Elemen penting dari kegiatan politik dan ideologi di perguruan tinggi dan universitas termasuk pengajaran mata kuliah tentang teori politik dan ideologi serta proyek-proyek mahasiswa. Pendidikan ideologi dan politik mahasiswa saat ini menimbulkan sejumlah masalah, seperti pembagian konsep pendidikan, kurangnya alat manajemen, kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik, dan integrasi tim kerja yang buruk dengan keterasingan. Artikel ini mengklasifikasikan komponen-komponen sistem ke dalam tiga dimensi, yakni acceptance, control, dan dissemination untuk menyelidiki bagaimana distribusi informasi mempengaruhi pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan politik. Untuk meningkatkan keefektifan kerja ideologi dan politik di perguruan tinggi dan universitas, makalah ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi integrasi yang mendalam antara mata kuliah teori ideologi dan politik dan kerja mahasiswa. Hal ini dicapai dengan mereformasi metode pengajaran dan pendidikan, eksplorasi proaktif mode pengajaran praktis, integrasi mendalam tim pengajar, dan peningkatan mekanisme penanaman yang sedang berlangsung. Penelitian di masa depan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan integrasi kepemimpinan mahasiswa dan pendidikan kewarganegaraan di perguruan tinggi untuk pengembangan keterampilan generasi berikutnya dapat dipandu oleh model difusi pengetahuan.

The background of this research begins with social life in Ambon City which has various ethnicities, religions, and cultures. This diversity often becomes a challenge as well as an opportunity in the world of education. SMA Negeri 3 Ambon is one of the schools that stands out because it prioritizes the local value of "sibling life" in the management of multicultural education. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of multicultural education management based on the character of sibling life at SMA Negeri 3 Ambon. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that education management at SMA Negeri 3 Ambon integrates the values of sibling life into school policies, student behavioral habits, and also curriculum development and extracurricular activities. Values such as mutual respect, tolerance, and solidarity are part of the school culture and help strengthen relationships between school residents. In conclusion, multicultural education management based on local character at SMA Negeri 3 Ambon has succeeded in creating a harmonious, inclusive, and character-based learning atmosphere and is an example of appropriate education in a diverse society.

The transformation of learning through the integration of classical and digital methods is a necessity in responding to the challenges of 21st century education. This study aims to examine the implementation and impact of the blended learning model in the FIP UNESA Education Management Study Program, as well as formulate an ideal integrated learning model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The data was analyzed thematically by linking the findings with education management theory and learning technology. The results show that the use of technology such as LMS, collaborative applications, and interactive media has increased the accessibility and flexibility of student learning. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, lecturer readiness, and digital literacy gap are still obstacles. The research recommends an interaction-based blended learning model supported by infrastructure support, lecturer capacity building, and varied and relevant digital content, to ensure the quality and sustainability of learning in higher education environments.

The purpose of this research is to develop a servant leadership model based on character education values to improve the quality of learning in educational institutions. This research is based on the need to advance education that focuses not only on cognitive aspects but also on student character development and staff professionalism. The method used was Research and Development (R&D), adapting the Borg & Gall model. The research was conducted at SMK PIKA Semarang for one semester, from January 2 to May 30, 2025. Informants in this study consisted of the principal, vice principal, teachers, school committee members, students, and administrative staff. The model was tested through a feasibility test (feasibility), a limited trial, and a large-scale trial involving 25 teachers and students. The results of the study indicate that the developed Servant Character Leadership (SCL) Model is theoretically feasible and practically effective in improving educational standards. The results of the model trial showed an overall increase in the effectiveness of school service leadership of 15.75% after the SCL model was implemented, as evidenced by improvements in indicators such as student engagement, learning outcomes, and teacher motivation. This model was also deemed highly practical, with an average practicality percentage of 89.33%. The SCL model's primary contribution is providing a holistic framework that integrates a service philosophy with character values (such as religiousness, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and integrity), thus contributing significantly to creating a work ethic focused on character development within the educational environment.

This study aims to clearly describe the implementation of the National Science Olympiad organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Pattimura University Ambon and its impact on improving the quality of education. The focus of the research is the process of organizing the national science olympiad, and its impact on improving the quality of education. This study uses qualitative research. The data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the National Science Olympiad involves elementary, junior high, high school, and vocational school students throughout Maluku with a total of 3,323 participants. The region, which is dubbed as a sea-based archipelago province, is not a barrier for students to compete to be the best. As a result, when students excel in a competition, the quality of education will be better. The supporting factors for the implementation of the National Science Olympiad are internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within students, while external factors come from the school environment and family environment. The inhibiting factors are the cost and location of the competition. Some of the implications of this research: Education Policy Design; Curriculum development; Teacher Training and Development; Increasing Student Participation; and Extracurricular Program Development. Research at the National Science Olympiad has made significant contributions to the following aspects: Development of Academic Knowledge; Improvement of Educational Practices; Support for Policy Makers; Motivation for students; and Strengthening Research Networks.

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah menyebabkan perubahan besar dalam sektor pendidikan, yang mengharuskan adanya penyesuaian strategis untuk menciptakan budaya kualitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan abad ke-21. Dalam artikel ini, akan dibahas cara mengoptimalkan literasi digital sebagai strategi inovatif untuk membangun dan mengembangkan budaya kualitas di dunia pendidikan. Literasi digital mencakup lebih dari sekadar keterampilan teknis dalam mengakses dan menggunakan teknologi informasi; ini juga menggambarkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, etika dalam dunia digital, dan kolaborasi di ruang maya. Tujuan artikel ini yaitu akan melihat sejauh mana literasi digital dilakukan dengan menenun budaya mutu sehingga berdampak kepada lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengintegrasian literasi digital dalam pendidikan mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang responsif, partisipatif, dan berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas secara berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, meningkatkan literasi digital di antara guru, siswa, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya sangat penting untuk membangun budaya kualitas yang kuat di era digital. Maka kesimpulannya dengan menenun budaya mutu dengan pendekatakan manajemen strategis meningkatkan lembaga pendidikan secara optimal.

This study aims to describe students' perceptions of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) integrated with West Southwest Maluku traditional weaving thru the themes of Sustainable Lifestyle and Local Wisdom. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with a research subject of 15 fifth-grade students from Kaiwatu Christian Elementary School. Data analysis techniques refer to the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that after participating in the P5 project, students experienced a significant improvement in their understanding, attitudes, and skills. Students understand the importance of environmental protection by processing plastic waste into Ecobricks and integrating their creations with traditional woven fabric as a form of preserving local culture. This activity fosters environmental awareness, responsibility, cooperation, and a sense of pride in local culture. Additionally, this project fosters creativity, independence, and character in line with Pancasila values. Thus, the implementation of the P5 project based on Ecobrick and West Southwest Maluku traditional weaving is effective in shaping students' character to be faithful, of noble character, environmentally conscious, and with a strong cultural identity.

This article classifies the system's components into acceptance, control, and dissemination levels in order to investigate how information distribution affects civic and political education. Through the application of these levels, scholars can get insight into the variables influencing the progress of civic education and student leadership. Future research aimed at improving the integration of student leadership and civic education in higher education for the skill development of the next generation can be guided by the knowledge diffusion model.
