Abstract

The problems faced by small businesses are closely related to a companion or facilitator in assisting. The lack of guidance makes it difficult for small businesses to develop. Based on the results of coaching and monitoring of 30 profiles of small business groups in Bali Province, there are several types of obstacles or problems that are often complained of by small business actors in the industrial sector in Bali Province, namely the low quality of human resources and the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and competence resulting in everyday business and labor productivity. This can also be seen in the inability of business actors in terms of business management, especially in terms of recording/bookkeeping procedures. Many business actors also do not have a transparent legal entity, lack product innovation. Small businesses are considered to lack still knowledge of technology, management, information, and markets. Observing the problems faced by small businesses in the future, it is necessary to create a conducive climate, among others, by seeking peace and security in business and simplifying business licensing procedures, tax breaks, and so on. Government capital assistance needs to expand special credit with conditions that are not burdensome for small businesses to help increase their capital through the formal financial services sector, the informal financial services sector, guarantee schemes, and leasing venture capital funds. The government needs to improve training for small business actors in entrepreneurship, management, administration, and knowledge and skills in business development. Besides that, it is also necessary to apply the training results in the field to practice theory through the development of pilot partnerships.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) di Desa Tegal Jadi dilaksanakan berdasarkan adanya permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Merta Sari. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni pembukuan yang kurang tertata, proses pengemasan produk yang masih sederhana, serta kurangnya pemahaman terkait keberlanjutan usaha. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan para pelaku UMKM melalui penerapan teknologi dan inovasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan analisis situasi mitra, identifikasi dan perumusan solusi masalah. Hasil identifikasi masalah menghasilkan tiga permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan usaha mitra yakni dalam bidang manajemen usaha (pembukuan dan pencatatan), bidang produksi (pengemasan produk), dan bidang keberlanjutan usaha (keterbatasan produksi). Perumusan solusi masalah dilakukan berdasarkan hasil identifikasi masalah. Implementasi solusi masalah dengan edukasi dan dukungan teknologi dasar, pelatihan pembukuan dasar dan pengemasan produk, serta monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap kemajuan yang dicapai. Proses evaluasi dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta melakukan observasi atas realisasi target yang bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pengetahuan mitra tentang pembukuan dasar dan digital meningkat dari 2,8 pada pre-test menjadi 4,2 pada post-test. Terdapat peningkatan rata-rata tingkat kelengkapan catatan transaksi harian dari 40% menjadi 80%. Dalam hal pengemasan produk, ada peningkatan dari 3,6 pada pre-test menjadi 4,8 pada post-test. Lebih dari 75% anggota mitra UMKM mulai menerapkan proses pembukuan dan 90% anggota mitra menerapkan teknologi pengemasan produk yang diperkenalkan. Penerapan teknologi berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas usaha UMKM, serta memberikan dampak sosial yang positif seperti peningkatan keterampilan teknologi di kalangan masyarakat, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui peningkatan daya saing produk. Implementation of Bookkeeping and Packaging Technology Support to Support the Sustainability of Traditional Snack MSMEs, Tegal Jadi Village, Tabanan, Bali Abstract Community Partnership Empowerment in Tegal Jadi Village was carried out based on the problems faced by Merta Sari MSME. The problems faced were poorly organized bookkeeping, a simple product packaging process, and a lack of understanding regarding business sustainability. The main objective of this activity is to empower MSME players through the application of technology and innovation. The methods used include observation and analysis of the partner situation, identification and formulation of problem solutions. The results of problem identification resulted in three problems related to partner business activities, namely in the field of business management (bookkeeping and recording), production (product packaging), and business sustainability (limited production). Problem solutions were formulated based on the results of problem identification. Implementation of problem solutions with education and basic technology support, basic bookkeeping and product packaging training, and monitoring and evaluation of the progress achieved. The evaluation process was carried out with a questionnaire before and after the implementation of the activity, as well as observing the realization of quantitative targets. The results showed that the average score of partners' knowledge of basic and digital bookkeeping increased from 2.8 in the pre-test to 4.2 in the post-test. There was an increase in the average level of completeness of daily transaction records from 40% to 80%. In terms of product packaging, there was an increase from 3.6 in the pre-test to 4.8 in the post-test. More than 75% of the MSME partner members started to apply the bookkeeping process and 90% of the partner members applied the introduced product packaging technology. The application of technology has succeeded in improving the efficiency and quality of MSME businesses, as well as providing positive social impacts such as increased technological skills among the community, and economic empowerment through increased product competitiveness.

Abstract

Orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) adalah orang yang mengalami gangguan dalam pikiran, perilaku, dan perasaan yang termanifestasi dalam bentuk sekumpulan gejala dan/atau perubahan perilaku yang bermakna. Mitra dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pemegang program kesehatan jiwa Puskesmas Dawan I, bidan desa serta tiga orang kader desa siaga di Desa Kusamba, Kecamatan Dawan, Kabupaten Klungkung. Jumlah penderita gangguan jiwa di Kecamatan Dawan cukup tinggi, sebagian besar berasal dari masyarakat dengan tingkat ekonomi menengah ke bawah dan hampir seluruhnya sudah tidak produktif lagi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pemberian materi terkait cara peningkatan kualitas hidup penderita gangguan jiwa serta teknik pemasaran hasil kerajinan tangan. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian ini berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri atas satu orang pemegang program kesehatan jiwa Puskesmas Dawan I, satu orang bidan desa dan tiga orang kader desa siaga Dilaksanakan pula pelatihan pembuatan alat-alat upakara sederhana untuk ritual umat Hindu kepada penderita gangguan jiwa. Selain itu akan diserahkan bantuan berupa paket alat pembuatan upakara kepada kader desa siaga. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mitra sebesar 28% berdasarkan nilai pre-test dan post-test.

Abstract

Banking is one of the main industries that is able to boost the economic level of a country. The role of banking as an intermediary institution is a very important role in society. This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates and interest rates on share prices in the banking sub-sector listed in the INFOBANK15 index. The observation period is in 2023 with inflation and interest rate indicators obtained through Bank Indonesia reports. The exchange rate indicator is obtained by comparing the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar. Share prices are obtained through Indonesian Stock Exchange reports using the closing price at the end of each month. This research is quantitative research using purposive sampling as a sample determination method and obtained 13 samples from 15 banking sub-sector companies included in the INFOBANK15 index. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 24 program. The research results conclude that inflation has a positive effect on stock prices, exchange rates have a positive effect on stock prices and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The industry that has the potential to provide a direct impact on the creative economy is the food sector. One type of culinary business that is currently very popular with the public is a coffee shop. The purpose of this study was to examine how the influence of the Tan-Panama coffee shop in Denpasar City on consumer purchasing decisions by looking at several factors such as price, location, and service quality. This study uses accidental sampling techniques to test and evaluate the causal relationship between two variables. The Slovin formula is used to determine the sample size, and 100 respondents are included in the sample, by utilizing the (t) and (f) tests and multiple linear regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The findings of the study indicate that in the Tan-Panama coffee shop located in Denpasar City, price, service quality, and place all have a positive and significant impact on the variables influenced, namely the decision to buy. Price, service quality, and location have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pemecutan Kelod is one of the villages in Denpasar city that is the target of assistance from the Indonesian government program. The assistance program provided to the Pemecutan Kelod village community is the Family Hope program. The family hope program aims to improve the welfare of the community and enable them to escape from poverty. Improving the community's abilities and skills needs to be done to maximize financial independence. This international collaborative service program aims to increase public understanding of financial literacy, financial management and interest in independent entrepreneurship. The target of this program is the community that receives assistance from the Family Hope program in Pemecutan Kelod Village, Denpasar City. The methods used were initial observation, in-depth interviews, group discussion forums, training and education, pre-tests and post-tests. The outcome and goal of this international collaborative community service program was to educate people about the importance of financial literacy in managing household and small business finances, as well as to increase community interest in entrepreneurship using their existing capital and skills. The program was successful, and post-test results indicated that the community understood the importance of financial literacy and independent entrepreneurship.
