Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of teacher recruitment which focuses on the study process and selection material. This research was conducted at SMK Nurul Iman Palembang, as a school known for its quality in the recruitment and development of teachers. This study uses a qualitative method based on descriptive studies, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were principals, vice principals, and teachers. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the teacher recruitment process at SMK Nurul Iman Palembang goes through the stages of preparation for teacher recruitment, formation of a teacher recruitment committee, dissemination of recruitment information, acceptance and collection of administration, preparation of selection materials, interviews, and determination of participant graduation. The selection materials include four materials as stated in Law no. 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers, namely pedagogical material, professional material, personality material, and social material.

Abstract

This study aims to see the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Lan Tabur, Pagar Alam city. Recruitment is the process of getting a number of qualified human resources to occupy a position or job. The implementation of professional and proportional recruitment will result in input of quality educators. To study the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Lan Tabur Kota Pagar Alam, using descriptive qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written, spoken words and the activities of the people being observed. To collect data using interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results of the research obtained the following results: Implementation of the recruitment carried out was quite good, here it appears that there are various processes carried out by the school such as through administrative filing and tests for prospective new workers, most of the expected goals are achieved even though there are still inhibiting factors such as the difficulty of getting a workforce that is in accordance with the academic field with the field required by the school. However, in this case, the school, especially the principal and other workers, are equally trying to make the school a school that is in demand by the community.

Abstract

The teacher is the most important dimension of the education process. Schools must carry out good management of teachers by providing services to realize teacher job satisfaction in schools. In this study using a qualitative approach approach with data sources in this study consisting of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. To analyze the data using the theory of Milles and Humberman. From the results of the study, it can be found that the job satisfaction of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in terms of job satisfaction factors with work, imbalances, supervisory supervisors, coworkers, and appropriate promotions. This means that every point on teacher job satisfaction is not a negative reason for teachers not to carry out optimally. Although at the point of work, there are a small number of teachers who teach not according to their educational qualifications, but personally the individual is not a problem for the teacher. With the artist, the teacher is still comfortable in teaching even though the subjects he teaches are not in accordance with his educational qualifications.

Abstract

This article discusses the evaluation of the educational curriculum at the Aulia Cendikia Islamic Boarding School in Palembang, with the background that curriculum evaluation is an important activity in the implementation of education in an educational institution. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. The method used in collecting data is through interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the data starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Results obtained, namely the implementation of the evaluation of the Education Curriculum at the Aulia Cendikia Islamic Boarding School in Palembang has been carried out in accordance with the procedures for implementing the evaluation of the educational curriculum. Curriculum evaluation plays an important role both in determining educational policy in general, as well as in making decisions in the curriculum. The results of curriculum evaluation can be used by educational policy holders and curriculum holders in selecting and determining policies for developing the education system and developing the curriculum model used. The results of curriculum evaluation can also be used by teachers, school principals and other education implementers, in understanding and assisting student development, selecting learning materials, choosing methods and learning aids, methods of assessment and other educational facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the interactive education marketing strategy at Al Bukhori School in Banyuasin, and identify inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of this strategy. Conducted at Al Bukhori School, Jl Meritai Raya Perumahan Anggrek Indah Banyuasin, this study employs a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data is acquired through field observations and in-depth analysis to provide insights into the interactive education marketing strategy. The research findings indicate that product, price, promotion, and people are key indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. This strategy focuses on a positive image through school community relations and appropriate pricing. It is discovered that promotion and people's involvement play a crucial role in the success of marketing educational services. However, the research also identifies inhibiting factors, such as financial constraints and a lack of public awareness about interactive education.

Abstract

Perpustakaan menjadi tempat atau lembaga yang memberi orang umum atau masyarakat akses ke koleksi buku, majalah, jurnal, media elektronik, dan sumber informasi lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perpustakaan berfungsi sebagai pusat sumber belajar di era digital dan dampak dari peran tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Studi literatur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan meninjau literatur, buku, catatan, dan laporan yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian iai adalah Pengembangan perpustakaan di era digital fokus pada optimalisasi teknologi digital pada internet, perpustakaan yang saling terhubung, dan perpustakaan yang saling terhubung. Di era komputer dan internet, perpustakaan masih merupakan tempat penting untuk belajar. Dampaknya bagaimanapun berubah seiring kemajuan teknologi. Kesimpulannya adalah perpustakaan telah menjalani transformasi signifikan sebagai pusat belajar di era digital, meskipun teknologi telah mengubah cara orang mengakses informasi, perpustakaan tetap relevan dengan menjadi pusat sumber daya digital yang menyediakan akses ke berbagai koleksi online, e-book, jurnal, dan database

Abstract

Microteaching adalah metode pelatihan pengajaran yang melibatkan pengajaran dalam skala kecil dengan durasi yang singkat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi potensi dan tantangan dari microteaching sebagai pusat sumber belajar di era digital. Metodologi penelitian dalam artikel ini, penulis menerapkan pendekatan studi literatur dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi microteaching di era digital telah menghadirkan berbagai perubahan signifikan dalam pendidikan. Integrasi teknologi seperti video recording, platform digital, dan aplikasi khusus telah meningkatkan realisme dan detail dalam simulasi pengajaran, serta mempercepat umpan balik yang relevan bagi calon guru. Teknologi juga memungkinkan personalisasi pembelajaran dan kolaborasi yang lebih dinamis antar peserta. Meskipun memberikan banyak manfaat, tantangan seperti akses teknologi yang tidak merata, kebutuhan akan pelatihan teknologi, dan isu privasi data tetap menjadi perhatian utama. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa microteaching sebagai pusat sumber belajar di era digital memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menyediakan platform bagi pendidik untuk menguji dan mengembangkan metode pengajaran dalam skala kecil, memungkinkan evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan siswa

Abstract

Laboratorium komputer memiliki peran penting sebagai pusat sumber belajar di era digital, khususnya dalam mendukung pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fungsi laboratorium komputer sebagai sumber belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran TIK, serta mengidentifikasi keuntungan dan kekurangannya. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa laboratorium komputer dapat meningkatkan pemahaman materi, mengembangkan keterampilan teknologi, dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Namun, tantangan seperti biaya tinggi, kesenjangan akses, dan masalah keamanan data perlu diatasi agar laboratorium komputer dapat berfungsi optimal

Abstract

This research discusses the utilization of digital technology in the context of marketing educational services at Kusuma Bangsa High School Palembang. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive characteristics that explores various qualitative aspects in understanding marketing strategies involving digital technology. In this study, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation from various parties, including the principal, vice principal for student affairs, multimedia experts, and other resource persons who have related information. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. To ensure data validity, the research used data triangulation, which includes triangulation of sources, methods and techniques. The results showed that the utilization of digital technology is an important key to the existence of educational institutions in the digital era. Kusuma Bangsa High School Palembang implements an education services marketing strategy through various digital platforms, with content curation and public relations team training. The utilization of digital technology in marketing education services at Kusuma Bangsa High School Palembang has succeeded in maintaining its existence and attracting public interest. This research provides in-depth information about the importance of digital technology in marketing education services and how educational institutions can utilize it effectively. The implications of this research are expected to be useful for other educational institutions that want to improve marketing efforts through digital technology.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of educational planning for rural communities in Lahat district. This research is a qualitative qualitative research. Research subjects are rural people who will, are, and after sending their children to school. The data technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out in stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. To maintain the validity of the data in the presentation, analysis was carried out with triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that there are 4 important elements in educational planning in rural communities, namely the choice of place and department, children's academic ability, parents' financial ability, educational goals, and study time. These four elements influence each other in rural community education planning.
