Abstract

Penyakit ISPA merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama pada anak-anak. Anak dengan usia kurang dari lima tahun merupakan salah satu faktor risiko dari penyakit ISPA. Beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian ISPA antara lain: faktor sosiodemografis, lingkungan dan perumahan, serta status gizi dan imunisasi anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi kejadian ISPA pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sokaraja I. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel adalah balita dengan ISPA di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sokaraja I sebanyak 65 responden berjumlah 65 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah lembar kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji distribusi frekuensi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memengaruhi kejadian ISPA pada balita sebagian besar memiliki jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 38 responden (58.5%), dan memiliki pendidikan menengah sebanyak 38 responden (58.5%). Kesimpulannya adalah faktor yang memengaruhi kejadian ISPA sebagian besar memiliki jenis kelamin laki-laki dan Pendidikan orang tua yang sebagian besar menengah.

Abstract

Hypotension is one of the most common complications following spinal anesthesia, particularly in patients undergoing cesarean section. If not properly managed, it can lead to serious consequences such as nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness, cardiovascular collapse, and decreased uteroplacental blood flow, which may endanger both the mother and fetus. Therefore, preventive measures are essential to ensure patient safety during surgery. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of colloid fluid administration and intravenous ephedrine therapy in preventing hypotension after spinal anesthesia in cesarean section patients. This was a quantitative comparative study using a two-group pretest-posttest design, involving 80 respondents at RSUD Ajibarang. The subjects were divided into two intervention groups: one receiving colloid fluids and the other receiving intravenous ephedrine. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the interventions, and data were analyzed using paired sample t-tests and independent t-tests to assess intra- and inter-group differences.The results showed that both interventions were able to increase blood pressure; however, intravenous ephedrine administration was more effective in maintaining hemodynamic stability. A statistically significant difference was found in post-intervention measurements between the two groups (p = 0.046), with the ephedrine group demonstrating a higher mean arterial pressure compared to the colloid fluid group. These findings suggest that intravenous ephedrine is superior to colloid fluid administration in preventing post-spinal anesthesia hypotension during cesarean section. Ephedrine can therefore be considered a preferred intervention for improving maternal safety and reducing the risk of complications during cesarean procedures.

Abstract

Stay-at-home moms often face unique stressors and challenges in their daily lives, which can impact their well-being and sleep quality. Stress as a source of physical and mental health disorders in housewives. There is evidence in the literature that stress can reduce the effectiveness of the human immune system and increase the risk of infection. One effective intervention to improve the health and happiness of housewives is mindfulness techniques. The aims of this activity are (1) increasing knowledge about stress and its impact on health (2) increasing skills in mindfulness techniques to reduce stress (3) reducing degenerative diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus which are caused by stress. The method for implementing this activity is giving a pre-test, post-test about stress before and after education, providing training on mindfulness techniques which begins with giving a questionnaire about mindfulness. This activity was attended by 17 PKK mothers in Ledug Village. Most service participants are early adults (32-45 years) (64.7%), have higher education (50%) and most do not work (71%). Regarding stress levels, before training stress levels were mostly in the moderate stress category (74%) and after training stress levels were in the mild stress category (82%). Meanwhile, for the level of mindfulness, before counseling most were in the moderate mindfulness category (70.5%) and after counseling most were in the high mindfulness category (88.2%).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nurse productivity in health services is greatly influenced by factors related to nurse stress and job satisfaction. Stress and job dissatisfaction are increasing problems among nurses. Nurses as individuals must pay the price for stress and job satisfaction in terms of health and well-being, and hospitals must bear the consequences of nurse absenteeism and turnover, this has a direct impact on the quality of care provided to patients. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between work stress and nurses' job satisfaction. This research is a descriptive correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The total sample of nurses was 96. The research instruments were the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) with 57 questions and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) questionnaire with 20 questions. Bivariate analysis uses the Spearman rank statistical test. Most of the nurses' work stress was in the moderate category, 82 (85.4%), most of the nurses' job satisfaction was in the moderate category, 80 (83.3%), there was a relationship between work stress and nurses' job satisfaction (r=-.284 , p=0.005). There is a relationship between work stress and nurses' job satisfaction. It is important to identify stressors because work stress can have a negative impact on patient care and well-being. It is recommended that changes be made in managerial matters and policies to reduce work stress and increase nurses' job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Stress, Job Satisfaction, Nurses  ABSTRAK Produktivitas perawat dalam pelayanan kesehatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres perawat dan kepuasan kerja. Stres dan ketidakpuasan kerja menjadi masalah yang semakin meningkat di kalangan perawat. Perawat sebagai individu harus membayar harga untuk stres dan kepuasan kerja dalam hal kesehatan dan kesejahteraan, dan rumah sakit harus menanggung akibat dari ketidakhadiran dan pergantian perawat, hal ini mempunyai dampak langsung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan stress kerja kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel perawat 96. Instrumen penelitian berupa Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) sebanyak 57 pertanyaan dan kuesioner Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) dengan 20 pertanyaan. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik spearman rank. Stres kerja perawat sebagian besar pada kategori cukup sebanyak 82 (85,4%), kepuasan kerja perawat sebagian besar pada kategori sedang sebanyak 80 (83,3%), ada hubungan stres kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat (r=-,284, p=0,005). Terdapat hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat.  Penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab stres karena stres kerja dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif pada perawatan dan kesejahteraan pasien. Disarankan agar dilakukan perubahan dalam urusan manajerial dan kebijakan untuk menurunkan stres kerja dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Perawat

Abstract

This research aims to improve procedural text writing skills using the Somatic Auditory Visual Intelectual (SAVI) learning model in grade IV of SD Negeri 01 Sungai Beremas, West Pasaman Regency. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research and is carried out in two cycles with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were grade IV students of SD Negeri 01 Sungai Beremas, with data collected through test and non-test techniques, while research instruments were through test sheets and non-tests. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive manner. The results show that the use of the SAVI model can significantly improve procedural text writing skills. First, in the first cycle, the average score in the aspect of the Teaching Module 90 with qualification (A) increased, which increased in cycle II, namely obtaining an average of 95 with qualification (A). The results of the observation of the teacher aspect and the student aspect of the first cycle of the first meeting obtained the same score, namely 83.33 with good qualifications (B) and increased in the first cycle of the second meeting to 87.5 in the aspect of teachers and students. The average score for teacher and student activities in the first cycle of meetings I and II was 85.41 with Good (B) qualifications. In the second cycle, scores for teacher activities were obtained of 95.83 and student activities of 95.83 with very good qualifications (A).
