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Kedua, pembentukan dan pengelolaan sistem administrasi pelayanan publik di tingkat bawah atau level masyarakat desa. Ketiga, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik desa melalui penerapan sistem E-Government dalam jangka panjang. Terakhir, program ini juga bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa Bumela Kecamtan Bilato Kecamatan Gorotnalo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampk lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan social dalam menopang kinerja guru ekonomi pada MA di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dengan jumlah responden 34 orang. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif, dengan analisis Regresi berganda dengan alat Bantu SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut ; 1) Pengaruh lingkungan fisik (X1) secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru (Y) yaitu sebesar 0,053, hal ini dapat diterima karena lingkungan fisik (X1) bukanlah satu-satunya parameter yang menentukan kinerja guru di Tingkat Madrasyah Aliyah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas fisik sekolah tidak berpengaruh penting dalam peningkatan kinerja guru, hal ini dengan terbatasnya fasilitas penunjang sekolah, masih bisa meningkatkan motivasi guru untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. 2) pengaruh lingkungan sosial (X2) secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru (Y) yaitu sebesar 0,907 atau sebesar 97,3%, hal ini dapat diterima karena lingkungan sosial (X2) sangatlah signifikan memberi penguatan dalam keberhasilan kinerja guru dikelas maupun diluar kelas yang menentukan kinerja guru di Tingkat Madrasyah Aliyah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial berpengaruh sangat penting dalam peningkatan kinerja guru, hal ini menjadi modal dasar bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemebelajaran di sekolah dan bisa meningkatkan motivasi guru untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. 3) Secara bersama-sama penelitian tentang pengaruh lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0.973 atau 97,3%. Sementara sekitar 7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian. Hal itu dapat dimaklumi karena kinerja guru tidak hanya ditentukan oleh faktor lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial saja, karena faktor-faktor lain juga sangat mungkin ikut berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, misalnya guru tersertifikasi, kualifikasi pendidikan guru sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan fisik dan lingkungan sosial secara keseluruhan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 97,3% dapat diterima

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BAPPPEDA provinsi gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan desain penelitian korelasi dengan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Dalam penelitian ini yang akan dijadikan populasi adalah pegawai ASN BAPPPEDA Provinsi Gorontalo yang berjumlah 81 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Bappeda Provinsi Gorontalo (2) stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) Secara simultan, konflik kerja dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai R² 0,061 menunjukkan bahwa 6,1% variasi dalam Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh Konflik Kerja (X1) dan Stres Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama. Sedangkan 93,9% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Konflik Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
