Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui perilaku inovatif Pada PT. Telkomsel Area Pamasuka di Makasssar. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perilaku inovatif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif. Motivasi Berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif. Perilaku Inovatif memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan efek langsung lebih kuat dibanding efek mediasinya. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Culture and Achievement Motivation on employee performance through innovative behavior at PT. Telkomsel Area Pamasuka in Makasssar. The method used is in the form of a survey method through distributing questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents, with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and path analysis. The results conclude that organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. Achievement motivation affects employee performance. Innovative behavior affects employee performance. Organizational culture influences innovative behavior. Achievement Motivation affects innovative behavior. Innovative behavior partially mediates the relationship between organizational culture and achievement motivation on employee performance, with the direct effect being stronger than the mediating effect

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengetahui (1) pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare (2) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey yang dilaksanakan di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare pada bulan Mei 2021 hingga Juli 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Ujung yang berjumlah 52 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), yaitu semua populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pegawai, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pegawai (2) motivasi, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare (3) motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Kota Parepare This study aims to analyze and determine (1) the effect of motivation, work environment, communication, competence, and organizational culture simultaneously and partially toward employee job satisfaction at the District Office in Ujung Kota Parepare (2) the most dominant variable that affects employee job satisfaction at the District Office in Ujung City of Parepare. This study approach used a survey approach which was applied at the Ujung Subdistrict Office of Parepare City from May 2021 to July 2021. The population in this study were employees of the Ujung Subdistrict Office by 52 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), that is, all the population in this study were being sampled. Analysis of the data used was a Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that (1) motivation has a partial and significant effect on employee satisfaction, communication, competence and organizational culture has no partial effect on employee satisfaction (2) simultaneously motivation, communication, competence, and organizational culture have a partial and significant effect on employee satisfaction toward employee job satisfaction in the Ujung Kota Parepare Subdistrict Office (3) motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee satisfaction in the Ujung Kota Parepare Subdistrict Office environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Pendekatan Penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang karyawan dan dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi diambil sebagai sampel penelitian (Sampel sensus). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Komunikasi, Kompensasi dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja karyawan bagian marketing pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk Wilayah 07 Makassar. Komunikasi, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menujukkan jika Kompensasi merupakan Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Kinerja This study aims to determine the effect of communication, compensation and work discipline on the work productivity. This Research Approach uses a quantitative approach.The population of this study was 80 employees and in this study the entire population was taken as the research sample (census sample). The results of this study indicate that communication, compensation and discipline have a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of marketing employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk Region 07 Makassar. Communication, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. This study also shows that compensation is the most dominant variable affecting the performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei dengan alat pengumpulan data kuesioner. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Pendidikan Formal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Jenjang Karir Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT Jujur Jaya Sakti Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Jujur Jaya Sakti yang berjumlah 116, sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling dengan perhitungan slovin sehingga sampel yang didapatkan berjumlah 90 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan software SmartPls 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Insentif, disiplin kerja, dan pendidikan formal memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap jenjang karir. (2) Insentif, disiplin kerja, pendidikan formal, dan jenjang karir memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Insentif, disiplin kerja, dan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh jenjang karir This research is a quantitative research that uses a survey method with a questionnaire data collection tool. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, work discipline, and formal education on employee performance with career paths as an intervening variable at PT Honest Jaya Sakti Makassar. The population in this study were 116 employees of PT Honest Jaya Sakti, while the sampling technique was based on purposive sampling with slovin calculations so that the sample obtained was 90 respondents. Data analysis used is path analysis using SmartPls 3.0 software. The results show that (1) Incentives, work discipline, and formal education have a direct influence on career paths. (2) Incentives, work discipline, formal education, and career paths have a direct influence on employee performance. (3) Incentives, work discipline, and education have an indirect influence on employee performance mediated by career paths

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanalisa peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi servant leadership dan budaya organisasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini melibatkan 82 orang respondent yang mewakili Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang menangani Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah Kota Makassar. Data Utma penelitian ini adalah kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada para responden. Teknik analisi data dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) servant leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, 7) budaya organisasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhahap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar. This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating servant leadership and organizational culture and its effect on employee performance. This study involved 82 respondents who represent Civil Servants who handle Financial Management and Regional Assets of Makassar City. The main data of this research is a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application. The results show that 1) servant leadership has no effect on employee performance, 2) organizational culture affects employee performance, 3) servant leadership affects job satisfaction, 4) organizational culture affects job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction affects employee performance, 6) servant leadership has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, 7) organizational culture has an effect but is not significant on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency Office

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan (1) Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (2) pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (3) Variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Abstract

Abstrak Purpose: The current study aims to analyze response of the state-owned company of shipping service sector in adjusting the antitrust law and their implementation of the objectives of the law in increasing the competitiveness of companies through value creation strategies and the distribution of the value throughout company’s branches. Research design, data and methodology: This study was conducted using a qualitative approach to analyze the value formation model carried out by the company and compare the value formation models that have been proposed by experts and previous studies. The current research was conducted in Office Centre of Pos Indonesia and its main branches to find out the Distribution of Value Creation Strategy settled by the Company. All data was analyzed by using data analysis techniques in qualitative approach. Results: The results of this study indicate that the value creation model that has been implemented by the company has referred to the existing value creation models before by adding specific new factors so that the model can be internalized properly and is able to lead the company to take a role in a very dynamic competition in the delivery service sector in Indonesia Kata Kunci: Anti Monopoly, Value Creation, Value Distribution, Competitiveness

Abstract

Abstrak: Kondisi alam di Desa Harapan Kecamatan Tanete Riaja, Kabupaten Barru Sulawesi Selatan sebagian besar berupa bukit yang subur yang sangat potensial untuk dibudidayakan sebagai lahan perkebunan, pertanian sayur mayur dan wisata alam. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pendampingan terkait dengan peningkatan daya saing BUMDesa melalui peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan potensi lokal di Desa Harapan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan melalui pemaparan materi dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan tahap pelaporan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyajian materi yang diikuti dengan memberikan pelatihan serta memberikan pertanyaan untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta pada materi serta pelatihan yang telah dilakukan. Tim pengabdi terdiri dari 4 orang yang focus pada empat bidang yaitu (1) Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan; (2) Pemasaran; (3) Akuntansi; dan (4) Informasi dan Teknologi. Dengan Menggunakan data awal yang didapatkan pada tahap persiapan yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan analisa lanjutan setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian telah terlihat peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini terlihat dari mulai digunakannya sistem informasi dan teknologi dalam promosi dan pemasaran seta perubahan packaging produk dan bertambahnya unit bisnis dari BUMDesa setelah dipraktekkannya analisa potensi bisnis local oleh pengurus BUMDesa.Abstract: The natural conditions in Harapan Village, Tanete Riaja Subdistrict, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi are mostly in the form of fertile hills which have the potential to be cultivated as plantation land, major vegetable farming and nature tourism. This community service activity is intended to provide assistance related to increasing the competitiveness of BUMDes through improving the quality of local potential management in Harapan Village. This service is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage through material presentation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and the reporting stage. The implementation method is carried out through the presentation of material followed by providing training and asking questions to determine the participants' understanding of the material and the training that has been carried out. The service team consists of 4 people who focus on four areas, namely (1) Business and Entrepreneurship; (2) Marketing; (3) Accounting; and (4) Information and Technology). By using the initial data obtained at the preparation stage which is then compared with further analysis after the implementation of service activities, a significant increase has been seen, this can be seen from the use of information systems and technology in promotion and marketing as well as changes in product packaging and the increase in business units from BUMDes after the practice of analyzing local business potential by BUMDes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adaptive behavior and organizational culture on work satisfaction through leadership succession. The research data was generated by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees who were selected purposively as samples in this study. All research data were analyzed through smart PLS with two stages of analysis, namely algorithm analysis and boostraping analysis to determine the quality of research data and test research hypotheses. The results of this study show that adaptive behavior has a direct effect on work satisfaction, organizational culture has a direct effect on work satisfaction, adaptive behavior affects leadership succession, organizational culture affects leadership succession, leadership succession affects performance, analysis of indirect effects shows that adaptive behavior affects work satisfaction. through leadership succession and organizational culture affect work satisfaction through leadership succession

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation and work environment on the performance of personnel of the Directorate of Investigation and Special Crimes of POLA West Sulawesi using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all members of the Directorate of Investigation and Special Crime of the West Sulawesi Regional Police, the data of this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with a hypothesis test tool partially using the t test and simultaneously using the f test. The results showed that leadership, compensation and work environment have a positive and partial significant effect on performance, simultaneous hypothesis testing also proves that compensation leadership and work environment together have an effect on performance
