Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tinjauan prinsip jual beli dalam Islam terhadap pelaksanaan jual beli makanan dengan konsep all you can eat di dua rumah makan di Bogor. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis fenomenologi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data lapangan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan jual beli makanan dengan konsep all you can eat di rumah makan Caddie dan Yorichi telah sesuai dengan prinsip jual beli dalam Islam, walaupun di kedua rumah makan tersebut dalam segi jumlah atau takaran makanan terdapat gharar (ketidakjelasan), tetapi hal tersebut diperbolehkan karena termasuk ke dalam gharar yasir (ringan). Kata kunci: All You Can Eat, Jual Beli, Prinsip Jual Beli Islam.

Absrak— Teknologi Informasi saat ini juga dapat diterapkan pada desa untuk memberikan informasi ke pihak eksternal berupa informasi mengenai letak geografis, sumber pendapatan desa, agenda kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintahan desa dan lain-lainya. Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini memanfaatkan metode User Center Design atau UCD merupakan permodelan yang menjadikan user sebagai pusat pengembangan sistem. UCD dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak terdiri dari Plan of System, Design, Implementasion, dan Manage. Hasil akhir sistem berupa website desa yang dinamis dan dapat dipergunakan oleh admin desa untuk melakukan up date informasi.

Technology has a strong influence on business operations. PT. Musi Hutan Persada has also applied the technology called magic in engaging in the business of Acacia wood. In improving service quality, PT Musi Hutan Persada depends heavily on this application, and thus it is necessary to find out how the influence and satisfaction of the users. The concept used to analyze the satisfaction is Usability that associated with five attributes, namely Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, dan Satisfaction. The progress of Western civilization's hegemony cannot be separated from the role of Muslim scientists in developing knowledge and science. But on the other hand, when Western scholars develop and apply the theories of Muslim scientists, they reject the Islamic values contained therein. Therefore, this research aims to examine the concept of Islamization developed by al-Khwarizmi, a Muslim scientist who played an important role in the development of modern mathematics. The Islamic values developed by Al-Khwarizmi can be seen in his discoveries, especially in the fields of algebra, arithmetic, algorithms, geography and others. This research uses library research by collecting data through books and journals, using descriptive methods and a systematic approach. The results of the research found that the Islamization values developed by Al-Khwarizmi were the result of his tadabbur and tafakkur on the verses of the Koran. an which talks about roseits, determining days and months, and understanding the Qudsi hadith which talks about nothingness and contributed to determining the latitude and longitude of areas conquered by Islam during the Abbasid era under the Al-Makmun caliphate.

The aim of this study is to determine the importance of intellectual intelligence and the influence of emotional intelligence in the world of education. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative lecture method by listening and taking notes because the source of the information was obtained from one of Gita Wirjawan's YouTube channels, namely about "Intelligence & Happiness in a Neuroscience Perspective'' where the content is that one of the keys to happiness is the ability to control emotions so as not to too often hijacks common sense. But from a neuroscience perspective, the extent of the modern human brain, in essence, is not much different from the brains of its predecessors. Neuroscience in developing intellectual intelligence is very important, because the structure of the nervous system underlies human actions in both cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. To make it easier to develop intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence through interesting and fun learning.

The heart is a vital organ that functions as a blood pump to meet the body's oxygen and nutrient needs. Disorders of the heart can result in disruptions to blood circulation, underscoring the importance of maintaining heart health to prevent heart disease. The optimal function of the heart depends on the condition of the cardiac muscles, valves, and proper pumping rhythm. Heart failure, as one of the heart diseases, refers to the heart's inability to meet the body's blood demands. The management of heart disease involves comprehensive medical services provided in hospitals. One effort to improve the quality of healthcare services is to enhance the performance of hospitals. The Regional General Hospital of Kota Prabumulih is one healthcare institution that addresses various diseases, including heart disease. However, the classification process for heart disease at the Regional General Hospital is still conducted manually, consuming time and inefficient. To address this issue, the development of an intelligent system capable of classifying heart failure based on patient symptoms is necessary. This research proposes the implementation of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method as a classification model, which is a high-dimensional hypothesis learning system. It is hoped that this system can assist medical professionals in determining the initial steps in managing heart failure quickly and effectively.

In the era of advancing technology, computer devices and their applications have become an integral part of daily life. Mobile computing, such as Tablet PCs and Smartphones, is increasingly dominant, with Android being one of the primary platforms chosen for application development due to its ease of use and flexibility. Android has penetrated various sectors, including the culinary industry, contributing significantly to business development and marketing. The food business in Indonesia continues to thrive with increasing consumer demand, yet faces challenges with intensifying competition. Amidst these challenges, business owners must actively seek strategies to expand market reach and consider external and internal factors affecting business development. RZ Rumah Barokah, as one of the home-based food businesses in Kota Prabumulih, is also confronted with these challenges. The business produces specialty foods as regional souvenirs but faces constraints in reaching a wider market. To address this issue, the development of an online sales system using information technology becomes a solution. By leveraging a website-based application, it is hoped that RZ Rumah Barokah can expand its marketing and promotional reach. The development method using Model View Controller (MVC) is expected to help separate logic, presentation, and processes efficiently in system development.

Distro is a place to sell clothes that is currently favored by many people. Both children and adults. This distribution itself has various types of clothing for children and adults. New World distribution provides various types of clothing such as shirts, pants, jackets, hoodies, and others. The transaction process on distros is still done manually by coming directly to the store, for that it would be better if the distro had a website as a place to sell and promote. Researchers will use the Prototype method as a development method that will be used when designing and building applications, while the research method that will be used is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. Researchers collected data through direct observation, interviews and literature study. The design tools in this study will use the Unified Modeling Language (UML), namely, use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams.

The existence of electronic evidence, especially electronic documents, is a consequence of the development and sophistication of information and communication technology which can now be used in proving a case. The benefits of this research will get a reconstruction of the position of electronic documents as evidence in proving civil cases. The research method used is normative legal research method with legislation. The results of the study show the reconstruction of the existence of electronic evidence, especially electronic documents, can be used as letter evidence because currently any activity has carried the concept of paperless, so digital documents and electronic mail become vital, electronic evidence as part of efforts to support environmental sustainability by limiting the use of paper in the trial process. The legal basis and footing for the strength of electronic documents for evidentiary purposes in civil cases in accordance with the applicable procedural law is increasingly getting a place and flexibility, so there is no doubt that in defending arguments and rights in the civil field the existence of electronic documents is important and decisive. Electronic evidence in court proceedings is an attempt to contribute to ensuring environmental sustainability. This effort, in the eyes of environmental psychology, is a responsible attitude and behaviour towards environmental sustainability.
