Program penguatan ekonomi kreatif pada siswa madrasah melalui Work-oriented education program di Pariaman dilakukan melalui pembentukan Joint Madrasah Community yang digagas oleh STIT Syekh Burhanuddin Pariaman. Program ini memberikan pendampingan pelatihan industri ekonomi kreatif yaitu pelatihan public speaking dan kaligrafi berbasis digital printing. Tujuan program adalah menyiapkan lulusan madrasah siap kerja dan sekaligus mengurangi pengangguran lulusan madrasah yang selama ini penyumbang terbesar di Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi logic model menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan program menggunakan Comunity Based Research design. Analisa data kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, display data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan Analisa data kuantitatif adalah uji independent t-test menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil program Work Oriented Education Program through Joint Madrasah Community terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penguatan life skill siswa madrasah dengan nilai a=0.000 < 0.05. Keberhasilan program 64.71% lulusan Madrasah diserap kerja jurnalistik dan broadcasting dan 70 persen di sektor kerja digital printing art kaligrafi. Rekomendasi program perlu dilanjutkan dengan memperluas jaringan komunitas madrasah negeri dan swasta yang ada di Pariaman.  تÙ

Purposes of this study were to analyze the behavioral phenomenon, emotional and divorce lawsuit by women in the family of matrilineal society in Padang. This research used a qualitative method with survey design. Technique of collecting data used interview form, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by classifying, getting interpretation, making validity and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data used triangulation and discussions with colleagues. The results of research showed that phenomenon of behavioral, emotional and divorce lawsuit by women in the family of matrilineal society in Padang occur due to the impact of gender equality. On the positive side, gender equality could be felt by women in education, leadership and the opportunity to get a job. While the negative side effects of gender equality in the family was declining the emotional maturity, changing in culture and religious values in the social behavior of women. Implementation of this research to be useful for ninik mamak, academician, clergy and the local government of Padang to socialize and provide consultation to evaluate the application of cultural values, customs and religion in a gender perspective and thus creating gender equality should be in accordance with the customary and religious teachings.

The aim of this research was to develop a teaching material of descriptive writing by using cooperative teaching model with think-pair-share type based on its validity, practicality and effectiveness. Three items of the analysis covered a content feasibility analysis, language analysis and layout analysis. The method of this study was research and development approach with Defining, Designing, Developing, and Disseminating (4-D) model. Instrument of this research used the observation sheets, field notes, questionnaire, interview form and focus group discussion. The result of research showed that developing teaching material for descriptive writing lesson by using think pair share model can be a good product. This teaching material product has been valid and feasible and has been passed the content analysis, language analysis, layout analysis and practical by experts’judgment and empirical studies. After doing some trial of this product can be concluded that the product was more effective to improve students’ descriptive writing skill and can be more practical for Indonesian Language teachers of elementary school to use that. This product was expected become a prefer choice by teachers in the implementation of descriptive writing lesson for the fourth grade students of elementary school level.

The aim of this study was to increase students’ down passing skill for miny volleyball game at class of elementary school by using reciprocal teaching model. Reciprocal teaching model can increase the activity of students in participating to the teacing-learning process. The implementation of this model gave a positive impact on the students’ agility and physical fitness particularly for increasing students’ down passing skill in the game of mini volleyball. This study used a research and development method. Subjects of this study were fifth grade students from elementary. The result of this result reported that by using reciprocal teaching model can improve students’ down passing skill in the playing of Mini Volleyball game and enhyances students’ physical fitness and health as well as master with basic technique of the mini volleyball game. Sport education teacher could use this model to Elementary students level for improving their down passing skill in the game of mini volleyball.

The aim of research was to develop research-based learning models to increase students’ entrepreneurial interest in State University of Padang. It was begun by doing the related surveys for current situation of entrepreneurial teachingdid not provide yetthe knowledge and students’ entrepreneurial expectations. For that reason need a research-based learning to empower student’s strategy in the field of real business as well as to improve students’ self-evaluation in enhancing their ability to take the business opportunity as the manifestation of the entrepreneurship course. This research used research and development method with Triangulation Mixed Method Design. Updating of the models was done by doing the curriculum assessment with specialists and practitioners. The collection of the data used questionnaires, interviews, documentary studies, training and mentoring as well as Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Quantitative data were analyzed by using an experimental model by using independent t-test. The experimental results on the three classes showed that research-based learning models can give positive impact to students’ entrepreneurial interest and this model had qualified and allowable to be used as teaching materials for entrepreneurship courses at the Education Faculty of State University of Padang.The developed model was expected become a feasible choice by entrepreneurshiplecturers to the implementation of entrepreneurship course for university students at faculty of Education in State University of Padang.

In recent years the model flipped classroom have widely been adopting to support pedagogy. This research analyzed the influence of flipped classroom model and students’ social engagement in the vocational class. Method of study was experimental-quantitative research with survey methods. Subject of the research were eleventh grade students of State Vocational School Number 2 Padang as many as 60 people. The data of Students’ social engagement were collected by using questionnaires with 5-point Likert scale and speaking performance data were collected by using Oral English Competence Test. Analysis of data used multiple linear regression tests. Finding of the research reported that implementation of flipped classroom model to strengthen Students’ social engagement in the line of socialization ability; personal communication ability and self-control to cooperate with other have significant relation with students’ speaking performance. English teacher can utilize the flipped classroom model to foreign language learner class to improve students’ speaking performance by strengthening the social engagement.

Paper bertujuan memaparkan pendidikan dan tantangan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi di Era Revoulusi Industri 4.0 dan kesiapan indoensia menjawab tantangan pendidikan era revolusi industri 4.0 dalam membangun system pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Di Indonesia kesiapan menghadapi tantangan pendidikan era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah segera meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan sumberdaya manusia Indonesia melalu pendidikan dengan melahirkan operator dan analis handal bidang manajemen pendidikan sebagai pendorong kemajuan pendidikan berbasis teknologi informasi di Indonesia menjawab tantangan Industri 4.0 yang terus melaju pesat. Kebijakan manajemen pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mendorong seluruh level pendidikan, terutama pendidikan tinggi untuk memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi digital dan komputasi pendidikan era revolusi industry keempat. Beberapa solusi yang bisa dilakukan antara lain, kesesuaian kurikulum dan kebijakan dalam pendidikan, kesiapan SDM dalam memanfaatkan ICT, mengoptimalkan kemampuan peserta didik, dan mengembangkan nilai - nilai (karakter) peserta didik, serta dan kesiapan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran berbasis digital. Abstract. In the industrial revolution era of 4.0, A leader is no longer referring to gender differences but rather on competence and performance. This study aimed to analyze the gender perception and its contribution to women leadership in their career and family in Surabaya. This is a quantitative study with method survey design where the data was collected by using questionnaire and ended closed interview form. Populations of this research are dual-career marriage women in Surabaya. To confirm the quantitative results, need interview sessions with all related respondents. Samples were determined by proportional random sampling amount are 449 respondents where, 103 full career women, 205 of them as part time career and 141 of them as housewives. The results showed that there is significant contribution toward women leadership character in three career model as independent variables those are full career, part time career and family duty as reviewed from gender perception. It showed that there are correlation between women leadership character with gender perception between their career and leadership character in their family.Abstrak. Era revolusi industri 4.0, seorang pemimpin tidak lagi merujuk pada perbedaan gender tetapi lebih pada kompetensi dan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi gender dan kontribusinya terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan dalam karier dan keluarga mereka di Surabaya. Ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode desain survei di mana data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan mengakhiri formulir wawancara tertutup. Populasi penelitian ini adalah wanita nikah karir ganda di Surabaya. Untuk mengkonfirmasi hasil kuantitatif, perlu sesi wawancara dengan semua responden terkait. Sampel ditentukan dengan jumlah proporsional random sampling yaitu 449 responden di mana, 103 perempuan karier penuh, 205 di antaranya sebagai karier paruh waktu dan 141 di antaranya sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap karakter kepemimpinan perempuan dalam tiga model karir sebagai variabel independen yaitu karir penuh, karir paruh waktu dan tugas keluarga yang ditinjau dari persepsi gender. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara karakter kepemimpinan perempuan dengan persepsi gender antara karier dan karakter kepemimpinan mereka dalam keluarga.

The purpose of research is to explore how a baby girl getting the experience of language acquisition in the line of phonology, morphology and syntactic. The research method was descriptive qualitative research by case study design. The subject of research was a baby girl at 2.5 years old. The study took three months was started from September to November 2018 in the village of Koto Pulai, Koto Tangah District of Padang City. Results of the research showed that a baby girl has been able to pronounce some phonemes and words, although still limited to the environmental language and objects are presented nearby her. At the age of 2.5 years old, a baby girl was able to use nouns and verbs and can make simple sentences in the form of declarative, imperative and interrogative sentences involving 2-3 words as a syntax. The process of sounding production when seeing from the Islamic teachings can be understood that each time of a child born out, he or she acquired the language from his or her mother and family. Islam said this process of a baby knowing the surrounding object names as mentioned in Al Quran in verse 31 of Al-Baqara
