accordance with their age. While the stunting data at Tarempa Health Center is 58 cases. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Tarempa Health Center Working Area, Siantan District, Riau Islands. Anambas Islands Riau Islands. Design The research design used the Case Control method. The population in this study were all toddlers who experience stunting in the Tarempa Health Center Working Area, which is as many as 58 people. The sample in this study were toddlers who experienced stunting 58 people and 58 people were not stunted with the maching technique with a ratio of 1: 1. Analysis Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of parenting patterns p = 0.017, exclusive breastfeeding history p = 0.000 and history of infectious diseases p = 0.005. While the dominant factor influencing the incidence of stunting in toddlers is the history of exclusive breastfeeding p = 0.003 <0.05, with Exp (B) = 11.041 and 95% CI = 3,610-33,768. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of parenting, exclusive breastfeeding history and history of infectious diseases, which does not affect knowledge, attitudes, feeding patterns and immunization status. The dominant factor, namely exclusive breastfeeding history, influences the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Tarempa Health Center Working Area, Siantan District, Anambas Islands Regency, Riau Islands. It is suggested that the Tarempa Health Center can create interesting education for mothers, such as conducting workshops/ demonstrations on how to provide good and correct and nutritious food for their children, as well as how to process diverse and nutritious foods so that children get good nutritional intake.

Attractive and promising promotions can attract customers' interest in using a product. Apart from promotions, there is another thing that really influences customers' interest in saving, namely service quality, because good service can make customers comfortable and feel safe in using the bank's products. So the author is interested in conducting further research on the influence and quality of service on interest. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence promotions and service quality influence customers' interest in saving at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch. The type of research used is quantitative research. The hypotheses in this research are promotion, service quality, and customer interest in saving. Based on the results of research carried out through the data collection stage by distributing questionnaires to 52 customers with various statements and questions and tested using the SPSS version 25 application. It can be concluded that in the t test coefficient table (partial) it can be seen that the calculated t value of the promotion variable is 2.258 > 2.009, and the significance value is 0.026 < 0.05. then a decision can be taken that the promotion variable (X1) has a positive effect on customers' interest in saving.

Background: Management of bladder dysfunction, a condition causing bladder problems, requires effective treatment strategies. PMR specialists, urologists, and gynecologists are primarily involved in this process. However, there is a lack of consensus on optimal treatment protocols, necessitating interdisciplinary collaboration and comprehensive care frameworks. Methods: This systematic review complied with the PRISMA 2020 requirements, concentrating solely on full-text papers published in English from 2014 to 2024. Editorials and review articles lacking a DOI were omitted to guarantee the use of high-quality sources. A comprehensive literature review was performed using esteemed databases such as ScienceDirect, PubMed, and SagePub to locate pertinent studies. Result: The initial database search yielded more than 3,000 publications related to the topic. Through a rigorous three-stage screening process, eight studies were identified that met the predefined inclusion criteria for detailed analysis. These selected studies underwent thorough critical evaluation, enabling an in-depth examination of the management of rehabilitation in patients with bladder dysfunction. This meticulous approach ensured that only the most relevant and high-quality studies were included in the review, providing a robust foundation for the subsequent analysis. Conclusion: Rehabilitation therapy has shown promising results in managing bladder dysfunction in neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis, stroke, and spinal cord injury. Non-invasive interventions like pelvic floor muscle training and electrostimulation improve urinary function and quality of life. Advanced therapeutic approaches like high-intensity-focused electromagnetic therapy and virtual reality offer personalized treatment options.

The development of the Islamic banking system in Indonesia is carried out within the framework of the dual banking system or dual banking system within the framework of the Indonesian Banking Architecture (API) to present an increasingly complete alternative banking service to the Indonesian people. Contracts or agreements in people's lives occupy a very important position. Akad is one of the foundations of many daily human activities. Through contracts, various business activities and human efforts can be carried out. Because the contract is what limits the relationship between the two parties involved in the business and will bind the relationship in the present and the future. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The variables of the research are Akad Mudharabah (X) and Customer Satisfaction (Y). The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire, the sample taken amounted to 72 respondents using an incidental sampling technique. The analysis tools used IBM SPSS Statistics 23 which included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T hypothesis tests, linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the Mudharabah Akad has an effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Kutablang, this can be seen from the results of the calculation value of Akad Mudharabah on customer satisfaction of 8,888 with a significant 0.001 < 0.05, while the ttable value is 1,666 < 8,888 tcal. So the value of t calculation is greater than the t table, this shows that Ho was rejected and accepted by Ha who stated that the Mudharabah Contract had a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Kutablang.

This study aims to identify the stylistic forms or sighat amstal kaminah in the language of the Qur'an from an Arabic literary perspective. The focus of this study is on metaphors that are not explicitly mentioned in the wording that refers to the words tamstil, tasybih, or other words that have metaphorical meanings but still retain their metaphorical meanings. The research model used is qualitative, employing a descriptive approach. The research stages include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data collection techniques used include documentation in the form of books, Qur'anic commentaries, and journal articles. This study found that amtsal is a very distinctive literary style in conveying information and metaphors that have their own appeal and transform abstract concepts into something tangible. The results of the above study indicate that the proverb kaminah describes the expression: “The best of affairs is the middle ground” found in QS. Al-Baqarah: 68 and QS. Al-Isr?': 110, a verse similar to the expression: “News is not the same as reality witnessed firsthand” found in QS. Al-Baqarah (2): 260, a verse similar to the expression: “Whatever you borrow, you will be repaid in equal measure,” found in Surah An-Nisa (4): 123, and a verse with the expression: “A believer should not fall into the same pit twice,” found in Surah Yusuf (12:64)

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan zakat di Baitul Mal Kabupaten Bireuen dengan menggunakan perspektif teori struktur fungsional Talcott Parsons (AGIL). Data penelitian bersumber dari Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKjIP) tahun 2023 yang menunjukkan bahwa Baitul Mal Bireuen memiliki legitimasi hukum yang kuat melalui Qanun Kabupaten Bireuen Nomor 3 Tahun 2016 yang diperbarui dengan Qanun Nomor 3 Tahun 2019, serta diperkuat oleh Qanun Aceh Nomor 3 Tahun 2021. Struktur organisasi yang jelas dan dukungan sumber daya manusia berpendidikan sarjana menjadi modal penting dalam pengelolaan zakat. Realisasi anggaran tahun 2023 mencapai Rp29,17 miliar, dengan lebih dari 91% dialokasikan untuk belanja bantuan sosial berupa penyaluran zakat dan infak. Program utama meliputi pendistribusian zakat kepada fakir miskin, bantuan korban bencana, sosialisasi zakat, serta pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Analisis dengan kerangka AGIL menunjukkan bahwa Baitul Mal Bireuen telah menjalankan fungsi adaptasi, pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan latensi secara efektif. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa zakat melalui Baitul Mal bukan hanya kewajiban ritual, tetapi juga instrumen strategis dalam membangun masyarakat yang adil, sejahtera, dan harmonis, sekaligus memperkuat integrasi sosial dan mendukung pembangunan daerah berbasis syariat Islam Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Zakat, Baitul Mal, Talcot Person Abstract This study aims to analyze zakat management at Baitul Mal of Bireuen Regency using Talcott Parsons’ structural functional theory (AGIL). The research data is derived from the 2023 Government Agency Performance Report (LKjIP), which highlights that Baitul Mal Bireuen possesses strong legal legitimacy through Qanun Bireuen Regency No. 3 of 2016, revised by Qanun No. 3 of 2019, and further reinforced by Qanun Aceh No. 3 of 2021. The institution’s clear organizational structure and the support of qualified human resources, predominantly with bachelor’s degrees, serve as essential assets in zakat management. The 2023 budget realization reached IDR 29.17 billion, with more than 91% allocated to social assistance in the form of zakat and infaq distribution. Key programs included zakat distribution to the poor, disaster relief, zakat awareness campaigns, and community economic empowerment. Analysis using the AGIL framework demonstrates that Baitul Mal Bireuen effectively fulfills the functions of adaptation, goal attainment, integration, and latency. The findings emphasize that zakat, managed through Baitul Mal, is not merely a ritual obligation but a strategic instrument for building a just, prosperous, and harmonious society, while simultaneously strengthening social integration and supporting regional development based on Islamic law.
