Abstract

This study aims to identify the stylistic forms or sighat amstal kaminah in the language of the Qur'an from an Arabic literary perspective. The focus of this study is on metaphors that are not explicitly mentioned in the wording that refers to the words tamstil, tasybih, or other words that have metaphorical meanings but still retain their metaphorical meanings. The research model used is qualitative, employing a descriptive approach. The research stages include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data collection techniques used include documentation in the form of books, Qur'anic commentaries, and journal articles. This study found that amtsal is a very distinctive literary style in conveying information and metaphors that have their own appeal and transform abstract concepts into something tangible. The results of the above study indicate that the proverb kaminah describes the expression: “The best of affairs is the middle ground” found in QS. Al-Baqarah: 68 and QS. Al-Isr?': 110, a verse similar to the expression: “News is not the same as reality witnessed firsthand” found in QS. Al-Baqarah (2): 260, a verse similar to the expression: “Whatever you borrow, you will be repaid in equal measure,” found in Surah An-Nisa (4): 123, and a verse with the expression: “A believer should not fall into the same pit twice,” found in Surah Yusuf (12:64)

Abstract

Attractive and promising promotions can attract customers' interest in using a product. Apart from promotions, there is another thing that really influences customers' interest in saving, namely service quality, because good service can make customers comfortable and feel safe in using the bank's products. So the author is interested in conducting further research on the influence and quality of service on interest. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence promotions and service quality influence customers' interest in saving at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch. The type of research used is quantitative research. The hypotheses in this research are promotion, service quality, and customer interest in saving. Based on the results of research carried out through the data collection stage by distributing questionnaires to 52 customers with various statements and questions and tested using the SPSS version 25 application. It can be concluded that in the t test coefficient table (partial) it can be seen that the calculated t value of the promotion variable is 2.258 > 2.009, and the significance value is 0.026 < 0.05. then a decision can be taken that the promotion variable (X1) has a positive effect on customers' interest in saving.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic banking system in Indonesia is carried out within the framework of the dual banking system or dual banking system within the framework of the Indonesian Banking Architecture (API) to present an increasingly complete alternative banking service to the Indonesian people. Contracts or agreements in people's lives occupy a very important position. Akad is one of the foundations of many daily human activities. Through contracts, various business activities and human efforts can be carried out. Because the contract is what limits the relationship between the two parties involved in the business and will bind the relationship in the present and the future. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The variables of the research are Akad Mudharabah (X) and Customer Satisfaction (Y). The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire, the sample taken amounted to 72 respondents using an incidental sampling technique. The analysis tools used IBM SPSS Statistics 23 which included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T hypothesis tests, linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the Mudharabah Akad has an effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Kutablang, this can be seen from the results  of the calculation value of Akad Mudharabah on customer satisfaction of 8,888 with a significant 0.001 < 0.05, while the ttable value is 1,666 < 8,888 tcal. So the value of t calculation is greater than the t table, this shows that Ho was rejected and accepted by Ha who stated that the Mudharabah Contract had a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Kutablang.
