Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kepuasan kerja guru Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) terhadap hasil rekrutmen, seleksi, dan penempatan di Kabupaten Tanggamus Tahun 2024, dengan memandang kepuasan sebagai hasil interaksi antara pengalaman mengikuti proses seleksi, persepsi terhadap keadilan dan transparansi kebijakan, serta kesesuaian penempatan dengan kompetensi dan latar belakang pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, angket terbuka, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru PPPK yang telah dinyatakan lulus seleksi dan ditempatkan pada satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah pertama. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, pengkodean, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen dan seleksi PPPK dipersepsikan telah berjalan relatif objektif, adil, dan transparan, terutama melalui penerapan sistem Computer Assisted Test (CAT), sementara penempatan guru pada umumnya sesuai dengan formasi, latar belakang pendidikan, dan kompetensi profesional sehingga mendukung adaptasi kerja dan kesiapan profesional guru. Namun demikian, transparansi substantif terkait mekanisme dan dasar pertimbangan kebijakan penempatan masih dipahami secara terbatas oleh sebagian informan. Temuan penelitian mengonfirmasi relevansi Person–Job Fit Theory, Equity Theory, dan Expectancy Theory dalam menjelaskan kepuasan kerja guru PPPK, serta memberikan implikasi bagi penguatan kebijakan rekrutmen dan penempatan guru PPPK yang lebih adil, transparan, dan berorientasi pada profesionalisme serta kesejahteraan guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komptensi dosen (X1), fasilitas kampus (X2), kualitas layanan akademik (X3) sebagai variabel bebas terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian melibatkan 70 mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan Program Magister Universitas Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung sebagai responden. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disampaikan kepada responden, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial maupun simultan, kompetensi dosen, fasilitas kampus, dan kualitas layanan akademik mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Kompetensi dosen, fasilitas kampus dan kualitas layanan akademik secara simultan memiliki kontribusi 73,9% terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Kompetensi dosen berkontribusi 33,820%, fasilitas kampus berkontribusi 13,990%, dan kualitas layanan akademik berkontribusi 26,027% terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, sedangkan 26,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Peningkatan terhadap kompetensi dosen, fasilitas kampus dan kualitas layanan akademik secara berkelanjutan dan seimbang berbanding lurus terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi dosen, fasilitas kampus dan kualitas layanan akademik memiliki kontribusi positif dalam memberikan kepuasan terhadap mahasiswa. Peningkatan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) Performance funds at the elementary school level in Pugung District, covering planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, and solutions to challenges faced by schools. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and documentation techniques at elementary schools receiving BOS Performance funds in 2025. The research informants consisted of principals, BOS treasurers, teachers, school operators, and school committee members. The findings indicate that the management of BOS Performance funds has been implemented effectively. In the planning aspect, schools involved all stakeholders in program preparation based on technical guidelines and school needs. The organizing aspect was reflected through clear task distribution, effective coordination, and good communication among stakeholders. In the implementation aspect, activities funded by BOS Performance were carried out according to the planned programs and supported the improvement of learning quality through teacher training and learning facility development. Supervision was conducted collectively through routine evaluations and the utilization of the ARKAS application to improve transparency and accountability in financial management. The obstacles faced by schools included limited reporting time, sudden changes in information from the education office, and administrative difficulties. The solutions implemented by schools included strengthening coordination, communication, and continuous evaluation

Abstract

The development of school branding at the elementary school level in the digital era is strongly influenced by a school’s ability to manage public communication strategically and sustainably. Cyber Public Relations (CPR) through social media has become an essential medium for schools to disseminate information, build a positive image, and enhance public trust. This study aims to analyze the implementation of CPR  through Instagram in building School branding at UPT SD Negeri 3 Pringsewu Barat, focusing on planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, and the challenges encountered. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, public relations coordinator, teachers, social media administrators, and students’ parents. Data validity was ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation, while data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of CPR through Instagram has been carried out and has contributed to the development of School branding; however, it has not yet been implemented optimally and sustainably. The main obstacles include limited human resources, time, and budget, as well as the absence of formal written planning and an established public relation's organizational structure. It can be concluded that strengthening School branding requires well-planned, collaborative, and sustainable CPR management supported by clear policies and the enhancement of digital competencies among school stakeholders.
