Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work spirit, leadership style, and work motivation on the performance of the employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru. This type of research is quantitative research with survey methods. This research was conducted at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru, with research time from September to November 2019. The population in this study were all employees at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan ruang Kabupaten Barru as many as 81 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of morale, leadership style, and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru. There is an influence between work enthusiasm, leadership style and motivation together on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru. The most dominant motivational variable influences the performance of the employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru.

Abstract

This study was intended to determine the effect of attitudes, norms, control and interest in student decisions in choosing study programs at Higher Education, this study was conducted at STIMLASH JAYA Makassar by taking 69 students as research samples. The results of this study prove that partially proven if attitudes, norms and interests affect student decisions while control has no effect on student decisions. This study also proves simultaneously the attitudes, norms, controls and interests influence the student's decision in choosing a study program at Higher Education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effects of video advertising and social media content through brand awareness toward purchase interest in the GoFood application in Makassar City. In this study, the researchers used descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 95 users of the GoFood application in Makassar City, determining the sample based on the Hair formula where the sample size was 5-10 times the number of indicators. This study used 19 indicators at times 5 so that the number of samples becomes 95. The sampling technique used random sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique in this study was Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application. The results of this study indicate that (1) Video advertising has an effect toward purchase intention (2) Social media content has no effect toward purchase intention (3) Video advertising through brand awareness has an effect toward purchase interest (4) Social media content through brand awareness has an effect toward purchase interest (5) Brand awareness affects purchase interest in the GoFood application in Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intelectual capital terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bosowa Propertindo Makassar, untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, yaitu pendekatan yang bertujuan menentukan ada atau tidaknya hubungan diantara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Penelitian ini tergolong field research dan library research, dimana data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penelusuran referensi dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, korelasi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, serta uji-F dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Bosowa Propertindo Makassar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Keberadaan Intellectual Capital dalam suatu perusahaan cukup mempengaruhi kinerja para karyawan dalam perusahaan tersebut, sehingga semakin baik perusahaan mampu mengelola Intellectual Capital yang mereka miliki, maka akan semakin besar pula produktivitas yang akan dihasilkan oleh perusahaan yang bersangkutan. 2) Manajemen perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusianya (human capital) dan memilih sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten agar memberikan nilai tambah yang besar bagi perusahaan, melengkapi infrastruktur pendukung (structural capital) yang dapat mendukung sumber daya manusia berfungsi, serta menjaga dan lebih meningkatkan hubungan baik antara perusahaan dengan para mitra internal maupun eksternalnya (relational capital), sehingga apabila nilai Intellectual Capital (human capital, structural capital, dan relational capital) meningkat, maka akan meningkatkan pula kinerja karyawan dan kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage operasi terhadap laba per lembar saham pada industri kertas yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage keuangan terhadap laba per lembar saham pada industri kertas yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).(3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage operasi dan leverage keuangan secara simultan terhadap laba per lembar saham pada industri kertas yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Tekhnik Analisis Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL). Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL). Dan Earning Per Share (EPS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) bahwa Deegre Of Operating Leverage (DOL) berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap laba perlembar saham atau EPS (Earning Per Share). Hasil negatif tersebut disebabkan karena kenaikan ebit terlalu kecil dibandingkan dengan kenaikan penjualan. (2) bahwa Deegre Of Financial Leverage (DFL) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap laba perlembar saham atau EPS (Earning Per Share). Hal ini dipengaruhi dari timbulnya biaya bunga dan pinjaman tersebut yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh bagi pencapaian tingkat laba perusahaan. (3) Deegre Of Operating Leverage (DOL) dan Deegre Of Financial Leverage (DFL) mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap laba perlembar saham atau EPS (Earning Per Share). Meskipun DFL tidak menunjukan signifikan secara parsial namun secara simultan DOL dan DFL menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah: 1) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, 7) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner terkait kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan kepuasan kerja serta kinerja kepada 45 responden pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Barru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, 7) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine inThe influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The method used in the research was quantitative with associative explanative survey study type. The research was conducted in Pinrang regency and the population were employees at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The sample was obtained by census technique, which took a total population of 45 employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis to determine the description and influence between variables. This study uses three independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results indicated that the influence of Education and Training, Motivation and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament. The results of the regression analysis showed a significant influence between the independent variables namely: education and training (X1), work motivation (X2), and work culture (X3) with the dependent variable namely: namely employee performance (Y). The biggest influence occurred on the education and training variable (X1), namely 48.5%, followed by work motivation variable (X2) by 31.8%, and the smallest was the work culture variable (X3) by 28.6%. Simultaneously, there is a significant and positive influence between education and training, motivation and work culture on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Pinrang Regency Parliament by 65.6% while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other factors that are not the object of research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Good Governance factors seen from accountability, transparency, and responsiveness to the work effectiveness of Barru Regency Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade employees. And to find out which factors among accountability, transparency, and responsiveness are the most influential on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Cooperative, SME and Trade Offices of Barru Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample in this study were all employees of the Cooperative, UKM and Trade Office of Barru Regency with 36 people. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis with t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: Good governance factors seen from the aspects of accountability, transparency, and responsiveness partially or simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Cooperative, SME and Trade Offices of Barru Regency. 5. The most dominant factor of good governance in influencing the increase in work effectiveness of Barru Regency Cooperative, SME and Trade Service employees is the principle of transparency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh belanja daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (2) apakah belanja modal dapat memoderasi hubungan antar belanja daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah data pertumbuhan ekonomi, belanja daerah, dan belanja modal Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Data tersebut merupakan data bulanan tiga tahun terakhir yakni 2017, 2018, dan 2019 yang dijadikan sampel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ini yaitu dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara mengakses data yang tersedia dari Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel belanja daerah berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi senilai 82%. Varibel belanja daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sehingga semakin besar belanja daerah di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi (2) pengaruh belanja daerah apabila dimoderasi dengan belanja modal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 34%, belanja modal menjadi mediasi/perantara dalam hubungan antara belanja daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi namun pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. This study aims to analyze (1) to determine and analyze the effect of regional spending on economic growth in Selayar Islands Regency (2) to determine whether capital expenditure can moderate the relationship between regional spending on economic growth in Selayar Islands Regency. This research method using quantitative methods. The research was conducted in Selayar Islands Regency from July to August 2020. The population in this study is data on economic growth, regional expenditure and capital expenditure of the Selayar Islands Regency, this data is the monthly data for the last three years, 2017, 2018 and 2019 which were sampled. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression. The research instrument used in this data collection is by using data collection. Data collection is done by accessing the available data from the Regional Government of the Selayar Islands Regency. The results showed that (1) the regional expenditure variable had an effect on economic growth by 82%. Regional expenditure variables have a positive effect on economic growth, the greater the regional spending in Selayar Islands Regency, the greater the effect on economic growth. (2) the effect of regional spending if moderated by capital expenditure on economic growth is 34%, capital expenditure becomes a mediation / intermediary in the relationship between regional spending on economic growth but the effect is not significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel citra merek, iklan, dan inovasi layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Kota Makassar, variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif secara deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi GoFood di Makassar yaitu sebanyak 112 orang dengan teknik non probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel citra merek dan inovasi layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Makassar. Namun, untuk variabel iklan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Makassar. Pada pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel citra merek, iklan, dan inovasi layanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi GoFood di Makassar, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi layanan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi proses keputusan pembelian pada pengguna aplikasi GoFood di Kota Makassar This study aims to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously between the variables of brand image, advertising, and service innovation on purchasing decisions on the GoFood application in Makassar City, the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions on the GoFood application in Makassar. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach which was conducted in January-February 2021. The population in this study were 112 users of the GoFood application in Makassar with a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with the t test and F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the brand image and service innovation variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the GoFood application in Makassar. However, the advertising variable partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the GoFood application. The simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that the variables of brand image, advertising, and service innovation have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the GoFood application, this study also shows that the service innovation variable is the most dominant variable affecting the process of purchase decisions on GoFood application users in Makassar City
