Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan (MAK) sebagai strategi antisipatif dalam mempersiapkan alumni menghadapi tantangan pasar kerja. Makalah ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan pengembangan model MAK yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kejuruan dan menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan tuntutan pasar kerja. Penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berfokus pada pengalaman manusia. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk memahami makna yang diberikan oleh manusia terhadap pengalaman mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model MAK yang terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan industri mampu memperkuat keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa sesuai dengan ekspektasi pasar kerja. Kurikulum yang relevan dan responsif terhadap perkembangan industri memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap persiapan karir siswa. Selain itu, model ini juga melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk stakeholder industri, guru, dan siswa, dalam proses pengembangan dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktis tentang bagaimana mengembangkan model MAK yang efektif sebagai antisipasi terhadap kebutuhan pasar kerja. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dapat diadopsi oleh lembaga pendidikan kejuruan untuk meningkatkan relevansi kurikulum dan memastikan lulusan MAK siap menghadapi dinamika pasar kerja yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the LCGC (low cost great curriculum) model on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka curriculum in Madrasah. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative correlational design. The study population consisted of all Madrasah teachers in DKI Jakarta, with a sample of 40 participants taken using a purposive sampling technique from two madrasah, namely Madrasah Nur-Attaqwa and Madrasah Ar-Rahmah. The measuring instrument used was the LCGC Model scale adapted from the Charles O. Jones policy implementation model and the Ornstein and Hunkins Curriculum Implementation model: (Modernism and Postmodernism). The data obtained were analyzed using a simple regression test. The results of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between the implementation of the LCGC Model and teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, with a Pearson correlation value of 0.947. This study also identified the challenges faced by teachers, such as understanding and skills in innovative learning methods, as well as the importance of support from parents and the community.

Abstract

This study examines the communication ethics between digital native students and digital immigrant lecturers in higher education. With the rapid advancement of digital technology, communication between these two groups is often influenced by generational differences. The study employs a qualitative research approach, utilizing phenomenology and action research to explore the communication experiences and challenges of both parties. The results indicate that while there are gaps in communication styles and technological adaptation, ethical communication, based on respect, empathy, and understanding, is essential for fostering a positive academic environment. This research also suggests that action research can effectively improve communication practices by promoting awareness of ethical communication standards and bridging generational divides in higher education settings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the education policy in Islamic boarding schools in facing the challenges of globalization by highlighting the role of Law No. 18 of 2019. A qualitative approach is used in this study, with literature studies as a method of collecting and analyzing data related to Islamic boarding school education policies. The results of the study indicate that Islamic boarding school education policies are regulated in Law No. 18 of 2019, which consists of nine chapters and 55 articles. The policy covers five main aspects: institutional forms, Islamic boarding school education objectives, funding sources, quality assurance, and education levels. In addition, globalization has a significant impact on Islamic boarding schools, especially in giving rise to apathy and a culture of laziness among students. Therefore, efforts are needed to develop the potential of students through the use of science and technology. The process of formulating Islamic boarding school education policies can be carried out through five stages: agenda setting, policy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and policy improvement. This study is expected to contribute as a reference in understanding Islamic boarding school education policies in depth and help formulate strategic steps in developing Islamic boarding school education policies in the era of globalization. The results of the study show that educational policies in Islamic boarding schools tend to focus on the tradition of teaching yellow books but are starting to adapt by including a formal curriculum.

Abstract

The dangers of pornography in the digital era have become an increasingly deep issue, requiring effective prevention strategies. This research aims to investigate the role of posters in social campaigns as an effort to prevent the dangers of pornography. The research method used is a literature study which includes searching for sources in academic databases, digital libraries and other trusted sources of information. The selected literature sources involve scientific articles, books, research reports, and official publications related to the concept of preventing the dangers of pornography and the role of posters in social campaigns. This research aims to identify key findings regarding the effectiveness of prevention campaigns involving the use of posters. Findings from the literature were organized and analyzed to understand campaign strategies, the role of posters in conveying prevention messages, and their impact on community awareness and behavior, especially in the school environment. The results of this literature research reveal that posters can be a powerful tool in educating students about the dangers of pornography. Posters not only convey clear information about negative impacts, but can also stimulate active participation in prevention efforts. These findings provide a theoretical basis for further research, including empirical research involving the community, parents and educators as respondents.

Abstract

Marriage is part of half a religion and is also the longest worship in human life that everyone looks forward to. Therefore, every prospective bride and groom hopes that their wedding can be prepared according to their wishes and expectations. Wedding preparations involve many aspects and most young couples may still not understand the proper steps to prepare for their wedding. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors of readiness for marriage in young couples and examine their impact on the age of marriage, as well as assessing readiness for marriage. So, with the e-book, marriage preparation guidelines, we can provide guidance and information that is easy to understand for young couples who are getting married in preparing for marriage in order to form a sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan program pencegahan bullying dan kekerasan seksual di MTs Nurul Huda Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampel terdiri dari 80 siswa, 10 guru, dan 5 staf sekolah yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pencegahan telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik, dengan skor rata-rata 78,6% (kategori "baik"). Namun, terdapat kelemahan dalam aspek pelaporan kasus dan konseling lanjutan. Rekomendasi ditujukan pada penguatan sistem pelaporan dan peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam kampanye anti-kekerasan. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif guru dan tenaga kependidikan perlu ditingkatkan agar program pencegahan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Perlu adanya evaluasi rutin serta integrasi program ke dalam kurikulum untuk membangun budaya sekolah yang aman dan peduli. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pihak sekolah, pemerintah, serta lembaga terkait dalam menyusun strategi pencegahan kekerasan berbasis satuan Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Disaster Mitigation Training Curriculum Model from an Islamic Perspective (MBPI). The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The study was conducted at the Disaster Management Training Center (Pusdiklat PB BNPB) in Sentul, Bogor. Data were collected through closed and open-ended questionnaires involving 94 respondents from various professions, along with in-depth interviews with religious leaders and academics. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics using SPSS and thematic analysis using NVivo. The needs analysis results showed a positive response with an average score of 88.44% (categorized as good). The MBPI curriculum was structured into three parts: basic, core, and supplementary, with emphasis on the values of monotheism, worship, and social solidarity in the disaster context. The training was conducted over three days with 36 participants, resulting in an average class score of 88.47. Evaluation findings confirmed that the MBPI curriculum is feasible for implementation and was endorsed by experts as a model for Islamic-based disaster mitigation training. The study concludes that the MBPI curriculum is relevant to be applied nationally through BPBD, BPSDM, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs as a disaster education policy strategy integrated with Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Program One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) dalam meningkatkan kemandirian santri di Pondok Pesantren Qurrata A’yun, Bogor. Program OPOP merupakan inisiatif berbasis pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan santri yang tidak hanya unggul dalam bidang keagamaan, tetapi juga mandiri secara ekonomi melalui kegiatan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden santri yang terlibat langsung dalam program OPOP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program OPOP memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemandirian santri. Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,62 yang menunjukkan bahwa 62% variasi dalam tingkat kemandirian santri dapat dijelaskan oleh partisipasi mereka dalam program OPOP. Selain itu, 84% responden menyatakan bahwa mereka memperoleh keterampilan kewirausahaan baru, 78% merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengelola usaha mandiri, dan 71% mulai menghasilkan pendapatan pribadi dari produk-produk yang dikembangkan dalam program. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa program OPOP di Pondok Pesantren Qurrata A’yun berjalan efektif dalam mendukung misi kemandirian ekonomi santri.

Abstract

Student learning engagement is a key indicator of a successful learning process. In practice, many teachers still use conventional methods that tend to make students passive, simply receiving material without responding critically. The Inquiring Minds Want to Know model presents itself as an innovative learning approach that positions student curiosity as the primary driver of learning activities. This model encourages students to actively ask questions, gather information, and find answers through exploration. Various literature shows that implementing this model can increase student participation, critical thinking skills, and learning motivation. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the implementation of this model through a review of relevant literature. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the Inquiring Minds Want to Know model can improve student learning engagement. Furthermore, it also aims to identify factors contributing to the model's successful implementation and challenges teachers may face in the classroom. This research employed a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Data were obtained from various journals, articles, and previous research relevant to the topic. Analysis was conducted by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing the literature findings related to the implementation of the Inquiring Minds Want to Know model. The literature review results indicate that this model effectively increases student learning engagement. Students are more confident in expressing opinions, asking questions, and actively participating in discussions. The teacher acts as a facilitator, stimulating students' curiosity through open-ended questions and contextual problems. The study concluded that implementing the Inquiring Minds Want to Know model had a positive impact on student learning engagement. This model can be a solution for teachers to create an interactive, critical, and enjoyable learning environment.
