Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada usaha @Mjakitchens.id di Kecamatan Blangpidie. Metode penelitian melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen pada usaha @Mjakitchens.id. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 80 orang diambil dengan teknik sampling insidental. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen ialah analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji T dan uji F untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh hasil persamaan Y= 11,713 + 0,217X1 + 0,498X2+ e. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh dari kualitas produk dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,618 atau 61,8%. Selanjutnya uji T pada taraf signifikansi 5%, variabel kualitas produk memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai t_hitung > t_tabel yaitu 4.918 > 1,66488. Variabel kualitas pelayanan memperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t_hitung > t_tabel yaitu 8,346 > 1,66488. Uji F diperoleh nilai  f_hitung > f_tabel yaitu 62,199 > 3,11. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Antara kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan, kualitas yang lebih dominan ialah kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Pergerakan dunia usaha yang berkembang begitu pesat saat ini menempatkan begitu pentingnya ilmu manajemen pemasaran. Setiap pelaku usaha dituntut untuk memiliki strategi sistematis dan terukur sehingga dapat memperoleh keuntungan maksimal. Skripsi ini berjudul Strategi marketing mix Toko Buku Gramedia Cabang Banda Aceh Dalam Meningkatkan Volume Penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Penerapan strategi marketing mix Toko Buku Gramedia dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan, (2) Faktor-faktor yang menghambat penerapan strategi marketing mix terhadap penjualan buku. Jenis penelitian ini ialah deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sujek dalm penelitian ini adalah Store Manajer Toko Buku Gramedia Cabang Banda Aceh dan Sales Superintendet yang bertanggung jawab dibagian strategi dan pelaksanaan pemasaran di Toko Buku Gramedia, sementara yang menjadi objek di penelitian ini ialah strategi marketing mix Toko Buku Gramedia Cabang Banda Aceh dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan strategi marketing mix di Toko Buku Gramedia Banda Aceh sudah sesuai dengan landasan teoritis baik dalam segi produk (product), tempat (place), harga (price), promosi (promotion), hal tersebut terlihat dari kemampuannya dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Adapun (2) Hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaannya adalah efektivitas kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan, hal ini dilatar belakangi oleh pesan-pesan yang dipromosikan tidak sampai ke konsumen sehingga penjualan melalui platform Toko Buku Gramedia Banda Aceh (MyValue, Grago dan Gramedia.com) tidak mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Dalam strategi harga, Toko Buku Gramedia senantiasa selalu memberikan penawaran-penawaran spesial berupa diskon dan lain sebagainya untuk menjaga loyalitas pelanggan dan menjaga citra image perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul "Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru dalam Mengelola Pembelajaran Akuntansi terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara" ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran akuntansi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara Kab. Aceh Utara, yang meliputi kelas XI IPS 1, dan kelas XI IPS 2 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus sampling, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan berupa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh hasil Y = 6,699 + 0,911 X. Koefisien regresi X sebesar 0,911 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1 nilai kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran akuntansi, maka nilai motivasi belajar siswa bertambah sebesar 6,699. Maka koefisien bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah positif. Kemudian uji t pada taraf signifikan 5%, hipotesis ditolak, dibuktikan dengan nilai t_hitung = 6,970 t_tabel = 2,0017. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,456 atau sebesar 45,6% artinya variabel yang mempengaruhi variabel kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran akuntansi dan variabel motivasi belajar siswa secara persial dinyatakan berpengaruh sebesar 45,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,544% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran pada siswa kelas XI IPS 1 dan IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara.

Abstract

The development of Islamic economics or so-called sharia economy in Indonesia is currently growing so rapidly. The presence of sharia banks in the community considered able to overcome the difficulties that occur when saving in conventional banks. As is well known to conventional banks using interest. While already known also the interest system on the bank classified riba a thing that is forbidden in Islam. As for the formulation of this research problem is 1) What drives the decision of customers to save at Bank Aceh Sharia Branch Banda Aceh? 2) What are the most dominant factors affecting customers to save at Bank Aceh Syariah Branch of Banda Aceh ?. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The techniques used in data collection are library research, field research in the form of observation, documentation and questionnaire.The result of the research indicates that that encourages the decision of customers to save at Bank Aceh Syariah branch of Banda Aceh because it is influenced by several factors ranging from product with a total value of 4.13 average in very high category, profit sharing system with total average value equal 3, 94 in the high category, the service with the same average total of 3.95 in the high category, the promotion with a total grade of 3.56 in the high category, the location with a total average value of 3.92 in the high category and psychological factors with a total grade of 4.05 in very high category. Then the most dominant influence is the product where the product is the first thing that most dominant influence the decision of customer to save at Bank Aceh Syariah branch of Banda Aceh with total value average 4,13 in very high category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of street vendors in terms of length of business, capital, trading locations and working hours in the Kota Baru area, Kuta Alam District and the constraints of street vendors in increasing income in the Kota Baru area, Kuta Alam District. This research approach is a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research. The research respondents were 15 traders in the Kota Baru area, Kuta Alam District. Data was collected by using interview techniques, observation and literature study. The results showed that the income of street vendors in the Kota Baru area, Kuta Alam district, from permanent work as traders was an average of Rp. 403.333/ day. The lowest income was obtained by the grocery kiosk, which was Rp. 250,000/day, while the highest income was obtained by the Beverage seller of Rp. 550,000/day. The constraints of street vendors in increasing income in the Kota Baru area, Kuta Alam District, are the increasing number of traders selling the same merchandise, rising prices of goods in the market so that street vendors need a lot of capital and the security of selling locations from various Banda Aceh City government policies.Keywords: Street Vendors, Income, Kota Baru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggal di kost serta mengetahui perbedaan sikap sosial mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua dengan sikap sosial mahasiswa yang tinggal di kost. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan pustaka maupun lapangan, data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan nilai IPK di kartu hasil studi serta dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 66 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji independent sampel t-test untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data perbandingan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua diperoleh Pvalue (0,742) (0,05) dengan nilai t hitung 0,331 t tabel sebesar 1,66901 yang berarti bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang tinggal di kost. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis data perbandingan sikap sosial mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua dengan sikap sosial mahasiswa yang tinggal di kost diperoleh nilai Pvalue (0,000) (0,05) dengan nilai t hitung 4,308 t tabel sebesar 1,66901 yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sikap sosial mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua dengan sikap sosial mahasiswa yang tinggal di kost.

Abstract

Teacher competence is an interesting factor to study for two main reasons, namely (1) Teachers not only play a role in transferring knowledge to their students but provide role models for attitudes, speech, and behavior because of students. (2) Teacher professionalism is not final because as a human being, the teacher always grows and changes. Therefore teachers can improve or improve their performance in accordance with the expectations of the institution. Related to Professionalism Teachers are required to have four Competencies, namely Personality Competency, Social Competence, Professional Competence, and Pedagogical Competence. On this occasion the author will examine the Competence of Economics Teachers in SMAN 1 Arongan Lambalek. This study aims to determine (1) Competence of economics teachers at SMAN 1 Arongan Lambalek and (2) Effect of Competence on Economic Teachers on Student Achievement in SMAN 1 Arongan Lambalek. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The data source is students who represent each class of IPS XI and IPS XII using random sampling techniques. By using data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the questionnaire validity test of questions, normality test on student achievement, and multiple linear regression using the f test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis, the findings of this study can be put forward as follows: reliability testing on the competence of economics teachers on learning achievement gets results 0.635 0.60, normality testing 0.23 0.05. Then in multiple linear regression testing, the equation Y = 73,493 + -0,28X1 + 0,294 X2 + -0,11 X3 + -0,130 X4 is obtained. In partial hypothesis testing results obtained on professional competence of -0.559, pendagogic competence of 2,311, personality competence of -0,258, and social competence of -0,890 with a table of 1,991. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained F test results of 1,647 with Ftable of 2.14 Then the hypothesis testing method Ho is accepted Ha rejected.

Abstract

The research, entitled Revenues Organic Fertilizer Exertion Bio Fertilizer Ayahanda Mont Production in Lambro Bileu village of Kuta Baro Sub-district, Aceh Besar District has several problem formulation which are how much revenue obtained from organic fertilizer bio fertilizer Ayahanda Mont Production in Lambro Bileu Village, Kuta Baro Sub-district, Aceh Besar District and how the distribution channel system employed in the marketing of organic fertilizer bio fertilizer Ayahanda Mont Production in Lambro Bileu Village, Kuta Baro Sub-district, Aceh Besar District.The purpose of this research is to know the amount of revenue obtained from organic fertilizer bio fertilizer Ayahanda Mont Production in Lambro Bileu Village, Kuta Baro Sub-district, Aceh Besar District.This research employes quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The object of this research is the revenue of bio fertilizer organic fertilizer with the research subject that is the owner and the employee of organic fertilizer bio fertilizer Ayahanda Mont Production in Lambro Bileu Village, Kuta Baro Sub-district, Aceh Besar District which is done for 1 year and divided into two periods, they are July until December 2015 and January to June 2016. Data collection techniques employed are interviews, observation and documentation. To analyze the net revenue of the exertion then the analysis employed is the production of fixed costs, the production of variable costs, the production of total cost and revenue.So, from the results of the data analysis found net revenue or profits derived from the production of organic fertilizer bio fertilizer Ayahanda Mont Production in the period July-December 2015 amounted to Rp74.024.925, - and in the period January-June 2016 amounted to Rp76.257.625, -.From the profit gained in the two periods, we can conclude that the production of organic fertilizer bio fertilizer Ayahanda Mont Production is increasingly growing as seen from the increase of profit in each period, where the net revenue obtained in the period of January-June 2016 is greater than net income at Previous period (July-December 2015 period).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of customer satisfaction at the Black Coffee Shop business in the city of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, where each sample was taken randomly without looking at the strata. By using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 80 consumers. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis model which is used to see the effect between product quality and service variables (independent variables) on customer satisfaction (dependent variable). The results of the partial calculation of the variable product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Between product quality and service quality, the more dominant quality is product quality. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the variables of product quality and service quality can explain the change in customer satisfaction by 62.9%, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
