Abstract

Biro Administrasi Akademik merupakan biro yang menjadi tolok ukur pelayanan kepada mahasiswa pada Informatic and Business Darmajaya (IBI Darmajaya) Lampung merupakan Biro yang bertugas pelayanan terhadap seluruh mahasiswa di IBI Darmajaya, Sistem Informasi yang ada di Biro Administrasi Akademik sangat berperan dalam penyedia layanan untuk seluruh mahasiswa, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kwalitas layanan. Agar layanan yang diberikan oleh Administrasi Akademik dapat terarah dan selaras dengan tujuan bisnis Institusi , perlu diketahui tingkat keselarasan dari tujuan TI dengan tujuan Institusi. Untuk dapat mencapai keselarasan antara tujuan TI dan t Institusi diperlukan suatu pengukuran tingkat keselarasan antara Tujuan Institusi dengan Tujuan TI menggunakan COBIT 4.1. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan, yaitu tingkat keselarasan antara tujuan TI dan Institusi telah tercapai dan berada pada level Defined sebab rata-rata proses TI telah berada diatas standart level internasional yaitu 2,5 (Guldentops, 2000) Walaupun rata-rata TI telah melampaui standart internasional namun masih terdapat beberapa proses TI yang berada dibawah standart internasional sehingga dibutuhkan rekomendasi

Abstract

This research was undertaken in order to find out the punctuality of the lecturers’ teaching at IBI Darmajaya from which its evaluation was conducted by the lecturing and reporting service center. During this time, the activity related to the audit of the punctuality of the lecturers’ teaching had not been done. Therefore, the researcher believed that this was an opportunity in conducting the research in the lecturing and reporting service center. The audit was carried out as a measure of the successfulness of the implementation of the discipline of the human resource and the result of the socialization towards the lecturers in the beginning of each semester prior to the lecturing activity. The results of these activities were expected to help the involved division map the lecturers who were much disciplined and the lecturers who had a lack of discipline in order to take a good solution for both. The audit activity was interviewing the head of the related bureau and the head of the lecturing and reporting service center and distributing questionnaires with two levels. The first level was for the users (the students) and the second level was for the management divisions (the administrative bureau of academic and student affairs, the head of lecturing and reporting service center and the chairman of the department of IBI Darmajaya).Keywords: Audit, Maturity, Users

Abstract

In order to ensure the audit performed well and appropriate, it is important to analyses every stage of the audit process. This analysis is intended to find out whether the maximum goal of organization is achieved or not. Also, the further development, if needed, by adding elements of assessment to increase the quality of each section of organization, in this case, Asset Management and Logistics Bureau of IBI Darmajaya. Asset Management and Logistics Bureau of IBI Darmajaya is in charge of procuring and maintenance of assets in IBI Darmajaya Lampung is the bureau in charge of procuring, maintaining and securing the assets that exist in the IBI Darmajaya, there in Biro Information Systems Asset management and Logistics is important in the service provider for all users and management, which is expected to improve the performance and quality of service. Questions that begin with whether the services provided by the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics has directed and aligned with business objectives Institutions, whether the use of COBIT 4.1 Domain. Has been right on target or still can be improved further. This analysis process produces findings , the level of alignment between IT objectives and the Institution has been reached and is in Defined level because the average IT processes have been above the level of the international standard of 2.5 (Gulden tops , 2000 ) While the average IT has exceeded the standard international but still can be improved by adding domain relevant to the process undertaken , in order to improve the alignment between in objectives and Purpose Institutions towards a higher level , domain-related is PO5, PO7, AI2, and ME2, with the addition of this domain can generate data more better, so that management can take steps or actions more effective.Keywords: Maturity Level, Information Systems, Asset Management, COBIT

The Business Correspondence that currently run by Informatics and Business Damajaya is still using decentralization and manual system. Along with the upraising of business intensity level, particularly the flow of letter circulation, this system seems to be out of date or does not match with the demand, therefore, a new good application of business letters is urgently needed to replace the old one. Abstract

Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprises is a trading company that engaged in the trade field, particularly in learning tool needs from primary school to college. Now days, there are many the same type of business, it is certainty tighten the competition, as well as in the product quality side until the quality of services to customers. To measure the quality and service which are provided by the Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprises can be focused and balanced with the company business objectives, it is needed to determine the alignment level of TI objectives with company objectives. In order to achieve the alignment between TI objectives and company objectives, it is required a measurement of balance level between company objectives with TI objectives using COBIT 4.1. By this audit decision, it is expected there is a significant progress toward the company. The optimum of service and provide of qualified goods are the activities that must be priority to strengthen the available business partner and try to add the business partner in the future, therefore Aneka Gemilang Trade Enterprise be able to open the branches in other potential district.Key Words: Maturity Level, Expected, Trade Enterprise, COBIT

Abstract

The Geographic Information System was firstly constructed in 1960 which was aimed at solving a geographic problem. It is a computer-based information system which combines mapcomponents (geographic) and map data attribute. One of information systems currently needed is a geographic information system of nature reserve location spread in Lampung province. This system will provide information on locations of natural reserves, natural reserve width, and kindsof flora and fauna. The information that will be presented based on mapping of Lampung province regions is constructed based on coordinate points and area in the form of data. It is a web-based system developed using prototype method which is an object-oriented method. The functional approach described at the system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language).This system can provide information on map description, nature reserve data, and natural reserve locations in Lampung province. The tools used in constructing the geographic information system are ArcView 3.3, PHP, and MySQL. The geographic information system yielded can integrate spatial data and non-spatial data.Keywords: Geographic Information System, Nature Reserves.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan  untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengolah limbah kain (perca) ,pelatihan pembuatan produk dari limbah kain (perca) dan  pelatihan penjualan menggunakan e-commerce dikelurahan tersebut , membantu dalam mengurangi sampah non organik dan dapat menghasilkan produk yang unik dan  yang berharga serta bernilai jual  dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitarnya.  Di Lampung khususnya di daerah waykandis  kelompok  ibu-ibu PKK belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan tentang pemanfaatan pengolahan limbah dari sampah non-organik khususnya sampah kain (perca), hal ini membuat tim dosen mendapatkan ide untuk membuat suatu kegiatan yang bermanfaat dari limbah tersebut dan dapat memasarkan dengan menggunakan internet, mereka semua diharapkan mengerti tentang  apa yang dimaksud dengan e-commerce dan mereka sudah mengenal internet. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan  Kelompok ibu-ibu PKK ini sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk yang beragam sesuai dengan keinginan pasar, maka akan dilakukan pelatihan selama 2 hari, dimana pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk melatih agar mereka dapat membuat dan memasarkan produk-produk kreatif ini melalui internet.

Abstract

Academic Administration Bureau is a bureau considered asstandards for giving service to all students of Informaticsand Business Institute Darmajaya (IBI Darmajaya).Information system at this bureau plays an important rolein providing service to the students and is expected to beable to improve job performance and service quality. Forthe time being the implemented service information systemat Academic Administration Bureau has not been muchbenefited and not known whether it is in accordance withthe vision and mission of the institution.To make the service offered by the academicadministration bureau relevant to the business goal of theinstitution, it is required to know the conformity levelbetween TI goal and Institutional goal. To obtain theconformity level between TI goal and institutional goal, itneeds a measurement of conformity level between the twogoals by using COBIT 4.1.The result finding of the research is the conformity levelbetween TI goal and institutional goal is obtained andstands at Defined level because the average of TI processeshas been above the international level standard as 2.5(Guldentops, 2000). Even though the average of TIprocesses has been over the international level standard,there are still some TI processes below the internationalstandard, so it requires recommendation to increase theconformity between TI goal and institutional goal to reacha higher level.KEY WORDS: Maturity level, Expected, InformationSystem, Asset Management, COBIT

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently going very fast. Information at any time can be accessed quickly and accurately becomes very important. One device that can access information quickly is an Android smart phone. Specific information in education for elementary school is a manifestation of teacher quality in improving national education in Indonesia. So the information in the world of education  is a vehicle to actualize all the potential that exists. One of the information needed is to know the location of public elementary school that have certified teacher in Lampung Province. Information based Android is a picture of the location of public elementary schools that have certified teachers. This Android Based Application is expected to provide information on the location of public elementary schools on the data collection of teachers who have been  certified in Lampung Province. Abstract

Pada kegiatan pembelajaran, guru tidak cukup hanya menggunakan lisan untuk menyampaikan pelajaran. Akan tetapi juga membutuhan sarana atau alat sebagai penyalur pesan dari penjelasan guru, yang biasa disebut dengan media. Tanpa adanya media, guru akan kesulitan dan banyak membutuhkan tenaga ekstra untuk menyampaikan pelajaran. Untuk itu dibutuhkan media atau alat untuk membantu dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Edmodo adalah solusi media pembelajaran berbasis jaringan sosial yang diperuntukan untuk guru, murid, dan orang tua murid. Edmodo  memiliki beberapa fitur yang bermanfaat seperti :  polling, gardebook, quiz, file and links, library, assignment, Award Badge, dan Parent Code. Keunggulan Edmodo, antara lain menyediakan fasilitas yang mudah dan aman dalam mengembangkan kelas sesuai  dengan keinginan. Dengan fasilitas Edmodo memberi kesempatan komunikasi bagi guru, siswa dan orangtua/wali murid secara personal.. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Edmodo, Cloud Computing
