Abstract

Abstrak Cabang olahraga karate adalah salah satu ilmu beladiri yang tidak sama sekali di ajarkan penggunaan senjata selain anggota tubuh sendiri untuk dapat jadi seorang karateka yang handal di butuhkan kondisi fisik yang prima. Olahraga ini bergantung pada tingkat kondisi fisik maksimum kekuatan, kecepatan, daya ledak, dan kelincahan. (Mitkle, 2014: dalam davaran, Elmieh, & Arazi, 2014). Dalam olahraga karate kelincahan dapat mendukung performance atlet saat bertanding di atas matras. Kelincahan yang baik memungkinkan karateka dapat dengan mudah mengubah posisi tubuhnya untuk menyerang ataupun untuk menghindari serangan lawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari jawaban dari rumusan masalah yang telah di rumuskan, yaitu (1). Apakah ada pengaruh latihan icky shuffle terhadap kelinchan anggota ekstrakulikuler karate SMAN 1 Sumenep?, (2). Apakah ada pengaruh latihan 2 in 2out forward terhadap kelincahan anggota ekstrakulikuler karate SMAN 1Sumenep?, (3). Manakah dari latihan icky shuffle dan 2 in 2 out forward yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan SMAN 1 Sumenep? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan design ?two group pretest posttest design?. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota ekstrakulikuler karate yang berjenis kelamin perempuan yang berjumlah 12 orang. Instrumen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah T-test untuk mengetahui kelincahan anggota esktarkulikuler karate SMAN 1Sumenp. Analisis data mengguakan uji t. Kesimpulan : (1). Ada pengaruh latihan agility ladder icky shuffle terhadap kelincahan anggota esktrakulikuler karate SMAN 1Sumenep (2). Ada pengaruh latihan agility ladder 2 in 2 out forward terhadap kelincahan anggota esktrakulikuler karate SMAN 1 Sumenep, (3). Latihan agility ladder 2 in 2 out forward lebih berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan anggota ekstrakulikuler karate SMAN 1 Sumenep. AbstractKarate sports is one of the martial art that is not taught at all by using weapons other than the body myself to be able to becoe a relible karateka who needs excellent physical condition. This sport depends on the level physical condition maximum strength, speed, explosive power, and agility. (Mitkle, 2014: in davaran, Elmieh, & Arazi, 2014). In karateka sports agility ca support the athele?s performance when competing on a mattress. Good agility allows the karateka to easily change his body position to attack or to avoid an opponent?s attack. This study aims to find answers to the formulation of the problems that have been formulated, namely 1. Is there an effect of the icky shuffle training on the karate extracurricular members of SMAN 1 Sumenep?, 2. Is there any effect of exercise 2 in 2 out forward on the agility of karate extracurricular members of SMAN 1 Sumenep? , 3. Which of the exercise for the icky shuffle and 2 in 2 out forward has more influence on the agility of SMAN 1Sumenep?Thsi study uses a quantitative experimental method wuth the design of?two group pretest posttest design?. The sample in this study were karateka extracuricular members who were female, amounting to people. The instrument used in this study is a T-test to determine the agility of members of karateka esktracurricular SMAN 1Sumenep. Data analysis uses t test. Conclusion: 1. There is an effect of training on agility ladder icky shuffle on the agility of members of karate extracurricular SMAN 1 Sumenep, 2. There is an effect training in agility ladder 2 in 2 out forward on the agility of members of karate extracurricular at SMAN 1Sumenep, 3. Agility ladder training 2 in 2 out forward has more influence on the agility of karate extracurricular member of SMAN 1 Sumenep

Abstract

This research aims to explore Authentic Assessment in religious moderation at SD Al-Qur'an Ummul Quro Pangaporan Plakpak Pegantenan Pamekasan. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research explain that authentic assessment in religious moderation at Ummul Quro Al-Qur'an Elementary School has been carried out well in accordance with the plan agreed at the beginning of the semester by each teacher. This authentic assessment is carried out by assessing 3 aspects of students, namely the cognitive aspect ( knowledge), Affective (attitude), and Psychomotor (Skills). These three aspects of assessment produce 4 categories of students after the end of the learning activities/at the end of the semester. The 4 categories in question are: 1) Science Star, 2) Religious Star, 3) Creativity Star, and 4) Favorite Star. The implementation of Authentic Assessment in religious moderation at Ummul Quro Al-Qur'an Elementary School has supporting and inhibiting factors. Among the supporting factors are the Full Day School education system implemented at Al-Qur'an Elementary School and the many religious activities, such as congregational Dhuha, Dhuhur and Asar prayers, reciting the Koran together, etc. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor arises from naughty students, because the presence of naughty students can hinder assessment and influence other students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas I SDN Pajurangan Kabupaten Probolinggo pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan tujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Subjek penelitian adalah 14 siswa kelas I, terdiri dari 6 perempuan dan 8 laki-laki. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari empat komponen utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat dari 59% pada siklus 1 menjadi 81% pada siklus 2. Hasil belajar siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 70,71, meningkat menjadi 77,86 pada siklus 1, dan mencapai 89,5 pada siklus 2. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan media big book efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas I SDN Pajurangan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan inovatif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the application of Statistical Quality Control and Fault Tree Analysis methods to control the types of defects that occur during the sterilization process, find out the causes of their occurrence, and provide suggestions for improvement. The research methods used were research preparation (literature study), field observations, problem solving, interviews, data collection, data processing, and data analysis. Application of the Statistical Quality Control method to control the types of defects that occur by using the seven tools. While the application of the Fault Tree Analysis method is by making a fault tree and determining the minimum cut set then analyzing it quantitatively. The results of the fishbone diagram analysis found that there are 3 factors that cause defects in the sterilization process, namely machines, materials, and humans. Proposed improvements to reduce the level of defects that often occur, namely carrying out daily inspection and maintenance of the machine, the machine must be calibrated, carrying out more thorough checks on cans sent from suppliers, disciplining employees by holding briefings once a week, conducting training on how to handle them properly and correct every 3 months or 6 months to employees, the seamer operator monitors the time during the draining process to the seamer process, checks the seamer machine before using the production process so as not to hinder the can closing process, and performs temperature sensors on a monthly basisThe purpose of this research is to find out the application of Statistical Quality Control and Fault Tree Analysis methods to control the types of defects that occur during the sterilization process, find out the causes of their occurrence, and provide suggestions for improvement. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of human resources at Al-Ghafur Vocational High School in Sumenep. The research method used is qualitative through a case study. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of human resources includes the design and development of a curriculum that meets the needs of students, with a primary focus on HR management. The goal is for all school members to have a high spirit to advance the educational institution. Other strategic steps include regular performance monitoring and evaluation, as well as staff training and skills development. The principal also strives to build good relationships with the community through meetings with students' guardians, social activities, and school events. As an educational manager, the principal focuses on improving HR quality through regular planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising. Factors such as effective leadership, a supportive organizational culture, clear policy implementation, technology development, and HR training also play important roles in improving HR quality.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to elucidate the improvement of Early Childhood Education management at Attoriq Pamekasan through the implementation of educational management. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, using interviews, observation, and documentation as data-gathering techniques. Data processing involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings illustrate that Attoriq PAUD School has a planning process involving full participation from the headmaster, teachers, and students to achieve clear goals and address existing problems. The organization is conducted considering management principles such as workforce grouping, authority determination, and time discipline. Each school member has their own responsibilities in line with the school's vision and mission. Implementation of educational activities aims to maintain discipline, adhere to instructions, and prioritize collective interests. The headmaster provides guidance and bonuses as appreciation for hard work and cooperation. Regular supervision is conducted to ensure all activities are in accordance with the plan and to identify and address weaknesses for continuous improvement of education quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the management of preaching carried out in Kindergarten. The research method is qualitative with a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. Data processing techniques with reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed: (1) management is an arrangement made by someone before doing work. (2) da'wah is an invitation made by someone to other people to do good. (3) Kindergarten is an educational institution whose students are 2-6 years old. (4) the management of preaching in Kindergarten, first of planning da'wah about planning methods and materials of preaching. The second is the organization of da'wah, namely the division of da'wah tasks in class. The third is the implementation of da'wah by paying attention to the facilities and infrastructure of giving da'wah in class. The fourth control of da'wah is by paying attention to the smooth implementation of da'wah in the classroom. The fifth evaluation of da'wah is by assessing the implementation and results of da'wah in class.

Abstract

The research objective is to describe guidance activities that can be carried out at Early Childhood Education Institutions. The research method is descriptive qualitative through a library study approach. Data collection techniques with documentation studies and data processing with reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study: the method of religious guidance in early childhood can be carried out individually and in groups through in-class learning. The forms of religious guidance that can be carried out are (1) prayer guidance by teaching prayer movements. (2) speech guidance to train children's speaking courage. (3) prayer guidance to love Rasulullah SAW. (4) Koran guidance to teach hijaiyanh letters and recite the Koran fluently. (5) guidance on the pillars of faith and pillars of Islam so that children can memorize the pillars of faith and Islam.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk:(1). menganalisa implementasi pendidikan karakter islami untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akhlaqul karimah siswa di MTsN 3 Bondowoso. (2). menganalisa faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pendidikan karakter islami untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akhlaqul karimah siswa di MTsN 3 Bondowoso. Metode Penelitian Kualitatif.Jenis Penelitian Studi Kasus. Lokasi Penelitian: MTsN 3 Bondowoso. (3). Sumber Data: a. Data Primer: Guru, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kurikulum, Peserta Didik. B. Data Sekunder: Dokumentasi Madrasah. (4). Teknik Pengumpulan Data: observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi. (5). Teknik Analisa Data: Reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penggalian data yang telah peneliti peroleh dalam penelitian ini, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Islami untuk Meningkatkan Akhlaqul Karimah Siswa di MTsN 3 Bondowoso yaitu melalui kegiatan sholat dhuhur dan sholat dhuha berjamaah,hafalan Al Quran, PHBI dan lomba islami, tadarus Al Quran 15 menit sebelum pelajaran pertama dimulai, menghafalkan Al Quran selama 5 menit setiap pergantian jam pelajaran, memberikan nasehat agama kepada siswa setelah proses belajar mengajar, melatih siswa menjaga kebersihan. 2) Kendala dalam Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter untuk Meningkatkan Akhlaqul Karimah Siswa di MTsN 3 Bondowoso adalah kemalasan siswa untuk melaksanakan kegiatan tadarus Al Quran, kurangnya motivasi dari dalam diri siswa, kurangnya pengendalian diri siswa. Sedangkan di luar kelas kendala yang dialami yaitu bentroknya jadwal kegiatan dengan kegiatan rutin, masih terdapat siswa yang kurang lancar dalam membaca Al Quran, dan bangunan di MTsN 3 Bondowoso belum bisa menampung keseluruhan siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence student tardiness and what efforts are made by schools to minimize student tardiness. type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study: the delay in entering class was caused by two factors: first, internal factors such as the desire of students to carry out disciplinary behavior. Both external factors, such as environmental influences, friends and student activities outside school time. Efforts made to minimize delays are: coaching the homeroom teacher, handling cases of mild to severe violations by counseling teachers and the student body at school.
