Abstract

Abstract The level of need for kidney organs which is quite high for patients with kidney failure is not balanced with the availability of kidney organs, giving rise to the law of demand and supply (buying and selling) of kidney organs. This greatly affects the motivation of prospective donors in making decisions to become donors which has an impact on the ethical, moral and legal aspects of religion which have the potential to be ignored. One of the reasons why people sell their organs is due to poverty. Motivationto become a donor is voluntary based on knowledge, attitudes and behavior. Based on the data sources and relevant research above, this research is intended to determine the extent of the influence of donor motivation and provide motivation and attitudes for prospective kidney donors (living donors) in making decisions in accordance with religious sharia. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by digging information to people who have done donor activities. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors encourage people to donate blood and how Islam views the values contained in it

The study used quantitative method, the population in this study is all employees in one agency that handles disasters. The sample size used was 269 respondents. The sampling technique used is Krijie Morgen. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant influence partially or simultaneously between religiosity, independence, professionalism, family resilience and remuneration on corrupt behavior; (2) The application of "TANGGUH" values as an effort to prevent corrupt behavior through the Sharia Maqashid approach is another alternative to the efforts to prevent corrupt behavior that has existed so far. This research is expected to be useful from a theoretical and practical perspective. One of the benefits of the theory is to increase the insight of academics related to the influence of religiosity, independence, professionalism, family resilience and remuneration on corrupt behavior, while from the practical side, it is to provide advice to agencies in improving more reliable corruption prevention efforts through the internalization of the value of anti-corrupt behavior, namely "TANGGUH" (Resilient in religiosity, Resilient in Remuneration, Resilient in Independence,  Resilient in Professionalism and Resilient in Family Resiliency).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of school culture in shaping students’ religious attitudes at SMA Nurul Islam Bekasi. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through classroom and school observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and school staff, as well as document analysis of school policies and religious programs. The data were analyzed using NVivo software to identify emerging themes and patterns. The findings reveal that school culture plays a significant role in fostering students’ religious attitudes through the internalization of religious routines, teacher role modeling, religiously grounded social interactions, and a supportive school environment. These cultural elements contribute to the holistic development of students’ religious attitudes, encompassing cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions. The study highlights that the formation of students’ religious attitudes is not solely determined by formal religious instruction, but is strongly influenced by a consistently cultivated and sustainable school culture. The findings offer practical implications for schools in strengthening character education through the development of a religious school culture.

Abstract

Changes to the national curriculum have consequences for the assessment paradigm, shifting from a standard-based competency measurement to a more holistic, contextual, and learning-oriented assessment. In the context of Islamic education, evaluation serves not only to measure cognitive aspects but also to reflect the development of students' faith, morals, and religious practices. The 2013 Curriculum emphasizes authentic assessment encompassing attitudes, knowledge, and skills through various formal instruments, while the Independent Curriculum emphasizes formative assessment, differentiation, and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile in line with Islamic values. This research employed a qualitative approach with comparative study methods and descriptive-interpretive analysis. Data were collected through document studies of curriculum policies, assessment guidelines, and Islamic Religious Education evaluation tools. The results indicate that the 2013 Curriculum has a more systematic and standardized evaluation structure, but tends to be administrative, while the Independent Curriculum is more flexible and reflective, but requires higher teacher pedagogical capacity. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating the advantages of both systems in building an Islamic Education evaluation model that is more holistic, humanistic, and oriented towards the formation of students' religious character.
