Abstract

Indonesian nationalism cannot be separated from the fact that Indonesia is a plural and multicultural society with its cultural diversity and complexity. Indonesia is a plural country, both in terms of ethnicity, race, religion, and belief. This diversity in Indonesia raises several problems, such as inter-ethnic fights, separatism, and the loss of humanity to respect the rights of others. To solve this problem, a solution is needed, one of which is a multicultural education model. Multicultural education is expected to be able to answer the challenges of today's era. The application of multicultural education in Indonesia is still experiencing various obstacles or problems. One of the problems of multicultural education in Indonesia is the lack of community nationalism which causes a lack of tolerance for other people with different cultures and cultures. Indonesia's cultural diversity requires a force that unites the entire plurality of the country. Pancasila as the nation's view of life, national personality and state ideology functions. Abstract

Public speaking digunakan banyak orang untuk mengembangkan diri dalam banyak hal seperti perkuliahan, dunia kerja hingga politisi. Hal ini menandakan pentingnya komunikasi yang baik dalam kehidupan mahasiswa. Mahasiswa membutuhkan skill public speaking yang baik agar memiliki karir yang cemerlang dalam pekerjaan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP. Tujuanya agar mereka memiliki wawasan dan menggunakanya dalam perkuliahan, organisasi dan pertemuan penting lainya. Ada beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dalam mengasah kemampuan public speaking yaitu Manuscript Speech, Extemporaneous speech, Memoriter. Komunikasi yang baik akan memberikan dampak positif baik dalam hal jenjang karir, empati , motivasi kepada orang lain dan masih banyak lagi.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus mental pada remaja hingga pemuda menjadi corak pentingnya Pendidikan keluarga. 15,5 juta remaja Indonesia mengalami Kesehatan mental sehingga membutuhkan peran orang tua beserta berbagai pihak untuk berkolaborasi dalam peningkatan kualitas karakter penerus bangsa. Tujuan dari program ini adalah menciptakan pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada orang tua akan pentingnya Pendidikan anak di dalam keluarga. Selain itu, program ini juga diharapkan menambah wawasan para orang tua akan pentingnya masa depan anak. Ada beberapa hal yang harus dipahami oleh orang tua dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai Islam pada diri anak seperti, pola didik, kondisi psikososial, peran orang tua bagi anak hingga cara mendidik anak.

Abstract

Potensi diri dalam anak menjadi tugas orang tua di rumah, guru di sekolah dan diri anak sendiri. Anak membutuhkan potensi di dalam dirinya demi meraih masa depan yang indah. Tujuan utama dalam kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu anak sekolah dasar SDIT Harapan Bunda Semarang menemukan potensi di dalam dirinya sendiri. Acara diikuti oleh 112 siswa pada kelas VI. Potensi diri pada anak dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengenali diri sendiri, niat yang baik, merubah kebiasaan buruk dan berdoa serta berolahraga yang cukup. Guru dapat mendorong terciptanya potensi diri dengan cara Kegiatan rutin, Kegiatan spontan, Kegiatan keteladanan dan Kegiatan Terprogram.

Abstract

This article explores the role of technology in the development of interactive and effective e-learning systems for education. Utilizing a qualitative literature review methodology, the study analyzes various technological advancements and their impact on e-learning environments. The findings indicate that integrating multimedia tools, such as videos, simulations, and interactive quizzes, enhances learner engagement and knowledge retention. Furthermore, the incorporation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) facilitates personalized learning experiences, allowing educators to tailor content to meet diverse student needs. The review also highlights the significance of mobile learning, which provides flexibility and accessibility to learners, enabling education to transcend traditional classroom boundaries. However, challenges such as digital divide, technological literacy, and the need for continuous professional development for educators are identified as critical factors that must be addressed to maximize the effectiveness of e-learning systems. This article concludes by emphasizing the necessity for educational institutions to adopt a strategic approach in integrating technology into their curriculum, ensuring that e-learning systems are not only interactive but also effective in fostering meaningful learning experiences. The insights derived from this literature review contribute to a deeper understanding of the evolving landscape of e-learning and provide a foundation for future research in this domain.

Abstract

Educators at MI Al-Islam Balesari must possess the ability to plan creatively inspiring and motivating learning experiences for students. Initial observations at the school have indicated that the implementation of the Self-Curriculum Teaching Module does not meet the expectations of many stakeholders. Therefore, MI Al-Islam Balesari, both in the context of online and offline learning, has decided to conduct research in 2023, between July and August. In this study, 14 teachers from MI Al-Islam Balesari are participating. This research takes the form of a school action research, a form of self-reflection commonly carried out by educational practitioners within the educational environment to improve the quality of education, gain a deeper understanding of teaching practices, and seek improvements in educational implementation. Data are collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the training provided by the workshop facilitators has the potential to enhance teachers' ability to design Self-Curriculum Teaching Modules. One of the success indicators measurable in this school action research is that 90% of the teachers have successfully created Self-Curriculum Teaching Modules with a high level of creativity and innovation

Abstract

Literasi dasar merupakan fondasi penting dalam membentuk kualitas sumber daya manusia serta mendorong kemandirian belajar pada anak seperti di Desa Ngawen, tantangan dalam pengembangan literasi dasar masih cukup besar karena terbatasnya fasilitas, rendahnya keterlibatan orang tua, serta akses terhadap bahan bacaan yang minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dan praktik pemberdayaan komunitas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa sekolah dasar yang diintegrasikan ke dalam pengabdian masyarakat dengan tujuan membangun budaya literasi dasar. Pesertanya adalah anak-anak yang belajar di kelasIV, V dan VI sekolah dasar dengan jumlah 10 anak. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 siswa sekolah dasar yang duduk di kelas IV, V, dan VI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi siswa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan literasi anak, terlihat dari meningkatnya minat membaca dan perbaikan dalam kemampuan membaca mereka. Meski begitu, keterampilan menulis peserta masih memerlukan penguatan lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat yang lebih terarah pada pengembangan literasi dasar sangat dianjurkan sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.
